@@diegodakotah I went from 150lb to 183lb in about 6 months, now getting even one extra pound is really tough, but just increased my eating further. I've put on like 3 or 4 pounds in the last 2 weeks or so from about 179lb, but I'm eating around 3500-4000 calories

I am ectomorph myself trying to get bigger and gain muscles, so I know how extremely hard and frustrating is your struggle and how valuable is your effort. You must stay relentless, consistent and patient at all costs, it will take years so keep it up! We all will meet there hopefully.
How is it hard it’s harder to lose weight and cut then bulk. Just eat heaps of calories like heaps 10k a day

Ok, you don’t have an appetite yet. I’ve been there too but I got over it.
If you do something like stronglifts 5x5 then you’ll be ravenously hungry. Stop the pansy “leg day” or “arm day” crap. That’s not for skinny beginners. You need compound lifts because they will cause enough stress to trigger real adaptation, and then your body will be desperate for hydration and calories.
It doesn’t even take “hard work” in the beginning tbh when you’re eating enough.

Found you from Joe Fazer's channel, keep up the great work mate. I was kinda in the same situation as you until I started going back to the gym February last year. I am 6ft 3 and weighed just about 9 st when I got back into the gym. I now currently weigh 10st 5. My mental health and confidence has changed for the better. Never give in 😀

@CursedWheelieBin no he has made some progress and is deciding to try to be as healthy as he can be. I can eat a lot of food and I don't really gain weight easy. Now as I am getting older I have been able to gain and hold mass better, but I'm still 165lbs with all that I do eat. I like to see people doing better than they were because we have too many people that don't even try. I live in a place where mountain dew is drank more than water. Most people don't have an ounce of discipline when it comes to what they put in their body anymore. It's respectable when someone does.

You're such an inspiration!!! But, if I have one suggestion it would be to try making your eggs and pan food with butter, as it contains more fats, and it's know for being better to the joints and bones and they make you fuller. Keep the great work
Nice progress. You should timelapse your meals. Make sure you are eating it all and if you can't finish, try eating smaller meals throughout the day. Also I recommend protein shakes they are super easy to drink and get your calories in

you will get there! on some days have fast food, other days eat healthy just eat anything really like pizza etc
When I was skinny my everyday breakdast was 100g of oats (salt,cinnamon) with 30g of ghee and 30g your favourite nuts. Its 800+ calories. Its really easy to eat

Good job! One tip for you, take a powerlifting training program such as the SS and put one more meal(maybe in a liquid way) into your daily meals. You will get amazing results

I think from the few fitness influencers i watched, they said to have at least 4 eggs so you can get enough protein. So do try adding 1 more for your breakfast, i'm trying to lose weight and build muscles so I'm removing carbs from my diet like rice etc and having more protein like chicken breast, corned beef and eggs 👍

That is a SOLID day of eating my friend. If you can, try to fit a protein shake or two in there as well. Those things helped me shoot up from 132 to 165 in 10 months

Just a tipp, I would not eat too much Gluten from toast, pasta and Bagels, it can be unhealthy in the long run.

It’s actually worse to bulk as a skinny guy because you’re not training your body to take advantage of its nutrients. If you restrict to high protein foods at every meal consuming more than 1.25g per lbs of muscle while maintaining 2600-3000 calories a day and get good sleep as well as solid training. It is better advised than bulking hard

If Jack isn't allergic to nuts I would replace the Jam with Peanut butters. You get healthy fats along with high protein with carbs
Your supposed to flip the eggs and cook them slightly. Training is the fun part eating is the hard part but keep it up
for shoulders, focus more on the side and rear delts those are the muscle parts that will make your shoulders looks massive and 3d

Is it just me or is some of the white of the egg near the yolk uncooked ?
It’s my health and safety brain kicking in. It might be fine to eat like that, and the egg will still cook a bit as it’s still hot .
I’m just inclined to flip the eggs over for a minute . The yolk will still be runny if that’s the goal but all the white will be cooked properly
You can eat eggs raw did it all the time as a kid drinking egg nog
