I know why hes not gaining muscle and its been on the right side of the screen the whole video...hes drinking! As a recovering alcoholic I'm somewhat of an expert in this so I'll explain for people that don't know why its bad for muscle gain. 1 it will heavily impact your sleep,you might sleep all night but it wont be deep sleep. 2 alcohol (even those two cans) is enough to stop you getting most of the nutrients from that chicken, the body treats it like a poison and its priority is to break it down and get rid, while its spending the next 5ish hrs getting rid of that alcohol it will not be digesting the food properly. 3 regularly having just a couple of drinks will kill good gut bacteria that will affect how you digest food and what nutrients you get. 4 it will dehydrate you and you wont be recovering overnight very well from a gym session if youre dehydrated. 5 it affects your drive, after all it is a depressant, youll be less motivated and make poor choices on food ect. There are other reasons not to drink around training but those are the most important.

Jack I think if you stopped talking so much you could eat more and I mean this in a good way the faster you eat means you have more time after to digest then eat more in theory
Actually looking like you might be putting on a bit of size, ignore the hate jack but also take the criticisms, of course prioritise protein, but just eat, eat eat n eat, whether it’s a McDonald’s or a full pack of fish fingers, just eat, I really really want to see you succeed, imagine the villain arc you could have if you came back strong, rooting for you bro 💪
