I had huge setbacks from the job I had. The hours I was on the road left me go from 165lbs down to 138lbs. I wasn't eating much and it wasn't good food. In the last 10 months I've regained that weight and am finally regaining the strength I once had. You'll get it back and keep progressing.

Make sure to eat varieties not just carbs/protein. Also eat til you’re full maybe a little more but don’t do over that. And eat 4/5 meals. If you overeat you can loose calories to the toilet when you sh*t it all out right after.
Also ive notice gym on empty stomach, go ham on resistance trainings.+ fried chicken after.
Has been a sort of secret weapon.
Do only 5-10 mins of cardio max. No more than that (but still do a lil to warm up)

Disclaimer: I want you to succeed.
    Ok, tough love time. 😑
This is frustrating because I’ve been in your shoes as a former skinny teen. The difference is your naive followers are rewarding you with empty praise for a borderline anorexic lifestyle. They’re not interested in helping. They just want to feel good about themselves so they post generic “yasss” remarks and clichés and excuses. Grotesquely evading the truth at every turn.
Son, you need to eat. That’s it. You’ve heard this all before but have chosen to label it as “hate”. Believe it or not, people would rather see you succeed. We’d rather see anybody succeed. Nobody wants you to fail unless you’re horrible (which you’re not). Truth is, people are generally indifferent cos they’ve got their own stuff going on.
I actually care because I remember how it feels, as a man, to feel physically weak and vulnerable. It can be intimidating. It can be embarrassing sometimes. Feelings of shame and guilt can creep in. I get it! 😧
You have a serious issue that you must first acknowledge though. You need to figure out why you don’t eat. Away from social media. Have a think about it. I had a very stressful and turbulent home environment so didn’t really get to eat very much as a kid. It took time and patience to learn how to cook, and what to eat, and how much to eat.
You don’t get to say “it’s really annoying” and “I’ve been working so hard” at this point. These are excuses, and I’m not buying it.
You’re an absolute beginner. That means you don’t even need to “work hard” at this point. That comes later. All you need to do is maybe workout 3 times per week, with the basic compound movements, and EAT. That’s it!
You don’t need a “leg day” either. I’d recommend 5x5 stronglifts. If that doesn’t make you hungry, nothing will.
I have faith that you’ll get your act together and start eating. I know how awkward it can feel when people around you seem effortlessly muscular, but it’s not genetics. Don’t believe the BS. You need to eat.

  • @eru6461
    @eru6461 6 месяцев назад

I’m just gonna say all this- Genetics, especially related to metabolism and stuff, is the worse man. My brother is skinny as you, we grew up together, now I’m 17 and he’s like 24, while I’m around 5foot 11 and 70kg, not only is he 2inch shorter but also only 55kg. I have seen him struggling with health issues, he has the weakest immune system. I told him to workout a bit, but he says it’s all useless, so I stopped asking him. I’m so happy that you as a skinny person is trying their best to turn their life around.
The reason I am angry at genetics, is that even though my brother and I have same food; while I started working out the first time, I could already squat with 50kg and do 20pushups and 5pullups, while he couldn’t do normal 10 body weight squats, or any push-ups at all and I have never been athletic in my entire life.
So proud of you though, man. Hope you stay natural and become a behemoth of a man.

train only two days a week with 2-3 days inbetween using all the other days for eating and growing. max 3 days. much better for building muscle compared to training 5-6 days a week.
