Hi, Im new here, just wanna give you a little tip:
When you're doing preacher curls, put your whole arm on the pad, until your armpits. Ensure that there's minimal space in between your armpits and the pad, but make sure you're comfortable as well.
Be sure to go down all the way on preacher curls, which is the full ROM (range of motion) to ensure better muscle growth.
Other than that great work, you're gonna be huge in a few years

I've been lifting for years, and if it were me, I would do back first, since it uses so much of the biceps. This way the arms will be warmed up when it comes time for the biceps.

Yo bro just a little tip for the Lat Pulldowns your not doing a full range of motion you must stretch your arms at the top :) keep it up brother ur doing great!

I would recommend you to walk around between sets while resting
wearing the same shirt for a couple days in a row?
in your first exercise if u want u can have your grip closer about an inch gap. you can build muscle fast. Keep it up👍

I don’t recommend doing biceps two days in a row maybe instead of doing arms and then back and biceps the next day do arms and then legs

Do back than biceps mate your, doing biceps first will effect you back training. This should be common sense.
