IMPORTANT INFO 1️⃣ For the illiac pulldown/row, you’re going to need to lean pretty far forward, don’t stay too upright (I may have been better off leaning a BIT farther forward) 2️⃣ You can change the order of the curls👌🏼 the order in which you do them isn’t going to make a big difference. I agree with you 100%, for the life of me there's a lot of good information out there but they have to drop the f-bomb and other curse words and it totally turns me.

You just need to reduce your body fat percentage
You can’t spot reduce fat so just lose it over all and the stubborn areas like love handles should follow suit
Do cardio, cycling will be best, running will put more pressure on your knees than cycling and cycling is less painful as well.

This guy has the same physique as me. Lean and great arms, but waist still needs some trimming. I do the rows with the machine instead of the cables. Now I will incorporate that into may workout too.
Like the results and the excises seem to be working for him. However, that’s a lot of isolation work and time. You can accomplish all that was in the video and save time by walking over to the pull up bar. Rotate your grips and have a dip belt for weighted and have at it. The results will be the same if not more.
Wish I can tackle my front delts but with this injury only thing I can do is power thru😢
