History has proven Jay is THE GOAT Mr. Olympia... No broken back, no kidney failure, no heart attacks, no mobility problems, no beef with anyone, still alive kicking, fucking built like a tank, looking young and doing what he loves the most... Definetely the best Mr. Olympia

@@ETF2012 That's true to all anecdotal evidence, but you can see the guy is in great shape physically and mentally still seems pretty put together.
Whenever I see other interviews from bodybuilders on his category, if they didn't die from their abuse, most ended either disabled or so resentful of how fucked the system was, that it detrimented their mental health.. Only a handful can say they live great, if not normal lives after being a such a level

@@natking1u1z99 Sure man, take it however you want it, not a fanboy of Cutler at all, just pointing out he's in good health compared with his other counterparts and THAT is the biggest win... Coleman is not the only one, Flex Wheeler, and so many others have had their health compromised, I'm not smearing on any of them, but it just goes to show that there's so much more than just pressing weight to be at this level

think about what this actually means for how a chest workout looks for him:
3 exercises, probably 2-4 sets per exercise, so anywhere between 6 and 12 sets on chest at a time is all that’s needed for elite growth if those 9ish sets are brutal.
i wish i knew this when i first started lifting. i used to do 4 sometimes 5 chest movements at 4 sets each twice a week and wondered why i felt like shit and hurt my shoulder… 16 - 20 sets per session is way too much for one muscle and is bumping up to the max end of suggested weekly volume.
