    I didn't include reps and sets in the workout summary but we did around 3-4 sets for each exercise, with rep ranges around 8-12 (15+ for the rear delt flys). Generally speaking the number of sets you do is really dependant upon a number of factors - the time you have available to train, your training experience, training frequency, calorie intake and so on.

      around 80 mins. No not in this routine.. I'll most likely re-introduce them in the next one I follow. A wide variety of exercises are rotated in and out of my training routines based on my goals.

    Big thumbs up for including the little anatomy pictures for each exercise. I personally think this helps a lot of new people understanding what muscle group each exercise targets giving them a much better understanding! great vid as usual.

    *Quality* Workout session again lads! Also Love the "1 and a half reps" idea on the incline dumbbell curls! One of my favourite bicep exercises but definitely gonna incorporate that every couple of workouts! Can't wait for the next one! *2 Beasts!*

    3:16 'Keep your shoulders pushed forward' and 'People involving too much retraction..'
    I tried simulating this exercise while keeping both those things in mind, and the exercise felt completely different; real dealts were almost completely isolated. I usually retract my shoulders for most of my exercises because I think it proper form, and it usually is, but for exercises like these where you want to isolate a small muscle, its important to consider details like these. The duo commentary with Justin was crispy bro. Both of you were in sync, keep these coming. 🔥🔥🔥

    The guy with black hat is very precise and does almost perfect movements. I always check if presses are straight before I start working out, many machines are not precisely well made, check the seats if they are centered with the cables, otherwise move a bit left or right to be in the center.

      MrUseless247 they're all great excercises/movements but remember that you're not going to get big after lifting for a few weeks you have to keep at it. Slow controlled reps is what tears the muscle and makes it grow. For example when you do curls come up and on your way down go slow like a 3 or 4 second count. It's not always about lifting super heavy because that's when your form breaks down. I usually stop the movement when my form breaks down but I do as many as I can.

    Do you have any tips or pointers on what to do or not do when training with scoliosis? I've trained regularly for about 6 years, and have had great results, but i feel that I've reached a point where it's hindering me from working properly as my lower back is constantly hurting....
    Is there any stabilizing excersices that will help prevent the pain and constant muscle soreness? Chiropractors and massage therapeuts are of little help as nothing seems to really work

    I got a bulging disc so deadlifts are off limits for me, my question is what are some alternative workouts if I don’t wanna do dead lift due to a bad back?
