Thanks for creating this great work. I've kept doing this ab training list for 2 weeks.
Thanks my dude
Thank you for this 🙌🙌
I feel like he is acting out of breath to make the rest of us feel good
Hes actually on roids so it makes sense now lol
Dule e regardless he is still putting in hard work
@@dukii686 hard to tell at all, he hasnt fluxuated in size and he had great genetics and physique at a young age, was lucky to see Mike filming at my gym and u can see me give a quick wave on his video with Christian, he's not huge and he's not small. He dosnt have any side affects that are present with roid usage so its 70/30 percent he's natural
Dule e he’s been training since he was 17. That’s well over 10 years. I’m not sure if he is on roids but the guy is in amazing shape. He def looks like roids but I don’t think he is
@@dukii686 fuck off mate
Ngl Mike, you probably have one of the most impressive physiques on youtube. I'm sure your audience can really appreciate the hard work you've put in over the years, keep it up!
Tom Basu have you seen josh from mi40? He's short, but still.
Șerban yeah he's definitely got a good physique
Tom Basu him and Damien Patrick.
Agree
Esteroids do wonders
Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from site Next Level Diet, but there are many more great options I believe (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and all that stuff). I lost 8 lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪
Very professional video. Don't lose your usual friendly, conversational style though!
I won't! I'd already had a full day of interviewing and filming so I was pretty drained by the time I got round to filming this..
Mike Thurston agree u don’t look too happy... mans was about to box someone if they looked at u wrong
He's just keeping it real.
Hi Mike. Awesome informative video with quality presentation. The gym looks hi tech. Please can you do a lower chest focus video or help me with some tips to target that area. Try as i may, only my upper chest has more definition. Thanks in advance.
Couch coach while eating Cheetos shut the fuck up and let him do him bitch
anyone just notice that monstorous lower back whenever he is demonstrating
Robert Ryland
That's his 'alien'.
yeahh thats core too
Dudes lats are phenomenal to say the least. What a pure specimen here!
Yes his lower back is phenominal
Guy must do a shit ton of deadlift
I Fuckin love our videos, i love how calm you are and the video without music is just amazing !!! way better than a video with music.
Best Natural Fitness Athlete Hand down.
Natural?? Put down that crack pipe son!
Geeze, he has a core like a rock! Love the calm tone of instruction and explanation. I will incorporate this in my routine as good as I can. Sigh, it is so much harder for women to build muscles - and make them visible nicely, especially when over 50 but I have come a long way during the last year and will continue!
Age has less to do with it. More calories in vs out.
Gear
That filming format was a work of art and, as usual, the information was on point and well delivered. This is probably the most artistically well produced video I've ever seen on body building.
The best want to watch! Thank you immensely! By far above the rest.
No showboating, no music, he really wants to help, and it shows it!
I love how even your inhales and exhales sound northern
Bud👌😂
This is the type of gym The Avengers would have in their headquarters
hahahaha nice one Odin
Not sure the Avengers need gym or workout for that matter. They’re now dealing with a giant purple muscular over 8ft monster with magical gauntlet

no music, no bs. straight to the point. thank you, king!
Dude. You’re taking the videos to a whole new level. Plus, great tips.
What I like about all your videos, you show up what to do and what to avoid doing. And you show us common mistakes people do. I strictly follow all your videos on how to get things done. Thank you ❤️ 🙌
This was so resourceful, like the way he got right to the point - no gibberish.
Been here since 50k! I remember the days mike used to help people in the comments 😂 best fitness channel honestly..
Wasian Banana I still try 🤣 As the channel grows it gets harder and harder each day
How to build thick abs: Have already damn strong thick core to do exercises like the first one
Start out at captain chair leg raise. Most gym have those. Youll be able to do hanging leg raises correctly after a few weeks
Well theres no point having abbs without strong thick core
What I love about
u r videos that they don't have any loud background music .. which focused me to understand your all workouts properly thanks man
Really enjoying your chill and calm way of explaining.
No fluff, to the point. This guy knows his stuff, telling you to focus on breathe is such an overlooked part of workouts. My trainer friends say most vids and people kinda brush it to the side and cant maximize the workouts.
Its nuts what effective training can achieve with amazing genetics.
You can always achieve it it’s just going to take a much longer time
Hate to be this guy, but also steriods. Most nattys won’t achieve this physique
thank you no music no hype just straight demonstration .. thanks
Thank you a lot! Haven't been able to work out as much as I wanted to for the last year, but I am back now and I will put 110% effort in my training. Your video helped me out! :)
Really good informative video. These exercises are great for mass building the first two always kill me!
R K And you’re still alive bro😆
been watching Mike for some years. It's amazing how his physique looks more complete from like 3 years ago during Men's physique years.
Hi Mike ! I"m from Hungary and I watching your videos all the time . Thanks man your full abs workout helping to me :))) You are the BEST !!
I am currently doing 3 minute planks and was looking for some good ab strength building exercises.Good stuff!
Your channel is easily the best. Thank you from down here in Australia for sharing your knowledge. The info you share is invaluable to me. Just awesome
First video I've seen and instantly subbed. Very easy to focus on the workout 💪
Professional all along and no music which makes it easier to focus
You are so good at explaining things. Breathing is the one thing i always forget thanks
Mike, you just got another sub mate. So informative & the way you break down the information & explain the effect of doing the exercise in the correct manner is so easy to digest.
Absolutely next level video!!! Easy to watch and listen. I want more like that. Very professional. Well done Mike
I love you you so strong
I've been following your videos for like 3 years, the quality has improved a lot, great job man! I go fully motivated to the gym thanks to you 👍🏼
This was a fantastic video. The quality was pristine. The gym, videography and the lighting......AWESOME...., the training session was yet again, another awesome video. Thank you so much for such great quality. The body truly is a fantastic and sculpted piece of physical art and what better way to appreciate it than when well trained 👏👌
Mike Thurston. The gift that keeps on giving.
Wow. These are fantastic ab exercises. Nice.
Followed from 64k...always enjoy your videos Mike!
You know your stuff well and don't have an ego! Best channel on youtube!
One of the best on youtube from day1 bro. Just your sincerity and your genuine desire to help people, Thank you for all the time and effort you put into helping others.
I've been searching for a solid core workout and Just found this ... thanks Mike great routine
I think he has one of the finest most aesthetic physiques in today's fitness industry IMO
loving the light setting
Finally somebody clearly said how to breathe properly when you do core. Thanks mate 👍👍
I've been working out for four years I wasn't seeing much results at least not the way I wanted to be, now I do his routine for my workout, my body looks awesome in just two month
I dropped my weight and building the whole body up! No diet plans
,not even protein powder non of those thing.
A trend that a lot of fitness influencers seem to have trouble distinguishing between is core workouts versus abdominal workouts. That trend is claiming that working the abdominals is the same as having a strong core. Abdominals are important for full body stabilization but they are by no means the entirety of “core strength.” Core muscles refer to the muscles that are internal around the rib cage, spine and hips. If you’re interested in strengthening your core, exercises like the uneven dead lift, one-sided farmer walks, and any other exercises that force you to tighten your inner core muscles to stabilize are really going to target your core strength.
⚠️caution⚠️ not for beginners
This is by far the best guidance video i ever watch. Informative and direct to the point where audience wanted to know lot better on each exercise. Thanks Mike! #hollafrommalaysia
You need more SUBS! Thanks for the upfront - straight to the point videos!
God bless Mike with a long and healthy life and God bless you all with amazing health
Thank you for sharing your knowledge so clearly and precisely. Greetings from Chile
All your abs excercises is excellent and detailed each moments. You are the best master I ever seen before.thankyou for teaching me all abs workout.

This is one of the best workout videos on youtube
This was great! Super refreshingly clear and concise workout video. No BS.
video shooting quality is definitely great !!! like this style
This video is incredibly well done.
You are a blessing to fitness industry. Tnx to god that created you
That gym is so unbelievably dope.
awesome to hear you say CORE WORK and not ab work. truly one of the best and most inspirational on Earth!!
So far your video is THE most helpful Thank you 🙏
Great video. I’m a medical professional and I consulted with my co-worker. I think you see doctor about your lower back. At 10:00min the protrusions at your lower back are not normal.
Thanks Mike. For years I have struggled with all ab exercises. You have just made my it easier by revealing the key thing about exhaling when contracting.
Great video. Attention to detail very helpful. Congrats on getting to film in a visually appealing location that didn't distract from the workout. I'll give this a shot and see if I can keep it up.
I like the mood in this video- good stuff Mike!!
You are a tough dude Mike ! AWESOME !!
No Nonsense straight to the point - Subscribed
Not only hes puuurty but I like how he said all in details about the breathing etc
Now that is a body.
Yusuf you will never have that bitch
Cannon C.j Shut up you fatt fuck
Liam Andersson you will never have a body like that
lmaooo you're both pathetic. You never fucked his mother. And to the other fool, if they want a body like that, all they have to do is work hard. Many people have a body like that, it's not impossible.
Clutch7 it’s true i was the hiv
Core has been a struggle for sure. Thank you for this video will be trying this tonight!
12.01min very well spent. Great video !
i always love watching you Mike,
i would have met you when you came to Dubai but you did not reveal that in any of your show. it would have an inspirational moment for me but anyway you keep me inspiring online.
Perfect shape 👌
I loved the way you explain.
Great video on how to get better-looking abs. I'm a Fan now! Keep posting Video
I like it when I hear that hint of a Newcastle accent! I want Mike to say "Nyoo-cassle" the way he should and do Newcastlers proud!
Can't wait.
tbh this is the best video you can find
This guys abs though hell yeah I need this
Next up: Mike Thurston app for Android and IOS.
Soon
that would be mad
Coppin the shit out of that!!!
Waiting for that!
The quality god damn it mike
The lighting is God Level
Thanks for this Mike. I've been working on hanging leg raises this evening. This video has really helped.
solid video and tips, nutrition is always the main factor, if your body fat percentage isn't low enough then you won't see anything. And people forget or don't realize your abdominal are muscles so they need to be worked out like any other muscle on your body. great video
great video couldnt ask for a better core training video
Bloody brilliant production on this vid man. Well done.
As a gymnast I have a bit different set of abs exercises. I like your thoughts restricting ROM on hanging leg raises--I grew up doing these on the lower bar of the girls uneven bars. My butt is barely above the mat with my heels almost at butt height. Then I raised legs up from there. Great for maximizing the abdominals. Also I've NEVER done the reverse crunches in the normal bench like this. I like that idea and will try it soon. But I've not ever liked the glute-ham machine--or not the way cross fit athletes use it. I like your version better. After I started weight training and got into heavy resistance abs exercising we used the Roman chair bench and raised the front of the bench to keep tension on my abs. I also learned the taking hard punches activates muscle fibers that normal abs exercising doesn't. Love these exercises you do.
Damn, I love this chanel, it's one of the best. I learn a lot for the workout and furthermore I'm improving my English (I'm from Spain) o lot thanks to this videos, so double thanks Mike
I’m so glad I found your channel 😊👍
Jesus thanks so much I could never do hanging leg raises, and normal ones were too easy this was perfect
Thank you so much for this video. Will be following these exercises tonight at the gym. May i also say, you look a lot like you could be a stunt double for Henri Cavill ahah
My guy has his own private gym, I hate working out when I’m surrounded by people but, you know? I gotta stay in shape.
Visually one of the greatest workout videos I have ever seen. Respect!
The guy has a gentle approach to body building.
That's really workout Mike. I'm taking your tips for implementing everyday workout. It's so helpful. I really enjoy your tips. Thanks so much.
great mate!!!! one of the best I've ever seen and encouraged me to try new routine for abds, well-done
