Ab workouts are never the waste but if you want some proper gains, or fat losses which are more important for gaining abs, you should follow some structured and personalized diet plan! I got mine from site Next Level Diet, but there are many more great options I believe (especially if you are lazy like me and hate counting calories and all that stuff). I lost 8 lbs of fat in my first month, but I have just started 💪

A trend that a lot of fitness influencers seem to have trouble distinguishing between is core workouts versus abdominal workouts. That trend is claiming that working the abdominals is the same as having a strong core. Abdominals are important for full body stabilization but they are by no means the entirety of “core strength.” Core muscles refer to the muscles that are internal around the rib cage, spine and hips. If you’re interested in strengthening your core, exercises like the uneven dead lift, one-sided farmer walks, and any other exercises that force you to tighten your inner core muscles to stabilize are really going to target your core strength.

solid video and tips, nutrition is always the main factor, if your body fat percentage isn't low enough then you won't see anything. And people forget or don't realize your abdominal are muscles so they need to be worked out like any other muscle on your body. great video

As a gymnast I have a bit different set of abs exercises. I like your thoughts restricting ROM on hanging leg raises--I grew up doing these on the lower bar of the girls uneven bars. My butt is barely above the mat with my heels almost at butt height. Then I raised legs up from there. Great for maximizing the abdominals. Also I've NEVER done the reverse crunches in the normal bench like this. I like that idea and will try it soon. But I've not ever liked the glute-ham machine--or not the way cross fit athletes use it. I like your version better. After I started weight training and got into heavy resistance abs exercising we used the Roman chair bench and raised the front of the bench to keep tension on my abs. I also learned the taking hard punches activates muscle fibers that normal abs exercising doesn't. Love these exercises you do.
