Wish you would treat this vids with more of your personality show us you preparing dinner and talk about the workouts what you can do better how different exercises felt etc I think this channel has a lot of potential but what’s missing is you giving us your personal side not just the workout side consider it atleast it would make people connect with you better you should be motivating people like yourself it will serve you well
keep going king, stay consistent and stay informed with the best way to train for your goals, make sure to do your research (form, exercises, splits, and dieting!!!) enjoy the process, one day you’ll look back on the early days with pride ❤
This brings me back the nostalgia of my first real workoutsplit back when I would progressively overload the db press every push workout and got my first chest gains
Few tips: 1. Try to incorporate a form of tricep extension e.g skull crushers, rope cable extensions etc. 2. Make sure your bodyweight is increasing every week, it would be best if you bulk much harder than others due to your ectomorph body type 3. Focus on form as form is far more important than weight particularly when you're just starting Keep going, your doing great just stay committed and focused.
Let’s Gooooo, light weight baby, truly inspiring and new found motivation to continue my fitness journey. Keep at it and you will meet and exceed your goals. Sending gain praises from the USA. 💪💪💪
stay consistent eat well experiment with training and focus on form at the beginning and you should be good 💪 I'm excited how you gonna look in few years 👍 I was 53kg when I started as well and I gained about 30kg over many years you got this mate
You would reap a lot of rewards from just eating a high calorie surplus daily for an extended period, you would gain a sufficient amount of size and gain enough weight to gym with heavy weights that will actually cause mechanical tension and metabolic stress
Hey i would add some sort of push up progressions on this routine. I think it would be beneficial to create a baseline on strenght. Good videos keep it up! Go for 3 sets but light weight
Hi Jack, I'm new to your workout videos. I have a couple of questions. Do you train to a workout plan or do you just wing it in the gym? Also, are you on a calorie controlled diet, counting your macros and taking any supplements like whey, casein or creatine?
keep going but make sure your eating a calorie surplus. otherwise alot of this hard work you are doing in the gym will not be as maximized as it could be, wouldn't want to have a large portion of your effort in the gym go to waste. to make meaningful gains you need to eat in a calorie surplus.
Try go see a chiropractor at least 1 time per month or more if ya can you got alot of imbalances in your frame from having no muscle.you cant even lift your arms up high enough to do bicep flex 1 session with chiropractor will fix that and will straighten your neck and spine and hips and shoulders

Good to see how committed you are, but you need to be having way more protein in your meals and eating way more calories mate. Keep it up though :)

if your aiming for strength start on bench press mate and do 3x5 with a weight you can do for no more then 7 reps
Good stuff bro. Work on form u gonna get massive fs
you should also include what your eating does not have to be in every video but maybe like 1 a week would be cool
You should go heavier with db press

When your doing db chest press dont go down to far
Use a mass gainer bro you would be surprised by the results
Gainers are a very unhealthy way of bulking up. It's basically just sugar. Peanut butter, pasta, oatmeal etc is much better just real food
please my bro, switch to calisthenics and high rep arm workouts. You will progress a lot faster as a skinny guy
What's your weight? I hope you're bulking, right?
53kg roughly, Just started the winter bulk 💪
bro where is 1-36 missing days ?
On his TikTok bro

How many calories are you eating?
Look up why 5-8 reps is better than what your doing
more sets aim for 10-12 reps
3-4 sets on everything
Junk volume isn't good.
@@tobylufc way too much volume
@@TrulyHyakki No it isnt?
@@tobylufc2 sets with proper form high intensity and to failiure or close is the best bet but this guy needs to do a long bulk
What is blud doin
Focusing on form and high rep ranges too much, go heavier
