Great vid as always. Been following this channel för a couple of years now and must say that Mike is a great inspiration. Would be very interesting to see a vid where Mike speaks about how his training regim and routines also food intake has changed over the years. Somehow I got the feeling that Mike now just maintains his good physique...or maybe I am wrong ? I know for for my own part that when I competed in kickboxing I weighed 77 kg and was looking for the best shape of my life, now I train only at the gym and weigh 89 in pretty good shape. not as fit but stronger and still happy
These are my favourite videos, Mike - always useful and now I am actually going to do this exact workout tomorrow and see how it goes (except cable lat raises instead of that rare machine). Should there be any difference in approach to the workout if cutting or bulking (I'm currently cutting)?
Mike, I'll subscribe. Great advice and technical information. I need to get in shape but my training is getting untidy, I need to attain good form to get the results, I'll take a look... So many kids in the gyms these days, they cheat, attempt too much weight and don't complete the sets. I look at them and think just lower the weight, get the form bang-on and do more strict reps until you've built up the muscle strength. Sadly they don't. Keep up the good advice!
My old gym (in Luxemburg) didn't have a lateral raise machine so believe it or not I literally did cancel my membership and move to another city (Marbella)! My new gym now has one, Firm handshake, solid advice.

Also the gym market here is insane, the finest in Europe, and maybe the world for one of them. We live in Dubai during winter and although super stylish, the gyms there aren't even close to the ones in Marbella.

For a push pull legs workout split. Do you have to go six times a week? Or you are fine with one push, one pull and one legs per week? Since you reach failure in each exercise
Always love doing chest and shoulders together it just feels right. Dont like doing triceps with chest because the triceps are getting fatigued and i cant get best out of my chest exercises

Cable handle grips work very well for the rear and dealt & if it’s working too much forearm clearly you need to lower the weight, cos the most group that you are meant to be targeting cannot resist it hence your forearm takes over…👀

2. Machine lateral raise
3. Seated cable flys
4. Cable Y raise
5. Chest-focused dips
6. Cable tricep crossover
7. overhead rope tricep extension

A tip for the chest dip: tuck your knees in, which will put your center off mass more to the front and make it easier to tilt forward.
