Mike, thank you for all your great videos. Really inspiring, especially your travel vlog`s, since that is my plan for 2024 to travel the world, hopefully bringing my kids often, while going to the gym and eat and eat:) You make our planning much easier now. Amazing shape/ physique you have, that`s the result of controlling all elements, sleep, food, and proper training. Keep up the good work Mike, cheers. 💪
Just perfect timing, getting a Push Workout Video before going into my Push session today! Also ordered two new THRST Shorts during the Black Friday Sale, because I was beyond impressed with the quality of my first order! Thank you Mike!
there’s more to it then just going to the gym. Periodisation, progressive overload, nutrition timing, RECOVERY (this is a big one!) deload weeks. A lot of people don’t understand these aspects which is why they don’t gain. Mike has mastered all of these aspects but people are quick to say steroids because they haven’t got a scooby doo lol. Don’t hate. Education yourself first
He doesn’t even know how to program properly, you’re giving him way too much credit. He’s clearly extremely unlikely to be natural, he should just admit it.
This is a bit of a noob question but ive never heard a good answer: why alternate between muscles from set to set? Mike went from chest, switched to shoulders, switched back to chest and continued the cycle. Doesnt that make u lose the pump and the progress of the workout? (I understand that alternating can help with stamina but still)
I'd probably say it depends on what sort of lift it is. If its more of a compound lift, you'd want them in at the start of the session ideally. For example in my Chest and Back day, I'd start with a bench press or dumbell press, and then go into bent over barbell rows as its a heavier compound moment in comparison to a single arm cable row, a lat pulldown or a cable pec fly. Hope this helps
Ofcourse he is not natty bro, fitness influencers natty status means 250mg test / week. Only few are 100% natty like jesse james west. But i love uncle Mike doesn't matter he is natty or not.

I would have respect for people like Mike if they were honest about their steroid use, give out good information for everyone but be honest about that. John Meadows used to give out great information for natural lifters but he never hid the fact that he took steroids and he was much more respected than Mike will ever be.
He never did claim natty tbh. Also if you are into this industry you would know who is natural or not, not really rocket science. But for people like you that have probably never stepped in the gym it's a big issue..
How do you know for sure that he is on steroids? Imagine for a second how weak minded and pathetic you sound if you consider the very possible fact that Mike is actually natural. You will never achieve greatness this way, stay small
I’ve always thought Mike was natural (for the last ~decade at least). Maybe he dabbled in pro hormones in his early days. He doesn’t have any obvious signs of steroid use. His skin looks in great condition, something which usually steroid users don’t have the privilege of. And none of his muscles have that messed up out of proportion look.
"Failure" a good way to explain the exhaustion level of not being able to put in that last rep.. maybe you drive yourself to hard because with heavy weights comes fewer reps, i feel over time. That's why people boast about going to the gym 3-6 hours a day. Because they utilize their time to get the best performance they can produce, be it 3 reps-5-15 sets or 10-15 reps over 3 sets... I personally think it is all about the results, working out the max or min rep's and set's to get the results, The realistic results

Supersets is an efficient way of working out. Speeds things up. Increased muscle growth because of the intesity.
It allows your lactic acid levels to drop in the muscle group being targeted meaning you can lift more when you go back to it later
Lactic but most of all the nervous systems require balance
