@@thebeautifulgame6398 u can’t help but feel for him, maybe he’s embarrassed to seek for others advice therefore he feels the need to lie about an injury to cover the fact he did chest flys for rear delts due to the fact that he wants to fit in.
Hey man good work. It looks pretty good. I'd like to see full range of motion throughout the set with a slightly slower eccentric movement on some sets. Its best to get a good stretch at the end of the movement. Don't worry about the weight, the form to get blood to the muscle is more important than throwing weight. I hope the best for your fitness journey.

Mate, as a novice you should really scrap the bodybuilder split and do full body three times per week. And more importantly you need to ensure you're eating A TRUCKLOAD of calories to get your weight up.
i wish i could be there to train you. lower the weight on the lat pull down by one stack the strength will come over time i am sure of that.

Eat as many calories as u can. Ur belly’s supposed to hurt. Drink 1000 calories shakes after dinner. Just chug it.

on your hammer curl do it using 5-6 kg your form will be so much better and you will get more blood into the muscle. then in about 4 weeks u can move up a kg then slowly get to 8. you can build an amazing body over time as the skinny guys once they put on the muscle look amazing.

Great that you started ur workout journey, are you eating in a caloric surplus? I would personally recommend you focusing more on heavy compound movements and stick with a fullbody/upper lower split. But do as you like, best of luck

Don't worry about the weight. get the form right. weight is just a tool. get your size using a good diet and being in a calorie surplus. the numbers will come. It's about perfect form at start to build the habit.
if you really squeeze the bars itll help support wrists and build forearms / grip strength :)

yo i'm seeing your bicep curls and just wanna say new science has shown the most tension comes from the first few degrees of the movement and you had your arm bent, so try to fully extend the arm at the bottom blud

try to focus more on the negative portion of the movement and slow down ur reps
Keep the hard work but I would recomend to be more on the "easy" side of work out keeping the rep range between 6-12 and the reps in reserv in 2-3 RIR. Do not go to failure always. Try not to go to failure at all if you can. Sometimes it's ok to know what is your strenght but definitely not good to do most of the time.

You need to have some control of the weight, look up ‘time under tension’
Bro, good effort, but I would fuck off the split your doing. Your new to the game. The games been played 100s of times, and beginners tend to see better results with a full body split. It’s not as glamorous but people avoid it because it’s Fucking nails. Compounds always over isolation if your starting new.

If you ate a lot more your chest will definitely fill up. I can see you atleast have good chest insertions. Keep it up mate ❤
