Every time Brittany Dawn talks about the Lord telling her something, I am reminded of that part from "The Road to El Dorado": Stars. Can't do it. Not today.
She speaks as if she is a prophet. Like The Lord personally speaks to her. I understand God speaks to all of us, but she pushes it. If that makes sense.

Look, I can't even be objective about this woman anymore. She has absolutely exhausted every ounce of objectivity this therapist has. Also, I have never made such a firm statement in regards to someone's spiritual journey, not just as a therapist but also as a Christian. We can't possibly know what truly goes on in someone's personal spiritual life, right? Well that ends for me today. Everything about Brittany Dawn is fake. Her statements about following the Lord's guidance in her life and using that as her reasoning for her decisions, in my opinion, is absolutely fabricated and garbage. Brittany Dawn posing as some kind of authority on Christianity; the way she boldly, RECKLESSLY, and publicly "interprets" God's word is both dangerous and infuriating. She has absolutely ZERO education or training in ANY of the lifestyles that she promotes and I see right through her. She uses "buzz words", cliché terms, (and as you pointed out B.) RECYCLED words and experiences from others, to promote herself and her "brand/platform". I'm so sick of this woman. She has value and she is loved by God as we all are, but enough is enough. She needs to just stop. I'm dumbfounded that anyone is still taking her seriously, and as a Christian I am horrified to know that there are those who are looking to Brittany Dawn for spiritual guidance of all things. I agree with you on your perspective of BD. You switched to religion to try to look better and all her talk is so over done. You would think people would catch on but they haven’t. I really wish her break was so much longer, if not forever. We could really do w/o any guidance from her religious or not.

I highly enjoy these videos and that you are bringing more awareness to Faith manipulation in general. As a Christian, I have to be very cautious about being sure that Jesus is actually telling me something and it’s not just my own selfishness or using Jesus as a reason to do X or not do X. I’ve been guilty of that in the past. BD uses faith manipulation to shame so many people and this behavior is why so many people leave their Faith. It’s so harmful. :/

The excessive Christianese is making my skin crawl!! I am a Christian, but ex-evangelical. It’s been a long time since I’ve been around people who talk like this. It’s so fake-deep and exhausting. She can’t say one straightforward thing! Every sentence is coded as “Christian”, but underneath there’s nothing genuine.

Brittany...girl- plenty of us also have to answer calls, emails, and busy from work. I work in regulatory and compliance. Brittany could probably take a few tips from people in my field 👀 😂 I'm sure doing social media as a job is exhausting, but plenty of influencers have a separation and boundaries of what is appropriate time on social media and what's appropriate to share.

I am not part of the infertility community but I consider myself a cheerleader for them as my brother and his wife have been experiencing secondary infertility for about 3 years now. I have been following infertilitok for over a year and heard that someone had stolen her content and at first I had no idea who had but I heard everyone talking about it. Then I finally figured out who had stolen it and I almost couldn’t believe it. Just when you think that Brittany Dawn can’t sink any lower, she goes and pulls something like that. It’s just disgusting!
When I left Christianity, it wasn't because I had become disillusioned with the teaching of Christ. It was because I had become disillusioned with Christians, many of whom were very much like Brittany Dawn. Hypocritical, judgemental, prideful, self unaware, deceitful, manipulative, gossiping, backstabbing... caring more about the believer aesthetic than actually walking the walk... weaponizing scripture in service of their own personal agenda.... spiritual abusers who believe they are inherently superior to their fellow human beings.
If God is real and the Bible is true, then I guess I will be in hell, but I believe they will all be there with me.

I don’t personally feel like she knows anything about the Bible. She uses random polarizing words and then puts random stuff with it. She had no clue how to coach people when it came to nutrition so I think it’s similar with this.
I think she probably is a passionate believer but I think she is highly susceptible to falling into a culty church where you just repeat things like a parrot and don’t actually know what you are saying.
Also, I don’t think she has a healthy relationship with social media. She used it to exploit a homeless man, she stole content and wouldn’t fess up and I feel like she jumps on a lot of identity bandwagons like infertility or foster mom or horse girl or Jesus girl. I’m sure she’s fasting because of the settlement. I wonder if she has to liquidate her possessions in order to pay this? Maybe they are selling their home and she has to stop buying extensions and lashes and fake tanning and she doesn’t want to show up without it. It’s sad because I’m sure she does have a lot of good qualities but I think oversell she is a narcissist person.

Same here. I guess it’s more cost effective if the state doesn’t have to take it to trial but I’m really hoping for a public statement or some kind of restitution payments for her former clients.

I watch a ton of YT and I’ve seen so many reprehensible ppl on here…moms who exploit their children and leave them open to p*edos, etc etc. But when people use Jesus and God for clicks and views I find that just as bad if not almost worse, in a way. At first I cringed when ppl like B here and others were saying she was using the Creator for clicks and views…I didn’t want that to be true! But the more I watch her, the more I actually think she is doing just that. I find it absolutely reprehensible and it crosses a line that in a million years and for a million dollars I would NEVER do. My relationship with God is my own, it is precious and I keep it between God and myself.

Yeah, I could definitely see her heading down the Heidi Powell path which is actually pretty sad. Heidi posts so many ridiculous things but at a certain point I feel bad for her. It’s like she is constantly seeking outside validation and can’t ever just sit and be content.

I find her use of the term "fasting" odd. The dictionary definition is very specific that it relates to abstaining from certain or all foods and/or drink. She is changing the definition in order to use the term to justify taking a break.
