Her family killed her. Who would sit in that house long enough to write a 2.5 page ransom note then leave the body behind? No one. 1. You wouldn't wait til you were in the house to write the note. 2. You would bring some kind of weapon and not rely on what the family already had, like the rope and paintbrush from Patsy's art supplies. 3. There would have been signs of an intruder. Footprints, hairs, fibers, etc. Whoever killed her was all over that house. JonBenét's bedroom where she was sleeping, the office where Patsy kept her stationary, the kitchen where the flashlight was found, and the basement where JonBenét's body was discovered. No way in hell the 3 other people didn't notice what was going on.

Everything you said is Rubbish & untrue. You too show yourself to be totally Ignorant about this crime, this case & about Life matters in general. You're just someone Else who doesn't have the brain cells for True crime & neither did the 7-8 investigators from the Boulder PD who had Never worked a murder case before either. Stick to your one hour made up simple plot TV crime shows, that tell ya the beginning, the middle & the end.
And get this through your head lovey - No parent would torture then slaughter their child & then would find it Feasible to try to disguise their handwriting, by Handwriting a 365 words & numbers ransom note Plus use their Own notepad to do that & put that on the hall table For The Cops plus use their Own marker & put that in the pen cup For The Cops. Nor would Any parent then tell the cops, homicide detectives & everyone else that they found the 3 pages spread out on the rung of the back staircase!
More than one useless money grubbing cop had Moron Syndrome & it's clear that it's still spreading like a fn Disease.
Now listen up with both ears or get a responsible Adult to read this aloud for ya - this case has never been to Trial so something called Case Evidence has Never been presented in Any way, shape of form so You, the general public know Nothing about this case let alone anything True.
I actually pity all those who believe the Fake writing ‘samples’, as If Patsy did those letters & as If the pages are from the police files. All types of A##holes set forth to Con the public so as to make Money from this crime.
The Ramseys were Proven Innocent a long, Long time ago with a mountain of Actual evidence & by a whole bunch of Actual experts under the umbrella of Law Enforcement, who included expert Seasoned investigators who had to be brought into this case, expert Crime Scene techs & expert DNA & forensic Scientists.

The endless videos, new & old, are your tabloid magazines. Got it?
Three so-called detectives put their mugs on TV trying to make Money from this high profile crime. All 3 had Never worked a murder case before & so, had never Solved one. Steve Thomas made up a story about Patsy with Zero evidence to back his mouth. Linda Arndt implied a story about John with Zero evidence to back her mouth. James Kolar made up a story about Burke with Zero evidence to back his mouth & that further demented crap was turned into a Bogus documentary put out by CBS in 2016 & you all lapped it up like panting puppies. That show started the never ending Garbage about the 9 year old Kid that continues unabated to this day yet CBS & each of the Con Artist Paid Pipers were mightily Sued for their 'gross misleading of the public'. Just another Fact that you cold hearted Neanderthals choose to Ignore. Thomas was sued Also. At least Arndt found some integrity & publicly Apologised for her Lies told trying to also fund her retirement.
You TV consumptive morons believe All of the 'theories' because you're also, not very bright & all your hooha about Nothing burgers just makes you all Pathetic.
FYI - all Ramseys were Proven INNOCENT & finally Officially exonerated in 2008 due to all the evidence known at that time, over 200 pieces of, that Showed someone Was in that house. And the investigation continued with grown up Actual homicide investigators who had full Integrity & who worked tirelessly Unpaid, because Their sole purpose was to find a highly sadistic child killer. None wrote a book trying to line their own pockets.
Last December a cold case team were put together by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation & they’re on the job. The DNA being saliva, from one of the unknown male intruders was mixed in with one spot of JB's blood in the big underpants that he & his cohort put on her, has been in CODIS since 2003. That DNA did Match the DNA from under JB's pinkie fingernails & the DNA from 2 places on the waistband of the long-johns, inside & outside there, being pulled up/down. As of the results in 2016 with advanced forensics - the 2nd unknown male's DNA, also on the long-johns & he is hispanic.
The cold case team also have the go-ahead to have both perps’ DNA reanalysed with the advanced technology & can have untested evidence items from the BPD’s dungeon, to be analysed with same.

The 911 call on the 23rd would have been in the Evening, Not the Morning.
She got the Bike that morning at her house, not that evening at the White's.
John's "Christmas Bonus" of $118,117.50 was from 1995, Issued in Feb of 1996 and on each of his paystubs through-out '96.
The Long-John DNA was Not discovered until a few years after the DNA under her fingernails &. on her panties.
The Image you use at the 6:48 mark is Not the Window in the Ramsey Home that is Relevant to This Case.
The Foliage under the Window Well Grate was Not Growing There, It Was Freshly Pressed Indicating Someone Had Likely Lifted & Lowered That Grate Recently.
& While there Was a Faint Shoe Impression on Top of That Suitcase (along with a tiny piece of glass), the well-known Hi-Tec Shoe Print was found Next to JonBenet's Body in the "Wine Cellar" Room.
Oliva was an Interesting Suspect but as you stated his DNA Was collected, compared, & Cleared in 2001. He himself has gone on television saying he did Not commit this crime. Vail's Story does Not Add Up, He says Oliva called him on the evening of the 26th, then he got up the next morning and saw it as a headline on his California Newspaper, Yet it was Not Headline News until at earliest the 28th, it was nothing but a small blurb in a Much Smaller Local Colorado Newspaper on the 27th.
Glad You Touched On Helgoth, Now HE Was A Good Suspect!!! His DNA was Cleared, but He & His "Former Colleague" John Stephen Gigax Need Further Scrutiny IMO
Amongst Quite A Few Other Highly Viable Overlooked Suspects that the BPD has Failed to Properly Clear or Even Investigate 😖🤬

Also, what intruder breaks into a home and nonchalantly takes their time to tie a person up, murder them, write a ransom note then leave? Also if that was my daughter I would have had the wherewithal to not let anyone contaminate that crime scene. No person would have been casually strolling around that home. There's also evidence that the marks on the body wasn't left by a stun gun but instead left by some metal model train track found in the brothers bedroom. People were allowed to come and go which contaminated a possible crime scene, the parents weren't separated to be questioned, the child's body was moved not once but twice, and the police never questioned the 911 dispatcher. I know the parents were ruled out as suspects but personally I'm still suspicious. Like why didn't they check the whole house before calling the police? Why didn't the police immediately conduct their own search upon arrival? Why did Patsy go calling all the family to tell them about the "kidnapping"? Why did the police let people come and go? And IF there was a kidnapper, why would he/she write a ransom note nearly three pages long? How did they know how much the Christmas bonus was and why demand that specific amount? And how did they break into the house, take the little girl from her bed, carry her all the way down to the basement, assault/beat/murder her and then exit the house without leaving something behind (ie. hairs, fibres) or making some kind of noise? Because unless the murderer used the stun gun before taking her downstairs I'm willing to bet that child would've been kicking and screaming the house down. And surely there'd have been signs of a struggle if that were the case? None of it makes any sense.

There’s no chance the parents weren’t involved. If you look deeper into this case, you’ll find all sorts of corruption. The DA and Police Chief were very close friends of the father. It’s theorized that she was sexually abused to death at a party the night she was killed, and the parents brought her home and staged her body. The killing really makes no sense at all. Someone broke in while they were home, took the time to sit in the kitchen and write a ransom, and then decide to not take her out of the house? How did the parents and police search the house but not find her? Then later, the father and his friend happen to find her after the police left? Yea ok. It’s nonsense. The parents were absolutely involved and you can’t convince me otherwise.

Was he also friends with the medical examiner? I ask because if she was abused to death, I’d expect to see many more violent injuries. IIRC, she primarily suffered a skull fracture and was then strangled. Wouldn’t all the abuse injuries also appear in the autopsy report? There is so much in this case that doesn’t make sense. Though, I think your suggestion that the person who did this was known to the Ramsay’s and perhaps the Ramsey’s allowed their child to be abused is one of the few scenarios I think does make sense. Perhaps she was accidentally killed mid abuse, and then the parents helped covered up the crime to protect their secret. The 2 biggest issues I have is that the DNA did not match the family (so someone had to put in there) and also that the ransom note being from inside the house (implying the parents or someone they knew were involved). It’s just so bizarre.

The ransom letter wreacs of hate an jealousy against John. 2 biggest suspects had keys to house bad financial debt which align with the kidnap ransom plot knew family well knew ramseys br was on top floor knew JB br was 2nd floor other end of house knew JB dog was at the neighbors barnhill house where 1 of huge suspects lived in basement.2 biggest suspects who easily knew everything to pull this off an get away with it was housekeeper an Meyer. Many believe Helgoth an Wolf was involved. None of these day 1 suspects left DNA or fingerprints. Last DNA test from 2008 from JB fingernails an underpants was linked to 2 unknown males 1 was a Hispanic these i clearly believe were accomplice to ringleader. Cant believe many think patsy was stupid enough to use John's bonus amount as ransom an movie quotes from posters in her basement. Never heard of someone incriminate themselves covering up a crime. I believe whole heartedly that the parents were involved. Never before in the history of crime has a case like this ever happened by a random intruder. Taking the time to write a random inside the home, taking the child down to the basement and then just deciding not to take her? The police and parents supposedly searched the home but never found her, then when the police leave the father and his friend find her in the basement? The same friend whose house they were partying at earlier that night? Lol. The father Ramsay was a creep and so was his wife. It’s likely that they were allowing their children to be sexually abused at elite parties, it went too far, she died, and they staged the home invasion/kidnapping/murder at their home. Hence why the friend whose party they were at was there every step of the way, to ensure it went the way they wanted it to.
