@@fathimariyaz5256 not sure if will help. But for hip dips I drop onto my knees (the same position you do for the push-up modification) and do them like that. I find that easier
I CAN'T BELIEVE I MANAGED TO FINISH THIS VIDEO. Core exercises are the most difficult from this challenge, I'd rather do 5 hip dips/booty videos than doing one core video. I'm so proud of myself!! This is a big victory for me
Chloe, I love how positive these comments are, but I was legitimately almost in tears on my mat today. So painful 😅 but I pushed through. I’m already really athletic, but your Day 3 videos were challenging!! I almost gave up out of frustration, but I kept going and I’m proud of myself. I would love it if you would include some modifications for more difficult exercises.
They are fun and fine moves but a few of them are a little weird (new), i for myself didn't feel them to be challenging and according to your comment You are in a better shape than me ❤
Im a 15 year old girl im currently in day 3 of doing the get abs challenge of 2022 in 18 days, Im fasting for ramadan wich is no water or food from sunrise to sunset. If I can do this you also can, don`t give up, you can with this and more!!!! You are going to reach your goal so, perseverance is everything!!
Those tricep push up things really nearly broke me 😅 can’t wait to come back to this exercise later on and see if I’ve made any progress! Day 3 down. Good luck, everyone, you can do this!
@@247webgirl You can do it. On day 1 of me doing these, I was nauseous and couldn't hold any poses for very long, a week later and I am able to keep up far better, not get sick, and also feel good the day after. We'll slowly improve to a point we can do that exercise if we don't slack off!
On the first day of exercise I stopped midway through to cry because I was so exhausted and overwhelmed I couldn't do the exercises. 11 days later and now I look forward to doing some kind of exercise even when it's my rest day. Just when I thought I’m getting better at this, this video humbled me lol. Lost my balance with all of them except the dolphin planks. I couldn’t do a single tricep plank. My noodle arms are way too weak for that kind of pressure. Not very happy with my form today either, but I’m so surprised I managed to get to the end of this video. I thought about giving up every 30 seconds but these comments are so motivating.
I just listened to a really good podcast by rob dial and he talks about the mindset you need to have when working out. Never start anything with a “I hate my body so I need to start working out to look better” but come in with a grateful mindset and a “okay well I may not like my body but what has caused me to look this way? Bad eating or doing things you know you probably shouldn’t?”And appreciate that your body has got you this far in life and it’s working so hard for you so you should cherish and appreciate that and help it to be more healthy and effective! No one really gets far in life with an angry hateful outlook especially towards themselves. Start appreciating the little things you may have taken for granted and start things with love in mind!

I used to do this stuff everyday pre corona and I could do it easily for 1 hour each day. Now, several years and kgs later, I realized my arms are gello, cause I couldn't do 50% of these excersizes without collapsing and cursing my mat. Only second day of the 30 day challenge, so I am HOPING to get stronger arms in time 😂
I could hardly do any of these exercises, as I totally have spaghetti arms, but tried my best and got through the video, despite having to do a lot of knee planks! Here's to getting stronger
This is my 2nd Chloe ting program. I got out of touch for a little while and I'm still struggling. But I couldn't even do a up and down plank before but now I can do it . I'm super proud of myself for coming back. If you fell off the routine, don't Worry what matters more is that you came back ♥️

Phew chloe tings workout is no joke! This is day 8 of doing the hourglass challenege! My bodys been able to do planks much longer than i used to. My core feels more tightend than usual and i love it. Got me sweating like crazy but they say NO PAIN NO GAIN!! And if youre struggling to do some of the workouts, dont feel bad. Just do what you can and you will become stronger by the time you know it! Dont give up!

I felt sad and depressed the whole day so I decided to try that new video just to think about something else and I really liked the new exercices. It’s nice to have new variations like that from time to time. Moving your body really is the best way to take your mind off stressful thoughts 👍 now let’s keep going and follow another workout video

Started my online schooling and had a bout of shingles plus it's winter time, so I have felt soooo tired and have slept a lot. I've gained about 10 pounds since all of this started. holy. shi this was hard. i have a pretty strong core so struggling on core day was a surprise. Im doing the 2024 full body weight loss challenge, im on day 10 and i see a little difference on my lower thighs and stomach!
For the first half till side plank I didn't know what I was doing, no good form I guess, but then I didn't gave up my hope and slowly tried to follow the instructions first then playback the exercise and started doing it. I'm happy because I tried my best and finished it. Guys you don't have to be perfect, you just have to keep going so that you can develop the strength to be perfect in future 😊 If anyone else is struggling like me, I hope this comment will give you hope. 😅

I was doing your workouts with my 7 year old cousin. HAHAHA she did her best for 30 minutes so She finished the workout (as a 7 year old level of course) She used two toys as weights and a Ribbon as a resistance band. She Is always asking me "Are You gonna do "Chloe Ting" today? I have my equipement now!" Sometimes She gets too tired so She just stares while I finish! You did impact my life and I am so thankful! I have fought anxiety and eating dissorders for so long but thanks to You those days are gone! I love sooo much!!!
I tried doing this program before and I couldn't even do like 90% of it. I gave up for some time, because what's the point if I can't even do most of it properly. Decided to do another 28 day challenge and I'm now on this one. I'm proud to say that I can finally do at least 85% of it. It's crazy how much your body can change in just a month.

To be honest I've been working out for past a year and i do have transformed but I've to go far more ahead... Earlier i used to workout thinking that I have to get those perfect abs, perfect body and stuffs and i don't used to get my satisfactory results i used to get demotivated. But now, I'm working out thinking that i don't wanna get those perfect body and so but i wanna get stronger and healthier and by doing so I'll achieve my goals... So basically the point i wanna make clear is... Don't workout for perfection, workout for yourself and your health... You'll get what you want... You all can do it!!!! FIGHTING!!!!
I can’t do regular push ups🫣, despite of this, today’s video was really great. Lots of new variations, that makes the training more interesting🥰 If you are on this day and can’t do something - just know that more than 70% of those, who surround you, can’t even start. But you are doing your best and with every day and program you become stronger and better. So just give your body time and an opportunity to reach your mind and its goals 🥰🤗
I love Chloe Tings workouts!! This is the 2nd challenge I am doing and I feel much stronger and happier with my body. Btw. I am 49 years old - If I can do it, you can do it. ;-)
My experience in 56day challenge Day1: it was very trying I did only one workout Day2: I felt a little string and did half workout in the morning and half at evening Day3: I did it very energetically and it was fun Day4: I didn't do anything because I hurt my hand Day5: I pushed myself hard and did the workout with my sprained hand i feel very proud of myself Goodluck to everyone who are doing this workout ur are currently the best version of ur self ✨️ ur are shining star 🌟
I just started working out again and I'm on my second week, day 11. I lost 2kg in my first week but since then no other progress. I was gonna give up on my 10th day but decided to struggle through doing day 11 and I'm so happy because I've made progress again. Spent less time resting and I scaled through most of the workouts😭😭😭

Dolía un poco el cuerpo Día 4: ✅ tuviste la fuerza para realizarlo
Me pasa igual, el año pasado sentía que era aún más dificil y me dio por combinarlo con yoga (viridiana Yoga). Aumento mi fuerza, resistencia, flexibilidad y facilidad para hacer los ejercicios con mayor control. Ahora combino ambas, me va mucho mejor.

Whoa! This was challenging. I couldn't believe that it was only 10 minutes. I'm on Day 3 of the Get Abs challenge. Honestly, I'm just glad that I finished this video. I modified a couple of the exercises, but I did it. That's the main thing. Onto the next video.

I'm on day-3 of the summer shred challenge and bruhhhh. When I tell you I was STRUGGLING to do most these exercises but ik I'll get stronger overtime so don't get discouraged guys , there's no success without struggle 💪❤

Started my online schooling and had a bout of shingles plus it's winter time, so I have felt soooo tired and have slept a lot. I've gained about 10 pounds since all of this started. Returning to Chloe's channel to hop back into shape and look good for my wedding this year! Thank you for always making your workouts available and doable for everybody Chloe!!

holy. shi this was hard. i have a pretty strong core so struggling on core day was a surprise. Im doing the 2024 full body weight loss challenge, im on day 10 and i see a little difference on my lower thighs and stomach!

For the first half till side plank I didn't know what I was doing, no good form I guess, but then I didn't gave up my hope and slowly tried to follow the instructions first then playback the exercise and started doing it. I'm happy because I tried my best and finished it. Guys you don't have to be perfect, you just have to keep going so that you can develop the strength to be perfect in future 😊 If anyone else is struggling like me, I hope this comment will give you hope. 😅

This exercise was really very hard for me , I barely could do 7 exercises outta 16 of them . But I wont give up . this is just day 2 of y routine . I will be better .

I was doing your workouts with my 7 year old cousin. HAHAHA she did her best for 30 minutes so She finished the workout (as a 7 year old level of course) She used two toys as weights and a Ribbon as a resistance band.
She Is always asking me "Are You gonna do "Chloe Ting" today? I have my equipement now!"
Sometimes She gets too tired so She just stares while I finish!

I tried doing this program before and I couldn't even do like 90% of it. I gave up for some time, because what's the point if I can't even do most of it properly. Decided to do another 28 day challenge and I'm now on this one. I'm proud to say that I can finally do at least 85% of it. It's crazy how much your body can change in just a month.

To be honest
I've been working out for past a year and i do have transformed but I've to go far more ahead... Earlier i used to workout thinking that I have to get those perfect abs, perfect body and stuffs and i don't used to get my satisfactory results i used to get demotivated. But now, I'm working out thinking that i don't wanna get those perfect body and so but i wanna get stronger and healthier and by doing so I'll achieve my goals...
So basically the point i wanna make clear is... Don't workout for perfection, workout for yourself and your health... You'll get what you want...

I can’t do regular push ups🫣, despite of this, today’s video was really great. Lots of new variations, that makes the training more interesting🥰
If you are on this day and can’t do something - just know that more than 70% of those, who surround you, can’t even start. But you are doing your best and with every day and program you become stronger and better. So just give your body time and an opportunity to reach your mind and its goals 🥰🤗

My experience in 56day challenge
Day1: it was very trying I did only one workout
Day2: I felt a little string and did half workout in the morning and half at evening
Day3: I did it very energetically and it was fun
Day4: I didn't do anything because I hurt my hand
Day5: I pushed myself hard and did the workout with my sprained hand i feel very proud of myself

How’s it now ?
I just started working out again and I'm on my second week, day 11. I lost 2kg in my first week but since then no other progress. I was gonna give up on my 10th day but decided to struggle through doing day 11 and I'm so happy because I've made progress again. Spent less time resting and I scaled through most of the workouts😭😭😭
Loat 5 kg in 2 months by doing chloe excercise..no diet follow ..just sugar cut..no cold drinks..no burger rest same ..and 1 hour walk daily..✌️

Out of all the abs workout I have done,this was the hardest and I am here for 2023 Hourglass challenge,I will work on getting better!

Me pasa igual, el año pasado sentía que era aún más dificil y me dio por combinarlo con yoga (viridiana Yoga). Aumento mi fuerza, resistencia, flexibilidad y facilidad para hacer los ejercicios con mayor control. Ahora combino ambas, me va mucho mejor.

Whoa! This was challenging. I couldn't believe that it was only 10 minutes. I'm on Day 3 of the Get Abs challenge. Honestly, I'm just glad that I finished this video. I modified a couple of the exercises, but I did it. That's the main thing. Onto the next video.
Day 5!!! This workout was so much easier than before. I didn't have to modify as much!
I'm on day 11... skipped some days, but I'm back.
