i’m lying on the floor drenched in sweat, red faced and breathing heavily cuz i’m doing the 2 week shred. well obviously anyway, this is my last one (the fourth workout hahahahah i’m dead) and I just wanna say whoever’s doing this you got this. i really wanna change and i’m sick of giving up. i’m a very negative person and always have been. you just got to believe in yourself and i need to too or else I won’t get where i want to be. that was long sorry, i’m also pretty sure no one will see this. edit: hi everyone! i just want to say i am so thankful to get this many likes and support from random people on the internet, it’s crazy. everyone here has made me so happy with all the nice comments. i might even start tearing up because it’s rough and i needed all this. I just want to say little about myself, i’m 15 and i have type 1 diabetes and you know it sucks and it’s hard. I ask myself why me? i believed that it ruined my life because i was skinny when i was younger and getting diagnosed and getting older caused me to gain weight due to the insulin i give myself everyday. I also don’t take very well care of myself which can lead to bad complications when i’m older. Being the size i am really bothers me and i’m never comfortable, all i want is a change. this experience has led me to believe that it was so i learn to push myself and change how i act. last year a boy in my grade said something about my weight to my face and it destroyed me(thinking about it know it still hurts and i never really told anyone other than my friends) i was in the bathroom most of the day crying my eyes out and just having the worst day of my life. every single person who liked this comment is pushing me to get where i want to be in life so i can finally be happier and not miserable anymore. thank you all again you have all helped me so much i can’t even put into words. ❤️

I feel much stronger and I'm more confident! Trust me, once you start working out frequently and safely you will feel so more confident in your own skin! Just start! As someone I don't remember said: Day one or one day. YOU DECIDE. "YOU DECIDE" do you understand how meaningful this words are? You are able to completely CHANGE yourself! Anytime! I am so proud of myself that I completed this challenge finally in 2024🎉🎉 Previously I have started this workout many years, I will start with first video I would be lying in the ground unable to move an inch even for the cross body climbers. This time I was able to complete this challenge successfully with visible results ( though I don't have abs😅) So here's my result: Before: weight - 75.2kg Belly - 99cm Waist - 77.5cm After: Weight - 74.4kg Belly - 93cm Waist - 73cm Here's the thing guys, I know it's hard but just push through it this one time, you will know the amazing strength of your body. Then you will start craving for more... At the same time love yourself and your body, be grateful for all it has done for you

Hearing that "this is the last exercise" on day 14 literally hits so different. I can't believe that I got through all of it, but I did it. I'm going to be honest, although the exercises do get easier with time, they're still hard and I still had to take a few breaks in between some of the moves. Don't feel bad if you can't get through the entire video with no breaks. The fact that you're pushing yourself to do the exercises is already impressive and you should give yourself credit for it. I don't think that my body looks a lot different even after these 14 days but I think it has a lot to do with both my body type and my diet. I think that if I had watched what I ate better, I would have found more of a difference so I think that's what I would have done differently. Try watching some of Chloe's food videos. She makes eating healthier look so simple and also delicious. Although I don't think I look any different, I definitely feel different. When I flex my stomach, I can for sure feel how hard my abs are. So I know that the muscles are definitely there and stronger...they're just hidden by some fat, which is ok. Even though I've finished the two week shred, I'm definitely not going to stop exercising. I might not do something as extreme as this schedule again, but I'm definitely going to continue following Chloe's videos. She gives such great work outs and she's so encouraging. If you're in the middle of the shred, please continue because it's so worth it. You'll feel so amazing by the end and also feel more inspired to continue your fitness journey!

I just finished day 4. My depression really kicked in this morning and I barely made it out of bed. I know that I could have done better doing these workouts on another day but I decided to be proud of myself for doing the best I could under these conditions. Tomorrow is rest day and hopefully I'm going to feel better the day after that

@@aila57 She must have. Otherwise it would work just to shape and tighten the belly area better, but no visible abs. I know cuz I'm doing this challenge for the second time. I see changes, but to see any abs you'd need to have a flat stomach to begin with.
I have a tip for everyone: Pretend like you're on stage, and your workout is your dance routine. I do dance classes and we usually put on a performance, but due to Covid we can't, so I've been smiling at my wall like it's a camera, and pretending like I'm having the best time ever! It helps me cover up the pain, and I do actually feel better when doing the workout!

I’m on day 10 today and I haven’t seen much change, but I definitely feel stronger and more motivated to carry on. Once I’ve finished this I’m moving on to her 28 day flat tummy challenge and I won’t stop until I have the results I want. You have to remember that not much is going to change in 2 weeks, it takes much longer than that to get the results you want, but you have to be committed to yourself and every time you feel like quitting, remind yourself of why you are doing it and how good you are gonna look after quarantine. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so after these two weeks you gotta keep going and then it will feel normal to you! You got this, I believe in you!

Tracy Chepkorir no problem, we can do this! Today I actually felt a lot better in myself when I was doing the workouts, I was focusing on my form especially when doing plank or crunch like exercises like as she says breathing in and then as you breathe out squeeze your abs. You got this!

Finally finished my 2 week shred. Lost 1.1kg with this workout and intermittent fasting. I'm currently 5'1 and I weigh 48.8kg. My abs are a bit defined and my lower body is amazing. Thank you Chloe 😘 Gotta finish the rest of the challenges for the best glow up.
This comment section makes me feel so much better that I'm not the only one struggling to do half of these workouts! Day 4! we got this. update:: day 8- I can mostly complete an entire workout without extra pauses day 9: break and not sore day 10: I can complete the workout without struggling! I dont see results but definitely easier to do day 11: I still don't see results but it could possibly be from bloating. The challenges are getting a lot easier tho! day 12: I completed this all the way through with only a few breaks that didnt last long! day 13: Almost didn't do today's workout. Im extremely discouraged but i have one day left and two videos let (including this one). Im not seeing any progress and Ive tried intermediate fasting but physically can't do it. I've lost motivation but I am going to push through. 6 more workouts total until I'm done day 14: I didn’t do the workouts because I got my period and my cramps are sooo bad lol. Hey guys! Just letting u know that I finished the 2019 2 Weeks Shred Challenge :) Day 1: I'm very sweaty and tired. It was hard so I took the exercises easy. Day 2: *thinking if I should continue* but i did :D, still hard but motivated. There are exercises that I had trouble with but it's okay (btw I also did her optional workouts) Day 3: Tried my best, focused on chloe ting's formation. Day 4: Kept going. I have no choice lol. Had a hard time with Tight Core & Arms workout so I took it easy. Let things flow. Day 5: Rest ^^ Day 6: Finally back at it again! It's alright, I get the workouts now + the Lower Body Burn Workout makes me sweat but it's not that hard at all, so I enjoyed it :D Day 7: Hardest one! But realizing that these 4 sets of workout will make me tough. Kept going. Day 8: Had a hard time with the 2 first sets of workout, I was literally tired and lazy but kept going. For Lower Body Burn and Ariana G Abs, it was easy yet still made me sweat. Day 9: Rest~ Day 10: Surprisingly easy! I enjoyed all the 4 sets of workout. (For real!) Day 11: The best! It was cool. Day 12: Not that hard for me 'cause I'm familiar with all the workouts. Day 13: No longer hard for me. I was even able to properly do the side planks in the 11 Line Abs Workout lol. Day 14: Surprisingly easy. Took me long to finish the last 4 set of workouts, but overall, my formations are accurate and the exercises I find hard, I did them almost right like 85-90% accuracy. If you're looking for a sign to start this challenge, go! Do it! It made me stronger and I can feel that my body is better now compared before. And yes, it is hard because you have to discipline yourself for 2 weeks. Aside from working out, you have to be healthier and focus on your diet while doing these exercises. To me it is hard, but I guarantee you, all of them are BEARABLE. Don't doubt yourself, you can do it! Tip: Eat healthy and DRINK WATER! I promise, water is magic :) God bless y'all. Peace out.

REMEMBER: Even if you didn't get 11 line abs, or lose 20 pounds, you stuck to something for fourteen whole days, thats hella impressive AND results aren't just on the scale; feel physically stronger, seeing more muscle definition, or having more energy in the day are all signs of progress! Not that anyone is gonna read this but i have just finished the 14 days! Honestly I'm so proud. I can definitely see results. I also feel much more confident and that is a great thing. My advice for everyone is to keep going even when you don't feel like it. Everyday i have wanted to give up but i have just carried on and the joy afterwards is totally worth it! Keep going and you will get there. Its completely okay to take breaks. I gave up at day 6 but after a week i started it all again anf im so proud of what i have achieved. You will get results so keep working for it but also don't forget that you are beautiful no matter what you look like. Everyone is unique and stunning in their own individual ways, no matter what size. You got this!💝

I just want to thank Chloe for helping me get off my ass every day to workout, she has helped me reach some goals I never thought I could. I am a teenager and I started to eat a bit more over the past three years, gaining a bit of weight (I have always been quite small). I gained a blob of fat on my stomach and about a year ago, I started searching and searching for workouts to do but I always gave up. I soon found Chloe’s channel and her programs made me feel a different kind of motivation, knowing that I have a whole workout plan to do, it really helped me. I started doing one of her workout programs a while back, I did it only for a few days and injured my tailbone because I wasn’t doing the exercises correctly, so that gave me an excuse to not workout. It literally took about three months to heal, it still really isn’t healed and it’s been more than half a year now :/ after it became a lot better, I started doing another one of her workout programs, I was doing so well. I made it to twenty days and I got so excited when I put on my pair of jeans and they were falling down on me! When I used to have to unbutton them when I sat down because they dug into my stomach. I was so excited but for some reason, I lost all motivation and stopped, I still regret that decision so much. Then about a week later, the two week shred program came out, PERFECT! I put it on hold for a bit because of all my assessments that were due in the upcoming week but as soon as I got them all in, I forced myself to get up and start working out again. I started the program and I love this one so much! I have been doing it for a week now and can see a different in my stomach, it is a little more toned and flatter but most importantly, my strength has gotten so much better. I’ve noticed there are up and down planks in almost every video, I used to skip that workout every time I saw it but I decided to give it a try, I’m now a pro at them! I couldn’t even do one of them a week ago! I am so proud of myself and I hope to continue doing this program, maybe even do it more than once. There’s something about these shorter videos that gives me more motivation to keep going. Sorry for the massive comment, I just want to say thank you so much to Chloe for giving us these free programs to work with. And to anyone out there that struggles with motivation. You can do it! You are strong enough to keep going, I wish you all good luck with your workout journeys! X
I rly wanna try the 2 week shred cuz I need to get into shape haha. The bad thing is I’ve had unsolved stomach issues for 3 months like I have pain and nausea sometimes and it’s been like this for 3 months straight! And exercise makes me feel rly sick so I can’t do any. But I’ve lost 7 pounds cuz I’ve been eating less (not much appetite at school) but also healthier. I hope I get this solved cuz I rly wanna get back to my Norma life (I’m missing out on PE one of my fav subjects and swimming and netball) ps hope ur tailbone gets better:)
You literally have the same story as mine except I didn't injure my tailbone. I injured my knees at a camp and it's also due to rapid growth. After knowing that they will take months to heal I was like noo I want to do sports! (even if at the time I was still in the couch potato time) but for some reason I got more motivation and set a resolution for 2020 to lose weight for summer and keep working out even after that so that's what I'm doing and even if there aren't really any visible results yet I'm still trying my best and not losing hope!!

LADIES, I FINISHED THE 2 WEEK CHALLENGE! It took me a month lol, but it is done. I encourage everyone to do it, you will feel so proud of yourself! I’ve never been a determined person. I’d always make these big plans but never had the dedication to follow through with them. But I DID IT! So if you’re wanting to start living a healthier life, please do it! Two weeks isn’t long. And if you fall off the wagon like myself (SO many times as you can see below), just start from where you left off. You need to feel that feeling of accomplishment to motivate you to keep going! I am so pleased with the results that I’m going to be starting the 5 Week Booty Challenge tomorrow! I did not follow any diet this month. Generally tried to stop binge eating, and eat more home cooked meals. There was definitely a change in my body, though slight, obviously not as dramatic a change as most of the girls from the results videos. But it was good enough for me, because sticking to the workouts has HELPED me start eating better, sleeping better, etc. And my pants don’t feel like they’re bursting at the seams anymore lol. I am stronger now, happier as well. I’m LOOKING FORWARD to starting a new challenge tomorrow. And that’s the most important thing: to make regular exercise a habit in your life. And Chloe makes it easy to do that, because she makes her videos short and doable, with low impact versions, and she’s frequently putting out new challenges for us to try. Just finished the two week shred!!! Here’s my experience: actually gained 1-2 lbs and measurements are the same. I definitely feel healthier (I can do a push-up where I couldn’t before). I wouldn’t expect any drastic changes like some of the videos show unless you’re already skinny to start and just need some toning. But it can’t hurt to do the exercises. Good luck!

When I started I would do the last 10 seconds of the workout that was too difficult for me. Everyday I increased it and now (Day 11) I can get through almost all the workouts without taking a break during them

Im so happyyy i just finished my two week challenge. So far I went from 165 to 158 and while i did the program I was also doing an 1800 calorie deficit so that definitely help a lot and im gonna do more programs to help my weight loss. Who ever's reading this, you got this 💪

Ngoc Thuy Tran Hi, if you google Chloe Ting you will find lots of free programmes and one is the 2 week shred which I’m assuming is the one you’re looking for. You are supposed to do multiple workouts a day along with the schedule which uses episodes 1-4, but a couple of them each day. Hope this helps!

I kind of hate this workout because of how much pressure it puts on my wrists. I'll probably be replacing this one with a different workout from now on.
main youtube yeah of course! •First few days I did these (4 vid) workouts, they were hard but I kind of enjoyed them because I was actually doing something good for my body lol. •After a few days, I found it difficult to workout or even move because I was so stiff and I felt my rib cage was bruised - I decided to take a 2 rest because I actually couldn’t breathe properly. (I know this sounds very unappealing.) •After the two days, my body healed and I went back to doing the workouts and they actually didn’t seem as bad as the did before. I became less stiff in the mornings and the workouts because easier because I was getting stronger. •It hasn’t been my two weeks yet but so far, I’ve seen prominent muscle in my quads and I can feel my ab muscles. •Being honest, my body obviously isn’t looking like Chloe’s after almost 2 weeks but my body is feeling a lot more healthy and toned. •I don’t have a lot of excess fat on my body, so I didn’t really lose any weight doing these workouts! 🤍Don’t give up the workouts! I know they seem really tough and out of your comfort zone but do it! It’s quarantine and you know you want that summer body so GET IT SIS! Also you’re able to take breaks within the 2 weeks - I know it said a 2 week shred but if your body needs to heal let it heal. Don’t waste time - keep going because you’re doing great and even if the results don’t go exactly how you wanted them to, at least it’s really toned! Keep going with the workout because you want your hot girl summer don’t you? Lmao but actually: get at it, you’re not the only one struggling with motivation, I’m with you - I know you can do it 💘💘
Angelina yeah it does wreck your wrists and is a real turn off from the workout but it gets easier after a few consistent days of doing it. You’re wrists will soon become really strong and the exercises will feel like nothing to you!🤍
Just finished Day 4 of the Shred Challenge and I have never hated a workout more in my life! haha This workout was incredibly difficult for me. I couldn't do probably more than half of them and I just felt frustrated and angry. But the motivating comments and Chloe's encouragement during the video helped me get through it. You got this! BTW I hope I never have to see this workout again lol

salma rahman im on the fourth day and lemme tell u that yesterday i noticed my arms look so much more toned than they used too! keep in mind tho that i build muscle easily but it rlly has helped firm them up! also i think this is mainly for core strength/ abs but i think chloe does have a program for lean arms hope this helped!
i’m at day 4 on the two weeks challenge, and this is the first day this workout was recomended… i really couldn’t do this one.. i stop the video half way… but it didn’t stop me from doing the whole challenge, on the contrary, this video pushed me to do better at my work out now i have a new goal, the next time this video pops up on my workout program, i’m determined to finish this workout. goodluck to you all ✨

I did it. I really did the whole 2 week shred challenge! ^^ omg I'm so proud of myself. I never completed workout programs before, not even the ones I made for myself. This time, I promised myself that I was not gonna break my promise, and I really didn't. I'll never break my own promise to myself ever again. Lost 2 whole button holes lol. @@Solemn. That's a very cool goal. When u guys r the same size, u can share clothes! 🤩 I found that no matter how much u don't wanna do it, doing it makes u really see how strong u r. I usually did my workouts in the morning, and I felt really bummed when I needed to do it in the evening. But I did it and I was all okay. Really, getting on ur mat and just starting is the key. U r so much stronger than u think. Also, pls pls be honest with urself and cut the workout shorter by few seconds or take a bit longer breaks if u need to. Feeling like dying is not okay. Sometimes i couldn't hoĺd plank for 30 seconds and that was okay. I got better each day anyway. I was so kind with myself lol. Good luck!
Congrats! I'm on my 11th day of 2 weeks shred challenge and lost 3 cm of my waist without any strict diet, I literally eat anything lol (just do intermittent fasting). So frickin happy 😭😂💪

I just want to say little about myself, i’m 15 and i have type 1 diabetes and you know it sucks and it’s hard. I ask myself why me? i believed that it ruined my life because i was skinny when i was younger and getting diagnosed and getting older caused me to gain weight due to the insulin i give myself everyday. I also don’t take very well care of myself which can lead to bad complications when i’m older. Being the size i am really bothers me and i’m never comfortable, all i want is a change. this experience has led me to believe that it was so i learn to push myself and change how i act. last year a boy in my grade said something about my weight to my face and it destroyed me(thinking about it know it still hurts and i never really told anyone other than my friends) i was in the bathroom most of the day crying my eyes out and just having the worst day of my life. every single person who liked this comment is pushing me to get where i want to be in life so i can finally be happier and not miserable anymore. thank you all again you have all helped me so much i can’t even put into words. ❤️

Previously I have started this workout many years, I will start with first video I would be lying in the ground unable to move an inch even for the cross body climbers. This time I was able to complete this challenge successfully with visible results ( though I don't have abs😅)

Hearing that "this is the last exercise" on day 14 literally hits so different. I can't believe that I got through all of it, but I did it. I'm going to be honest, although the exercises do get easier with time, they're still hard and I still had to take a few breaks in between some of the moves. Don't feel bad if you can't get through the entire video with no breaks. The fact that you're pushing yourself to do the exercises is already impressive and you should give yourself credit for it. I don't think that my body looks a lot different even after these 14 days but I think it has a lot to do with both my body type and my diet. I think that if I had watched what I ate better, I would have found more of a difference so I think that's what I would have done differently. Try watching some of Chloe's food videos. She makes eating healthier look so simple and also delicious. Although I don't think I look any different, I definitely feel different. When I flex my stomach, I can for sure feel how hard my abs are. So I know that the muscles are definitely there and stronger...they're just hidden by some fat, which is ok. Even though I've finished the two week shred, I'm definitely not going to stop exercising. I might not do something as extreme as this schedule again, but I'm definitely going to continue following Chloe's videos. She gives such great work outs and she's so encouraging. If you're in the middle of the shred, please continue because it's so worth it. You'll feel so amazing by the end and also feel more inspired to continue your fitness journey!

I just finished day 4. My depression really kicked in this morning and I barely made it out of bed. I know that I could have done better doing these workouts on another day but I decided to be proud of myself for doing the best I could under these conditions. Tomorrow is rest day and hopefully I'm going to feel better the day after that

I have a tip for everyone: Pretend like you're on stage, and your workout is your dance routine. I do dance classes and we usually put on a performance, but due to Covid we can't, so I've been smiling at my wall like it's a camera, and pretending like I'm having the best time ever! It helps me cover up the pain, and I do actually feel better when doing the workout!

I’m on day 10 today and I haven’t seen much change, but I definitely feel stronger and more motivated to carry on. Once I’ve finished this I’m moving on to her 28 day flat tummy challenge and I won’t stop until I have the results I want. You have to remember that not much is going to change in 2 weeks, it takes much longer than that to get the results you want, but you have to be committed to yourself and every time you feel like quitting, remind yourself of why you are doing it and how good you are gonna look after quarantine. It takes 21 days to make or break a habit, so after these two weeks you gotta keep going and then it will feel normal to you! You got this, I believe in you!

day 13: Almost didn't do today's workout. Im extremely discouraged but i have one day left and two videos let (including this one). Im not seeing any progress and Ive tried intermediate fasting but physically can't do it. I've lost motivation but I am going to push through. 6 more workouts total until I'm done day 14: I didn’t do the workouts because I got my period and my cramps are sooo bad lol. But thank you all for the support! I am going to start this again in a few days:)

Hey guys! Just letting u know that I finished the 2019 2 Weeks Shred Challenge :)
Day 1: I'm very sweaty and tired. It was hard so I took the exercises easy.
Day 2: *thinking if I should continue* but i did :D, still hard but motivated. There are exercises that I had trouble with but it's okay (btw I also did her optional workouts)
Day 3: Tried my best, focused on chloe ting's formation.
Day 4: Kept going. I have no choice lol. Had a hard time with Tight Core & Arms workout so I took it easy. Let things flow.
Day 5: Rest ^^
Day 6: Finally back at it again! It's alright, I get the workouts now + the Lower Body Burn Workout makes me sweat but it's not that hard at all, so I enjoyed it :D
Day 7: Hardest one! But realizing that these 4 sets of workout will make me tough. Kept going.
Day 8: Had a hard time with the 2 first sets of workout, I was literally tired and lazy but kept going. For Lower Body Burn and Ariana G Abs, it was easy yet still made me sweat.
Day 9: Rest~
Day 10: Surprisingly easy! I enjoyed all the 4 sets of workout. (For real!)
Day 11: The best! It was cool.
Day 12: Not that hard for me 'cause I'm familiar with all the workouts.
Day 13: No longer hard for me. I was even able to properly do the side planks in the 11 Line Abs Workout lol.
Day 14: Surprisingly easy. Took me long to finish the last 4 set of workouts, but overall, my formations are accurate and the exercises I find hard, I did them almost right like 85-90% accuracy.
If you're looking for a sign to start this challenge, go! Do it! It made me stronger and I can feel that my body is better now compared before. And yes, it is hard because you have to discipline yourself for 2 weeks. Aside from working out, you have to be healthier and focus on your diet while doing these exercises. To me it is hard, but I guarantee you, all of them are BEARABLE.
Don't doubt yourself, you can do it!
Tip: Eat healthy and DRINK WATER! I promise, water is magic :)

I just finished the two week challenge, and by "just" I mean I am still lying on the ground with sweat everywhere. Because of this I lost 5 pounds and it is so worth it to persevere and I feel much more confident in myself. To those of you who are still going, you can do it!

Not that anyone is gonna read this but i have just finished the 14 days! Honestly I'm so proud. I can definitely see results. I also feel much more confident and that is a great thing. My advice for everyone is to keep going even when you don't feel like it. Everyday i have wanted to give up but i have just carried on and the joy afterwards is totally worth it! Keep going and you will get there. Its completely okay to take breaks. I gave up at day 6 but after a week i started it all again anf im so proud of what i have achieved. You will get results so keep working for it but also don't forget that you are beautiful no matter what you look like. Everyone is unique and stunning in their own individual ways, no matter what size. You got this!💝

I just want to thank Chloe for helping me get off my ass every day to workout, she has helped me reach some goals I never thought I could. I am a teenager and I started to eat a bit more over the past three years, gaining a bit of weight (I have always been quite small). I gained a blob of fat on my stomach and about a year ago, I started searching and searching for workouts to do but I always gave up. I soon found Chloe’s channel and her programs made me feel a different kind of motivation, knowing that I have a whole workout plan to do, it really helped me. I started doing one of her workout programs a while back, I did it only for a few days and injured my tailbone because I wasn’t doing the exercises correctly, so that gave me an excuse to not workout. It literally took about three months to heal, it still really isn’t healed and it’s been more than half a year now :/ after it became a lot better, I started doing another one of her workout programs, I was doing so well. I made it to twenty days and I got so excited when I put on my pair of jeans and they were falling down on me! When I used to have to unbutton them when I sat down because they dug into my stomach. I was so excited but for some reason, I lost all motivation and stopped, I still regret that decision so much. Then about a week later, the two week shred program came out, PERFECT! I put it on hold for a bit because of all my assessments that were due in the upcoming week but as soon as I got them all in, I forced myself to get up and start working out again. I started the program and I love this one so much! I have been doing it for a week now and can see a different in my stomach, it is a little more toned and flatter but most importantly, my strength has gotten so much better. I’ve noticed there are up and down planks in almost every video, I used to skip that workout every time I saw it but I decided to give it a try, I’m now a pro at them! I couldn’t even do one of them a week ago! I am so proud of myself and I hope to continue doing this program, maybe even do it more than once. There’s something about these shorter videos that gives me more motivation to keep going. Sorry for the massive comment, I just want to say thank you so much to Chloe for giving us these free programs to work with. And to anyone out there that struggles with motivation. You can do it! You are strong enough to keep going, I wish you all good luck with your workout journeys! X

I rly wanna try the 2 week shred cuz I need to get into shape haha. The bad thing is I’ve had unsolved stomach issues for 3 months like I have pain and nausea sometimes and it’s been like this for 3 months straight! And exercise makes me feel rly sick so I can’t do any. But I’ve lost 7 pounds cuz I’ve been eating less (not much appetite at school) but also healthier. I hope I get this solved cuz I rly wanna get back to my Norma life (I’m missing out on PE one of my fav subjects and swimming and netball) ps hope ur tailbone gets better:)
You literally have the same story as mine except I didn't injure my tailbone. I injured my knees at a camp and it's also due to rapid growth. After knowing that they will take months to heal I was like noo I want to do sports! (even if at the time I was still in the couch potato time) but for some reason I got more motivation and set a resolution for 2020 to lose weight for summer and keep working out even after that so that's what I'm doing and even if there aren't really any visible results yet I'm still trying my best and not losing hope!!

LADIES, I FINISHED THE 2 WEEK CHALLENGE! It took me a month lol, but it is done. I encourage everyone to do it, you will feel so proud of yourself! I’ve never been a determined person. I’d always make these big plans but never had the dedication to follow through with them. But I DID IT! So if you’re wanting to start living a healthier life, please do it! Two weeks isn’t long. And if you fall off the wagon like myself (SO many times as you can see below), just start from where you left off. You need to feel that feeling of accomplishment to motivate you to keep going! I am so pleased with the results that I’m going to be starting the 5 Week Booty Challenge tomorrow!
I did not follow any diet this month. Generally tried to stop binge eating, and eat more home cooked meals. There was definitely a change in my body, though slight, obviously not as dramatic a change as most of the girls from the results videos. But it was good enough for me, because sticking to the workouts has HELPED me start eating better, sleeping better, etc. And my pants don’t feel like they’re bursting at the seams anymore lol. I am stronger now, happier as well.
I’m LOOKING FORWARD to starting a new challenge tomorrow. And that’s the most important thing: to make regular exercise a habit in your life. And Chloe makes it easy to do that, because she makes her videos short and doable, with low impact versions, and she’s frequently putting out new challenges for us to try. Thank you so much for your efforts, Chloe! You’re changing lives here.

Just finished the two week shred!!! Here’s my experience: actually gained 1-2 lbs and measurements are the same. I definitely feel healthier (I can do a push-up where I couldn’t before). I wouldn’t expect any drastic changes like some of the videos show unless you’re already skinny to start and just need some toning. But it can’t hurt to do the exercises. Good luck!

Ngoc Thuy Tran Hi, if you google Chloe Ting you will find lots of free programmes and one is the 2 week shred which I’m assuming is the one you’re looking for. You are supposed to do multiple workouts a day along with the schedule which uses episodes 1-4, but a couple of them each day. Hope this helps!

I kind of hate this workout because of how much pressure it puts on my wrists. I'll probably be replacing this one with a different workout from now on.

•First few days I did these (4 vid) workouts, they were hard but I kind of enjoyed them because I was actually doing something good for my body lol.
•After a few days, I found it difficult to workout or even move because I was so stiff and I felt my rib cage was bruised - I decided to take a 2 rest because I actually couldn’t breathe properly. (I know this sounds very unappealing.)
•After the two days, my body healed and I went back to doing the workouts and they actually didn’t seem as bad as the did before. I became less stiff in the mornings and the workouts because easier because I was getting stronger.
•It hasn’t been my two weeks yet but so far, I’ve seen prominent muscle in my quads and I can feel my ab muscles.
•Being honest, my body obviously isn’t looking like Chloe’s after almost 2 weeks but my body is feeling a lot more healthy and toned.
•I don’t have a lot of excess fat on my body, so I didn’t really lose any weight doing these workouts!
🤍Don’t give up the workouts! I know they seem really tough and out of your comfort zone but do it! It’s quarantine and you know you want that summer body so GET IT SIS! Also you’re able to take breaks within the 2 weeks - I know it said a 2 week shred but if your body needs to heal let it heal.
Whenever I do a workout (rarely lol) I always think “I would have done so much already if I didn’t doubt/procrastinate”.
So do it!! Don’t waste time - keep going because you’re doing great and even if the results don’t go exactly how you wanted them to, at least it’s really toned!

salma rahman im on the fourth day and lemme tell u that yesterday i noticed my arms look so much more toned than they used too! keep in mind tho that i build muscle easily but it rlly has helped firm them up!
also i think this is mainly for core strength/ abs but i think chloe does have a program for lean arms

I did it. I really did the whole 2 week shred challenge! ^^ omg I'm so proud of myself. I never completed workout programs before, not even the ones I made for myself. This time, I promised myself that I was not gonna break my promise, and I really didn't. I'll never break my own promise to myself ever again.

@@Solemn. That's a very cool goal. When u guys r the same size, u can share clothes! 🤩 I found that no matter how much u don't wanna do it, doing it makes u really see how strong u r. I usually did my workouts in the morning, and I felt really bummed when I needed to do it in the evening. But I did it and I was all okay. Really, getting on ur mat and just starting is the key. U r so much stronger than u think. Also, pls pls be honest with urself and cut the workout shorter by few seconds or take a bit longer breaks if u need to. Feeling like dying is not okay. Sometimes i couldn't hoĺd plank for 30 seconds and that was okay. I got better each day anyway. I was so kind with myself lol. Good luck!
Congrats! I'm on my 11th day of 2 weeks shred challenge and lost 3 cm of my waist without any strict diet, I literally eat anything lol (just do intermittent fasting). So frickin happy 😭😂💪

Hey everyone! I'm going to restart this challenge today! I tried doing this challenge last year but I gave up around day 9, so this time I am going to try and stay committed! I will update y'all everyday to help me stay motivated. (I am also doing the 2 week shred challenge on her website, so I do all the videos that day.)
