- This 3 weeks lean arms challenge is great for building some upper body strength and at the same time help to tone your arms. Combine this exercise with other workouts in the program to help to lose fat.
Please note that we can't target fat loss so if you lose fat overall, you'll most likely lose some arm fat as well so definitely encourage you to try other workouts in the calendar.

A small tip:
When you feel yourself getting tired halfway through an exercise: tell yourself to just do 5 seconds more. When those 5 seconds are done, tell yourself to just do 5 more. Keep this going for as long as you can! (I feel this is especially helpful during the first and last set, where I don’t have any breaks.)
We can do just about anything for 5 seconds. So just remind yourself that you’re able to do 5 more seconds. And keep going.

it’s day 4 and i still cry doing the up and down plank
day 5 - still cried but managed to do up&down plank. also my stretch marks are starting to show up real bad 😭
day 6 - finally able to pull myself up in up&down planks 😭 push ups aren’t so hard anymore and im no longer doing the easy versions
day 7 - finally got the hang of doing the up&down planks. evrything felt easier so im adding the abs in 2 weeks
Day 8 - am i the only one who gets bruises on my elbows from doing planks
day 9 - i did the workout although i ddnt exert vigorous effort bc iwas in school the whole day however as i look in the mirror i noticed that the toning of my arms are become more evident
day 10 - some of my fitted tops are more comfortable to wear now
so i forgot to update..
day 21 - my arms have became thinner but not slim and also imbalance of my arms became more noticeable which was already my problem even bfore i did the workout hopefully as i lose weight my arms would even out at the same time
LAST DAY: MY ARMS HAVE COMPLETE ly SLIMMED DOWN AND I ALSO LOST 8 kg since im doing this workout along with two other workouts which were for the hips and abs
before weight: 66kg
after weight: 58
still aiming for a 55 kg so im gonna be starting the two weeks shred program
forgot to update bc idont think someone’s reading but i just finished the 2 weeks shred challenge and my current weight now is 57 but weight doesn’t really matter to me anymore cuz i need em musclesss. so far im just trying to build muscles in my core and glutes but my love handles on my back are so stubbornN which why im gon try the 2020 flat tummy challenge *sighs*

Just finished the program last friday my belly has definitely toned down and surprisingly, my waist has gotten smaller as well (i didnt realiZe the program was simultaneously targeting all the fats around the stomach) anyway, i didnt really expect that much of abs definition but it surely gave me that pinched waist which gave me the idea to do the hourglass program.
Ps. This was getting pretty decent amount pf likes omfgjsd i’ll be updating again at the end of this month for the results of the hourglass program 👀
weight: 56kg (kinda gained bit of weight from reverse dieting, but it’s fine)

Hi! Ive already finished the 2019 hourglass program last weekend 🥳
I wasnt able to update right away because honestly my body wasnt looking great these past few days. I was on my period on my last week of the program so i had bloating, weight gain, etc. Then, i had to wait for a few days for my body to go back to normal and check the actual the results. Anyway, here’s the result
Before waist: 28 in
After 27.5
Not really expecting tremendous result here but losing 1.5 inches was such a win
Before weight: 55kg
After: 54kg
idkw im still losing a bit of weight i though i had already hit plateau and im also reverse dieting
Final thoughts are you should try this workout if you want that pinched waistline as for the glutes, results were not so evident
Also, i highly recommend that you choose m the ones that are more inclined to your goals whether it’s weightloss or toning. So that’s it 😅 this woukd be my last update. Stay safe everyone 😊😊😊🥰🥰 thank you for being with me through this wonderful journey 💕🙏🏻

I just finished the 3-Week Lean Arms Challenge and this is what happened. Keep in mind that I ate at a deficit (1700cals) nearly the entire time. I also took a one-day break because I got vaccinated:
-I lost 7 pounds
-I lost an inch off of my waistline
-For the first time in my life, I can flex my back muscles and they visibly move (I'm morbidly obese and apple-shaped, but even when I was significantly lighter I could never do this. I didn't even know these muscles existed).
-I started off unable to do a single up-and-down plank. Now I can do about five in a row on a good day.
-After an entire life of having no upper body strength, I can do a semi-push-up.
I am so happy for you :))

@@picklepixc9503 well i think my back got better, and maybe i have a little bit slimmer arms then before (now i started the arms one again, i am at day 5 and i started the flat tummy challange and i am at the 5th day too) and i believe that i got stronger than before, so yeah. and after it you'll feel better. and do some cool down stretches too, because then your arms will hurt.

@@yfl.lyrics6635 these exercises might be making their hands bigger because people grow muscles under their fat. At first the hand becomes bigger, but with time thanks to the formed muscles the hand starts losing weight and becomes smaller (speaking from my own experience)
I didn't see any difference in 3 weeks but I have been doing this for 3 months now and I can see a huge difference. Do not quit!

I did this exercise and some others for around one month + diet. Today, when i was dressing up, I took a shirt with long sleeve that used to get tight in my arms. When i finished, i wanted cry, the clothes fit me so good, and the sleeve got slack.
I was 1.68m with 78kg around one month ago.
I'm 68kg now.
My arm is now around 29cm.
I still doing exercises + diet. My goal is 64kg and get my body healed. 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Five days for week I did 10min hard cardio (30 sec of intense cardio exercise and 10 sec break) and after i did one or two Chloe's videos with gols in some part of my body. For exemple: today i did 12 min of hard cardio + a Chloe's video with focus in ABS. One day my focus was ABS, other day my focus was arm etc.
Today, i'm getting ready to start a Abs Chloe's challeng because I still have some fat belly.

Day 1. It was extremely hard. When we got to the 2nd set, I could hardly lift myself up. Chloe’s encouragement kept me going. I reminded myself how stubborn I am and that kept me going. Proud to say I completed it. Looking forward to seeing improvement in the exercises I could hardly perform.

Me! Started working last month with weights, walking, and exercises. Today! I was like just focus on my arms first. So I did one arm workout from MrandMrsMuscle Hitt playlist, then my weights focusing my arms, then another video from the same MrandMrsMuscle arm HTT playlist.
Then I finished with this video. I was dying. I don't know if it's because I did all the other workouts before. But throughout the video I was like "Chloe hang on😭 you're killing me. My arms! I can't feel! You killed them 💀!"
Weights, cardio are tough but the exercises that nearly killed me was pilates and this video. It's humbling

For those who are bummed out about not completing the workout in its entirety, I only did the workout up into 3:33 for two weeks and lost an inch on my arms. Don’t give up! Something is better than nothing! Now ima challenge myself to get to half the video!

Guys, I never imagined I would say this so soon, but this workout definitely gets easier the more you do it! I'm on the 19th day of the Lean Arms Challenge, but I've been working out since April/May of 2020 (almost one year and four months). However, this is the first time I'm focusing on arms. I remember how I felt the first time I did this workout. It was almost traumatizing, but now I am able to say: it is getting easier and easier! Now I can look at the thumbnail and confidentely say: I got you! Keep going, sweeties!

I didn't take measurements but I can't deny that my belly went down. My arms are toned but I don't think they are any different. My legs worked the hardest😭. Just a reminder guys that this is a TONING workout so don't lose motivation if there's no change in the weighing scale cause you'll definitely notice a difference in your physique. My arms didn't change much but my upper body as a whole looks a bit slimmer.

Wasn't true to the workout. Maintained form, but pace was low. Took breaks.
Day 2 ☑️ effort 12/10 cuz arms are sore since last workout 😭
I took rest one day.
Day 3 ☑️ effort 9/10 😂 like wtf I did the WHOLE workout. No breaks. My pace wasn't as good as Chloe's, but serious improvement. My arms are BURNING AND IT FEELS SOOO GOOOD.
Day 4 ☑️ 10/10 efforts.
Day 5☑️ 10/10 Though not feeling sore anymore.
Day 6☑️ it's getting easier 😍 I focused on my breathing and form mostly.

Even though I struggled with my 61kg plateau for more than a week!!
My target weight is 53-55kgs, and I still feel a bit insecure about my arms. Those flabs are STUBBORN. So I guess overall fat loss is the way for that.

@@safiamuhammadsaeed5701 I didn't alter my eating habits in the first week. Then I changed my mind and thought a bit more effort won't hurt, so I followed Intermittent fasting for the next two weeks and avoided packaged food :)

Hey Chloe! I just finished the 2 week program and loved it. I was wondering why I was so tired at the end sometimes, when usually with a good workout I feel energized afterwards. Not only that, but I saw very little definition in my abs...turns out, I'm pregnant with baby #3!!!! Arm workouts are perfect for right now!

I just finished the 3 weeks lean arms challenge, and BOY, it was not easy, but I definitely saw results. I got more definition in my arms and abs. I went from looking super bloated around my torso to waking up with a slimmer look. I saw way more progress being made when I took Chloe's advice and did the workouts in the mornings before I ate anything and got at least 7 hours of sleep.
Don't be mad at yourself if you have to do the modified workouts!! I did a lot of the modified workouts, especially in the first week, and I still saw noticeable results. Thank you Chloe for making these programs free!! You are really helping me overcome my physical insecurities in the privacy of my own home :)

I just want to say that my results will be different from yours, so please don’t be discouraged about anything if you’re reading any of this. I have Hashimoto’s and it makes it harder *for me* to lose weight. You should also know that I’m on a calorie deficit and that calorie deficit has helped me lose 40lbs alone. I started working out with Chloe on September 25th 2022 and she’s helped me gain muscle and I’ve lost 9lbs so far with her workouts. I just got done with a 8 week challenge a week ago, so I’ve been working out frequently. I play Just Dance sometimes, I’m trying to play at least 4x a week. That’s pretty much it!

*Week One* ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ : This week wasn’t that bad at all, but this workout video is a killer, my arms give out sometimes because of it and I was a little sore on day 2, but that’s it! *Week Two* ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅: Can’t believe I only have one week left, I can’t wait to be done lol. This week I’ve felt less motivated to really workout but I pushed myself and got it done. I think I’ve seen some changed in my arms, but I’m not measuring, nor telling my weight until next week. The Tone arm workout is a killer! The first day I did it I was dying, but it’s gotten easier. It’s New Years Eve and by the time I update again it will be 2023, SOO Happy New Year 🎊

*Week Three* ✅✅✅✅✅✅✅ : I’m finally finished! I’m glad I pushed through I was contemplating on quitting but I didn’t.
I honestly feel the same strength wise, I don’t feel stronger or anything. I need to take measurements and weigh myself but I won’t do that until next week, I’m on my cycle and if I do it now it won’t be accurate. Do i regret doing this challenge? No, I was just really unmotivated so it was h a r d, anyways thank you for reading! !

Kinda sad I didn’t lose any weight, but my weight is fluctuating A LOT, at one point I was at 197lbs. So I’m not that disappointed and I’m not even a week off my cycle so I still have a little hope. Finished..almost a week now and i can see a big difference i will keep going insha Allah..and will keep you all updated within 3 weeks.. and also i do 500 skipping a day and cardio as well and i am on a healthy eating diet and intermittent fasting for 16 hours

1 week in. I've skipped a day but your girl is consistent and the results are SHOWING. Maybe it's not enough for y'all but I've just measured my arms and both are 31.5cm. I've lost 0.5cm.
The first four days, I couldn't even sleep because of how my arms were hurting but now I feel a lil bit stronger and toned.

For those who are just starting, I know it's hard the first few days but trust me after like three or five days the workouts get easier. My arms were shaking at first but after a week I feel amazingly stronger. Don't give up you guys!

Trust me, the exercises are hard when you're using weights like me 💀 I put a weight on my back for the up and down planks too. My arms are dead.
I've started and failed dieting and exercising too many times so this time I will share my progress. Hope it'll motivate others and help me not to quit. Exept this challenge I do yoga in the morning and streching in the evening every day but it isn't hard for me so I probably won't write about it.
Day 1 - I was sweating and my arms and stomach are dying but I got through this and I'm a little proud of myself.
Day 2 - I've had the most productive day since a looong time. I've started catching up with school material, was still eating quite healthy and did the workout. My muscles was burning but I keep telling myself that today's actions is tomorrow's results. I'm so happy about myself and if you consider about change too now it's great time to do this. Escaping your comfort zone is hard but so rewarding!
Day 3 - I was procrastinating, eating, watching yt all day and was close to getting out of all this glowing up but then I realised that everyone has worse days and in the evening I did the workout. It still wasn't easy but I got through this and I'm pretty relaxed shortly after exercising.
Day 4 - according to schedule today it's the rest day so I'm catching up with a school material again ( lack od deadlines made me definitely to much backlog but I'll get it).
Day 5 - I don't really want to write about my day today. I only did this 1 video from the schedule and I didn't stretch ( what I do everyday). Also I ate definitely too much and did too little but let's act like nothing happened and tomorrow I will do second approach for 5 day of this plan. Remember it's not the end of the world and the next day always can be better.
Day 5' - during the day I wasn't behaving better than yesterday but at the evening I reflected and did the workout. I really want to change myself but when I look at the mirror and see this weak girl with acne and fat it's sad that before me is such a long way to go. But when it comes to workout it seems a little bit easier. I'll try to make exercising my morning habit after challenge. Think I can get used to it.

I hope I didn't disappoint anyone and I'm sorry for me and for everybody supporting me. Thank you one more time with all of my heart. You must be really wonderful people. I've just realised it's not for me. I'm really struggling while doing the short but intense workout. Due to quarantine and my lack of activity before it I went fatter than I used to be but doing something I can't keep for the whole life is worthless. I love rollerskating and I' m really into yoga recently and I can do this activities every day with a great plesure. I'm not happy with the way I look but I'm gonna exercise in the way which makes me happy. Hope you will find activity you really love and makes you healthy physically but also mentally.

Day 1: I've started running recently and wanted to incorporate something else into my workout.
My god my arms were burning after this! Will update as time goes by.
Day 2: Started a new run today, it was hard and had to stop a few times but I did it. To do this exercise after was really hard, my arms still burn, but I nearly did my first proper push up! So very pleased, but I'm still doing the "easy" versions for a lot of these exercises.
Day 3: Run was better today. My arms still hurt from yesterday, I can now, (just) do all the tricep ones. Still far from being able to do the hard ones in things like plank and pushups.
Day 4: run was hard, weather is warmer today, I'm starting to see some definition in my arms, can nearly do 2 hard pushups now, and a few seconds in high and low plank (hard versions)
Day 5: nearly did the full rocking plan. Cried. Can do a few seconds of high planks, might try and incorporate abs workout to help build core strength (don't hold me to that)

Hi all, unfortunately I had to stop working out for a bit due to my asthma flaring, but now we are back it! Definitely lost some of my progress, everything was shaky! But it feels good to be doing it again.
Day 6: did the abs workout, admittedly struggled a bit. Can now do all planks except up and down, still working in the pushup thing. Seeing improvement tho.

@@archanamishra7150 Hello! I found the running helped a lot with toning/strengthening thighs and especially my calfs. This workout did improve my core strength, I didnt necessarily experience weight loss but more toning, I could feel definitive abs building.
Unfortunately my asthma has been very bad for the past 2 months, and ive had to stop working out all together, while I seek further treatment, but I will definitely start back at this again! My best wishes to you! Xx

That profile pic is actually my husband, not me. So, I have to admit that when my teenage daughter introduced me to the Chloe Ting videos, I was a bit skeptic. Before SIP, I was so busy with work, school, kids, their sports,etc....I tried to eat right, but lil time for exercise. SIP allowed me to exercise, but still was not seeing a difference so I gave Chloe a try. Finally seeing a difference!!! I finished the 35 day shred, 28 day shred and now on day 7 of Lean Arms. I still have a ways to go, but have lost 10 lbs, 3 inches in my waist, 3 inches in my belly, 1/2 inch in my arms and can see a lot more muscle tone. THANK YOU CHLOE!!! To all of you out there who are just starting or struggling, DO NOT GIVE UP! If you put the work in, you will see results. Not going to lie, still so thankful when I hear the beeps towards the end of each exercise and the percentage line get into the 90%!

My arms are my biggest insecurity I am 75 kg 169cm and my arms are 39cm so I started to do this workout and also 2 other arm workouts of Chloe I already seen some difference my arms look better and skinnier and I lost 1 cm in just 6 days, guys I recommend you this workout, it is great! I dont skip any days

That's amazing and great job.. however though, it is good to have rest days so your muscles can regenerate and loose even more fat that is stored in your arms, it wouldn't mean your going to be having muscley arms but just having rest days/skip days is good to let your muscles have a break from all the work they are doing and so you yourself can catch a breath and chill for some days :)

cannot believe I am actually done with the challenge. Okay, I know I took a gap in between but this is still a huge achievement for me. Especially considering the fact that I have never ever ever exercised before.
Coming to my results:
So arm length did no further go down from 27 cms and my weight is 58 Kgs. That is the same as day 16.
But but but, I really do feel a lottt stronger than before. I don't even get tired so easily and my mom says my skin is glowing. I can go through all her videos without pausing in between and without taking any extra rest time than mentioned.

This is the second programme of Chloe's I'm doing so thought I'd hold myself accountable by updating on my progress here. So I'm doing her full 3 week toned arms programme. I saw amazing results from the 4 week shred (lost 6" from my stomach! and 2" from my waist)

🍉 Day 1 - even after doing her summer shred, I still hate Arm circles, they look so easy but the shoulder fatigue is real. So goes without saying, I HATE SET 1 & 3. Still hate up & down planks, and shoulder tap push ups.

Lean Arms Challange - DONE✅

Day 1: ✅
Day 2: ✅ Arms weren't that sore from yesterday's workout, but my upper back/shoulder was.
Day 3: ✅ Arms & shoulder/back feel the same as yesterday but a little better.
⭐Remember to stretch your upperback/shoulders/arms guys⭐
Day 4: rest day ✅ Soreness feels a lot better than yesterday
Day 5: ✅ Doing the arm exercises are now a lot better, I used to quit a little over halfway through the timer on exercises like the arm up/down pulse, arm circles and rainbow. Now I can last until the end of the countdown :) Although not towards the END of the workout, my arms be feelin tired lol

Day 7: ✅ supposed to be a rest day, but I'm gonna make that tomorrow. Which means I did day 8's workout today.

⭐I didn't change my diet at all. Ate cakes, ice cream, pizzas etc (obviously in moderation) during the duration of this challange, food that people warn you to get off of. My results would've probably been more profound if I had paid extra attention to what I eat. However, I did drink green tea 90-60mins before workout because I heard it helps with losing weight. But yea, that's my result with no change in anything other than workout regimen. If yall can, research and make yourselves some healthy food :)⭐
