I’m just gonna drop this here, as a person who has always struggled with their body, it’s ok to do low impact workouts. It’s ok to take longer breaks if you can’t keep going. It’s ok to take a deep breath and walk around for a bit to cool off before going back into the workout. If your body can’t keep going then listen to it. This doesn’t mean you’re giving up or falling behind. This doesn’t mean you’re failing. Take everything one step at a time.
What I actually do in a workout session: 60% exercise 20% wiping away sweat 20% tying my hair in a bun several times because the jumping exercises make my bun loose
In case anyone needs this: It doesn't matter if you can't keep up with Chloe's rhythm, it doesn't matter how many breaks you need to take, it doesn't matter if in each exercise you need to do the low-impact variation... just keep showing up! You'll get there and it won't be overnight; be patient with yourself and kind to your body. This is a tough program and the key ingredients are patience and consistency. Lots of love xx

I have a doubt so in day 1 I have to do all the 5 videos excercises in 2 weeks shred challenge I have to do all the same 5 videos exercises daily am I right (I am sry I know my eng sucks)
A small reminder for everyone, just because you can't see results yet doesn't mean that you are doing something wrong. You are unique and amazing, your body needs time to adapt and get used to the workouts. Just have patience, keep trying, keep pushing, in 2 weeks, 3 months maybe even a year you will see a change.
It’s day 10 of the 2 week challenge for me and I can finally do this whole video without pausing it and complete all of the workouts without quitting. I’m definitely stronger than I was before; physically and mentally.
No matter if you’re trying to lose weight, or just have a lil burst of energy in the morning, Chloe Ting is the only RUclipsr I go to. I’ve tried others, (no hate to them) but i’ve always preferred Chloe. She’s an amazing and beautiful woman, and she has great programs/workouts! I would recommend her to anyone interested in working out.
These Workouts actually worked great for me! Thanks Chloe! After 2 weeks, I lost 3.1 kg and my waist got smaller, 66 cm from 74 cm before. It was painful in the beginning. But, by the time, your body will get used to it and YOU CAN DO IT!

Guys, I have just finished 2020 2 weeks shred challenge. My body changes slowly and slowly, here are some results. Before After Arms: 27cm 25cm Chest 86cm 89cm Waist: 76cm 72cm Butt: 99cm 95cm Thighs: 51cm 47cm Calves: 37cm 36cm I used to be self-esteem about my body, but I thought that the future-me will thank me for what I did, so I tried, and yeah, did it. I’m proud of you. You know that, right? You are the kindest person alive, you’re kind to strangers and friends alike. So why don’t you be kinder to yourself? Some days you’ll have more energy, so go all out. Some days you don’t, so just do what you can. Don’t be harsh on yourself, because you’re doing great. Comfort yourself like you would a stranger. Do NOT compare your worst days to your best days. I know you can do it!
quick little reminder: its ok to take a short workout break (1-3 days). chloe’s workouts are hard (coming from a non athletic girl), but you are strong enough to do them. take a little break now and then, ok? dont overwork that body or you will end up having more injuries, thats coming from experience. stay strong! we can do this

I've been overweight almost my whole life ( I was a skinny kid but then when I turned 8 or 9 that's when I start to gain weight) and I'm sick of being insecure when I see my photos and I look like a beluga. I started working out 17 days ago and it's only my second day to do Chloe Ting challenges (I used to run on treadmill for 1 hour and do some lifting but my knees are killing me so I decided to stop running for a few days for now and that's when I decided to do this Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred challenge plus the arm tone exercises and this for my abs). I decided to lose the excess weight because I can feel my body giving me warnings that it's not feeling well. My knees hurt, I feel shitty, I get tired easily and for the first time my blood pressure was over 140/90. Hopefully I'll lose 20kg (I'm 75kg and this is my heaviest weight). My goal is 50kg. I didn't gained it in 1 day so I will not lose it in 1 day too, be patient and continue and I'll reap what I sow. (this is my motivation to keep me going).
I am a 16 year old, and i was 76 kg, wich was also my heaviest weight, i also started doing chloe ting's workouts, and now i am 71 kg wich is a really great progress for me since i have never been able to loose that much weight, (tho it wasn't the only reason why i lost weight bec i only did the 2020 2 week shred challenge wich helped a lot, but other than that i go to school using a bysicle or by walking wich also helped in loosing weight, so staying active also helps a lot) so keep going bec you will get to your goal eventually, just don't push yourself too hard and don't go on a diet bec your body is still growing, instead balance your meals and drink a lot of water, good luck on your journey, believe in yourself, and love your body, bec at the end of the day we all have imperfections, and that's what makes each of us unique ❤

Feel like putting this out here. A year ago I found these workouts easy enough to do on my rest days. Started powerlifting and it bacame my thing. I got diagnosed with depression half a year ago and some days It feels like I can't even get out of bed, let alone go to the gym. Even just a small workout like this makes me feel accomplished, and I hope to get back to where I was last year. To anyone out there who's struggling, we're all here for you. You've got this.

For those of you, that are coming back after almost giving up (like me rn), I know, coming back feels harder than starting out. It almost feels like you lost, but we didn't, it's ok, we're still strong. We can do this! (I'm writing this so I'll remember it every time I open this video).
Just finished 2020 2 weeks shred and that was just amazing, i lost 2kgs with 2020 2 weeks shred, and 15kgs overall by doing different challenges of chloe, so thanks alot for that! Everyone who is determined to lose weight, please be patient with yourself and don't rush through your weight loss journey, weight loss would be slow but enjoy the process and you will get there!
Day 1: DONE! ✅ It was painful at the beginning but once we finish all the workouts of the day we realized that it wasn't as hard as we thought Day 2 : DONE ✅ It was harder this time..felt like every part of my body wanted to run away..my arms were aching my feet were aching even my back muscles were hurting and it took me like 45 min to finish all the workouts Day 3: DONE ✅ Day 3 was pretty simple..its like if muscles were getting used to it..I even started doubting if I did it the right was Day 4 : way a rest day but I couldn't stay inactive so I did the 3 usual workouts..the cardio one..the booty one and the abs Day 5: Done ✅ it was hard for me to stars this time..i felt super lazy and tired..but i did it..workouts were longer than usual..and the lower booty one just killed me..that was painful (started to see progress in the mirror!!..also lost 2 pounds) Day 6 : DONE✅feeling like im getting stronger..i dont feel the burning anymore..am I just getting used to it..or the workouts are not enough? Day 7: Was also a rest day but I dont know why I dont know how but I did the hit workout from 2 years ago Day 8: DONE✅ Today workout was 45 min long..I take back what I said day 6..it was hard Day 9: DONE✅ I cant feel my legs anymore..and im soooooo hungry Day 10: i had a really long day and couldn't workout but that's okey cause I'm going to catch it up tomorrow Day 11: today is a rest day but im going to do yesterdays workout so...DONE✅ Day 12: DONE✅ another 45 min workout..im breathless..too tired to even take a shower x) -I just want to thank you all for supporting me whenever I feel lazy or tired I just remember that I'm not the only one going through it WE CAN DO IT!
here to say that it gets so much easier. i’m on day 5 of the 2 week shred 2021 challenge and for the the first time i’ve been able to keep at her pace without pausing the video and taking a break. So it’s okay if u need to take a break, Chloe has been doing this for years so if ur starting out, most likely you won’t be able to keep at her pace. Don’t feel like taking a break or doing the low impact exercises means ur getting weak and lazy, you’re still trying! while it might be difficult now with time and consistency it gets a lot easier ❤️
I love how she actually does the workouts with us with a timer and not just say “ this is the first exercise , now do this for 30 seconds ” and moves on

Day 3: ✅Completed Shred workout. Did all 3 workouts of Day 3. I cant feel my abs and hands. It's so sore. Before starting workout today I was 66.3kg today.. U need to eat clean, intake protein, have ample water, sleep well and not stop after 2 weeks. Try to add weight training as well apart from her workouts..

I’ve recently joined online school and haven’t been leaving the house as much, so I decided to try this and the 2020 ab workout challenge. I’ve been doing this for around three weeks and have started to see results. Things to remember 1. Do not restrict yourself. I made this mistake when I first started. Eating things in moderation is much healthier and easier than cutting them out altogether. 2. Drink lots of water. Keeping a water bottle on hand and taking a sip after every couple of exercises helps me get energised and stay hydrated. 3. If you get oily hair after working out, put a band on your hairline. You can buy a workout one but I just use ones I have lying around. 4. Always wash your face after. This will make sure the sweats off your face and won’t break you out. 5. It’s okay to take breaks. I take a lot of them if I feel I can’t keep going on. Good luck ❤️

It's ok to miss a workout or two or take longer breaks. We all have our limits and we all go on our own pace. Don't feel guilty, they're are millions of people just like you are not alone

@@lilbanana4287 i didn't do any particular diet but i just didn't eat oily food or any street food every morning i drink warm water and fruit salad and in lunch a proper home food like roti , sabzi , curd and vegetable salad and evening 7 clock i do workout and after workout meal a vege salad ( every vege available in fridge)
The first day and after completing this workout I noticed that I sweated a lot and I'm not someone who sweats a lot so this was surely a surprise for me. This workout really works well

I was doing one of the 28 challenge ones, and my sister gave me the summer cold, then just when I thought I would get better, my scoliosis acted up and my lower back pain got so bad I had to get medicated for it again. I lost about three weeks of working out and I was so devastated. I felt like all my hard work was gone. My legs felt like they weren’t toned, like I gained all my weight back, and I just couldn’t stop to look at myself in the mirror and think UGH, so much time lost. Now, I begin, again. With fresh thoughts of, I’m literally so strong that I could do this work out all the way through. I didn’t gain a bagillion pounds in three weeks, and even if I did, I would still be beautiful. Weight and appearance are really hard to manage, but so far so good. New fresh thoughts, yall

As someone who has always struggled with their body, I have started with adding just one video into my daily routine! I have finished one of Chloe's two week shred video and decided to KEEP GOING! I am already on day 2 of following just this one video, and I already feel stronger. It takes time, effort and consistency (we are still learning), BUT I know YALL CAN DO IT!
I’m currently doing the 2021 2 week shred, and this is my first day. I was about to give up, but I told myself that I have to push through and it will be worth it in the end. I took a break for a few mins and then continued with the workout. I hope it will get easier.

I started doing this on on 10th June 2022 And i can assure u this video alone is doing wonders in my body. My weight is going down day by day. Between 10th June and 10th July i missed like two weeks but still i have seen the results Keep on trying, motivate yourself by taking lemon juice before the workout, Keep your diet strictly, you will make it.
I started this challenge in 2020 when I was at my lowest and it was really hard. I never fully completed this challenge no matter how hard I tried. I'm back on it today to start the new year right! I have been doing light workouts throughout the year and going on tons of walks and I can say that this is so much easier now that I'm in the right headspace. Don't beat yourself up! Everything takes time, just keep trying!
I just finished this whole workout. I know it sounds bad but I’m the past I used to quit the workout halfway through but I just finished it for the first time. Feeling proud.

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy

A small reminder for everyone, just because you can't see results yet doesn't mean that you are doing something wrong. You are unique and amazing, your body needs time to adapt and get used to the workouts. Just have patience, keep trying, keep pushing, in 2 weeks, 3 months maybe even a year you will see a change.

These Workouts actually worked great for me! Thanks Chloe! After 2 weeks, I lost 3.1 kg and my waist got smaller, 66 cm from 74 cm before. It was painful in the beginning. But, by the time, your body will get used to it and YOU CAN DO IT!

quick little reminder: its ok to take a short workout break (1-3 days). chloe’s workouts are hard (coming from a non athletic girl), but you are strong enough to do them. take a little break now and then, ok? dont overwork that body or you will end up having more injuries, thats coming from experience. stay strong! we can do this

I've been overweight almost my whole life ( I was a skinny kid but then when I turned 8 or 9 that's when I start to gain weight) and I'm sick of being insecure when I see my photos and I look like a beluga. I started working out 17 days ago and it's only my second day to do Chloe Ting challenges (I used to run on treadmill for 1 hour and do some lifting but my knees are killing me so I decided to stop running for a few days for now and that's when I decided to do this Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred challenge plus the arm tone exercises and this for my abs). I decided to lose the excess weight because I can feel my body giving me warnings that it's not feeling well. My knees hurt, I feel shitty, I get tired easily and for the first time my blood pressure was over 140/90. Hopefully I'll lose 20kg (I'm 75kg and this is my heaviest weight). My goal is 50kg. I didn't gained it in 1 day so I will not lose it in 1 day too, be patient and continue and I'll reap what I sow. (this is my motivation to keep me going).

I am a 16 year old, and i was 76 kg, wich was also my heaviest weight, i also started doing chloe ting's workouts, and now i am 71 kg wich is a really great progress for me since i have never been able to loose that much weight, (tho it wasn't the only reason why i lost weight bec i only did the 2020 2 week shred challenge wich helped a lot, but other than that i go to school using a bysicle or by walking wich also helped in loosing weight, so staying active also helps a lot) so keep going bec you will get to your goal eventually, just don't push yourself too hard and don't go on a diet bec your body is still growing, instead balance your meals and drink a lot of water, good luck on your journey, believe in yourself, and love your body, bec at the end of the day we all have imperfections, and that's what makes each of us unique ❤

Feel like putting this out here. A year ago I found these workouts easy enough to do on my rest days. Started powerlifting and it bacame my thing. I got diagnosed with depression half a year ago and some days It feels like I can't even get out of bed, let alone go to the gym. Even just a small workout like this makes me feel accomplished, and I hope to get back to where I was last year. To anyone out there who's struggling, we're all here for you. You've got this.

Just finished 2020 2 weeks shred and that was just amazing, i lost 2kgs with 2020 2 weeks shred, and 15kgs overall by doing different challenges of chloe, so thanks alot for that! Day 2 : DONE ✅ It was harder this time..felt like every part of my body wanted to run away..my arms were aching my feet were aching even my back muscles were hurting and it took me like 45 min to finish all the workouts
Day 3: DONE ✅ Day 3 was pretty simple..its like if muscles were getting used to it..I even started doubting if I did it the right was
Day 4 : way a rest day but I couldn't stay inactive so I did the 3 usual workouts..the cardio one..the booty one and the abs
Day 5: Done ✅ it was hard for me to stars this time..i felt super lazy and tired..but i did it..workouts were longer than usual..and the lower booty one just killed me..that was painful (started to see progress in the mirror!!..also lost 2 pounds)
Day 6 : DONE✅feeling like im getting stronger..i dont feel the burning anymore..am I just getting used to it..or the workouts are not enough?
Day 7: Was also a rest day but I dont know why I dont know how but I did the hit workout from 2 years ago

here to say that it gets so much easier. i’m on day 5 of the 2 week shred 2021 challenge and for the the first time i’ve been able to keep at her pace without pausing the video and taking a break. So it’s okay if u need to take a break, Chloe has been doing this for years so if ur starting out, most likely you won’t be able to keep at her pace. Don’t feel like taking a break or doing the low impact exercises means ur getting weak and lazy, you’re still trying! while it might be difficult now with time and consistency it gets a lot easier ❤️

I cant feel my abs and hands. It's so sore.

- I lost overrall 1.5 kilos in 2 week. Which is a fair amount of weight loss
- I was eating 0.1gm of protein each day per my body weight.
- I did have 2 cheat meals during the shed challenge
- Following the shred challenge isn't just enough. U need to eat clean, intake protein, have ample water, sleep well and not stop after 2 weeks. Try to add weight training as well apart from her workouts..

I’ve recently joined online school and haven’t been leaving the house as much, so I decided to try this and the 2020 ab workout challenge. I’ve been doing this for around three weeks and have started to see results. Things to remember
1. Do not restrict yourself. I made this mistake when I first started. Eating things in moderation is much healthier and easier than cutting them out altogether.
2. Drink lots of water. Keeping a water bottle on hand and taking a sip after every couple of exercises helps me get energised and stay hydrated.
3. If you get oily hair after working out, put a band on your hairline. You can buy a workout one but I just use ones I have lying around.
4. Always wash your face after. This will make sure the sweats off your face and won’t break you out.
5. It’s okay to take breaks. I take a lot of them if I feel I can’t keep going on.

@@lilbanana4287 i didn't do any particular diet but i just didn't eat oily food or any street food every morning i drink warm water and fruit salad and in lunch a proper home food like roti , sabzi , curd and vegetable salad and evening 7 clock i do workout and after workout meal a vege salad ( every vege available in fridge)

how long did it take to achieve this goal?
The first day and after completing this workout I noticed that I sweated a lot and I'm not someone who sweats a lot so this was surely a surprise for me. This workout really works well

I haven’t had the mental and physical energy for to work out for a while. Today I suddenly had to urge to start again and this new video made me so happy!! Ok 3rd day for me I’m lying down normally my stomach and ribs are about the same place but now there is a drastic difference with e the stomach being much lower almost all my bloat is gone tysm chloe

I was doing one of the 28 challenge ones, and my sister gave me the summer cold, then just when I thought I would get better, my scoliosis acted up and my lower back pain got so bad I had to get medicated for it again.
I lost about three weeks of working out and I was so devastated. I felt like all my hard work was gone. My legs felt like they weren’t toned, like I gained all my weight back, and I just couldn’t stop to look at myself in the mirror and think UGH, so much time lost.
Now, I begin, again. With fresh thoughts of, I’m literally so strong that I could do this work out all the way through. I didn’t gain a bagillion pounds in three weeks, and even if I did, I would still be beautiful.
Weight and appearance are really hard to manage, but so far so good.

As someone who has always struggled with their body, I have started with adding just one video into my daily routine! I have finished one of Chloe's two week shred video and decided to KEEP GOING! I am already on day 2 of following just this one video, and I already feel stronger. It takes time, effort and consistency (we are still learning), BUT I know YALL CAN DO IT!

I’m currently doing the 2021 2 week shred, and this is my first day. I was about to give up, but I told myself that I have to push through and it will be worth it in the end. I took a break for a few mins and then continued with the workout. I hope it will get easier.
As someone who started 10 days ago i can say yes, it will be so much easier. On my first day i literally got crazy headaches, my head was spinning and i felt soo sore, but it really worth it! Im not saying you'll go through this too :)

Between 10th June and 10th July i missed like two weeks but still i have seen the results
Keep on trying, motivate yourself by taking lemon juice before the workout,

I started this challenge in 2020 when I was at my lowest and it was really hard. I never fully completed this challenge no matter how hard I tried. I'm back on it today to start the new year right! I have been doing light workouts throughout the year and going on tons of walks and I can say that this is so much easier now that I'm in the right headspace. Don't beat yourself up! Everything takes time, just keep trying!
I just finished this whole workout. I know it sounds bad but I’m the past I used to quit the workout halfway through but I just finished it for the first time. Feeling proud.

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy
