2 years ago I did Chloe's exercise regularly and succeeded in reducing my weight from an initial weight of 66 kg to 48 kg. After I gave birth I returned to my weight of 65,0 kg. Thanks Chloe Ting. Thanks to you, I lost 8 kilos in 2 months without leaving home. It is possible to lose weight very easily by doing summer shredding challenges and preparing a diet program for yourself consciously. I only ate 2 meals a day. I did not have snacks. Because this sports program does not strain you much in a scenario where you are at home all day and you do not need snacks. I dropped from XL to L size in my clothes. Now my school has started but I continue to do Chloe Ting programs, although not every day. My goal is to lose 12 more kilos.
Don't eat 2 meals but have 3-5 balanced meals thorough out.. calculate ur macros and then divide into 3 meals.. take higher portion of protein and lesser and required portion of carbs only and smaller portion of good fats.. include lot of veggies and any seasonal fruit a day.
I broke my fibula back in may, teaching myself how to walk again is incredibly tough and after giving your lighter videos a shot I have more flexibility back in my ankle. It can only go up from here! Trying to regain my strength and lose this injury weight! ❤ thanks Chloe!

@@FatimahIrawardaniiif u want to lose bodyweight then do high intensity cardio, if u sweat then ur doing it right. i can tell ur gonna half-ahh this workout and just do them at a low-moderate intensity which has the same effect of calories burnt as walking. seriously just go for a 10min jog or sum, literally do anything to sweat its not rocket science

Worked out after 2.5 months or more probably. This was crazy good! I thought i wouldn't last but i did! And I'm proud of myself for that. I've gained quite some weight in this time. I was at my absolute best figure in July this year but since it has all gone down the drain I'm ready to put in all the work & more in order to get back in shape. Put simply, you can lose weight without reducing the actual amount of food you eat just by choosing foods with a low calorie density, such as high-fiber vegetables.
Hey chloe! Id actually like to request a quite advanced program that are leaned onto learning how to do push ups. I can do a full push ups but with no repetition cuz i never train push ups. I only do push ups whenever you videos tell me to. If you made a program for beginners-intermediates who want to learn how to do push ups or who want to increase their push up strengths, it would be so so great. Thank you chloe xx

In 2019 I was almost ten years deep in that and thanks to her videos I got the strength to fight back, sure it is still hard but I can say that if I still have health in me it is thanks to her workouts and vids✨

You don't need to eat two meals a day to lose weight. Just eat under your maintenance level

I give this workout a 5/10, with 10 being completely out of breath and burning lungs. I increased the intensity in at least one exercise in every set.
Can we get an intense core and abs workout program. But this is just my thoughts of what the next program might be 🙈
