    IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
    Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
    When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

    Today is day 8 for me, I’m still struggling, constantly out of breath, sweating my butt off. But at the end of my workout session i usually cry I’m not sure if it’s because i can’t breathe or I’m in pain or I’m proud of myself, but i keep pushing myself to do more do better, i want to have the body of my dreams and I’ll never achieve it if i don’t push myself. I’m so proud of all of you! Keep going! Keep progressing! Good luck everyone❤

    I rarely comment on RUclips, but I want to commit to this summer shred challenge by updating this comment every day. I haven't exercised in months! But I used to follow a couple of Chloe's workout programs during the pandemic, which I remember helped me a lot :) My goal is to lose 2kg (I weighed 63.8kg at the start of this challenge) and feel better about my physical health before going on a vacation.
    Day 1 (24.05.23): Completed. Did most of the low-impact versions of the exercises. Tried my best for the abs-video.
    Day 2 (25.05.23): Completed. I felt a bit sore after yesterday, but I feel proud that I exercised even after being out all day today. For the 1minute challenge-video I decided to do a 30second challenge instead because I didn't want to push myself too much.
    Day 3 (26.05.23): Completed. Because I was going out all day today too, I decided to exercise before I went out. I was still sore, and it was 13 hours since I did day 2, but I'm proud that I completed day 3! For the 1minute challenge, I manage to do all but the planks (did them 30seconds instead) exercise in one minute.
    Day 4 (27.05.23): Completed. I was actually surprised that I did day 4, as it's Saturday and I'm usually very lazy on Saturdays, haha ^^ Because it's rest day tomorrow, I decided to push myself more today. I did the first HIIT without doing the low-impact versions :) For the HIIT 1minute challenge, I managed to do all of them for 1 minute except for the last four when my right knee started to act up, and I didn't want to push myself more after that. I definitely worked up more of a sweat during today's exercises, and felt my arms and thighs burn.
    Day 5 (28.05.23): Rest day. I went for a slow 30min walk.
    Day 6 (29.05.23): Completed. I felt really good about the workout today! Worked up a sweat, felt my thighs burn, and I managed to do all the plank exercises without collapsing, hahaha :)
    Day 7 (30.05.23): Rest day.
    Day 8 (31.05.23): Completed. Today was challenging. HIIT went good, worked up a sweat. However, as I have weak upper body and core strength, I found the other two videos challenging. I barely hung on the plank exercises, and I had to take longer breaks between the exercises for the abs video. I felt the burn in my arms. But I finished!
    Day 9 (01.06.23): Completed.
    Day 10 (02.06.23): Completed. I didn't really have motivation today, but I forced myself to exercise. I sweat more today compared to the other days, and I feel I've gotten a bit stronger as I managed to do both scorpion and hip dips (am usually bad at those). I also took a 1 hour walk for my mental health as the weather was nice. I sit too much during the day...
    Day 11 (03.06.23): Rest day.
    Day 12 (04.06.23): Completed.
    Day 13 (05.06.23): Completed. I felt really good about today's workout, it really made me sweat! Which is good, cause I kinda have been stress-eating a little bit today... I had to start preparing for my master thesis' presentation and defense, which is next week 🥲
    Day 14 (06.06.2023): Rest day. I did go for a 50min. walk in sunny weather.
    Day 15 (07.06.2023): Completed. I struggled a bit with set 2 of the full body workout, but I did finish them! Also enjoyed the abs-workout today :)
    Day 16 (08.06.2023): Skipped. I didn't feel well today, so I decided to skip so I wouldn't feel worse.
    Day 17 (09.06.2023): Completed.
    Day 18 (10.06.2023): Rest day.
    Day 19 (11.06.2023): Skipped. I was out all day and came back home late. I didn't wanna exercise as it can be too loud for neighbors while it's late.
    Last week (12.06.2023-17.06-2023) : I'm gonna be honest, so much happened this week that I haven't prioritized the challenge. This week started with preparing and rehearsing for my master's thesis presentation and defense, then on Tuesday I had to do the actual thing. For the rest of the week, I've been celebrating with friends and family that I finally have finished and gotten my master's degree, so exercising wasn't on my mind 😅🎓 However, I have noticed a few changes. I feel stronger, even when my bus or train are late and I have to catch the next one, I've noticed that I have more stamina and my legs don't feel dead as easily as before when I run as fast as I can 🤣 I also have a more noticeable two-pack (if that's any of significance). While I didn't complete the last week of the challenge, I'm satisfied to have gotten it so far. Tomorrow I leave for my three week vacation, so I'll start exercising again when I come back home. I hope/wish that Chloe creates a new version of the 2019 3 Weeks Lean Arms Challenge, as I want to focus more on arms, shoulders and back 😊

    As a person with pretty severe MS (luckily I'm not in a wheelchair anymore yay!) I love that you include low impact, as well as verbal direction to go our own pace, so that disabled people can easily follow your workouts 🧡
    Any other MS warriors out here trying to get fit???

      i suspect i have MS, so far only diagnosed with small-fiber neuropathy. low impact helps so much!! we can do it!!

    Those high knees always kill me. Love how I finish the workout breathing hard and drenched in sweat while Chloe looks perfectly at peace

      Forget about the bloody high knees it’s the squats that fully destroy you I am currently paused on them bc I couldn’t handle 10 seconds half way through the video😭😭

    I am on day 15, round 2 of this 25 day workout. My endurance is still awful, but these workouts have built me up to the point where I was able to play basketball with the 8yr old for an hour each day this week and not only play hard but keep up, something I know I couldn't do 2 months ago!!! Thank you Chloe. Onwards and upwards!

    hi chloe! im on day 15 of ur 2024 weight loss program and suffice it to say, you are kicking my ass. i hope i''m not just imagining it but I see a very tiny difference in my body already (i''m also committing to 16 hr fasts) and I can't wait to get healthier over time. tysm

    I finished the 2023 Summer Shred Challenge!! Here are my results:
    before: 92.5 kg
    now: 91.8 kg
    measurements:
    stomach: 109 cm -> 105 cm
    waist: 93 cm -> 91 cm
    leg: 75 cm -> 74 cm
    arms: 40 cm -> 39 cm
    so I lost the most on my stomach and I can tell!! The fact that I didn’t lose more weight kinda scared me at first but that’s why you should measure yourself since you could gain muscles while burning fat!

    4 weeks! Starting from today
    I’ll keep you guy updated
    Day 1✅: It was tough but still I made it to the end, you guys won't believe I was sweating like crazy, it felt so good, like I've never sweated like this before and I believe that it will change my damn body and I’mma stick to it no matter what!
    Day 2✅: I thought I couldn't get it done today but I did it anyway! It was hard tho, again I sweated a lot
    Day 3 and Day 4✅: no doubt it was hard but still finished it and this time took short breaks in between(updating a lil late)
    Day 5~8 ❌: couldn’t continue cuz had to go somewhere😭

    I really loved the diagrams with the active muscle groups during the exercises! It makes me more aware of the movement and adds to the intention behind it!
    Also I died, been almost 2 weeks since a cardio session.

    I'm doing this program starting today. Here's the continues update so I can gain discipline.
    Starting weight: 88kg
    Day 1✅: It was really difficult but once you pass the first set,the times fly by. I'm sweating a lott

    Starting this challenge on July 28! I’m not preparing for summer but for my first year of university, which begins in two months. Once I finish this challenge I’ll do either the 2023 Weight Loss or new 2023 Hourglass challenge! My selection will depend on my results from this :)
    I’ll do all workouts each day, including the warmup and cooldown.
    ♡ Day 1 (28/07/2023) - Made it through all the workouts! I had to extend my breaks after the exercises that really elevated my heart rate. I have exercise-induced asthma, so I have to be cautious. But I didn’t really do any of the modifications!
    ♡ Day 2 - I always find leg day much easier than abs or cardio, but I couldn’t focus as much on form given how sore I was. I already feel lighter and less bloated!

    Ok, so yeah.... I have completed day 1 of this workout. Hopefully I'll be consistent atleast this time.
    Day 1 - ✅️
    Day 2 - ✅️
    Day 3 - ✅️
    Day 4 - ✅️
    Day 5 -✅️( I was really down today and I actually decided to not do it today but I DID IT .... I'm proud of me for pushing myself today 🥺)
    Day 6 - ✅️
    Day 7 - rest day 🥳🫶
    Day 8 - ✅️ ( was comparatively easier than last week)
    Day 9 , day 10 and day 11 ( I skipped three days due to personal reasons. I was really down)
    Day 12- ✅️( I am back guys. I thought it was the end yet I started off today again. Even though the last 3 days I did not do the workout, I managed to maintain my diet and my weight has not gone up)
    Day 13 - ✅️
    Day 14 - ✅️

    Hey guys im gonna try this challenge because im very insecure about my body and i want to lose weight. I wasnt really active for the past few months because of my mental state and school tasks. Starting weight: 66,4kg
    Day 1: I was sweating like crazy and to be honest this workout wasnt even that hard it was only my breathing.
    Day 2: Today i did leg workout and i felt energetic i liked todays workout!
    Day 3: MY LEGS ARE BURNING IM DYING.
    Day 4: Today i did arm and abs workout and to be honest i barely did half of the workout i was tired and it was too hard. Still finished it tho.

    Starting 2023 Summer Shred today! Going to Japan at the end of August!
    Will update everyday to keep myself accountable!
    Day 1- 💟 (it was hard but I pushed through to the end!)
    Day 2- 💟 (booty was burning!)
    Day 3- 💟 (starting to feel a little stronger!)
    Day 4- 🚫 (took a rest day)
    Day 5- 💟 (hit days are the hardest)
    Day 6- Scheduled rest day
    Day 7- 🚫 (went out to eat and came home late)
    Day 8- 💟 (feeling stronger!!!)

    Currently doing your ab challenge but I think I’m going to add this to my workout playlist so I can do it after! I really love your videos, I’m only 14 and I’ve never been a very active person even when I was super young so doing your workouts for just 10 minutes a day helps me to get moving and even just put in that little bit of activity and movement each day :) tysm and I can’t wait for your next video! ❤

      She lost more than 20 kg in a year, looks incredibly fit now, very flexible and energetic all the time, and extremely active...
      She told me about Chloe more than 2 years ago and since then I've been working with her but unfortunately I'm not consistent because I'm a very hard working lady 😢

    I finish the work out today yayy and I have been doing this for 2 weeks. I make my body move not just because I want to to look skinny but loving my body so much. Exercises make me strong both from outside and inside feeling so powerful and confident.

    Hey guys finally i finished ✨ Chloe ting summer shred challenge (in the winter ❄️ 👀) and it's about 28 days i lost 5.4kg which is amazing ! and i'm so so so happy with the results . I never expected at first that I would finish it, but it was fun and motivating to finish it . Thank you Chloe so much and i will see you guys in the next program 💕💖 keep pushing

    Day 1: I did almost all low impact exercises,felt exhausted after first set but continued to do, my heart rate was more than 100 throughout but I completed day 1 successfully 🎉👍😊

    Day 1 of the summer shred is kicking my butt! Barely made it through this workout but I know with time it will get easier.
    Day 4: Doing a bit better than I did last time. It's the slightest improvement that makes me keep going because I know I am building up that strength. Keep going everyone!

    I was honestly surprised about how easy it felt after all the other days so I think I am definitely getting stronger. At the same time my quads are a bit sore but I know with a bit of stretching it will be worth it. Thank you for everything you do Chloe.

    Day 2: felt so sore but I pushed through
    Day 3: I felt better so I decided to combine day 3 and 4.. aaand I did it 🥳
    So far the floor exercices are the hardest for me but I can feel that I'm getting stronger

    Hey guys I am starting this workout today..
    I am 5ft 1 inch of height and 58 kg..my goal is to reach 50 kg..
    Day 1: Pretty much moderate execution.. neither too hard nor too easy..I completed it..I am sweating like a horse..Will keep you updated..

    I tried this workout the other day, after the warm up I mustn't have pressed the right buttons because it skipped the standing hiit and went straight to the ab workout Oh My God it's difficult if you have a lot of belly fat. So I had an exercise high for 2 days afterwards even though I couldn't finish it
    Today I finished the warm up and the standing hiit. I already feel fitter from the other day I'm just gonna ease into these videos until I feel alright doing the full workouts every morning. I feel so good for having done it !😊
    THANKS CHLOE TING for these free workouts they are Awesome 😎. Definitely gonna do the whole month from start to finish soon, definately.
    I can see that a lot of people doing this challenge only lose 1-3kg in a month But when you are losing fat and gaining muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat, I'm looking forward to feeling a stone lighter after a good solid month of working out that's gonna be so awesome. Yeah 👍😎🆒🎉

    this workout was very hard for me who has been inactive for over a year. I'm crying to the fact that I can't even do jumping jacks anymore. However, I'm still proud of myself for showing up today and finishing this workout. guess i'll just take it one day at a time. good luck to everyone who is following this program. thanks chloe.

    Chloe I love the new muscle targeting graphics! Visualizing what muscles are being pulverized is so satisfying! 😂😁 The workout is about a 4 or 5 out of 10 difficulty, in my own calculations. I love the way my muscles are feeling now! 🔥

    I have a Toxic habit of body checking after every workout and feeling down when I don't see progress (even though it's literally only been 15 days of consistent working out in my entire life 🙃)
    Definitely starting to feel stronger though 💪

    Hi! Today I decided to start this challenge, not only for summer but especially because it has been some weeks since I don't feel good about myself anymore. It's time to change! One of my biggest problems is that I struggle with doing all exercises, so I'm going to update this comment every time I finish all the videos at the end of my training session. I really hope this challenge won't be another unsuccess for me. Wish me luck! 🙃
    Day 1😮‍💨: it was really hard for me! Sometimes I kept quitting doing the exercises because I couldn't breath anymore... I felt sad, but I then I remembered it was only my first day. I'm feeling great after doing it.

    I've taken a break for the last year from exercising in general due to personal reasons. I just want to attest that Chloe got me in the best shape of my life and I am still seeing the results from a year ago. I'm so excited to pick up from where I left off a year ago.

    Thanks for another great program Chloe! Due to school and some personal stuff, I really hit a slump of depression and haven't committed to my work outs like I used to. On top of that, my asthma really acts up in the spring and summer when pollen starts going crazy and the heat comes in. Thanks for giving us low intensity alternatives and encouraging us to go easy on ourselves. I was able to finish the work out at a slower pace than usual, but didn't feel guilty about it.

    Since everyone is doing this, i might do it as well 🤩
    Day 1: ✅ its been long sice i worked out but decided to push myself since i cant slack off for so long. It felt very hard at first but ik its supposed to be hard so i pushed myself to complete it even tho i took long breaks in between 😭
    (9 days later) I messed up. But guess what WE`RE STARTING AGAIN BABY! Giving up forever ain't no option. So if u ever mess up, remeber to get back up again.🤩
    Day 1 again: ✅ I was literally not in the mood to workout today since I skipped 9 days before. But then huge cold wind started blowing. Lol and I loveee wind which energized me to workout and my mood is sooooo good! Today felt easier than the last time! I'm excited to keep going 💓
    Day 2: ✅ I aways mess up at day 2 but a day later, I finally did it. My badonk hurtssss 😭😩

    Очень крутая тренировка, но я настолько редко стала как-то двигаться, что после первых пяти упражнений, меня затошнило. Чуть не откинулась, но это все равно очень круто!

      О, у меня тоже такое была тошнота от видео Хлои, даже до обморока дошло) потом поняла, что это из-за слишком большой нагрузки для меня. Надо было выполнять low-impact версии упражнений, чтобы постепенно наращивать нагрузку. Здоровья вам)

    GUYS READ THIS!!!
    I have been doing this working from end of june and right now it’s November, I lost around 6 kgs because i gained 19 kgs and all i had to do was eat healthy and do this everyday and with 1 or 2 rest days. I am still not at my desired weight but I am getting a lot healthier and i am very happy. So don’t give up guys!!!

    Guys, don't be afraid to have longer breaks, it's not good to lift up your heart rate to maximum. Watch on your heart rate, I'm going to do this workout today

    My daughter is 7 months, so in order to work out I put her in her stroller and let her watch Bluey. When I was doing the scissors she just had fun laughing at me 😂
