The secret is discipline, hard work, and NOT GIVING UP! It's hard at first but you'll get used to it! To the one reading this, you can do it! It's not impossible! I promise you. I was also there. I thought nothing would change, but here I am already!

Believe me guys..this gets easier the more you do it. I was totally drained after the workout on my first day. I could barely make it to the end. But it’s my 6th day today. I feel a lot stronger now. I feel like I can do another workout. So keep going!! Fighting!!

She really helped me alot.. At first I used to take me 1 hour to complete this workout. Then I just stopped this one and did some of her easy workouts.. And after some months I could see great results like almost quite same figure as her. So I thought I can do difficult ones now and I'm ready.. I just tried this one today and I did it in almost one go. I'm really feeling happy for being able to do it. Hi just so if anyone is wondering I did this challenge for 3 months straight with of course a calorie deficit diet and I lost a total of 43 pounds. Be consistent with your diet and the workout will speed things along. You can do it!

I promise myself to work on my body
Right now i weight 85 something my goal is upto 60 i know it will be a long journey but i will do my best to stay consistent plzzz daily you all remind me to workout

Okay so,
I completed the whole challange. At the beginning, I was a rather chubby girl aged 20 who didn't like that much doing sport. The first day was definitely the hardest. After 10 minutes I started to feel like fainting. Knowing myself, I still can't believe that I didn't give up. But I forced myself and my limits till the end.
By the third day it started to feel slightly easier. However, it was still a nightmare.
After the first week, I started to feel more confident and motivated.
After 2 weeks, the workout stopped looking like a real nightmare. It was still tough, but it didn't feel like a chore anymore.
And now, at the end, I feel very proud of myself and and all my hard work. I improved little by little everyday, without realising it right away. I still can't say that I like doing sport, but at least I am ok with it now.
I've also started eating healthier, I'm avoiding sweets and fast food as much as I can, I've added more types of vegetables and meat in my diet and I am experimenting more in the kitchen.
During this journey I've lost about 12 kg, but I gained confidence.
I won't stop here, I'll try more workouts and will continue on eating healthier.
I am not trying to encourage anyone to do exactly what I did, we all have different bodies and different needs. I think the best thing that we can do is to listen to what our bodies tell us.
I just wanted to share my experience with this workout and how it impacted me.

For all the people who want to try this, do it! You're never too late to start now. I started back in February and have already finished the challenge, but while doing I lost 10 Pounds of fat!!! I went crazy after I looked at my before pictures and noticed how MUCH I'd changed physically and mentally. Were all quarantined and are bored af so you might as well just to something productive other than eating the whole house down, right? Anyways good luck!!!!

i still remember how i was helpless about myself a year ago i was not that fat but still the people at my school and my neighbor made it worse for me i was desperate to loose weight and at first i started avoiding foods like i didn't eat junkfood and sugar for whole 6 month and it wasn't effective enough yeah i was loosing weight but not how i wanted it to be. i used to cry every night looking myself in the mirror questioning myself how lonnnggg do i have to feel this way and ended up searching the workout and i saw this video and i started right away. i used to do this twice a day once in the morning once in the night and it started to show result just in one week!!! it's insane!! the first two day was horrible i wasn't able to feel my body in that 2 day (ofc i was forcing myself way too much which i shouldn't have to ). But my body get used to it later and in one month my waist become 30 from 38 it's unbelievable like just in one month . Now it's been more than year i stop working out after 3 months because i was being so hard on myself and i was bloating cause of overwork and stopped everything!!!
And if we talk about now then yeaaahh i lost 19 kg throughout a year i used to be 68 and now I'm 49. And my waist is 26.5 !! Believe in yourself!! And please don't work hard like me you can eat anything and still loose weight trust me !!! And thanks chole im so grateful that you're here !!
I gotta say, Chloe always says "Don't even think about giving up" at the right time lol. On another note, I have great respect Chloe for sharing her workouts with us, but I also have great respect for everyone who stick to them all. Keep at it, everyone!

Her workout didn't just help me gain weight but I became more consistent, I love workout , people appreciate hardwork and getting appreciated feels so good and these are just few changes to name .. really good changes in life.
I'm so thankful for the low impact versions of the exercises😩I made it through, I had to stop a few times but I didn't give up. I felt the burn for sure😭

Prove people with paper cuts wrong, come on!! When I started doing the 2 week shred program I did it in the carpet, the carpet rubbed my hands, elbows and foots all the time. They burned and it hurted. That didn't stop me, you can dooo thisss!!!

For anyone wondering, if you can see a change after doing the program:
Yes you will definitely feel a change, you'll feel stronger and you'll be able to do the exercises properly. However the physical change mostly depends on your diet and how much you engage during working out. I suggest you to stick with a full program (2 weeks or 28 days or sth like that) and then go for something else. You have to switch up your training, because your muscles will get used to it otherwise. But whatever you do:
■ Be grateful you are able to workout and your body allows you to do so
□ Even if you don't give 100%, you're still working and that's the only thing that matters
■ Be thankful you're healthy and still alive (at least you're still breathing)
□ Give yourself time to rest, you need to take a break from time to time
■ Don't search for excuses to skip just do it and use the time
□ Just accept you the way you are, you'll never get to a point, where you are perfect, just be satisfied
And now stop reading the comments and get to work. It'll be fine once you've started.
It's ok to fail, we all do. Just try and see where it can get you to.

Hello, Thank you for bringing up the fact that not everyone's body lets them do full on engaging workouts. That's means a lot for someone like me that has fibrosis dysplasia. Due to the corona virus I haven't been able to do physical therapy and I've still been trying to stay as physical as possible doing these, even if its the non jumping version its still a way for me to keep motivated and busy through these rough times.
Today I'm sick and 1st day after my covid positive results,, but I finish this one , my nose stopped raining , I feel like my fever drops with all this sweat and I feel like my muscles and body in less sore than before! This video is hard to finish but afterwards it felt like a medicine. Thanks chloe and thanks for me for not giving up

Very tiring, especially the cardio-focused days. There are many exercises I cant do without a break

I actually took a 3 day break as my time of the month started and felt very weak but returned after that to where I left from.
Day 10: 10 mins; 66kcal.
Day 11: 30 mins; 230kcal.
Day 12: 30 mins; 260kcal
Day 13: 30 mins + 6 mins chloe's warmup; 290kcal;
Day 14: 10 mins; 60kcal;
This week was much better, the programme helps me to keep motivated to workout. My strength and stamina has improved

after a lot of struggling with motivation on the weight loss program, i decided to try this program instead. i’m having so much fun showing up to this challenge. i’m on day 3, but the change has been what i needed to show up for myself. so if you’re hating these type of workouts, try a different challenge. you’re still working out and i’ve still lost 6 lbs in the last 3 weeks! best of luck loves and don’t beat yourself up along the way 💕 do what works for you
