IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

I know this isn't a big accomplishment but I finally did a real push up today! It's been years since I could and have been doing push-ups on my knees throughout this challenge. But today I was finally able to get one in! It's a very small step but huge for me!

y'all need to remember that exercising will not just impact you on the outside, but in so many ways internally. i've been working out for a few months now and i've been considerably less stressed (even during finals), and i can feel my health improving. you get prouder every single time you need one less break in the middle of a set, and it's amazing.

I just wanted to share something that I think can help you guys in this journey, so I think everyone has gone through this stage that doesn’t seem to end in which we say "why am I even doing this? Is it even gonna work? It’s hard to keep motivated when you look yourself in the mirror, sad, broken, with tears in your eyes. "I know, I’ve gone through that, so I just wanted to let you know, you’re doing great, you’re making progress, even if you think you’re not, you are, repeat this to yourself if you’re feeling down while working out: "I’m getting there, I’m gonna get there, this is not useless, it’s a process in which I’m making progress, I can do this" and repeat those words over and over, remember you can do it! You’re gonna get to your goal! You are beautiful and worthy, and most important, you’re not alone.

two months ago i did this and couldn't get thru any of the excercises, did low impact version of each of them and took multiple breaks

I remember the first time I did this work out I wasn’t able to do some of the high intensity back to back I’d have to either take a break or do the low impact…. Months later I’m so proud of myself I completed this workout doing all the high intensity ones without any breaks!!
You guys can do this! it truly evident that if you put in the work and do Chloe‘s workouts, you’ll see results overtime; whether that be strength, stamina or your own personal body goals🤗🤗
Iv been doing alot of Chloes workouts after I had my son, I love how she explains the workouts before it starts so you know what to do, unlike other workout videos where they dont talk at all or guide you through. Iv lost 12kg in the last 6 months, keep in mind iv also been eating correctly and in a calorie deficit of 1200 and drinking 2 liters of water a day. But so thankful for Chloes workouts 💖

I like that she has low impact options that look similar to what the high impact ones are. I have a bad knee so I can’t jump, and I feel weak that I can’t do the high impact. However her low impact look like they really are doing something, and I do it as fast as I can. I’m still feeling it and sweating like a crazy person!

The Weight Loss Challenge was the first challenge I ever did with Chloe, and somehow it’s nostalgic now; back when I was still a newbie to fitness, too weak for planks or squats or lunges. It's only been 2 months of me doing Chloe's workouts and challenges consistently, and I am amazed at how much more energy I have, and my overall motivation & mental clarity. this is my 10th day in Chloe's program. This 20 minutes course became 50 minutes to me, but I'm so proud of myself because I managed to face this. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE, step by step. to be honest, I couldn't finish all courses, but I always try to clear warmup, 1 main course, and a cooldown. nowadays I slept so well and am aware of the nutrients my body and mentality need.

I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it. As someone who lives on an upper floor, I really appreciate her low impact versions so my downstairs neighbors don't need to request a wellness check for the constant thuds of jumping
Completed this challenge , did 2 weeks then had to take a break for 4 days as I was sick ,and then completed the 3rd week. Guys ,I lost 2.5kg. the first week didn't show much difference ,started seeing a difference around the 3rd week ,so please push yourself harder even if you don't see much change initially.

I finished 2021 march weight loss challenge 21 days♥️ I started with 69 kg and now 64.5 but it lookes like I am 60 woww chole love you so much♥️ Dont quit guys you can do it! Now Im starting the same challenge again.
I did sit-ups/roll-ups for the first time today!!! Until now I’ve only been able to do a weighted sit-up with my feet tucked under a sofa and only did crunches for these workout videos. I used my arms as momentum, so next step is to do it without swinging my arms forward. Consistency is the key!!! Last week I couldn’t do it but we get stronger even if it feels our abilities stay the same!!!

So, I just started back working out last Monday. I've been consistent, and drinking water, eating what I want but in portions. I've been drinking lots of water and I feel great! The first week I had one rest day (Wednesday) and finished the week out! I made my own 45 min weekly workout book of things I felt comfortable with doing after not working out for a year 😅 but yes I did those the first week and I'm on week 2. I had my rest day yesterday (Monday) and this week I plan on doing chloe's videos both the 15 min HITT and this one (20 min HITT). Lol, I haven't been keeping progress of my weight mainly bc I don't have a scale and secondly bc I wanna see it for myself like visually/physically. I can say that I feel different mentally and physically tho, although I haven't seen results yet and I'm early into my journey I do feel more energetic and physically capable of doing the exercises compared to when I first started 😩💜. My goal weight is back to 140, I'm currently 185 I think still lol but yeah. Over year I've gained 45lbs...the heaviest I've been and its been stressful! It was a random day and I just got up and did it! And kept doing it everyday after that! Consistency is key. Discipline is key. And believing you can do it is key. My main concern is giving up, and I don't want that. I'm glad it's ppl like her who give us the opportunity to be the best version of ourselves! It's hard, I won't lie but I'm gonna do it ...we're gonna do it! Im going to work hard for it! Wish me luck 😘 & good luck to anyone just starting or wanting to start! You can do it I promise!

literal hats off to those who could do it without extra breaks coz this is a legit killer workout.
I literally started to sweat so much through out the workout, so I slipped on my mat with my knees after it xD

I was so afraid of this 20 minutes workout but i made it through and feel so proud of myself. Thank you for uploading all these amazing workouts! Your videos are making me love excercise again ❤
If anyone need some motivation : I started Chloe's programs about a month ago, and I could NEVER finish any workouts, and definitely often went the "low impact" way often. Now, I actually can finish ALL her exercises (it's still hella hard) and I definitely see a difference in my body. I haven't lost weight BUT I got thinner (everyone knows muscles are heavier than fat haha), and I really do feel better in my body, and oh man, it's so nice to make an effort without being completely breathless and dead after barely a minute haha.
So, keep going, if you put the effort in you'll feel so much better. Sending some good vibes from France, like Chloe says : "You can do it !"
I really appreciate you not only looking at the scale for results, lots of people do that and its not always accurate

Lol yeah, I find working out to be great to focus on my thoughts and plans. That way I don't feel like I'm putting myself through torture either, because I consider it as "me-time" for my mental and physical health.

I mean, they seem to be made for each other, maybe someone should hook those two up??
I just started this set and I can feel the difference. I see changes On my abdomen: I am tighter, and my arms and back are sore. It is challenging and hard but each time I feel stronger. It has increased my energy level though which is fantastic! Thank you chloe!
