IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. A title may come close to suggesting that, but I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is also not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. im starting the 4 week shred on Monday with my friends but yesterday we did one of her work outs just to see what we were getting ourselves into, and i died but it felt so good to be all sweaty cuz it meant that i was getting healthier.

Just want to share that I have been doing Chloe's programs for 6 months now and I have seen unbelievable changes with my body. I have lost 15kg and my waist is down from 73cm to 64cm. So whoever is doing these programs, hang in there and you will see the difference!

Update: two weeks with rest days into the 28days summer shred. I feel changes, i feel stronger and some areas are tighter. I will add that my diet is shit. I dont really eat unhealthy, but it could be better and consistent. I also feel much better mentally doing these workouts. But im gonna be honest, this video is all about the cardio.. i wasnt prepared 😂😂😭

Update: i advice to do this exercise on a empty stomach. Well drinking and a banana is okay i guess. Even after eating two hours ago doesnt help. Nauseous af. But i completed it.. ish.
im on my last week of the 4 week summer shred and i can already see my stomach getting more defined! my 3 pack of stomach rolls are still there but i can see my 11 shape abs underneath it (it looks pretty toned after i workout right before dinner... after dinner my pooch comes back haha). i try to avoid carbs but still eat sweets every now and then...

Thanks to Chloe, now I can hold a plank for 30 seconds without a break. For the last 3 months I have been doing her excercises and I have made such progress! I am feeling awesome and proud of myself.
Believe me, if, you start now and stay consistent, YOU ARE ABLE to do it. You only have to decide TODAY to make your body move.

I’ve been working for 1 full week now, doing this exercise and a 10 minute lower ab exercise, when I tell you I could actually do the exercises longer and better, I am not lying one bit! My stamina has increased, I haven’t been loosing weight but my belly fat is decreasing, it’s odd but I’m not complaining! I can hold the plank at the end of the exercise for longer now and it’s not a struggle like before, I’m so great full, and thank you Chloe for helping me with stamina increase. Not only have I been doing a full 30 minute workout, but I’ve also been dancing afterwards. I’m buying a new dress for my birthday in 4 months so I can fit in it, it’s a fitted dress. I want to feel comfortable in it, even if I loose just 10 pounds, I’ll be very happy! My ultimate goal is to loose 50 pounds in the 4 months, but even if it takes me a year or 6 months, I’ll still be proud. My goal for the 4 months is 30 pounds at most, the maximum amount of weight I need to loose is 60 pounds but the minimum I want to loose is at least 15 pounds, if you haven’t been loosing pounds/fat, you most definitely have better stamina. Not only has this exercise help me with fat loss, but it has also helped me build my stamina, and muscle strength. Again, thank you Chloe!

Girl I know exactly what you mean! I started Chloe ting workouts a few weeks ago, but before that I was following other 8-min. workouts so I saw that this one was 21 mins long and halfway I was like "ok let's do the rest tomorrow" but then I felt guilty lol
i did this for 2 days straight and im gonna keep updating every day:
day 1: had to take many breaks and the plank was really hard to do.
day 2: felt easier, after the workout i felt really good, and i lost almost a kilo! i have a really strict calorie deficit so im really proud of myself! gonna do it again tomorrow.

Day 15, I saw the length of this workout and almost decided to not do it but I'm so glad I did, for everyone else out there who is unsure, just know that you got this!! Breaks during the workout are normal and if you've made it to day 15 you can keep on going! I believe in you so believe in yourself!

I feel so much stronger doing these workouts and I can finally do the plank toe touch! I couldn't reach my toes... I probably have really bad coordination. But for anyone who is doing this, KEEP GOING! It's so worth it. You can feel your strength increasing as the days go by.

hi just wanna quickly say that chloe's programs have literally saved my life in quarantine lol. I started doing them basically every day since April 17th and its been a little over two months now, I've lost like 27 pounds (12.5kg) now wooo! I mean obviously this was paired with eating healthier and caloric deficit & I do some intermittent fasting but I just feel myself gaining muscles and getting stronger, not just losing weight through a diet. When I first started I'd do a HIIT/cardio workout and MAYBE an abs workout every day, and I could feel myself getting tired/not wanting to do anything anymore. BUUUT I stuck through the phase where I just lowkey didn't want to continue working out and now I love doing them I look forward to them lol, now I do like more than one hour worth of her programs and I def feel stronger doing them!
So in conclusion: if you're thinking of making a change to yourself and wondering if you should start doing chloe's programs: DO IT!!! If you just started/are in the middle and feel like giving up, try to stick to it! Believe in yourself and push through, I did and now I feel so much stronger/healthier :)

Dirys I also was terrified of gaining muscle. I only ever did cardio but now that I’ve found Chloes workouts I’ve realize my stomach being way more defined. Also muscle burns fat!!

It was hot like HELL. Especially when you do this after Shredded ABS and Lower burn. Yeah summer shred 15th day. i was not sweating,i was taking a shower with sweat...
I did this one first and was like this is so easy but then I tried to do the others and lets just say i didn't get to 4 minutes in the lower burn
