IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

For anyone who wants to know why Chloe Ting is the best, here’s my journey:
I started out by doing her 11 line abs for a whole month and my lower belly went for 31 inches to 29 inches!! I used to have so much fat on my belly area and I would never wear any sort of tight clothes or dresses. I would always be insecure and I didn’t know how to engage my abs or do anything. I couldn’t even do a 10 min ab video fully. Now I barely have any fat on my belly and I can do more than 20 minutes of ab exercises while engaging my core properly. I wear tighter clothes and dresses. I feel so much better. I still have a journey ahead of me but Chloe Ting is the person that got me this far. So a big thank you Chloe! I love you so much and thank you for changing my life in a way that I thought was never possible. I was always discouraged that I will always have a stomach and I can never achieve my dream body but you have proved to me that anything is possible. THANK YOU! You are the best and keep on being you!

Y m I not able to reduce my belly fat😖😖 although I exercise for 45-50mins everyday...It's been 2months😕😕I feel so depressed smtym bt don't want to give up....Hence I keep on doing my exercises😊hope I will get results sooner
Lina Elena I initially had a lot of trouble with engaging my core but basically you suck in your stomach and then cough and hold that tension. If you can’t do that then just do the cough part, the sucking in you can add on later for more of a burn. Hope this helps!

Coming here after doing Chloe's 14 Day Shred Challenge.
I lost 3 LBS and lost 2 inches off my waist.
Started at 134lbs went to 131lbs
Started at 34 inch waist went to 32 inch waist.
NOW i'm doing the 15 day intense core challenge!
Day 1: I was super motivated to do new videos seeing as I had gotten pretty use to and bored of the videos in the 14 day challenge. I was super sweaty after them but I LOVED it.
Day 2: I noticed that my back hates me the most when doing the plank challenge. My core burns a little but its mostly my back that begs me to stop.
Day 3: Another new video had me excited! I love every time there is something new to do! I think because I get bored easily that this is the reason I struggle to workout. With new videos though I have something to look forward to!
Day 4: I took the day 5 rest day on day 4 because my period cramps decided to cripple me for the day...
Day 5: Did day 4 workout. I was just happy that I did it because I almost talked myself into taking more rest days because I was being LAZY.
Day 6: ANOTHER NEW VIDEO! I have really been wanting to work on my lower abs a lot. I am finding that my upper abs are getting more defined than my lower ones.
Day 7: I honestly am seeing results already. My stomach is flatter than it was at the end of the 14 day challenge. I cant wait to see my results after the 15 days!
Day 8: REST DAYYYYY
Day 9: I find after my rest days I have NO motivation. I did the workout but let me tell you, I complained through the entire thing.
Day 10: This day was pretty challenging but I had the most fun. Two of the tree videos were new and they were challenging. I don't need to take super long breaks anymore.
Day 11: I switched day 12's rest day for day 11. I wasn't feeling well ans decided it would be a good idea... I was wrong.
Day 12: I forgot I had doctors appointments and ended up being exhausted after and didn't workout again...
Day 13: I did day 11's workouts. Let me tell you, you think two days isn't that much, but it was HELL getting myself to workout again.
Day 14: I did Day 13's workouts. Not as bad but i was sweating A LOT. I regret the two rest days.
Day 15: Today is the day 14 workouts. I'm excited for the new workout video!

Yes I’ve been doing the intermittent ab routine then I started shred with more rest days cause of a dodgy knee. I’ve noticed a good difference on my overall shape so far. Looking forward to seeing the results in a couple months! :)

I almost gave up in the middle (cz ngl, it was toooooo intense for me - beginner).But then I took a lil longer break and guess what, I was successful in completing the entire workout!! I kinda enjoy her workouts and also, when my mind was telling me to give up, I was constantly hearing Chloe's voice sayin "Don't give up guys" uWu Chloe!!
I'm on day 8 of this challenge and I just wanted to say - You guys got this!!! Even if you think you haven't made progress you HAVE. Every little bit counts!! Keep pushing through and don't stop until you're sore, and then push some more.

I've been having some cold for the past week and couldn't workout , I've decided today I'll start working out but the truth was i can't push myself.. i was feeling lazy but i put my shoes back on but I'm so proud of myself now 🥰 I've just started to join this workout and I'm so glad I'm back💪

Anyone who needs motivation:
When I started workouts a month ago , I couldn't do a single ab exercise and only do plank for 5 secs. My face hit the floor while doing mountain climbers the first time. Now, I am able to do mountain climbers, Spiderman planks and more . Still can't do the tougher abs exercise, but Practise regularly and you can do anything you want ! It's just a matter of time. Also I was absolutely sedentary and never moved. I have neither gained weight nor lost much ( I lost 4 lbs in a month I'm 178lbs now) but there is definitely muscle gain because I can see lines when I flex hands or abs. Hopefully I'll lose more weight this month!

I love Chloe's workouts and I just started a routine with my friends today, I'm only a preteen and it prob wont make a HUGE difference but I've also been aiming to improve my mental health. I have (already) fallen in love with Chloe's workout and her fun and bubbly tone to every step, I can't see how people can hate on her because I just found out about her and I'm commenting more writing then what I would put in an explanation for school. also, to tie this all together she's a massive inspiration to my friends and I, and prob tons of other people all around the world trying to get more fit and active. we all love you Chloe💗

Im only on day three but this is my favorite Chloe ting challenge so far. I can already see my core is so much more defined. I also really like these full body workouts so you feel more accomplished because you are working every part of your body. I haven't felt sore in a couple of weeks and it honestly feels so good because I feel more accomplished! Anyway if you were thinking of doing this intense core challenge I 10/10 recommend!
Hey Cloe, I just want to say "thank you" for the videos! I have been trying some of your videos and find the instructions really easy to follow. The counting down of the last 3 seconds helps tremendously, especially to people with bad eye sight like myself. The music, though not my favorite, is better than a lot of other videos I have found on RUclips. Your interaction with the audience is so friendly and genuinely cute (in an Asian manner, saying this as an Asian myself lol). Keep up the good work!

I'm finally done with the 15 day intense core challenge and boy was it a challenge. I'm proud of myself for having done all the videos, even the optional ones (even though, I really wanted to skip the plank challenge on Day 14). I did not do every video perfectly. I did not do the harder version of each plank in the plank challenge and I admit that even on the last day, I did pause a few times during it. But, nonetheless, I did the best that I could. I encourage anyone who reads this to do it. I've seen great results from it, not the dream body that I wished for, but it is a great way to challenge yourself to live a healthier lifestyle. It trains your discipline and perseverance. YOU CAN DO IT :)

So I finished her 15 day intense core challenge (actually I started from day -5 so there were 20 days in total). This challenge aims to build core abs and after the challenge, I could see my core abs are more visible than before but not much because my belly still has loads of fat. I'm stronger and could do 100% the workout at day 15, would definitely come back to this challenge when i need to define my abs more.
My body measurements if some of you care:
- waist: 70cm -> 69cm
- lower belly: 85 -> 83
- thigh (15cm above the knee): 45 -> 44
- calve: still 37
- hip: still 94
- burst: 93 -> 92 (fat loss in my back not my boobs thanks god)
- arm: 27 -> 26.3 (thanks to the plank challenge haha)
- weight: lost 0.5kg because i still ate carbs and sugar T.T
I enjoy this challenge because it's quite hard and challenging. Hopefully Chloe could have a challenge to burn fat in the future :D

Just letting you know, weight doesn’t matter because you gain muscle which weighs 2x more then fat. You did really good as well

d-3 - ✅, I was so exhausted after workout, so totally forgot about updating. workout is still really hard for me to do (cause I’m absolutely unfit), but I can see little progress.
d-4 - ✅.
d-5 - ✅, so far here’s my results: I lost 1.7 kg, side abs lines are really visible, feeling myself stronger and it’s become easier to do this workout. I don’t do whole program, only this video twice in a day (morning and evening), no specific diet, only intermittent fasting 17:7.

In the heat of the summer I have a much harder time sticking to longer workout routines, so this 20 minute is perfect for me to keep the habit of working out in, and keep the strength I've built up, during the hottest weeks of summer.
Day 1: I’m really tired and my abs are screaming
Day 2: exactly the same, but more sweaty
Day 3: I’m really tired, but I hope in results
Day 4: I don’t know, I think something is going on
Day 5: Ok, idk my abs hurts so baddd
Day 6: well I’m less tired than other days (I think that’s good or i only do they worst idk)
Day 7: I can do it more easily
(Edit every day until I’ll see results)

Idk why but seeing you get confused and take a short break when it wasn't time yet and also losing balance while doing the exercise over the mat was very comforting. It made me feel a bit less of a looser for failing at some of these exercises and taking break after each of them 🙈 if it can happen to the absolute best, me failing at them is quite acceptable. 🙈😂 will try harder tomorrow. @@meashiya but you should keep in mind that she's training for all these workouts and keep a special diet, so she tried this program at least a couple of times, that she can perform it effortless and also be a cute looking. Don't ever get discouraged. And use this as a motivation, that you can do better and improve every time. I belive in you!!!
