      I overthink the breathing and start to panic that im not getting enough air and eventually get onto the verge of blacking out if I follow the correct breathing for in and outs :/

      @@ems277 ahhh im gonna be honest.. i didnt see a huge difference, but thats ok!! i noticed some definition in my abs and arms, and overall i feel much stronger and the workouts got easier throughout the month, but this doesn't mean that other people wont see a big difference, so i definitely recommend the challenge :))

      Swati Srivastava hey! I just finished it, and I can say that my abs have definitely developed - to put it in perspective, before I couldn’t do a single sit up, and now I can do ten in a row without a break. That seems small, but you defo feel the program in ur body more than you see it.

      I’ve finished the program! Though I do see a bit of my abs showing, I haven’t lost a pound since I started.. quite unfortunate but I see results in my body! And I’m proud of how I was motivated to keep myself going this far! And congrats to you too! 💗🥰

      me too, my arms just cannot handle the plank compilation :(( when she said "now get to the high plank I was like "not againnn". Sad thing is I can bear the pain from my core and thighs but my arms just collapse as soon as they feel weak then I have to stop for 2 seconds then continue and I hate that :(((

    After I started Chloe ting workouts I will never go back to any other fitness youtuber. She is just so motivational and I love her little supportive comments. Her videos are also super well produced and although some people hate on the music, it's perfect for working out.

    I cry every time I do this one, thinking about the piece of chocolate cake I should’ve ate, why am I not rich to go do surgery instead, but that feeling you get when you see your self in the mirror is priceless, those jeans that used to be tight are loose now and is all because I decided to change something on my life.     I don't know who need this..
    But listen,
    It's OK to do the exercises with some support
    It's OK to take a little extra breaks
    It's OK to do the exercise in less count than Chloe
    It's OK to do it slow
    It's OK to skip few exercises if u can't do it
    But it's never ok to blame your body for anything. It's does so much for you. Be grateful💗
    Practice will definitely make u perfect👍
    And work for your goals. We can do it💯

    This 21 mins video took me 1 hour to finish. I took breaks in middle but continued from where I left of. I extended the rest times but made sure to finish the exercises. My body doesn't has proper control yet so I took support of the bed to do lunges. So proud of myself. Don't give up, don't make excuses guys. You CAN do it. Not yet but you CAN. I aspire to be as strong as Chloe to be able to finish all these exercises within the same amount of time. One day I will do it.

    age 14- girl
    goal: tone up, lose 5 pounds, build overall core strength for tennis
    day 1: holyyy i’m so exhausted I thought I wouldn’t be able to finish but I listened to chloe and kept pushing through
    day 2: I did it again! woot woot :)) i’m so tired but I feel more energized after doing this challenge.
    day 3: i’m actually sweating so much but I did all the exercises!!
    day 4: I was about to skip because I got my period and felt super sick (ended up throwing up at school :( ) but I felt a bit better in the evening so I did the exercises
    day 5: -skipped- I felt really sick and I wasn’t physically up to doing much
    day 6: I did it and I feel my stomach being less bloated in the morning

    Guyss I’ve just finished 4 weeks summer shred yesterday, so here are the results:
    Weight: -3kg
    Waist: -7cm
    Breast: -2cm
    Hips: -1cm
    Arms: the same but they are alot more toned now
    Thais: the same
    I didn’t regret doing it and the results r insaaanneee, i became stronger and more confident.
    Keep going guys it’s worth it

      @@sarscov2728 Oh yes -10kg and so much fat burn..im on intense core chalenge now, its very hard but now im so much stronger.. after 2week shred i did not see too much, becoause i didnt have mind muscles connect 🤣🤣 but at sumred 4 weeks i leran to engage core, to feel muscles when i workout. I dont speek english very well sorry. Im steong and motivated, especialy when i look at my body in mirror.

      h A Congrats to you!! I’m going to be honest... I did see some of the results I was personally hoping for. I noticed more definition in my abs and now you can kinda see that I have a 4 pack. I didn’t see a big difference in my arms or legs except the fact that they feel stronger. Overall I feel much stronger and now when ever I do these video they’re much easier to do instead of me pausing the video to take a break (during the break... ME: Having an asthma attack).

      h A I’ve been getting the most results when I do videos that make me feel something and at the end I feel exhausted. Normally I start with 10mins abs, 10mins lower abs, 20mins full body, some days I do 16mins legs or 10mins upper body and arms. On my rest days I either rest or do 10mins hit workout and 10mins inner thighs. Some days I get bored of doing the same workouts everyday so I try her newest Challenges to be different (plank challenge rn). I change what I do depending on how I feel that day. That might sound like a lot but I’m a dancer and I’m always trying to stay active even during corona. :D

    It’s a bit alarming that there’s so many young girls who haven’t even hit puberty trying to lose weight here. It’s good that they’re trying to be active but I hope they don’t focus too much on exercising when their bodies are still developing. A lot of times when teenagers go through puberty they do naturally lose weight due to loss of baby fat and growing taller. I personally think it’d be more beneficial to engage in some team sports at their school however this is just my opinion obviously.

      I'm 14 and I agree with you and about team sports I used to play basket ball but my coach wasn't very nice with us so it was discouraging and since I was starting puberty I was insecure about my breasts while running bc it felt embarrassing and it was annoying so I stopped doing that. I was still ice skating but they closed the ice rink for a while to make some changes in it and in summer I got a problem with my knees that takes months to heal so I can't do ice skating for a while. I'm still in the healing process and I have been getting out of shape the last 2 years bc I haven't been playing basket ball a lot and ice skating wasn't enough sport so I was sitting at home watching RUclips a lot. I'm trying to lose the weight now so I'm trying to sleep earlier than I used to (I used to sleep at 2am every night now I'm trying to start sleeping at 9pm. I started going to bed at 10:30 pm already and I'm trying to get to 9pm) and I'm trying this challenge every day bc I want to feel confident in my body in summer

      This kind of workout doesn't impair growth. She uses her bodyweight. Doing any type of exercise since young age doesn't do nothing but improve health. What really can change this in a bad way is having a bad alimentation but chloe also has videos of healthy and no obsesive food prep.

      Mena Xctm I didn’t say it stunts growth, rather it’s very disappointing that young girls are so fixated on their body and losing weight. Obviously it’s all due to how social media is these days so they can’t help it but it is very worrying when I see comments from girls as young as 11, especially when the weight they post is definitely not overweight. Yes it is healthy to the body to exercise regardless of age but not to the mind if there are underlying reasons for this. My little cousin and niece are turning 12 this year and they still act like kids and eat a lot of sweets because they’re not at the age to be responsible enough to think about if what they’re eating is healthy or they’re getting enough exercise.

      blue soul but you’re 14, you should enjoy being a kid. I also am skinny fat but no where young as you so I need to focus on my health more as I age for my heart and bones. 14-15 is a reasonable age to start exercising a couple of times a week but not everyday. However I’m sure you shall stick to your own ideas and my words won’t make you stray from your original goal because alas I am just another stranger on the internet so hope you reach your goal.

    Gonna try to do this the whole Feb
    Started: 2/2
    Weight: 65kg/143lbs
    Btw, it’s quite hard for me to lose weight/look thinner especially bc I suffer from bloating after every meal
    Day 1: ✅ not actually that hard cause I was exercising and studying at the same time -> made the time pass really fast! Highly recommended!! 😂
    Day 2: ✅ was a lot more tiring today. My legs feel sore 😫
    Day 3: ✅ tdy was also really tiring but it’s worth it cause my weight dropped to about 64.3 kg
    Day 4: ✅ my legs are still sore from the past 3 days that I almost didn’t want to do the exercise but I still forced myself to do it in the end.............can’t wait for the exercise to get easier......... keep going guys💪💪
    Day 5: ✅ the pain was really bad tdy.... my legs felt so weak especially in the 3rd set......On the bright side though, I officially lost 1 kg!!!
    Day 6: having a recovery day... did about 30 mins of dancing
    Day 7: ✅ 1 WEEK DONE!!! I wasn’t that sweaty tdy but it really hurt to move my legs ☹️
    1 WEEK UPDATE: 63.4 kg -> 1.6 kg loss
    Day 8: ✅ seeing improvement 💪💪wasn’t as sweaty tdy until the third set
    Day 9: skipped today... had to rush lots of school work... stressful 😢😩
    Day 10: ✅
    Day 11: ✅ starting to see the outline of abs!!!
    Day 12: ✅
    Day 13: ✅ almost two weeks WOOOHOO!!
    Day 14: ✅
    Day 15: did half of it
    Day 16: ✅ this workout has really become so much easier...I barely sweat now

    To anyone wondering, I have stopped this workout and started doing the Slim Thigh Challenge. Overall, my weight kept fluctuating but I improved a lot physically. I can do 20-30 mins of exercise and barely sweat now.

    This is the last workout of the summer shred challenge, it was quite difficult but I made it.....I can see big changes in my body....the love handles are gone, my booty was already big but it came into shape I thought that doing the booty workout might make my booty more big but it just reduced and came into perfect shape......u can't see the results in 2 weeks guys I have been doing it for 4 months now.....at beginning I can't see the result I wanted but I keept myself motivated and keep doing Chloe tings workout......I must say it really bought big changes but u have to be consistent for it ☺️☺️ keep doing girls u can do it.....and love u Chloe thanks for changing my life 💖 u really r my inspiration 💕😘 love u a lot ❣️💖

    I finally completed the 2020 summer shred challenge!! This is my first time ever completing a workout challenge. I used to always give up half way. And Though I did not get the result I wanted in terms of how my abs look this time, I'm still really happy that I could complete this challenge. And i feel a lot stronger. I feel motivated. I am going to start one of her other challenges again in a few days

      @@elisehenderson6830 Yes. It did. Lost 2 inches around my belly. But my belly isn't flat still... But yes it did work. I saw great results.

    Chloe, Thank you for your exercises. I never was fat but my body was really weird and without curves. I did't have any confidence. When I found your tube I started to strengthen. Now I am finally satisfied with my body. Thank you for all what you do for us. For normal girls which didn't have confidence, and now they've got it because of you.Love you ❤️

    Day 1 - I barely completed the workout 😅
    Day 2 - My body felt sore but completed the full workout 👍
    Day 3 - Today I felt refreshed and completed the full workout 💪
    Day 4 - Successfully completed the full workout 😌
    Day 5 - I barely completed today's workout due to health issues 😊
