Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

подскажите, сколько ушло в сумме в весе и объемах за 4 программы?
@@whaster_у каждого свои прогресс, но у меня это 10 день этой программы, и я уже потеряла 5 кг, но для меня было важнее внешний прогресс чем на весах(так как вес может расти из-за того что прибавляются мышцы) и внешне я стала намного привлекательнее, подтянутой и уверенней так что попробуйте вам понравиться

I'm on day 16, today i didn't really feel like working out but I pushed myself to just do what I could! I managed to do the whole workout. Yes it's wasn't perfect I used variations and took a few breaks when my body needed it but i'm trying to let go of my perfectionism. Doing something is always better than not doing it for fear of not being perfect!

I remember back then when the 1st time I decided to follow chloe’s workout programs in early 2020. Now I’m still here, because I feel like her workout now becoming a part of my daily routine in the morning. I’ve changed a lot since then and feel more comfortable, fitter & confident enough with myself right now :) Chloe, thanks a lot and how grateful I am since you’ve changed me to be a better & healthier person
I also started working out with Chloe in 2020! I needed to do something during the pandemic. I felt like I let myself go over the years but didn't realize it until I exercised. It was SO hard in the beginning. But now almost 3 years later I'm fit again and confident with how I look!

Hi everyone! I have been doing this workout consistently for two weeks, and I have seen a really big change in my body in the before and after pictures, and I have also lost almost 2 pounds. I will be documenting my progress from today (June 1) onwards! Back in 2020 I lost 20 pounds just doing chloe ting workouts so I can confirm that her videos really work.

TIPS:
1. If you hate an exercise, just pick another one to do! I didnt do like 3-5 of chloes exercises in this video and just opted for another exercise that I preferred more.
2. Don't be afraid to take breaks! There were a few days where I didn't work out at all and still saw progress at the end of the week.
3. You may gain muscle which may cause your weight to gain in the beginning, so I would reccomend only checking your weight after two weeks. I would take pictures of my body every week so I could see a physical change even when the scale did not move down, which motivated me more!
4. Pick a video to do that you think works best for you. I picked this one because it contained all sorts of exercises (abs, legs, etc) rather than targetting one specific area. It also felt good knowing that I was working out for 20 minutes a day for just one video rather than doing 2 videos which add up to 20 minutes.
5. Have a good music playlist! TIme flew by when I listened to my workout playlist.
6. CONSISTENCY IS KEY!!!! If I can workout for a month, so can you!

@@mauidemigod Hi! I try to cut out unhealthy foods but occasionally I will still drink boba and eat a burger! I will give u the rundown of what I eat in a day:
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese and a whole wheat tortilla. I may also have some peach yogurt or fruit.
Lunch: 1 turkey breast and lettuce wrap with ranch. I will also have some fruit to eat after such as watermelon.
Dinner: Malatang which is just rice noodles, beef, and some Chinese veggies in a tomato soup base. (I eat a bigger portion of this since I feel like lunch is usually pretty small).

@@mrshope6018 i have been following many youtuber's plans for years. Now I make my routine myself based on what fits my body best or what body part I would specifically like to focus on for a week or so. It includes hiit, pilates, barre and ballet as well ☺️

Well I survived lol 😅I have a lung condition called Copd so had to stop and pause it a couple of times but I completed it 😅so I am going to try and do this every morning I’m currently 77kg I’ll track my weight for one month and post the results wish me luck 👍think I’m going to need it 😂

5 день:-4 кг,сложно,так как сегодня была физкультура,ножки подгибаются

I get kinda annoyed when Chloe doesn’t tell me it’s a one-sided exercise… and then says to switch to the other side 😑
if your not sure if its one sided or not then look at the top right corner if its one sided then it will have (L) or (R) to say left or right. i hope that isnt too confusing 😅
@@roisin296 Thanks! Yeah, I’m aware it’s on screen, but when I’m really focused on a movement I tend to not glance at the screen and mostly rely on her audible directions. Luckily, as the challenge is progressing, I’ve become more aware.

If so, I always do them while watching and following along on the video.I like to do that to Redmond myself on how to have good form and the right pace

I’m not very old I’m just getting into the older ages now and I feel like I really just don’t like this extra weight I have in my stomach area, I always feel like I wanna wear these certain types of clothes but I can’t because it wouldn’t look good on me, I know I’ll eventually get better at these as I do them, but sometimes I forget to do it regularly or I just quit cuz I get so tired. I’m going to commit this time because I really want that body type that’ll make me look good in the clothes I want to look good in. I already have a good breast size for my age and I just feel like my stomach fat just doesn’t compliment it at all. I thank god for your videos so I can hopefully achieve that body type I’ve always wanted, and that my sister has one of those fitness things you put on your chest to sweat and lose more weight 😂. god bless you Chloe ting 🙏🏼

OMG. I've just started the 2nd week of 2023 Weight Lost challenges. When clicked on day 8 and saw the duration (20mins 😱😱😱), I thought that I couldn't complete the whole exercises. But you know what? I completed all exercises without giving up. I think I'm now a bit stronger thanks for the 1st week. Thanks you so much, Chloe! 💐💐💐
chloe please reduce the planks 😭😭 some of us have bodies that are too heavy to balance on elbows and feet
Just started week 2 of the new program! This workout was a lot easier said than done! This one was actually very challenging for me vs the other cardio workouts. Great job on this one, Chloe!
me when i do your workouts: it hurts so bad but if you keep taking breakes your not going to make as much progress as you want.

Я где о упражнение 4-5 сделать не смогла от слова совсем, а в остальных такое стучал будто я их делала неверно, но я вернусь у этому видео и завтра( а может и вечером) надеюсь тола у меня все получится. Но даже с рассветом того, что я не сдела эти 5 упражнений пот все равно льется ручьем
Это снова я. Я сделала все упражнение, но где-то делала облегченный вариант. В принципе сегодня ее было делать все еще трудно, но чуть легче.

I hadn't taken most of the measurements in Nov cuz i was scared to see the outcome but now i wish i had taken them. But I can say that my thighs might've reduced by an inch & calves by at least half inch if not more. I've written probably beside under bust & waist cuz I don't remember the measurements properly. Still these are great improvements imo 😇

*Day 2 [28.02]* ~ ✅, my abs were burning because of yesterday but it was easier to finish the workout today. Also, I'm drinking much more water than before ^^
*Day 3 [01.03]* ~ ✅, I was a bit tired today (because I did just dance before the workout) so I had to take a longer break after the set 3 🦔
*Day 4 [02.03]* ~ ✅, I can finally do breakdance part properly lol 🦔 Also, plank is much easier now heheh
*Day 5 [03.03]* ~ ✅
*Day 6 [04.03]* ~ ✅, today i learned that drinking too much water just before the workout makes it a lot harder ahdsjkghdsg but i was able to finish it afterwards ᕙ(‾̀◡‾́)ᕗ

UPDATE
[27.04] I came here for an update so maybe it can help others too. After I finished the 2 weeks workout, I've only lost 0.5kg. While doing it I lowered the portions I ate but I guess I was not calorie deficit enough. BUT, I could see that my body got in a better shape.
After this workout I've tried a few other workouts too but they didn't work. So, I started chloe's 25 day slim thigh workout on her website with a not so strict diet (but still, I followed the diet). And results did amaze me, my thigh got from 55 to 51, waist 68->64 and Im 51.8~kgs now. I'll be starting her weight loss or abs challenge next week too, the programs on her website are definitely worth checking out ^-^

thank you, I'm towards the end of the 2024 thread and at the beginning I was shaking by the end of a 30 second plank but now I have noticed that for the final plan after this and 2 more workouts, I felt strong and was not shaking at all even when the 30 seconds were up! woohooo
