Now this is my 99 try with restarting a new program with Chloe ting and trying to finishing it lol. I Discovered Chloe Ting when I was 15 today I am 20. With the help of Chloe Ting I went from 72 kg to 57 kg, between the years 2019-2022 then I started to eat like a pig again haha so I gained 8 kg during the years of 2023-2024. Today I am 65 kg and I have to take my weightless journey seriously again because as I age, my metabolism is going to get slower. I am 164 cm and I hope to lose 5 kg before new years so approximetely 2 months time. wish me luck everyone!!
@@mylifestylsss hey, I did 2021 weight loss challenge, I think it's the "easiest" to start with, "easiest" being in quotes because I was literally dizzy on my first day lol after a 10 min HIIT (this was 2 months ago). Currently, I am doing 2022 weight loss challenge and there was that same 10 min HIIT from 2021 weight loss challenge in the workout schedule today and I cannot believe how easily I could do it. And I did it super easily after a 20 min HIIT before that lol. SO believe me the progress is super quick and really satisfying if you remain consistent :). I think I am much older than you guys but yeah I started my weight loss journey again due to a failed pregnancy 2 months ago and I have lost 6.5 kgs so far. Obviously I do maintain a calorie deficit and I do walk 7-8k steps 5x per week in addition to chloe ting workouts and that is working out for me so far. Hope this helps!

I miss working out :( I haven't worked out at all in more than a month & since July I've been very inconsistent with it. I've exams coming up in Nov first week so I'm waiting for those to finish. Then I'll give it my all! This one looks very fun & I'm waiting to try it out!
After my exams i started working out again in mid Nov. I worked out only 6 days then stopped again for my brother's wedding. So now its been 2 weeks. This one was fun but I'll do it on alternate days since its abs focused & i also do a 10 mins abs routine. It's my last week of this cardio program. I notice that I am stronger, but I still need a few seconds more to catch my breath during workouts. I thought I'd beat that by the final week. Rather, I am sweating a lot more in this winter season. Perhaps I only just got the form correctly now😰.

And i also tried to cut off excess sugar and oil from my diet. To lose any ab fat please stay away from sugar if u want to get result. Try to find the substitute of sugar such as honey.

I was SO excited to see a new cardio abs workout but I’m sorry to say this one was a miss for me. The cardio abs workout that came out about a year ago is much more challenging! That’s what I like. I want a workout that makes me workout so hard I feel like I’m about to keel over for at least half of the workout! 😆
