    Now this is my 99 try with restarting a new program with Chloe ting and trying to finishing it lol. I Discovered Chloe Ting when I was 15 today I am 20. With the help of Chloe Ting I went from 72 kg to 57 kg, between the years 2019-2022 then I started to eat like a pig again haha so I gained 8 kg during the years of 2023-2024. Today I am 65 kg and I have to take my weightless journey seriously again because as I age, my metabolism is going to get slower. I am 164 cm and I hope to lose 5 kg before new years so approximetely 2 months time. wish me luck everyone!!

      @@mylifestylsss hey, I did 2021 weight loss challenge, I think it's the "easiest" to start with, "easiest" being in quotes because I was literally dizzy on my first day lol after a 10 min HIIT (this was 2 months ago). Currently, I am doing 2022 weight loss challenge and there was that same 10 min HIIT from 2021 weight loss challenge in the workout schedule today and I cannot believe how easily I could do it. And I did it super easily after a 20 min HIIT before that lol. SO believe me the progress is super quick and really satisfying if you remain consistent :). I think I am much older than you guys but yeah I started my weight loss journey again due to a failed pregnancy 2 months ago and I have lost 6.5 kgs so far. Obviously I do maintain a calorie deficit and I do walk 7-8k steps 5x per week in addition to chloe ting workouts and that is working out for me so far. Hope this helps!

    Actually I first hated this workout. It was difficult and I always ran out of breath.. but after doing this for 4 times now it's light for me and I'm really happy and proud 😅.. thank you Chloe 🙏🏻💗

    I miss working out :(
    I haven't worked out at all in more than a month & since July I've been very inconsistent with it. I've exams coming up in Nov first week so I'm waiting for those to finish. Then I'll give it my all!

    After my exams i started working out again in mid Nov. I worked out only 6 days then stopped again for my brother's wedding. So now its been 2 weeks.
    This one was fun but I'll do it on alternate days since its abs focused & i also do a 10 mins abs routine.
    Log for consistency:
    *Day 1. 05-12-2024:* ✅
    *Day 3. 07-12-2024:* ✅
    8th Dec, break.
    *Day 5. 10-12-2024:* ✅
    Break.
    *Day 7. 14-12-2024:* ✅

    It's my last week of this cardio program. I notice that I am stronger, but I still need a few seconds more to catch my breath during workouts. I thought I'd beat that by the final week. Rather, I am sweating a lot more in this winter season. Perhaps I only just got the form correctly now😰.

    I've been doing Chloe's workouts since 2019 and regularly (aka 3 times a week) for one complete year but I've never done a 20-minute long workout. I wonder how it'll go.
    Edit: I feel quite tired but it was funny! I'll definitely do it again when I want something funnier and longer than the super intensive ones! Thanks Chloe, I feel so better thanks to you!

    Hi, I'm from Malaysia. I was able to reduce my weight from 80 to 65 kg before this, but I unfortunately gained it again and now im 70 kg :( . so, I its time to rewatch your video as I did previously.       @@kaladalabanjan9646 dear, I did her hiit of 15 minutes, 10 minutes ab, 10 minute hand and leg everyday. Total 30-40 minutes everyday. So different day different video. 5 days in week. And i also tried to cut off excess sugar and oil from my diet. To lose any ab fat please stay away from sugar if u want to get result. Try to find the substitute of sugar such as honey.

      @@kaladalabanjan9646 i did her 15 min hiit and 10 min of ab leg and hand routine. Total.30-40 min everyday. And cut suger and oil from diet. To lose any ab fat u must cut off suger and oil. Find their substitute. Thats it. And most importantly determinantion and trust the process. It took me 5 months. So patience is the key.

    I did those exercises after the workout cardio (previous video to this one) and it is a great Combo. In your honest opinion how often this exercise per week and how long approx. until reducing fat belly? Of course by keeping a healthy diet ...Thanks Chloe for your content !!! Greetings from Germany

    I was SO excited to see a new cardio abs workout but I’m sorry to say this one was a miss for me. The cardio abs workout that came out about a year ago is much more challenging! That’s what I like. I want a workout that makes me workout so hard I feel like I’m about to keel over for at least half of the workout! 😆

    Cardio challenge 4.günümdeyim 😅 .. geçen hafta insülin direncim olduğunu öğrendim ve hatta prediyabet olduğumu da 😢 henüz 20 yaşındayım ve kilom çok fazla 4 gündür insülin direnci diyetim ile bu programı yapıyorum ve 3 kilo verdim inanılır gibi değil .. yolun çok başındayım ama sona ulaşana kadar buradayım .. her şey bizim elimizde. Son 5 yıldır sürekli diyet yapıp kilo verip alıyordum anlayacağınız kısır döngü meğersem sorun insülin direnci olmamdan kaynaklıymış .. eğer kesin sonuca ulaşamıyorsanız kesinlikle bi doktor ile görüşün ❤

    I like the short time program soo much it helps with my full time job. But i also like intensive workout in order to feel done. But like wanting more yk? Is there any programm like this for 20-30 min but intensive?
