Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

When I first started your workouts I was 180 lbs and I'm 12 years old and am 5ft 2in. I have been doing them for about 4 and a half months now and I have lost more than 30 pounds. I weigh 150 and it's all thanks to you Chloe!! TYSM!! I hope I can loose another 30 pounds by the end of the year. @@queenoyunda np. I didn’t do this specific workout but I did one of her thirty minute routines because it targeted weight loss more than specific areas of the body. It seems a little intimidating but tbh it’s really balanced out and isn’t too difficult. I chose to do this because I never felt motivated enough to click the next videos when doing any of her programs. So I found a really long one for weight loss which is my goal. Along with this I did 20 minutes of slow jogging on an incline or if I was feeling motivated enough, I did another 20 minute workout of hers.

I know you've probably seen hundreds of comments like this, but you've genuinely changed my life soo much! During the past summer I would do your workouts constantly (in a healthy manner). I just couldn't get enough of them! But since I've started my first year of high school, I really lost all motivation to workout, as I was tired and stressed beyond belief. But then today, I decided to browse your yt channel again, and I found this video. I usually hate, hate, HATE back workouts, but I actually finished this one!! This is the first workout with a lot of planks in it that I've actually enjoyed. I started Cloe tings workout February 2024 and I was 184 lbs 13 years old and 5’3 ft and it’s December 2024 and I’m 130lbs 14 years old and 5’4 I feel like I could’ve lost more but I stopped for about 4 months? But I’m so happy and I will continue working out and eating balanced until I am 115lbs thank youuuuu 💗

Thank so much for being such an inspiration to me. My whole life I was bigger and heavier than everyone in my family except for my dad, and I have 2 older brothers plus a sister the same age as me. When I was 13 I decided I wanted to change. I tried so many different things such as diets, fasting for up to 24 hours while still working out for about an hour, but when I found your channel and then downloaded ypur app I began to see progress. I was loosing weight, not craving sweets, and felt overall healthier and stronger. Thank you so much for making effective workouts that is accessible to everyone such as myself.

Day 4- done with the workout arms feels sore again n burning too

Day 6 - done the workout easily n soreness is gone.. I enjoy the workout thoroughly. My energy level is high

I’m 15 and I’m 160 something pounds, ive always tried to stay consistent exercising before but I always overloaded myself or just couldn’t fit 2 hour long workouts into my schedule. Recently I’ve been struggling with my mental health and just needed something to get myself out of a slump, I started working out with Chloe ting again on top of eating healthily and stuff like that. I haven’t felt as good as I have now as I have in a long time and it’s thanks to Chloe ting. I don’t know if I’ve lost really any weight yet but I’m proud of myself for sticking with it. Getting married in 3 months. Have tried everything to drop even 5lbs, nothing has worked. I measure and weigh my food and track every single calorie and drop of water intake, I’ve lifted weights for years, I’ve tried different supplements, and the doctors do tests and say I have no health issues. I myself am a certified personal trainer, and have CPT friends and it baffles them (and the doctors) that the fat just won’t shed. They all tell me I’m still healthy at 175 and 5’8 with how I eat and exercise, but I just want to slim a LITTLE. Here’s hoping I can drop 5-10lbs in 3 months! It’s day 2 of the 2025 weight loss challenge for me, while still being mindful of what I’m eating. Fingers crossed!

This feels more like a core workout than an arm workout 🤣. Yet just by looking at it I can feel the burn. I’ve done her work outs and even though I didn’t lose weight I did lose inches and gain muscle. 😊

Hey chloe! Id actually like to request a quite advanced program that are leaned onto learning how to do push ups. I can do a full push ups but with no repetition cuz i never train push ups. I only do push ups whenever you videos tell me to.

I do this workout 8 times, and the result is already visible. The flabbiness in my arms has started to go away, my back is starting to look beautiful. Chloe Ting's workouts helped me make my butt, and they make my back beautiful, thank you❤

Can we have a more intense workout program please! Using weights with reps. Maybe additional optional workouts as well. I’ve been doing Chloe Ting workouts for years now & as much as I love the business model (genius btw), the calm but energized aesthetic, and the convenience of at home workouts I want to be challenged in my workouts!
