Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

How much weight did you lose
Started her workouts after a 2-4 year gap, completed day 2 of the challenge today. I hope whoever is starting their fitness journey ends up achieving their goals.
Fun fact: I'm a guy doing three of your videos every day.
It really confuses the youtube algorithm which now shows me ads for bikini zone shavers.
Anyway, I had about ten incidents in my 20s with my back (herniated disc), and I completely lost one lumbar disc.
But since I was always working out regularly I was told that I can avoid operation if I keep strengthening my core muscles. I got some medical excercises which I rigorously did for years, at some time I switched to the Chloe Ting excercises since these have a surprisingly high overlap with what was recommended.

Day 3 completed !! I can actually see a little difference on my stomach. Side lines are coming back and I found it a teeny bit easier today!! Still burns and hurts but this is the feeling we love people!! ❤

Im so glad i stuck with chloe tings workouts!!!!the first time i did one of her abs workouts i couldnt eevn hold any plank for 15 seconds!? And now im able to hold it through every Exercise!!!!if your not able to do one of her exercises juts keep trying and doing it with the mentality that you'll get better! Because you actually will!!!!

Core is terrible. Could barely do the work out.
Day 2 ✅
Tried my best but the had to change up some of the movements a bit so I could do them.
Day 3 ✅
Struggled a lot and felt very unmotivated but still showed up and finished the workout. The burn was hard.
Day 4 ✅
Was very painful and abs were very sore after.
Day 5 ✅
The burn was intense but still managed to finish the workout.
Day 6 ✅
Had a really bad day. Felt supper unmotivated and kept having to pause the workout video and cry.
Day 7 ✅
Had a lot more motivation and the workout felt a lot easier!
Day 8 ✅
Could feel myself getting better at the workout! Abs were so sore though.
Day 9 ✅
The workout was still intense but felt way easier!
Day 10 ✅
Can’t believe how far I’ve come. My core is a lot stronger.
Day 11 ✅
The planks are the hardest because my arms aren’t that strong.
Day 12 ✅
Can’t believe how much I’ve improved! Not dredging every time I do the workout.

Only one more day to go! Feeling a lot stronger!

I did it for 2 weeks! My core, arm, and leg muscles definitely got stronger and I noticed some miner physical changes! Im probably still going to continue this workout so my core can get even stronger! Once I feel like I’ve masted this I will probably move onto some of her harder ab videos

Impressive! But doing abs every single day can be not beneficial, especially, longer than 2 weeks period...your muscles need to rest

Did you lose weight?
Day 2 of the new Shred and Tone Challenge! Loving it so far! I finished the 2024 Summer Shred, and find this new program less intensive and works better for me. I do think the intensity of the Summer Shred was great, it toned my body and gave me confidence, but is definitely harder for a beginner. Anyways, gotta love me some ab exercises ❤

Comepleted day 8 of the 3 week shred and tone challenge and I can't believe that I completed this video. At first I felt like my abs will only hate me but for the love of chloe I did not give up. Wishing everyone a fit body and a healthy mind.
It’s my third day and those exercises hurts as hell so I want to know if those exercises would be much easier if I reached day 8?

Hi chloe! I love your challenge, I’m on day two right now. I wanted to ask you, do you have any alternative ab exercises for those with weak wrists? My left wrist has shit strength because of doing handstands as a child with no wrist support or exercise to care for the ligament, now I cant put pressure on the wrist as it hurts really really badly. Most of your ab exercises require high planks like plank-jacks and the in-out jump one in this video, are there any alternatives to those?
Maybe doing low planks for them so it's pressure on your forearms instead? I have a bad wrist too and that's what I do. If it's too awkward maybe just repeat a set of another ab excercisesi in the video. I really hurt my back while doing plank jacks once so I just do tapping foot in and out where she jumps. It's still challenging enough

Girl, that was what I exactly was thinking about when your comment popped. I miss the old and cheerful Chloe. I know that life can be hard sometimes, even for our dearest idols, or especially for them, because they are expected to be always on the highest level. It is their right to feel upset, but still... it feels low key depressing for me (and probably many of us, Tingers) to see her in such a saddened version.
To Chloe: if you ever happen to read this, dear - you always keep us motivated and tell us not to give up. You are such a soul-sweetening candy for a vast audience. You are wonderful, girl. Remember this, even if you feel alone, that in fact, you are never alone. And this refers to you, Chloe, and to anybody who needs a little cheering word. Life and world can be cruel, but remember, as cliché as it may sound - it WILL get better. ❤
I'm guessing she's under a lot of pressure. Her voice, energy level, and appearance have all changed quite a bit. I'm not sure what happened, but I hope she recovers

@@dudie5403 I agree. But notice that the change in Chloe's demeanor has started to be visible waaay earlier before launching this challenge. I am sorry to see her like that. I'd like to hug her. I'm working out with her for 7 years now and I kinda feel like my friend had a bad time in her life and I wouldn't be able to do absolutely anything about it. It literally breaks my heart. I watch all the latest workouts with a great sadness, cause I can see the change clearly. I hope Chloe is and will be feeling well. I really wish her all the best. Even if she doesn't feel as passionate about workouts anymore, it doesn't matter. She should be aware of all the love and support from everyone of us. Chloe gave me, gave all of us so much power, strenght, confidence, happiness. And this is why it feels so sad, because there is no way to give it back to her, besides from likes, views and subs.
