Meeee So im confused about this im 161 cm my weight was before 94kg now is 67kg so i asked online and it says 57 to 49 but I wanted to ask if i reach 60 and i wanted to maintain my weight and keep playing more resistance and less cardio will i have the perfect body or when I reach 57 or 49 kg
@@olaaabdulllah1879 we are at a similar weight and height, I'm 1.62.5cm( 5'3) and 146 pounds ( ~66 Kg). I think if you're in a healthy BMI range and you're building muscle you will look great at 60 kg. For me I wanna lose 10 kg if possible but I don't believe in myself 😭

Last September 2022 I started my diet journey, followed by a nutritionist and by completing Chloe’s challenges. I love the strength and tone videos, started with 2kgs, then upgraded to 4kgs and now here I am using 6kgs weights per arm. I lost 15kgs of pure fat in 10 months, and my nutritionist even congratulated me for working out so well without going to the gym (I work out at home). In the last 2 months I put on 1,1kgs of muscles, while going down with fat. So… thank you Chloe for these videos, you explain how to do the exercises really well, definitely my coach/trainer. ❤️ It would be amazing to meet you in person here in Italy. 🥰

@@glam2022 You weren't talking to me, but I’m going to respond to your comment anyway. Hip dips are genetic and caused by your bone structure. Exercise might be able to reduce the appearance of hip dips. However, removing them completely most likely won't happen. Instead, I suggest you aim on working on stability and strengthening exercises. Hip dips are gorgeous, and most women have some extent of them. Correct me if I made any grammar or punctuation mistakes. Also, if you want more information or I just didn't explain this sufficiently, I’d be glad to help explain anything with more detail.
@@ajeng7867 I've been doing hourglass 2023 videos using resistance band and dumbbells. My eating habit is nearly as same as before. I cut down on dessert but didn't cut it out completely, I eat milk ice cream whenever I want. in short, no, i didn't diet but cut down on some pastries

I've been doing this set for 4 days now ,I started as 55.7 kg ,But I always walk for 3k to 10k steps before doing this excersize and doing intermittent fasting 16-8 . In my 4 days ,I'm at 53.7 kg . I know its too much but I feel better and these sets makes me sweat a lot ,it's a good finisher for my 10k steps each day. ❤❤❤
On Day 1 of the 2024 Weight Loss Challenge & this is so difficult! I couldn't engage my core properly throughout but I'll get there. If done properly it's a great routine. *Day 9* ✅ My body's been aching a lot in this challenge. Especially my thighs & glutes.
I honestly dont think I've loved an ab workout this much. I really felt the burn and got a good sweat in, the music though!! Wow! It was such a great motivator!! Thank you so much chloe for everything you truly changed my life
Hi Chloe! I started doing your workouts last year(2020 2week shred was my first) and they really helped me. I stopped doing them for a while, and my strength declined, but when I saw you had a new challenge coming out, I was super excited. I usually do my workouts anywhere between 6:30-8:00am, so I wasn’t able to officially start day one. I did however, do your 20 minute vid for this challenge and omg. It was the most fun I’ve had doing a workout EVER. I’m going to do this tonight, so I can start day two tomorrow and I can’t wait. I’ve been doing Chloe’s videos for 3+ years and this is by far the best core one: I have a lower back that puts me in and out of physical therapy and this is the first video that feels like both a PT workout AND an ab-burner. First time doing this during the 2024 weightloss challenge, and I'm so glad it's an abs workout without swinging upwards. (can't do these because of my back) it was hard but I made it to the end🎉
I have started this challenge today after completing the summer shred 2023 challenge. I have gotten a little bit more of resistance thanks to the previous 4 weeks working out, but this workout is truly challenging, not a beginner's level in my opinion. I loved the new exercises and loved the incorporation of dumbbells, I have started with 4 kg and I am planning to move to 6 kg by the end of the challenge. I love following these workout programs because I am visibly losing weight and gaining muscle thanks to this.

Но я считаю это достижение, что я в целом его осилила. Питалась плохо. Но стараюсь поменьше и по сбалансированей. 4 день. Ела всего на 1000 калорий примерно. Тренировку сделала всю. Стала замечать визуальные изменения. Сегодня сделала тренировку полностью. Я счастлива. Все делайте, пробуйте. Я в вас верю! 5 день. Ушло около 3 кг, но я так полагаю, что это вода, начинает жёстко тяжело делать тренировки, в конце доделывала ели как. Но тренировка топчик. Питания сегодня придерживалась плохо, но думаю ела калорий на 1000-1100, ела мало, но калорийно( Думаю буду делать тренировку ещё весь сентябрь, точнее надеюсь на это. I did this workout program in July and now i am back again on it in August.....this is actually the best workout program I've ever done so far.....not saying that other programs are not good I honestly love and so grateful for these free workout programs but this one specifically has left a big impact on me 🙌🏻❤

Came back here to try to FULLY COMMIT to Chloe's challenges while on my summer break! I have always failed in being consistent as I always prioritized getting schoolworks done. This time I'll try once again w/o having to worry about school for a while! Good luck to all of us following the 2023 hourglass challenge :D Edit: I WAS ABLE TO COMMIT FOR 5 DAYS!! Now on my first set of rest days on the schedule :DD Update: Still going at it! Now on Day 17 :D I skipped some days because of my period days and family vacation lol. As someone who never got past the first week in my previous attempts dating back to Jan 2021, I cannot believe I'm at Day 17!!!! Update (2023/8/11): I skipped 4 days of exercise 😔 but I think that's okay because I went out to swim at the beach and take a walk in a farm! Ok plank twist saved me! I used to hate core exercises because of hip dips. I could never get a full breath no matter how slow or fast I went. It was simply a fight to breathe during the exercise. But hip twists are a modification of it and I’m loving it now that I can breathe properly. Thanks so much Chloe!

this is crazy holy sheet. i tried this for the first time and during each exercise i kept taking breaks because God damn this girl is strong. i struggled breathing, i struggled doing most of it and that shows how horrible my body is. im in a very nad shape. im going to keep working so i can be more fit and manage to do all this without taking too many breaks. im still trying to figure out how to engage core and breathe properly. but damn i sweat buckets. thanks chloe! ❤

Also what has worked for me to get me to drink more water is to add something to it. Like LEMON, CINNAMON, ORANGE and more it gets me to drink more water. PS water is a very important part to lose weight

I do the 5 mins cooldown btw, 15 mins is too much for me. Day 2: Done ✅ and boy oh boy, my arms ain't mine anymore 😂...it was challenging than I expected Day 3: Done✅ 7/10 Day 4: Done ✅ 7.5/10 Day 5: Done ✅ 9/10 Day 6: Rest day😊 (did some yoga) Day 7: rest day (did some yoga) Day 8: ✅ it was fun and enjoyable (6/10) Day 9: ✅ I am loving this, I feel so good in my body after the exercise (6/10) I am not doing this to see a change in my body... because the change will come definitely, my ultimate goal is to be consistent and feel good and I am feeling terrifically awesome rn. The changes I have noticed in my body (physical appearance) My booty is more rounder and giving that huge effect and my waist is getting clinched, my tummy is always flat lately, my posture has improved, my strength too... I just finished the first video on the schedule for "yesterday" basically, I can't proceed I feel dizzy I will complete the rest later in the day, overall I missed today's workout Day 17: I did half at dawn and the rest ...I didn't do Day 18: I did it, I feel overwhelmed, lost and confused...I should have prepared myself for this, I always struggle with consistency because somewhere in the middle something always happens...but I wont let that weigh me down I won't give up...today's workout was a bit challenging but i felt good afterwards 😊 Day 19: done, I enjoyed it Not so challenging 5/10... I noticed that despite the "shits" going on in my life, I am still able to show up for the workout and the only reason why I wasn't consistent and ended up missing 2 days was because I was not eating enough, I procrastinate eating and I only eat twice a day, sometimes once so when I am exercising I feel dizzy then I quit Lesson learned: Don't skip meals, eat more. First time doing the reverse plank, my muscles were not used to it. My whole body was shaking violently update *10 days later* : i still can't hold the reverse plank more than 15 seconds. 😭
I've been trying the reverse plank SINCE 2020 and I still can't bear it :D my arms and lower back are too weak. I looked for some guides but I still think I'm doing it wrong, keep trying (and dying) though

Hip dips are genetic and caused by your bone structure. Exercise might be able to reduce the appearance of hip dips. However, removing them completely most likely won't happen.
Instead, I suggest you aim on working on stability and strengthening exercises. Hip dips are gorgeous, and most women have some extent of them.
Correct me if I made any grammar or punctuation mistakes. Also, if you want more information or I just didn't explain this sufficiently, I’d be glad to help explain anything with more detail.

@@ajeng7867 I've been doing hourglass 2023 videos using resistance band and dumbbells. My eating habit is nearly as same as before. I cut down on dessert but didn't cut it out completely, I eat milk ice cream whenever I want. in short, no, i didn't diet but cut down on some pastries

I don't usually comment and I'm not sure you'll even see this. I just wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart, Chloe. Your core workouts have helped me so much. I did your series with 40 different exercises and by the end of it, I was able to lose 3 inches on my stomach and see some definition. Thank you for being so awesome!

I've been doing this set for 4 days now ,I started as 55.7 kg ,But I always walk for 3k to 10k steps before doing this excersize and doing intermittent fasting 16-8 . In my 4 days ,I'm at 53.7 kg . I know its too much but I feel better and these sets makes me sweat a lot ,it's a good finisher for my 10k steps each day. ❤❤❤

Hi Chloe! I started doing your workouts last year(2020 2week shred was my first) and they really helped me. I stopped doing them for a while, and my strength declined, but when I saw you had a new challenge coming out, I was super excited. I usually do my workouts anywhere between 6:30-8:00am, so I wasn’t able to officially start day one. I did however, do your 20 minute vid for this challenge and omg. It was the most fun I’ve had doing a workout EVER. I’m going to do this tonight, so I can start day two tomorrow and I can’t wait. I’ve been doing Chloe’s videos for 3+ years and this is by far the best core one: I have a lower back that puts me in and out of physical therapy and this is the first video that feels like both a PT workout AND an ab-burner. First time doing this during the 2024 weightloss challenge, and I'm so glad it's an abs workout without swinging upwards. (can't do these because of my back) it was hard but I made it to the end🎉
I have started this challenge today after completing the summer shred 2023 challenge. I have gotten a little bit more of resistance thanks to the previous 4 weeks working out, but this workout is truly challenging, not a beginner's level in my opinion. I loved the new exercises and loved the incorporation of dumbbells, I have started with 4 kg and I am planning to move to 6 kg by the end of the challenge. I love following these workout programs because I am visibly losing weight and gaining muscle thanks to this.

Есть буду +/- на сбалансированом питании, но не полностью
День 1: всё оки, немного потом болел пресс, и последнее упражнение сделала не полностью, жуть как заболел пресс
День 2: всё тоже оки, но опять не полностью сделала последнее упражнение, пока что нет особых изменений, но на душе прямо комфорт от тренировки
3 день: сделала всю тренировку, но последнее упражнение вообще кое как. Но я считаю это достижение, что я в целом его осилила. Питалась плохо. Но стараюсь поменьше и по сбалансированей.
4 день. Ела всего на 1000 калорий примерно. Тренировку сделала всю. Стала замечать визуальные изменения. Сегодня сделала тренировку полностью. Я счастлива. Все делайте, пробуйте. Я в вас верю!
5 день. Ушло около 3 кг, но я так полагаю, что это вода, начинает жёстко тяжело делать тренировки, в конце доделывала ели как. Но тренировка топчик. Питания сегодня придерживалась плохо, но думаю ела калорий на 1000-1100, ела мало, но калорийно(
Думаю буду делать тренировку ещё весь сентябрь, точнее надеюсь на это. Ещё визуально видно небольшие результаты, я очень рада.

Update (2023/8/11): I skipped 4 days of exercise 😔 but I think that's okay because I went out to swim at the beach and take a walk in a farm! Glad to be developing a mindset that does not obsess on workouts 😊

Ok plank twist saved me! I used to hate core exercises because of hip dips. I could never get a full breath no matter how slow or fast I went. It was simply a fight to breathe during the exercise. But hip twists are a modification of it and I’m loving it now that I can breathe properly. Thanks so much Chloe!

this is crazy holy sheet. i tried this for the first time and during each exercise i kept taking breaks because God damn this girl is strong. i struggled breathing, i struggled doing most of it and that shows how horrible my body is. im in a very nad shape. im going to keep working so i can be more fit and manage to do all this without taking too many breaks. im still trying to figure out how to engage core and breathe properly. but damn i sweat buckets. thanks chloe! ❤

Also what has worked for me to get me to drink more water is to add something to it. Like LEMON, CINNAMON, ORANGE and more it gets me to drink more water. PS water is a very important part to lose weight

Started on 11th July 2023, my goal is to be consistent throughout this program
Day one: I didn't want to be late for lectures so I split the workout into two... I did the warm up and the hourglass workout and the cooldown in the morning and I did this one (snatched waist workout) and another cooldown... I do the 5 mins cooldown btw, 15 mins is too much for me.
Day 2: Done ✅ and boy oh boy, my arms ain't mine anymore 😂...it was challenging than I expected
Day 3: Done✅ 7/10
Day 4: Done ✅ 7.5/10
Day 5: Done ✅ 9/10
Day 6: Rest day😊 (did some yoga)

I really regret procrastinating, now I am here typing this at 12:46am, I wanted to make up for it but I couldn't... I just finished the first video on the schedule for "yesterday" basically, I can't proceed I feel dizzy
I will complete the rest later in the day, overall I missed today's workout
Day 17: I did half at dawn and the rest ...I didn't do
Day 18: I did it, I feel overwhelmed, lost and confused...I should have prepared myself for this, I always struggle with consistency because somewhere in the middle something always happens...but I wont let that weigh me down
I won't give up...today's workout was a bit challenging but i felt good afterwards 😊
Day 19: done, I enjoyed it
Not so challenging 5/10... I noticed that despite the "shits" going on in my life, I am still able to show up for the workout and the only reason why I wasn't consistent and ended up missing 2 days was because I was not eating enough, I procrastinate eating and I only eat twice a day, sometimes once so when I am exercising I feel dizzy then I quit
Lesson learned: Don't skip meals, eat more.
