Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

I started working out 5 months ago I am a Muslim woman and I have zero all women gyms where I live and it’s a struggle to find affective workouts

It’s been a couple months !! How’d it go
struggling with weight issues, particularly around my abs and core, this workout challenge video caught my eye. Having faced self-esteem challenges due to my body, I'm always on the lookout for effective and accessible exercise routines. The 25-day challenge outlined in the video seems like a promising opportunity to address my concerns. The simplicity of the exercises showcased is appealing, as complex routines often feel overwhelming. While navigating my fitness journey, I appreciate finding videos that align with my goals without being overly complicated. Hoping to incorporate these workouts into my routine and witness positive changes for a healthier me.

2024 Weight Loss Challenge
weight: 70.2kg waist : 86 cm Left Arm : 34 cm
hips : 103 cm thighs : 64 cm Right Arm : 36 cm
Day 1 ✅ knees were shaking at the end of 1st workout but I feel fine after cooldown
Day 2 ✅ i thought i wouldn't be able to complete today's schedule cuz my thighs were aching all day but it gradually stopped aching while doing the workout
Day 3 ✅ My thighs were killing me all day long, it was much worse than yesterday so I thought I would skip today's workout but I did it anyway! Surprisingly I feel much better while doing the workout. It was definitely hard during warm up but it felt easier as I do the first workout. I took a 30 min break before the 2nd workout but I regret it cuz it felt harder again after my muscles cooled down lol
Note: I definitely feel myself getting stronger as my knees does not shake anymore during the workout. I found lunges hard to balance but I'm getting a tiny bit better at it. Squats also doesn't feel as taxing anymore. Additionally, I will do Toned Arms Workout | 15 min Upper Body Burn at the end of the workout starting on day 3 since my arms doesn't feel as sore from the scheduled workouts.
Day 4 ✅ I feel tiny bit less sore than yesterday and as usual, my body feels lighter while doing the workout! I did the 1st workout better than I did last time too..!
Day 5 ✅ I woke up feeling way less sore today. I'm definitely feeling stronger! I did the first workout way better than last time. My arms honestly felt sore during the warm up, so I'm glad today is leg day! Ah, my legs were shaking during the 2nd's workout Leg Circles though...
Day 6 ✅ Rest Day. My muscle ache are mostly gone by the time I woke up this morning~
Day 7 ✅ Rest Day. I don't really feel any sore anywhere but my whole legs would get cramped up for a few seconds if I lay down and straighten my knee too much..! How weird haha.
Day 8 ✅ Finally the start of week 2! My body was itching for a workout after that 2 day rest~ To be honest? Today's first workout is by far the most tiring one omg... I was literally out of breath the whole time ;;; But surprisingly, I was doing quite well!! I can't believe how much better I got :0 My lunges are way more stable now, and I can even squat lower than before! I thought I would get weaker after that long rest ;;
Note: I changed my additional arm workout routine to Chloe's 10 Mins Toned Arms Workout | No Equipment. I couldn't feel enough burn with the previous one. This one feels way more challenging!
Day 9 ✅ It was kinda hard but not really! At least not as hard as yesterday's lol It burns your arms but I feel myself getting stronger 💪💪 Additionally did 30 mins of Aerobic Workout
Day 10 ✅ I am sweating BUCKETS today holy moly- like i was literally dripping sweat all the way through and out of breath...and I still find it hard to balance Lunge High-knee. I did my arm workouts well today! took no breaks for that. 💪💪
Day 11 ✅ That second workout was really hard. Yeah idk what else to say...just hard. But I did it *phew*

Day 14 ✅ I somehow feel really tired and sweaty todayyy......... aughhh
Day 15 ✅ Finally on week 3! I took 1 day break cuz I felt unusually tired. Hence, today I'm brimming with power 💪💪 the workout was hard though. But I still had energy to do 30-min full aerobic workout with no breaks despite today's schedule having 3 workouts instead of 2. 💚
Update: yall i'll be taking a week break cuz i sprained my ankle while trying to pick a fruit smh this is so silly 😂
Day 16 ✅ I AM BACK!! Phew I am sweating all over!! I'm much better now but not fully recovered though. Today I feel like I'm doing the exercises in a more proper form. Probably cuz I try not to mess up the moves in case I sprain my ankle again lol I thought I would be weaker since I didn't work out for a week but I actually don't feel that tired~
Day 17 ✅ I love abs workouts! I can really feel the burn. Well tbh probably cuz lying down feels great!! 😂😂 Today's workout wasn't as tiring. I can do side planks way better now 🔥💪 Time for additional 30 min aerobic workout!
Day 18 ✅ Oh my god I'm sweatyyy AF! That was pretty hard nglll I even mostly did low impact versions. Well mainly cuz I got no more energy for em + my ankle situation + not wearing shoes 😂😂

Day 20 ✅ Rest day
I've been a bit busy and forgot to update so i'll just say the result. I only lost about 1kg, not much but it's probably cuz I still ate a lot like usual. My waist did get smaller, about 5cm. Also, a bit if abs forming right below chest area. Don't see any difference with my arms, but that's okay cuz it's the hardest part of my body to slim down. It's a fact that I definitely got stronger after doing this workout and I live my life healthier! You can also do it!

May I ask, do you see your body changing? Have you lost weight by doing all there workouts?
@anoniem4671 yes:) The weight loss hasn't been my goal because I am within healthy BMI. But I want to tone up and have more stamina to do things. Her workout definitely evolved over time, and I stick with her because she is very nurturing and motivating, which I really appreciate:)
I've been here since 2019 and she has become such a big part of my life.

Starting point 70 Kg and I'm 161 cm
Day 1 ✅ it was kinda hard
Day 2 ✅ I'm in so much pain but i did it
Day 3 ✅ still can't walk but i can do the workouts
Day 4 ✅ it's getting better
Day 5 ✅ i almost quite but i did it just bc i have rest days

Yeeees I'm so proud of myself
Day 8 ✅ let's goooo despite me busy schedule and no fitness mat where i am rn but i still did it and got back to my schedule after the 2 rest days
Note : i definitely see a lot of changes in my body , my belly is barely there and my abs are back ( not fully) also lost 2 KG
so now I'm 68 Kg 🤭 trying to get back to my 60 Kg again
Day 9 ✅ 😭 I'm so so proud of myself even tho I'm on the first day of my period but i still managed to do it , damn it hurts so good after completing it , and it wasn't hard at all it went so smoothly, I enjoyed it so much 💗
Day 10 ✅ despite my period cramps, the workout went super smoothly and easily. 10 days off , 15 more to go
Day 11 ✅ even tho it was only 2 videos 10 mins each (Core and arm workouts) it was still challenging i felt like this day was harder than doing cardio and abs , also i sweated a lot more than i normally do and struggled with some workouts, but after all it was doable and fun .
Day 12 ✅ I was sweaty AF , it's like my first day of workout ever. i think 2 Liters of sweat was off of me . but we're done week 2 👍🏻 finally rest days .

Day 22 ✅ I can't believe i completed today's workout, Holy fuck it was intense, the first vid was a 30 minutes full body workout, that one killed me i was sweating like an overweight big running a marathon , and it was followed by a 10 min intense abs challenge, literally i was done for a week.
Day 23 ✅ done I barely did it.
Day 24 ✅ done , the abs workout was too much . one last day and we're done
Day 25 ✅ sorry for not updating i forgot, but I've done it , and I'm so proud
RESULTS: Honestly I feel so so strong after this workout, and and happy with the results I've seen a big difference since day one
Weight: 68 kg , i didn't think I've lost weight but i did
mostly I've seen the difference visually in my body and mentally , and that's all it matters. I'm not stopping here until I reach my end results , lately I'm doing pilates and cardio everyday for 20 minutes. I hope that goes well .

Your lovely. 17th day and I feel strong definitely, lost 4kg (10lbs) which was surprising as I ate late and didn’t diet much and I’m definitely stronger if you do a challenge again, I’d be happy to be on your team! For me I’m doing stretches by another RUclipsr and I’m already almost doing my split but I don’t see flexibility much elsewhere honestly as I don’t really try to see except when I’m actually stretching.😭 I hope your doing amazing

@@newnewmak4353 me neither, it takes discipline to keep going, cause it gets frustraiting to fail and not be able to follow along Chloe's pace... but you shoud remind yourself that is not fair compairing your level 1 to somebody else level 30, it okay to be a beginner, just keep pushing forward and you'll learn and get better at this.

Chloe Ting, tysm! This is the first ab video I found that doesn't leave me crippled with lower back/hip pain for the rest of the day (I have an injury). This is essential since I need core workouts to fix my lower back.
I also really appreciate that the commentary is kept to the essentials; this is simple and not littered with commentary that quickly gets old, making it easy to watch daily/multiple times a week without wanting to mute it or find something else.

Day 11 of summer shred challenge 2024, and girls the way I fell on the mat and said finally, the greatest feeling ever. The hardest day of the workout for me as it was core abs and upper body but surprised that I could finally do side planks. Let's see what happens till Day 26
I’m on day 12 right now and it was so much easier to hold plank today than it was in the beginning of the challenge!

Wow this was a nice challenge! I normally don’t comment on videos, but now with 2024 having started I wanted to share my journey. I started doing Chloe’s workouts in 2020 training 5 times a week. In 2022 I started mixing home workouts with going to the gym. In 2023 I started weight training and the strength and progress are immaculate. I haven’t been doing any home workouts for a year now. Coming back to this is really cool, because being used to weight training is completely different from functional training like this now. Thank you Chloe for making this possible! After doing this workout I will catch up on the other recent workout challenges.
Just started week 2 of the 2024 weight loss challange and omg, I love this! This is the second challange from Chloe that I'm doing and I've got some pretty nice results so far :D So Chloe, if you see this, I really appreciate your workouts and you made another teenagers self-esteem a lot better

@@jkzta I've lost about 5-6 pounds with this challange I guess, I went from 132 to 125 pounds and with the 2019 2-week shred I've lost 6 pounds, 138 to 132. It wasn't just the workout itself, I also watched what I ate
Day 8! Just loving this workout. Did her 2020 and 2021 challenges which helped me lose close to 8-9kgs. But then gained it back again. So here I am! Her workouts are super effective! Thanks Chloe!!

Just finished Week 2 of the 2024 challenge with this workout! This is my very first Chloe Ting challenge. I just wanted to say how great I think the music choices are to keep me motivated. I'm a musician , so at first, I was frustrated that my exercising didn't quite sync up with the beat of the tunes. However, I started really resonating with the lyrics. I can be courageous! I gotta be brave! 2.0!
Struggled a tiny bit yesterday, but I have asthma and I made it to the end of the workout. Here's to Day 2 💪😀

haven't done a chloe video in a hot minute, but i've been severely neglecting exercise this year so far-- came back to start to get an exercise routine and get back into shape! the encouraging comments throughout the video really motivated me!!! definitely coming back to do every day

Edit: Currently on Day 12! I’m so excited to continue this challenge and so far I’ve lost 6 pounds!!! I’m also cutting carbs so it helps as well but so far this challenge has been pretty great 😊
This exercise is a little bit difficult for me as a beginnner. I’m so glad when I finished doing it😭❤️
I got such good results back in 2022 with 2 weeks shred, It used to be so intense and now I have started again.
Day 1: Little tough since it’s been long that I worked out ✅
Day 2: Woke up extremely sore. It was too tough because of the soreness in every inch of my body. Literally pushed myself to work out when my mind was constantly telling me not to do it. ✅
Day 3: Extremely sore again that I literally cried for an hour, was not able to walk properly, sitting down or laying down felt like a task but I did it ✅
Day 4: Much better than day 3, slowly recovering and completed the workout earlier than before. ✅
Day 5: The workout has started to become easier with time, felt so good ✅
Day 6-7: Rest day done ✅
Day 8: I was really scared since it was 2 days of rest days so I thought it will be very painful to workout again but I think my stamina is building up so I completed 1 hiit workout in a go, not tiring at all also feeling very energetic. I’m so proud of myself to push through tough days and getting here ♥️ ✅

I've been away from Chloe's workouts (not that I didn't like it anymore, just trying other things) and being back with this brand new workout... well, it was challenging but SOOO satisfying! I don't know what but there's something so warm and special around Chloe that makes me always feel confident and happy after a video. I'm someone who used to do Chloe's workouts during COVID-19. I used to be very confident in how my body looked but after the quarantine ended, It was so hard for me to find time and energy to continue so I had to stop.I am not very confident in my body now since I have gained weight due to binge eating cuz of stress and depression. But this is a restart for me, I'm getting back on track and I hope I can get through this and stay consistent.

I started working out 2 months ago and decided to try this one out. A year ago, I would’ve given up halfway through the workout but this felt so easy and I still have the energy to do more!! Consistency is key guys, and slow progress is still progress. Thank you, Chloe ❤.
Not gonna lie, i've done this workout quite a few times now and it's still hard, even though I do your challenges for over 1 month now. This is literally one of the hardest ab workouts i've ever done. But I see progress. Sometimes it's so hard to stay focused and continue, but I always remind myself, why I started in the first place. And when I look at pictures of myself from 1 month ago, I see a lot of progress and that I've lost belly fat (A LOT).
So thanks to you, Chloe.

Its day 4 for me and I can hold a plank for 20 secs yayy. The first day I could barely make it 5 secs without my upper body trembling!! Remember guys it gets better as days go by , I am enjoying my workout now especially after knowing that my strength is building! You got this guyss ❤

Day 1- I could reach till the end of the workout. I stopped in between 2 or 3 exercises to regain my breath but all in all it made me feel good and I hope I see u guys on day 2😋

On day 2 of the challenge, can’t wait for the app as going in via gmail and account each time is fiddly. But worth it! Ached a lot this morning, previously this would have been an excuse to miss it. So glad I did it! Noticing some improvement even just from day 1! Thank you for making it easy to follow !!

I think I’m Day 6 or 7? Much easier than starting out. I have better stamina when it comes to the planks, hate them but can perform them easier. Wednesday is my rest day. Cheers to everyone keeping it up! You got this.
