I used to do all these so easily but just after 3 months I'm back to square one 😭 that's what an unhealthy lifestyle does to people y'all, try to be consistent, don't be like me 😔 Edit : y'all are sooooo sweet and nice in the comments omg ily 💜💜💜🫂 and in another good news, I can once again do these exercises for their full duration ! i was really consistent with chloe's workouts last year around september and lost 10 lbs within 2 months! but around december i started becoming stressed with school and gained all the weight i lost and i just haven't done a workout since. this workout program is amazing and couldn't have come at a better time since i've never been a fan of long workouts and want to get back into working out again consistently at a slow pace. chloe really is amazing with her workouts and i'm in love with this one so far!
This 2024 summer shed is awesome. I had stiff body. This challenge not only making my body feel lite it just helps in strengthening my muscles. I find this change in just 5 days of this challenge. I feel happy and stronger. Till 4th day i couldn’t do the workouts properly and i took so many breaks but today i can feel the strength and i did all the workouts almost perfectly. Keep going guys. day 15 complete! I took one week rest because I got hella sick plus my Astma did not help me that much.. Anyway I somehow lost weight since the beginning of this challenge. I went from 65 kg to 63,7 which is great for a 3 weeks time. My goal is to reach 55 kg because my height is 163 cm and I want become a skinny legend. wish me luck!

I like how I’m not feeling completely wrecked after these workouts! I’m on day 3 and honestly didn’t have plans to start working out. But Tuesday morning I woke up and just felt the need to find an exercise video to try. And I’m really liking this! Day 9 finished ! Till now, I've seen changes on my back and stomach but there is no changes in my legs and arms but it really is helping my waist was about 35/34 inch but now it's 30 inches!!!!!!! I'm really not following any diets but I'm making sure I am avoiding sugary foods, oily foods and foods from outside.Wish me luck so that I can finish this challenge 🗿

I love your OG ab challenge video (2 week shred) from when coco and staying home were the days, but I found the exercises not long enough, 30s only and it's soo sad coz just 15s more to each rep takes it to the next level ! So i put the video on 0.75 or 0.5 speed for an extra challenge! I'm glad for this video the reps are 50 seconds each. I've been doing your abs videos and other workouts from other youtubers for five weeks now, 6 days a week. With a very healthy diet (didn't cut a lot my calories, even upped them for my breakfast and lunch and lowered only the dinner and cut out snacking) and i lil bit of walking because the weather has been awful where i live for the past 3 months, it's so sad can't do 10k steps anymore because it's raining all day everyday ugh such a sad spring and summer seems to be starting the same way... Well I've managed to lose a bit of my stomach, love handles and butt/thigh fat

Day 2 of the Daily 20 challenge. 3 minutes in I was struggling but completed it. I did have to take a couple of breaks since my legs were feeling the lunges from yesterday workout. The side planks are always the hardest for me.

this is my 2nd time doing this (day 4 of 2024 summer shred challenge) and it's much easier this time round! the insane improvements in 2 days
Yay ! I love your OG ab challenge video (2 week shred) from when coco and staying home were the days, but I found the exercises not long enough, 30s only and it's soo sad coz just 15s more to each rep takes it to the next level ! So i put the video on 0.75 or 0.5 speed for an extra challenge! I'm glad for this video the reps are 50 seconds each. I've been doing your abs videos and other workouts from other youtubers for five weeks now, 6 days a week. With a very healthy diet (didn't cut a lot my calories, even upped them for my breakfast and lunch and lowered only the dinner and cut out snacking) and i lil bit of walking because the weather has been awful where i live for the past 3 months, it's so sad can't do 10k steps anymore because it's raining all day everyday ugh such a sad spring and summer seems to be starting the same way... Well I've managed to lose a bit of my stomach, love handles and butt/thigh fat

Day 2 of the Daily 20 challenge. 3 minutes in I was struggling but completed it. I did have to take a couple of breaks since my legs were feeling the lunges from yesterday workout. The side planks are always the hardest for me.
