I see why people do your workouts. Your presentation style doesn't involve screaming or a high intensity feel. Gentle motivation, upbeat but not chaotic music and the take it at your own pace style makes it seem doable even for those us struggling to get the first move done. Like just keep at it and you'll get there.
I've been doing Chloe's programs for a year now. My body has literally transformed and I now feel good in my body. I continue with her programs because it helps me feel stronger and get rid of stress. In one year I have not missed a single day of training and I have never gotten tired of Chloe's good humor. I wish all of you that your efforts pay off, I know how exhausting it is 😂!

I am working out after 2 months and today is my first day of the challenge. I want to get back to working out because a)my birthday is coming up and there's this dress I have my eye on and I want to look good in it and b) working out just generally makes me feel better. Dear Chloe, Due to Covid lockdowns I went up to gain weight and reached 70+kg. I started your workouts from March 2021 and I've not looked back since then. Now, 1.5 year later I'm 58 with quite a low body fat and decent muscle mass. You helped me being consistent and now I have been hitting the gym as well as swimming. @@scathach3376 I started off with the famous 2019 2 weeks shred program, then 2020 2 weeks shred program. Gradually did all programs of 2019, 2020 and 2021. I started gym and lifting weights in December last year and have increased ghw weights I lift gradually. I include her abs videos in my abs session too. Hope this helps 😊😊
Ok so I have a question, u loose 12 + Weight in around 1.5 year and u r keeping it, I loose like 4 kg in 20 day so am I undereating or something or is it normal
I AM STILL DOING THE LEAN THIGH CHALLENGE 2019, BECAUSE LAST TIME I started my weight loss journey I did that workout and I go from 77 to 61 and then got pregnant and didn't do any workout or activity, I had to lay down on my bed all 9 months so when I gave birth I was 86 now I am working out and I am almost 5 months into postpartum and I start doing exercise 20 days earlier I was 75.2 and now I am 71 kg so can U tell me If I am doing something wrong or it is okay to loose this much weight
@@rabibasohaib6495 congratulations on the baby first of all😊 see what I have observed after my own as well as other people's weight loss journey is that EVERY body is different. Sometimes people lose quite a lot of weight especially postpartum weight loss have higher such chances. The key although is to observe if that lost weight bounces back. Then, giving your body ample nutrition is important too. By starving you can never sustain the weight loss. Also, after a point your weight may be stagnant and may not show changes but it can be the case that your muscles become toned. I too observed this and started strength training which improved my body a lot. Also, my weight is stable for around 3 4 months but my body is quite defined now and I am stronger as well. Hello Chloe, I have been your follower for a few years and thanks to a good diet and your exercises I have managed to lose 16 Kg and I feel very good that I am no longer like before. right now this month i started to do your 8-week challenge that was the one you uploaded first to see how it goes, thanks Chloe for continuing to upload such good routines that help us a lot and help us to be a better version of ourselves💓🙏😚
18 Day Challenge: Day 1: ✅ It was horrible for me. I stopped multiple times throughout the video and just sat there saying there is no way I’m doing this. The comment sections really helped with my motivation, so I ended up finishing all the videos. Day 2: ✅This was even worse than the first day for me, but I pushed through and finished the videos. Day 3: ✅This day was just like the other days of working out and I really dreaded doing it, but felt very happy when I finished. Day 4: ✅For me, the 40 minutes was a lot, and almost quit the challenge right then and there, but kept reminding myself why I’m doing this in the first place and finished strong. Day 5: ✅I was expecting the workout to be terrible, but then felt myself doing the first video without any pauses. I looked back to see that I had done this one before much worse. The second one was hard to get through at the end, but I still powered through it. I struggled at the beginning of the workout but was surprised when the workout ended. Today gave me a lot of confidence that I could improve in the future. Day 6: ✅I was super excited to see that there were only 20 minutes, but was struggling and sweating hard with the workout once I started. I still made it through not feeling as bad as the first few days. Day 7: ✅It was really nice to take a break and I just hope that I don’t get off track after this. Day 8:✅ I did the first video when I woke up and the rest in the middle of my day. It was a struggle and my stomach and legs were burning, but I made it through still feeling much better than the first few days. Day 9: ✅I noticed during the first workout that I was able to do some leg workouts that I couldn't do before without majorly struggling. This made me really happy, but by the second workout my legs were burning and I was ready to be done with it. I finished half of the challenge! :) Day 10: ✅The first workout had me sweating, but it wasn’t bad at all. Halfway through the second one, I had to pause it to do something, but it was still hard splitting it up in half. The last was really hard, but I pushed through it without stopping. Day 11: ✅Today I tried really hard to focus on doing the workout for the full amount of time instead of pausing for a breath in between. It was really hard, but I made it with my arms and core hurting at the end. Day 12: ✅ The first video was hard, but I got through it without stopping. The second one was harder, but I still made it. The third one went absolutely terribly, but I could tell that I was getting better at doing the exercises. Day 13: ✅It was a very nice rest day. Day 14: ✅I got through the first workout without taking any rests, but was breathing hard at the end. The second workout had my legs burning. I struggled very hard on the last workout, but made it. Day 15: ✅ It was only 20 minutes and I wasn’t out of breath, but I could tell I needed to work on making my upper body strength.

Today I'm going to do this challenge as typical Chloe's one, so here are my measurements: Weight:77.1 kg Chest: 103cm Waist: 88cm Hips: 106cm Thighs: 63cm ✅Day 1 - 3 (22.04-24.04): By the way, I'm on the period right now, so I pushed myself to workout and it wasn't painful at all. So I'll keep going! ✅Day 4 - 6 (25.04-27.04): I think, my physical state is getting better and better each day, so I keep going. Tomorrow I want to go jogging, it's going to be a new experience for me! ✅Day 7 (28.04): Active Rest Day! ✅Day 8 (29.04): I love cardio that is so motivating kind of Chloe's workouts. 30.04-03.05: My back hurts, so I give myself a rest. ✅Day 9-10 (05.05-06.05): I did only two of three workouts, 'cause they are two cardio. Motivation for this year- I started in 2021, in 3 months lost around 20 pounds… Felt the best of myself… now in July 2022, I have gained all my weight back due to stress and over eating.. But I am back and I will be better this time 🔥 Pausing is okay… Getting tired is okay… Falling is okay… but giving up is never an option.. We will always be our better version after each fall.. 💪

хлоя тинг лучшая!!!! начала брать ее курсы примерно в 20 числах апреля, за это время уже закончила, 1 курс на 2 недели, 1 курс на 25 дней, 1 курс на 21 день, 1 курс на 28 дней и только что закончила делать первый день этого курса. результаты просто бомбезные!! похудела на 8 кг за первые два месяца, дальше перестала скидывать, тк нагрузки увеличились, я начала ходить на доп, секцию, но замеры по прежнему становятся меньше. обожаю тебя и очень люблю!!!💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

@@skoro_polina у меня почти сразу начали появляться изменения, но не у всех может уходить вес, тк идёт набор мышц, советую делать замеры), но так же нужно следить за питанием и не переедать, не волнуйтесь у вас все получится, возможно не сразу, но получится!!!!!))))

Okay today i just completed my get abs challenge🤟🤟 I did 18hrs intermittent fasting along with this challenge but no restriction in my calorie intake. I must say i see a tremendous change. My upper abdomen is now ripped and my lower abs has gotten smaller(i still need to work on them, but this still is a big change). I feel my butt has become more plump ..as in round. My thighs are a lot smaller now(i wore thight fitting jeans and i was surprised). My waist has become smaller too. I am so glad i could finish this workout. Just sharing my progress to inspire anyone coming across this vid. Thank you so much Chloe💞
I will never be able to begin to show how much gratitude I have for this lady. After having my family my body was a mess. Put on weight a stomach like a deflated basket ball 😭. I started this workout program 3 days ago! I've been in quite a dark place and have done other Chloe Ting programs in the past and all have been successful. My physique is so much better and my form is continuously improving. I'm excited to see what this program will do for me! Thank you Chloe I owe this all to you 💗 Update: Yess! I have seen some improvements. My stomach still definitely bloats but not as much as it used to before this program, and the curve on my waist is now very evident! And my thighs have also gone down an inch! I have done programs in the past so I was quite in shape before this one. I didn't get as much results as I would like bcs of my painful week-long period, but the results are impressive considering that!
I started following Chloe and doing her programs on October 12, 2022 at 140lbs at 5'4 in a size 8. It's February 11th this is my 3rd program I'm 120lbs and I look freaking amazing after 5 kids. I was already eating healthy before finding her and lost 30lbs that way but I wanted to be toned and sexy again and Chloe has helped me sooooo much with being consistent her personality is so bubbly it's addictive and her website I'd freaking pay for it. Today i am going to start 2022 get abs challenge,18days. Day1:✔️ Day2:✔️ Day3:✔️ Day4:✔️ Day5:✔️ Day6:✔️ Day7:✔️ Day8:✔️ Day9:✔️ Day10✔️ Day11:✔️ Day12:✔️ Day13:✔️ Day14:✔️ Day15✔️ Day16:✔️ Day17:✔️ Day18:✔️ I was not in any specific diet . I lost 1.5 inch at waist . Now i can do some difficult excercise ,that i was not able to do at the starting. I will be very lazy after the rest day. But somehow managed to motivate my self and finished the program. This the first time of me doing the workout without taking extra rest day or giving up. Although I can't see a visible difference in my weight . I can see the difference while i can do all excercise properly. My posture has been improved. It is really worth a try . It is just 18 days that why not much results. But i will be doing all other programs out there . 👍😉
Omg I decided to start doing this today and this was much harder than I thought I’m dying over here! Day 1: ✅ very hard I felt the burn 🔥 especially the last one really felt the burn there Day 2: ✅ easier than yesterday but still hard! Some exercises I felt were not as hard! Day 3: ✅ today was the same as yesterday but the last one was still pretty hard that burn in the last one is amazing 🔥🔥 Day:4: it’s getting easie every day! I’m so happy I’ve been able to do this since I usually quit on the 4th or 3rd day :) Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: I willingly be doing this for a week since I’m going to a holiday camp after but I will continue once I’m back!

Trying to work out every day (not just doing Chloe's challenges), this is the heaviest I've ever been and I'm so uncomfy in my body and feel so fluffy and unfit >..< My goal is to be 49-50kg (this is within a healthy BMI for me), to lose 2-3 inches off my waist and gain lots of muscle/ stay healthy.
I am on day 5 of get abs 18 days challenge, feeling pretty good. I did 2021 2 weeks shred challenge thrice and i saw soo much difference in my body. I have tried 5 workout challenges by Chloe Ting and the 2018 get abs challenge is my favorite so far because it isn't hard on cardio like most other core based workout challenges and focuses more on toning and strength training than burning fat. Anyone here @ 2024?
I am on day 5 of the 2022 ab challenge and this is the 3rd video of this day 5 set and it's so so so hard. Feeling very weak but trying to power through. This is no joke. She makes it look so easy. But not every day will be max effort as long as we continue to show up and stay dedicated. Motivation is only 2%, the rest is discipline. Pray for me please lol this day is so challenging. About to knock out this last 10 mins 😢
I was able to finish day 5 today after giving up within the first couple days on all of my attempts in the past!! I'm absolutely done for today though lol, I definitely wasn't able to finish all the excercises correctly but i'm so glad that I finally pushed through and didn't just give up like I did previously. You can do it too, I believe in you! Don't feel discouraged if you miss a couple days, just get back on track again; remember: You're doing this for yourself, so you can be healthier & happier, no one else can do these excercises in your place, take matters into your own hand even if it's hard:)
I have discovered your channel two years back and since then have been doing most of your challenges. Thank you for your hard work and free videos. I have weak wrists and can't really do push ups properly but you never make me feel "weak" for not being able to. You taught me that even if I can't do some exercises 100%, it is okay cause trying at my own pace is what's important. Thank you for this channel.

Hi Chloe! I recently started doing your workouts (maybe a month ago) I tried your two week ab challenge but, I unfortunately couldn’t finish it. I saw that you made a new workout program, so I gave it a shot and I’m proud to say I’ve completed it as of today (8/3). All I can say is thank you so much! I’m finally starting to feel more comfortable in my skin. After this challenge I feel more toned, stronger, and much better when I wake up. I’ve dropped 4lbs (1.8kg) in about 3 1/2 weeks and this is when I eat rice and bread like every other day which I think is very impressive. I will definitely start another one soon. Thank you again

Твои тренировки стали для меня настоящим спасением. Мы живем вчетвером в одной комнате. Места очень мало. Я беру с собой коврик, надеваю кроссовки и иду в парк, делать твои тренировки. Сейчас у меня нет жилья, я понятия не имею, что делать дальше, но зато у меня есть пресс, которого не было даже в 20 лет. Спасибо.
@@anniecharles3508 If you want workout to be effective, you must have a healthy diet :) (And when I say "healthy diet", I don't mean you have to be too strict or anything, you can enjoy fast food sometimes but make sure you don't over-eat and don't have fast food every day or two)

@@ChloeTing i am not hating. this is a VERY good workout. i am hating on the title "Get ABS with this INTENSE 10 Min Ab Workout" a workout will NOT give you abs. even if this is a very good workout. and you fake eat too. you are very small. maybe the smallest adult i have even seen. and you try to convince us that you eat what you say you eat lol
tdy is my day 1! i normally cant workout due to school but im hoping to make a change to that. this is the third program ive started since i lose motivation and dont do certain days because of how busy i get. the highest I’ve gotten is 25% so far so im hoping to make it through this without stopping! good luck to my future self and others working to their body goals! you gottis!

I'm starting again after a long gap...and now I'm finding this workout really hard... earlier I used to workout for 1 hr straight and now I get swamped in just 15-20min....be consistent guys...i know it's hard to keep yourself motivated but you have no choice...and yes, Chloe is the best....I got amazing results from her hourglass challenge and 2 week shred challenge....and I'm sure I'll get results from this program too ...I'll update about my results after 18 days 👍🏻

This is great exercise combo! I really loved your previous ones so I just kept on doing them over and over again. Didn't think they could get better but I was wrong. These workouts are so tough and challenging, but I am starting to build strength. The second and third day were tough, but then I started to see endurance and strength more and more! It feels great finishing knowing I am able to be better every time.
Honestly, this is the fifth CT Challenge I've done - I've dropped about 10kg and gone down 2 dress sizes over the last year or so! I found the Abs 2022 quite tricky at the beginning, but now it feels much easier. I'm on the last day of the challenge and might do it once more after a break, can really see a difference in my abs and general muscle tone. Thanks Chloe!! xx
Guys I’m here with a testimony lol. So I once,2 years ago tried Chloe tings exercise for half a month stopped and this year it happened that I added a lot of weight and my working schedule is tight so I decided I work out from home to see if I can get rid . Started this exercise like 14 days ago and I haven’t skipped a day . I’m very happy to say that it’s working miracles. I had a hanging belly from CS 8 years ago and it’s almost gone . Just started the 2022 Get Abs Challenge today. This will be my 5th challenge of Chloe’s that I’m doing. Guys I can testify that her challenges work. I try others in between but always come back to Chloe. The way it’s all put together works best for my body.
This is my 1st day of this work-out, i'm sweating soo much but it was soo much fun. I will doing this. I can't wait to see my results. 1st day: soo tiring. I took a shower with my sweats. But i keep going.💜💜

I see why people do your workouts. Your presentation style doesn't involve screaming or a high intensity feel. Gentle motivation, upbeat but not chaotic music and the take it at your own pace style makes it seem doable even for those us struggling to get the first move done. Due to Covid lockdowns I went up to gain weight and reached 70+kg. I started your workouts from March 2021 and I've not looked back since then. Now, 1.5 year later I'm 58 with quite a low body fat and decent muscle mass. You helped me being consistent and now I have been hitting the gym as well as swimming. @@scathach3376 I started off with the famous 2019 2 weeks shred program, then 2020 2 weeks shred program. Gradually did all programs of 2019, 2020 and 2021. I started gym and lifting weights in December last year and have increased ghw weights I lift gradually. I include her abs videos in my abs session too.

I AM STILL DOING THE LEAN THIGH CHALLENGE 2019, BECAUSE LAST TIME I started my weight loss journey I did that workout and I go from 77 to 61 and then got pregnant and didn't do any workout or activity, I had to lay down on my bed all 9 months so when I gave birth I was 86 now I am working out and I am almost 5 months into postpartum and I start doing exercise 20 days earlier I was 75.2 and now I am 71 kg so can U tell me If I am doing something wrong or it is okay to loose this much weight
@@rabibasohaib6495 congratulations on the baby first of all😊 see what I have observed after my own as well as other people's weight loss journey is that EVERY body is different. Sometimes people lose quite a lot of weight especially postpartum weight loss have higher such chances. The key although is to observe if that lost weight bounces back. Then, giving your body ample nutrition is important too. By starving you can never sustain the weight loss. Also, after a point your weight may be stagnant and may not show changes but it can be the case that your muscles become toned.
I too observed this and started strength training which improved my body a lot.
Also, my weight is stable for around 3 4 months but my body is quite defined now and I am stronger as well.

18 Day Challenge:
Day 1: ✅ It was horrible for me. I stopped multiple times throughout the video and just sat there saying there is no way I’m doing this. The comment sections really helped with my motivation, so I ended up finishing all the videos.
Day 2: ✅This was even worse than the first day for me, but I pushed through and finished the videos.
Day 3: ✅This day was just like the other days of working out and I really dreaded doing it, but felt very happy when I finished.
Day 4: ✅For me, the 40 minutes was a lot, and almost quit the challenge right then and there, but kept reminding myself why I’m doing this in the first place and finished strong.
Day 5: ✅I was expecting the workout to be terrible, but then felt myself doing the first video without any pauses. I looked back to see that I had done this one before much worse. The second one was hard to get through at the end, but I still powered through it. I struggled at the beginning of the workout but was surprised when the workout ended. Today gave me a lot of confidence that I could improve in the future.
Day 6: ✅I was super excited to see that there were only 20 minutes, but was struggling and sweating hard with the workout once I started. I still made it through not feeling as bad as the first few days.
Day 7: ✅It was really nice to take a break and I just hope that I don’t get off track after this.
Day 8:✅ I did the first video when I woke up and the rest in the middle of my day. It was a struggle and my stomach and legs were burning, but I made it through still feeling much better than the first few days.
Day 9: ✅I noticed during the first workout that I was able to do some leg workouts that I couldn't do before without majorly struggling. This made me really happy, but by the second workout my legs were burning and I was ready to be done with it. I finished half of the challenge! :)
Day 10: ✅The first workout had me sweating, but it wasn’t bad at all. Halfway through the second one, I had to pause it to do something, but it was still hard splitting it up in half. The last was really hard, but I pushed through it without stopping.
Day 11: ✅Today I tried really hard to focus on doing the workout for the full amount of time instead of pausing for a breath in between. It was really hard, but I made it with my arms and core hurting at the end.
Day 12: ✅ The first video was hard, but I got through it without stopping. The second one was harder, but I still made it. The third one went absolutely terribly, but I could tell that I was getting better at doing the exercises.
Day 13: ✅It was a very nice rest day.
Day 14: ✅I got through the first workout without taking any rests, but was breathing hard at the end. The second workout had my legs burning. I struggled very hard on the last workout, but made it.
Day 15: ✅ It was only 20 minutes and I wasn’t out of breath, but I could tell I needed to work on making my upper body strength.

хлоя тинг лучшая!!!! начала брать ее курсы примерно в 20 числах апреля, за это время уже закончила, 1 курс на 2 недели, 1 курс на 25 дней, 1 курс на 21 день, 1 курс на 28 дней и только что закончила делать первый день этого курса. результаты просто бомбезные!! похудела на 8 кг за первые два месяца, дальше перестала скидывать, тк нагрузки увеличились, я начала ходить на доп, секцию, но замеры по прежнему становятся меньше. обожаю тебя и очень люблю!!!💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

@@skoro_polina у меня почти сразу начали появляться изменения, но не у всех может уходить вес, тк идёт набор мышц, советую делать замеры), но так же нужно следить за питанием и не переедать, не волнуйтесь у вас все получится, возможно не сразу, но получится!!!!!))))

Okay today i just completed my get abs challenge🤟🤟 I did 18hrs intermittent fasting along with this challenge but no restriction in my calorie intake. I must say i see a tremendous change.
My upper abdomen is now ripped and my lower abs has gotten smaller(i still need to work on them, but this still is a big change). I feel my butt has become more plump ..as in round. My thighs are a lot smaller now(i wore thight fitting jeans and i was surprised). My waist has become smaller too.
I am so glad i could finish this workout. Just sharing my progress to inspire anyone coming across this vid. Thank you so much Chloe💞

Update: Yess! I have seen some improvements. My stomach still definitely bloats but not as much as it used to before this program, and the curve on my waist is now very evident! And my thighs have also gone down an inch! I have done programs in the past so I was quite in shape before this one. I didn't get as much results as I would like bcs of my painful week-long period, but the results are impressive considering that!

I started following Chloe and doing her programs on October 12, 2022 at 140lbs at 5'4 in a size 8. It's February 11th this is my 3rd program I'm 120lbs and I look freaking amazing after 5 kids. I was already eating healthy before finding her and lost 30lbs that way but I wanted to be toned and sexy again and Chloe has helped me sooooo much with being consistent her personality is so bubbly it's addictive and her website I'd freaking pay for it. I was not in any specific diet . I lost 1.5 inch at waist . Now i can do some difficult excercise ,that i was not able to do at the starting. I will be very lazy after the rest day. But somehow managed to motivate my self and finished the program. This the first time of me doing the workout without taking extra rest day or giving up. Although I can't see a visible difference in my weight . I can see the difference while i can do all excercise properly. My posture has been improved. It is really worth a try . It is just 18 days that why not much results. But i will be doing all other programs out there . 👍😉

I have tried 5 workout challenges by Chloe Ting and the 2018 get abs challenge is my favorite so far because it isn't hard on cardio like most other core based workout challenges and focuses more on toning and strength training than burning fat. Anyone here @ 2024?
Today is my first day of the program
I am on day 5 of the 2022 ab challenge and this is the 3rd video of this day 5 set and it's so so so hard. Feeling very weak but trying to power through. This is no joke. She makes it look so easy. But not every day will be max effort as long as we continue to show up and stay dedicated. Motivation is only 2%, the rest is discipline. Pray for me please lol this day is so challenging. About to knock out this last 10 mins 😢
I was able to finish day 5 today after giving up within the first couple days on all of my attempts in the past!! I'm absolutely done for today though lol, I definitely wasn't able to finish all the excercises correctly but i'm so glad that I finally pushed through and didn't just give up like I did previously. You can do it too, I believe in you! Don't feel discouraged if you miss a couple days, just get back on track again; remember: You're doing this for yourself, so you can be healthier & happier, no one else can do these excercises in your place, take matters into your own hand even if it's hard:)
I have discovered your channel two years back and since then have been doing most of your challenges. Thank you for your hard work and free videos. I have weak wrists and can't really do push ups properly but you never make me feel "weak" for not being able to. You taught me that even if I can't do some exercises 100%, it is okay cause trying at my own pace is what's important. Thank you for this channel.

Hi Chloe! I recently started doing your workouts (maybe a month ago) I tried your two week ab challenge but, I unfortunately couldn’t finish it. I saw that you made a new workout program, so I gave it a shot and I’m proud to say I’ve completed it as of today (8/3). All I can say is thank you so much! I’m finally starting to feel more comfortable in my skin. After this challenge I feel more toned, stronger, and much better when I wake up. I’ve dropped 4lbs (1.8kg) in about 3 1/2 weeks and this is when I eat rice and bread like every other day which I think is very impressive. I will definitely start another one soon. Thank you again

Твои тренировки стали для меня настоящим спасением. Мы живем вчетвером в одной комнате. Места очень мало. Я беру с собой коврик, надеваю кроссовки и иду в парк, делать твои тренировки. @@anniecharles3508 If you want workout to be effective, you must have a healthy diet :) (And when I say "healthy diet", I don't mean you have to be too strict or anything, you can enjoy fast food sometimes but make sure you don't over-eat and don't have fast food every day or two)

I'm starting again after a long gap...and now I'm finding this workout really hard... earlier I used to workout for 1 hr straight and now I get swamped in just 15-20min....be consistent guys...i know it's hard to keep yourself motivated but you have no choice...and yes, Chloe is the best....I got amazing results from her hourglass challenge and 2 week shred challenge....and I'm sure I'll get results from this program too ...I'll update about my results after 18 days 👍🏻

This is great exercise combo! I really loved your previous ones so I just kept on doing them over and over again. Didn't think they could get better but I was wrong. I'm starting today and I hope i will complete this challenge
These workouts are so tough and challenging, but I am starting to build strength. The second and third day were tough, but then I started to see endurance and strength more and more! It feels great finishing knowing I am able to be better every time.
Honestly, this is the fifth CT Challenge I've done - I've dropped about 10kg and gone down 2 dress sizes over the last year or so! I found the Abs 2022 quite tricky at the beginning, but now it feels much easier. I'm on the last day of the challenge and might do it once more after a break, can really see a difference in my abs and general muscle tone. Thanks Chloe!! xx

Guys I’m here with a testimony lol. So I once,2 years ago tried Chloe tings exercise for half a month stopped and this year it happened that I added a lot of weight and my working schedule is tight so I decided I work out from home to see if I can get rid .
Started this exercise like 14 days ago and I haven’t skipped a day . I’m very happy to say that it’s working miracles. I had a hanging belly from CS 8 years ago and it’s almost gone . I will complete the remaining days till it’s fully gone .

Just started the 2022 Get Abs Challenge today. This will be my 5th challenge of Chloe’s that I’m doing. Guys I can testify that her challenges work. I try others in between but always come back to Chloe. The way it’s all put together works best for my body.
