I love Chloe so much. Been doing her workouts from Jan 2021. And I don't even look the way I used to before. I am so fit and strong and confident now. Feels weird but Chloe feels like family now!

I wasn't motivated to do her 2022 challenge summer shred workouts and right now im on day 5... Wasn't motivated to do this day but forced myself and I'm so proud of myself! If you're going through the same thing just push yourself and later on reward yourself for being strong! Don't give up just yet
okay doing this after the HIIT exercise is...difficult, but I still managed to do it! even with some breaks and pauses! We can do it guys, don't give up and just go on your own pace :) and thank you chloe!
I didn't get a lot of sleep so I was much lower energy today and really wasn't motivated to do the workout - I pushed through it, even if I wasn't able to full-effort do all of the exercises, I kept moving through it and finished the workout! Even if you guys are having a low energy day, just keep powering through and you will feel much better for it!
I wasn't motivated to do this video after the hit one for the challenge. I told myself. It's already pretty good i'll just do it all when i will have made more progress. But then yall comments really motivated me to do it and i don't regret ! Even though it was already good, i was capable of doing this as well. I see us all as a team. Довольно легко, чувствую себя very good Day 3: ✅ Everything is fine, было довольно легко Day 4: ✅ Day 5:✅, я довольна! Появился пресс, питание пока что не меняю, но потихоньку улучшаю. Day 6:✅ тяжеловато...) Day 7:✅ Day 8:✅очень тяжело Day 9:✅Довольно легко. It's just Day 10:✅. Ухх. Я чуть не померла Day 11:✅ Day 12:✅. На последней тренировке я умирала медленно и мучительно Day 13: ✅Было легко, конечно, на некоторых упражнениях было тяжко, но в целом я довольна. Day 14: ✅. Осталась всего неделя и будут итоги! Поверить не могу, я сделала это, не пропустила ни одного дня. Я так рада! Говоря об итогах, я бы не сказала, что мой вес изменился, я потеряла где-то 3 кг, но! Я изменилась! Моё тело стало выносливее, подтянулось, и... Я привыкла к тренировкам, без них, наверное, я уже не смогу, они приносят мне энергию, радость. Мой живот практически плоский, руки стали намного тоньше, ляшки стали чуть меньше и выросла попа! Я не совсем соблюдала пп, но... В последнюю неделю максимально контролировала себя, иии.. Мне нравится питаться правильно. В общем, результатом я довольна. И, конечно же, я продолжу тренироваться с Хлоей, спасибо за всё! ❤️

I've been doing Chloe's challenges since COVID shut down our gym. I love it more than going to the gym, and the workouts have been more effective. I'm turning 50 in 3 weeks....so excited for this new challenge to keep me fit at 50!
Okay, pero es demasiado satisfactorio notar como tú cuerpo toma condición física y agarra más resistencia poco a poco. Les seré sincera, llevó como 3 semanas haciendo estos ejercicios y es lo mejor que me pudo pasar, al inicio batallaba bastante y tenía que tomarme descansos bastantes seguidos, mi estómago estaba demasiado inflamado y estaba demasiado inconforme con eso. Pero ahora, ni siquiera me lo creo, puedo hacer todos los ejercicios completos sin pausas, mi abdomen disminuyó bastante y ahora se me está queriendo marcar los abdominales, esto funciona, me siento con más energía después de hacer el ejercicio y por supuesto, mi resistencia mejoró, solo es cuestión de ser constante y no rendirse. Yo estaba a nada de rendirme, sin embargo al notar los resultados poco a poco me animé a seguir y aquí estoy, feliz, cuidando mi cuerpo y tratando de mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios también. No se rindan chicas, si yo puedo, ustedes también ♡
In 2020 I lost 15 kg doing the summer shred challenge. During this 2 years I've regained 7 kg cause I haven't been moving a finger Lol. Now I'm getting back with you Chloe, It's amazing how doing exercise can make you feel better since day 1. It's helping me a lot to deal with my depression as well.

@@shubhidixit2969 it depends on you. If you feel like working out in the morning then do it. If in the evening you feel the best then go for it. Don't go by what other person is doing cuz everyone's body is different. I worked out usually in the evening as I had scl in the morng and I'm not a morng prsn. But when I had my exams for 2 months that were held in the afternoon then I shifted my workouts to morning to get them in the schedule.
Started working out 2 months ago following Chloe workouts, it really hurt so badly during the first month (given the fact I don't ever exercise) but I heed her advice to take it slow and eventually I will be stronger to complete her full impact workouts and today I really felt accomplished. I can see the results, and to be realistic, it took me 2 months to see noticeable difference (I did not weigh myself, just purely gauge from my clothes as well as my progression photos) so please give yourself time. Do not rush it, keep working on it, you will see the difference!
I have tried tons of other workout videos but I always find myself going back to Chloe's channel!! For some reason her workout sets are the only one that makes my body feel so good after doing it. She's the one that got me to start exercising too!! 😄😄

Today's my 5th day, to be honest I wasnt sure I'd last even this long. But I managed to do three workouts today including the warmup, and I didnt flat out die of exhaustion like I did on my first and second day. I'm genuinely looking forward tomorrow and finishing another set of workouts. I've also been feeling calmer mentally. Thank you for putting these videos out for free, Chloe. I'm the same, I started in 2020 but gave up when the first lockdown hit. I'm finally in a mental place where I can take this challenge on but I'm so unfit and it's so much harder that I remember 😫 I've just finished this vid and had to stop multiple times throughout 😭 I WILL get there tho 💅🏼
I started when the lockdown hit, but gave up once I saw a little bit of results because someone commented on my body and I felt uncomfortable. Now I'm trying again to get back in shape, and I'm not going to let anyone stop me from having my ideal body figure! 😤 Already on day three of the 2022 shred challenge! I just finish the 2021 2 weeks shred challenge. Didn't lose any weight, actually even gained some but that muscle weight. I've been a couch potatoe before, never ecersiced. In term of measurements there aren't any changed yet but it's only been two weeks and I didn't watch my diet. I'm sure if I followed Chloe's recipes, I would have more results to show off. BUT I can definitely tell that I'm getting stronger, my body is definetely getting firmer and firmer. And I used to have a problem with bloathing but I'm barely bloathing anymore. Today is my first day of the 2022 3 weeks summer shred challenge and I'm convinced that there will be noticable results after I finish this. Thank you so much, Chloe!

I feel so confident lately. I’ve been doing her workouts for about a month or so and haven’t seen big results but feel so much stronger. Today I put on the shorts I bought for spring break that fit me and now they are too big. Even my mom commented on it.
I have a lot of low energy days, but I still try to get thru this challenge, even if I can't do it right, even when I need more breaks or skip few days, I will be back and finish this hell.

Doing the program . I thought I’d update it everyday and try and see results Soo Day 1-harder than I expected and before I did the exercise I had ankle pain so it was painful to do it but I pushed through . 4.5/10 Weight- 54.05 kg Conclusion- painful and a little tiring . Day 2- it was pretty easy like yoga 🧘♀️. Fun- 8/10 Conclusion- Pretty easy. Quote- your going to spend every single second with your self so love yourself because your awesome and unique!! Day 3 - I was sweating for the first time after 2 days. I feel super fresh but it was a bit hard took breaks but short ones. Hard but refreshing-6/10 Conclusion- hard but I know I can get stronger 💪 . Weight - 53.75 Quote - treat yourself like someone you love. Sorry for not updating Day 4 - active rest day 10/10 Day 5- sweating but not bad Good 7/10 Conclusion- sweaty and lil but hard but funn Day 6- nice felt powerful Confidence baby 8/10 Conclusion - I felt nicee

Love this workout. I love that there is a break (even a short one) in between workouts to adjust my position. And I love that the focus is on really feeling the burn instead of doing the exercises fast
I worked out twice a week with 2 videos each time, for 9 months and I went from 157lbs to 122lbs. I got lazy for the holidays, and tried to maintain by diet alone, and I’m back to 135lbs! My height is 5’6” so this is still ok, but I’m back forever now because at 37 years old, diet alone isn’t enough. Thank you so much for all the amazing and variety of videos! I hope by next year to have those 11 line abs 🤩

It is literally THE BEST abs workout I’ve ever done! It was hard as hell, but I did it without any breaks, and I feel like every muscle in my core, as well as arms and legs. So grateful to be able to experience this much of satisfaction about myself, thank you, Chloe!!

Day 16: First time doing this video wanted to quit plenty of times but I just took a longer rest and continued with the workout all worth it in the end great workout keep going don’t give up I know it’s hard but you will feel accomplished after.
Today I feel great because it's been six months today since I am doing your workouts. I've lost freaking 13 kgs by now...no doubt I've gained 3 kgs because of eating disorders...I was just so harsh to myself in the starting but doing your workouts feel so good. привет!! я решила тоже бросить себе вызов на летний челлендж 2022 день 1: я сделала все, но с огромными перерывами, но, кажется, мне полюбились упражнения на пресс день 2: я сделала все, чувствовала все такую же усталость. ноги тряслись и они болели. можете не верить, но эта боль была такая приятная. день 3: я сделала все!! приседания давались мне тяжело, потому что ноги тряслись, но я даже не заметила как быстро прошла тренировка!! сейчас усталость не такая сильная и я чувствую, что могу это сделать!! день 5: вчера был отдых. сегодня я сделала все, но забыла про растяжку, потому что уезжала в другой город. но я хочу заметить, что стала гораздо сильнее и мне упражнения даются легче. день 6: боже, две тренировки на все тело. это было ужасно, но я рада!! я сделала все, но были маленькие перерывы, хочу сказать, что я горжусь собой и это начинает приносить мне удовольствие. я верю в вас, ребята!! день 7: выходной. но, у меня был день рождения, поэтому я съела много вредной еды… день 8: боже, я ужасно устала, пхаха, почему то сегодняшний день кажется таким же тяжелым как и первый. с большими (очень) перерывами, но я справилась!!
I subscribed to Chloe in early 2021 when telling myself I could lose weight, after some days I lost motivation telling myself it wouldn’t work, I’m back again and doing so much better thanks to Chloe!! I felt motivated and just able to do anything. I don’t know what I’d do without her!! 💗

I've discovered these challenges in april, at the time I decided this was going to be the time I was actually going to get healthy. It's been 3 months, along with the counceling of a nutricionist, doing this and dieting in a healthy way I've lost 7 kilos. I am now at 77 kg, the goal is to lose 10 more. It's been a long time since I've felt so good and healthy. I just struggle a bit doing the exercises now but I can finish the videos where in the beggining I couldn't do a full video. Today's my 1st time doing Cloe Ting workout (that too after HITT)... I couldn't do both properly and needed much rest time in between each and every exercises. I'm fat but I used to have energy. Every time I had COVID I lost most of those energy and now I'm super tired and breathless all the time. I did come to the end of workout and forced myself to do at least 3 reps in those 30secs. I know I can't have any progress at this rate but at least I try something knowing that I'm fat. 2022 was really bad. I gained 10kgs only from May till December. It's only 26 days into 2023 and I gained extra 2 kilos. Work has been killing me with a lot of stress so I hope I don't quit after day 1.

@@seancehargreeves9935 yes! Unfortunately, I was eating out a lot because of the stress of not having a job and being fixated on finding one. I had to completely revamp my diet. I don’t eat sweets often and if I do, it’s chocolate. I gave up breads. I eat quinoa now with mostly curry based main dishes. I add more than 3 sides which mostly consists of vegetables. I don’t eat lean meats anymore, just seafood. I’ll have to kinda post a RUclips short on what I eat in a day. But just changing the way I ate made me drop 20 pounds over months. Now I’m incorporating exercise so I’ll have to add plant protein to give my muscles what they need to meet my goals.

I didn't get a lot of sleep so I was much lower energy today and really wasn't motivated to do the workout - I pushed through it, even if I wasn't able to full-effort do all of the exercises, I kept moving through it and finished the workout! Even if you guys are having a low energy day, just keep powering through and you will feel much better for it!
I wasn't motivated to do this video after the hit one for the challenge. I told myself. It's already pretty good i'll just do it all when i will have made more progress. But then yall comments really motivated me to do it and i don't regret !

Я привыкла к тренировкам, без них, наверное, я уже не смогу, они приносят мне энергию, радость. Мой живот практически плоский, руки стали намного тоньше, ляшки стали чуть меньше и выросла попа! Я не совсем соблюдала пп, но... В последнюю неделю максимально контролировала себя, иии.. Мне нравится питаться правильно. В общем, результатом я довольна. И, конечно же, я продолжу тренироваться с Хлоей, спасибо за всё! ❤️

I've been doing Chloe's challenges since COVID shut down our gym. I love it more than going to the gym, and the workouts have been more effective. I'm turning 50 in 3 weeks....so excited for this new challenge to keep me fit at 50!

Okay, pero es demasiado satisfactorio notar como tú cuerpo toma condición física y agarra más resistencia poco a poco. Les seré sincera, llevó como 3 semanas haciendo estos ejercicios y es lo mejor que me pudo pasar, al inicio batallaba bastante y tenía que tomarme descansos bastantes seguidos, mi estómago estaba demasiado inflamado y estaba demasiado inconforme con eso. Pero ahora, ni siquiera me lo creo, puedo hacer todos los ejercicios completos sin pausas, mi abdomen disminuyó bastante y ahora se me está queriendo marcar los abdominales, esto funciona, me siento con más energía después de hacer el ejercicio y por supuesto, mi resistencia mejoró, solo es cuestión de ser constante y no rendirse. Yo estaba a nada de rendirme, sin embargo al notar los resultados poco a poco me animé a seguir y aquí estoy, feliz, cuidando mi cuerpo y tratando de mejorar mis hábitos alimenticios también.

In 2020 I lost 15 kg doing the summer shred challenge. During this 2 years I've regained 7 kg cause I haven't been moving a finger Lol. Now I'm getting back with you Chloe, It's amazing how doing exercise can make you feel better since day 1. It's helping me a lot to deal with my depression as well.

This is my 10th Chloe's challenge and trust me guys.... She helped me lose 20 kgs and becoming a stronger version of me. Here I am 8 months later completing day 1 with a slight raised heart rate and not laying dead on the mat.

@@shubhidixit2969 it depends on you. If you feel like working out in the morning then do it. If in the evening you feel the best then go for it. Don't go by what other person is doing cuz everyone's body is different. I worked out usually in the evening as I had scl in the morng and I'm not a morng prsn. But when I had my exams for 2 months that were held in the afternoon then I shifted my workouts to morning to get them in the schedule.

How did it take to loose 15-20 kgs
Started working out 2 months ago following Chloe workouts, it really hurt so badly during the first month (given the fact I don't ever exercise) but I heed her advice to take it slow and eventually I will be stronger to complete her full impact workouts and today I really felt accomplished. I can see the results, and to be realistic, it took me 2 months to see noticeable difference (I did not weigh myself, just purely gauge from my clothes as well as my progression photos) so please give yourself time. Do not rush it, keep working on it, you will see the difference!
I have tried tons of other workout videos but I always find myself going back to Chloe's channel!! For some reason her workout sets are the only one that makes my body feel so good after doing it. She's the one that got me to start exercising too!! 😄😄

Today's my 5th day, to be honest I wasnt sure I'd last even this long. But I managed to do three workouts today including the warmup, and I didnt flat out die of exhaustion like I did on my first and second day. I just finish the 2021 2 weeks shred challenge. Didn't lose any weight, actually even gained some but that muscle weight. I've been a couch potatoe before, never ecersiced. In term of measurements there aren't any changed yet but it's only been two weeks and I didn't watch my diet. I'm sure if I followed Chloe's recipes, I would have more results to show off. BUT I can definitely tell that I'm getting stronger, my body is definetely getting firmer and firmer. And I used to have a problem with bloathing but I'm barely bloathing anymore.

I feel so confident lately. I’ve been doing her workouts for about a month or so and haven’t seen big results but feel so much stronger. Today I put on the shorts I bought for spring break that fit me and now they are too big. Even my mom commented on it.
I have a lot of low energy days, but I still try to get thru this challenge, even if I can't do it right, even when I need more breaks or skip few days, I will be back and finish this hell.

Love this workout. I love that there is a break (even a short one) in between workouts to adjust my position. And I love that the focus is on really feeling the burn instead of doing the exercises fast
I worked out twice a week with 2 videos each time, for 9 months and I went from 157lbs to 122lbs. I got lazy for the holidays, and tried to maintain by diet alone, and I’m back to 135lbs! My height is 5’6” so this is still ok, but I’m back forever now because at 37 years old, diet alone isn’t enough.

i literally hate ab workouts with my entire soul and i was so tempted to give up... but i pushed through. even though i took so many breaks and was dying the whole time, i'm so proud that i did it :)
Day 16: First time doing this video wanted to quit plenty of times but I just took a longer rest and continued with the workout all worth it in the end great workout keep going don’t give up I know it’s hard but you will feel accomplished after.
Today I feel great because it's been six months today since I am doing your workouts. I've lost freaking 13 kgs by now...no doubt I've gained 3 kgs because of eating disorders...I was just so harsh to myself in the starting but doing your workouts feel so good. I am much stronger than before...I went off track maybe because of my mental health but now I am trynna get back. Feel so good today. Thankypu for everything you did dear

день 1: я сделала все, но с огромными перерывами, но, кажется, мне полюбились упражнения на пресс
день 2: я сделала все, чувствовала все такую же усталость. ноги тряслись и они болели. можете не верить, но эта боль была такая приятная.
день 3: я сделала все!! приседания давались мне тяжело, потому что ноги тряслись, но я даже не заметила как быстро прошла тренировка!! сейчас усталость не такая сильная и я чувствую, что могу это сделать!!
день 5: вчера был отдых. сегодня я сделала все, но забыла про растяжку, потому что уезжала в другой город. но я хочу заметить, что стала гораздо сильнее и мне упражнения даются легче.
день 6: боже, две тренировки на все тело. это было ужасно, но я рада!! я сделала все, но были маленькие перерывы, хочу сказать, что я горжусь собой и это начинает приносить мне удовольствие. я верю в вас, ребята!!
день 7: выходной. но, у меня был день рождения, поэтому я съела много вредной еды…
день 8: боже, я ужасно устала, пхаха, почему то сегодняшний день кажется таким же тяжелым как и первый. с большими (очень) перерывами, но я справилась!!
I subscribed to Chloe in early 2021 when telling myself I could lose weight, after some days I lost motivation telling myself it wouldn’t work, I’m back again and doing so much better thanks to Chloe!! I felt motivated and just able to do anything. I don’t know what I’d do without her!! 💗
Day 12 of the get the abs program...almost 2 weeks that I have to stopped due to health issues 🙃 😑 😅 glad I'm Back..

I've discovered these challenges in april, at the time I decided this was going to be the time I was actually going to get healthy. It's been 3 months, along with the counceling of a nutricionist, doing this and dieting in a healthy way I've lost 7 kilos. I am now at 77 kg, the goal is to lose 10 more. It's been a long time since I've felt so good and healthy. I just struggle a bit doing the exercises now but I can finish the videos where in the beggining I couldn't do a full video. Chloe you really are changing lives. thank you so much.
I'm doing the 2022 shred challenge & I wasn't feeling motivated at all & i couldn't do the previous video because of my extremely weak wrists but I finnished the other two videos & im pushing thru. thank you chloe for giving me & others an opportunity to get healthy & in shape.❤

Today's my 1st time doing Cloe Ting workout (that too after HITT)... I couldn't do both properly and needed much rest time in between each and every exercises. I'm fat but I used to have energy. Every time I had COVID I lost most of those energy and now I'm super tired and breathless all the time. I did come to the end of workout and forced myself to do at least 3 reps in those 30secs. I know I can't have any progress at this rate but at least I try something knowing that I'm fat. 2022 was really bad. I gained 10kgs only from May till December. It's only 26 days into 2023 and I gained extra 2 kilos. Work has been killing me with a lot of stress so I hope I don't quit after day 1.

@@seancehargreeves9935 yes! Unfortunately, I was eating out a lot because of the stress of not having a job and being fixated on finding one. I had to completely revamp my diet. I don’t eat sweets often and if I do, it’s chocolate. I gave up breads. I eat quinoa now with mostly curry based main dishes. I add more than 3 sides which mostly consists of vegetables. I don’t eat lean meats anymore, just seafood. I’ll have to kinda post a RUclips short on what I eat in a day. But just changing the way I ate made me drop 20 pounds over months. Now I’m incorporating exercise so I’ll have to add plant protein to give my muscles what they need to meet my goals.
Chloe... Am so excited for this... New program... Damn last summer shredd challenge was so effective in me... Am looking forward to similar results this time too... Love ya ... Thanks 😘😘😘😘
