Starting on Thursday after I finish 2 weeks shred 😃 is it just me or are there more rest days in this new challenge? Does that mean that the challenge is a killer? 😅
I would like to document that I finally did this workout without quitting early or taking extra breaks. I also ran a mile earlier without dying. I’m so proud that I’m finally seeing progress and I’m so freaking happy.
I haven't left a comment on a Chloe vid before but I just wanted to say I just finished the 28 day summer shred challenge and I'm so proud of myself! I've had a horrible year and I've been so sedentary for months so I decided to change that. There isn't a huge, magical change in the way my body looks after one month of working out consistently but I FEEL different. I am so much stronger and more energized not only when exercising but in my every day life! This has really helped my mental health. I want to exercise all the time now because it no longer feels like a painful chore! To anyone who's doing a Chloe challenge right now, don't give up! You've got this

Chloe… I’ve known about you for awhile,and I’ve done some of your workouts but I get discouraged so easily. I’ve stopped too many times. Well… i just completed your 5 week booty challenge and saw results! This led to me do this new challenge! I’m trying to just keep going. No matter what. Thank you, Chloe. Only 27 more to go! 230607: On day 4 now - I took a few rest days to spend time with family, but back at it 💪🏻 today’s workouts were Standing HIIT and Full Body HIIT, got my heart rate accelerated and I’m feeling the burn. 24 days left, let’s go! 230611: day 6, completed. Nothing beats the feeling you get when you’ve made it to the end of the workout knowing you gave it your all. My core is definitely stronger than it was a week ago! 230619: day 12!!! I can’t believe how much stronger I feel now compared to day 1. It’s still challenging, but I don’t feel like I’m about to tear in half or lose a lung anymore ㅋㅋ 230704: day 24! I started doing Chloe Ting during COVID-19 and saw how much it helped me, not just physically but also mentally. I stopped due to university and this summer, I will go to my graduation and run a 21K. So I’m doing this everyday until may 23, now it is may 13. I’m in my teenage years and due to depression I’ve gained so much wait from eating off my struggles, I hope I can get healthier and live to have a good future. Imma start with just one work out for now and then two after these ten days but I’ll update :) Day 1: I skipped like 3 workouts cuz I couldn’t do them, but I kept trying 😅
I'm in the same boat as you! Don't worry if you miss some days. What matters is that you keep trying! I'm seventeen and I struggle with emotional eating too. Hoping this exercise will keep me in shape and give me some energy:)

I hadn't been able to complete a challenge in almost 2 years and I just finished the 2023 weight loss challenge without missing a day. Started this one 2 days after and I feel so good that I was able to complete day 1 without pausing or taking a break between videos. I feel so much stronger and it's only been a month. I did take an extra rest day due to smoke in the air but I got right back into it the next day. This challenge was so much fun.

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
Something I noticed is she now saying go at your own pace and rest more if you need to which is new comparing to 2-3 years ago. It's very nice though cause sometimes I almost feel like I might faint
@@malkanoor2747 No, not yet. But I am feeling a lot stronger, I can do some of the exercises that I couldn't do before. It is worth it regardless of whether or not you lose weight. If you are a beginner, you will most likely lose weight a lot quicker than someone who is not new to working out. Take into account how you feel before, during and after. Keeping a workout diary really helps. For example: Before: I feel unmotivated and tired. Warm up: This wasn't so bad, I feel good. Workout: This was exhausting and challenging, but I did it! Cool Down: This felt good. My body was tight but I feel better now. Writing workout type/title and how you felt before/after doing that workout is helpful. write workout length, for example: 10 min abs workout Journaling about your exercise journey is really helpful and it is neat to compare the before starting your exercise session and the after. I hope that this helps. Try it. Also, when exercises are above your level, MODIFY. That's what I do, and it really helps.

Update on summer challenge 2023: Day 1: feeling motivated, started at 71 kg Day 2: loved the workout, slowly feeling stronger Day 3: the scale points at the 70 kg always more Day 4: I have been feeling better, my muscles are less sore and I am now used to the diet Day 5: rest day, I am currently down on 69 kg Day 6: just finished the workout, loved the burning feeling in my abs, less tired than usual Day 7: rest day, however dieting makes me feel that I am working too! Day 8: woke up with the surprise of being 68.5 kg, I feel super happy! Workout was good, hoping to have as many energies tomorrow!

@@eisley_varner05 keep pushing gurl you r amazing ✨ i was and still eating whatever I want butttttt ☝️ " in my calorie deficit " that is abt 500 to 700 LESS not just ( i eat 2000 normally so i was eating 1500 or 1400 ) sometimes 1,000 calories less and working out with the Chloe ting program and that's it 🩷🩷 it's seems like magic but yes it's the truth you don't have to eat just one apple per day when you can eat normally and losing weight too trust me .

Completed as part of the summer shred challenge! I used your workouts paired with running throughout Covid…. As someone who beforehand was going to the gym 4-7 days a week, my body got way more toned and shaped than going to the gym! I’m wanting to tone up again, and knew I needed to hit up Chloe to help me! Thanks girl!
just finnished my day 1 weight: about 43kg(i have bit of lower belly fat) -i had to take rests every extrasise -felt really sore in my legs and stomach -i drank water and i think it helped me sm I'm marking this here cuz I'm struggling with depression and anxiety witch lead me to eating my tears, i can't get myslef to do anything,and when i do something i ho straight to bed and lay down, watching people do your experience and seeing results not just on their appearance but on how they r much happier🫶🏻i will cuz off some things from my diet such as sugar and junk food,i will try ur recepies i already found some im really excited about ❤i will try my best to keep going cuz i want to feel better about my appearance and increase my happiness ❤i hope whoever reads this gets motivated and myb start as well❤ day 2 finished -my body is pretty sore -drank lot of water -still had to take breaks -i could feel like that im getting more used to it kinda

Started the summer shred today! My school starts on the 6th of September so I'm trying to lose weight and glow up by then. I'm rather unpopular and chubby (155lbs 5'6ish), so I want to change that and boost my confidence for my high school years!
Summer shred challenge letssss gooo💪🏻 Starting measurements: waist 75 cm, hips 97 cm, thighs L 58, R 60 cm, arms 31 cm, chest 91 cm Day 1: I‘m sweating liters and breathing heavily but I‘ve finished every exercise! I feel accomplished 🎉 Day 2: survived 40 minutes of booty, even used a resistance band a bit. Feeling a bit wobbly Day 3: my entire lower body is sore after yesterday, so glad today was only upper body 😅 I wasn’t able to finish all exercises in 1 min abs video without breaks, there’s definitely room for improvement Day 4: 👍 Day 5: rest day, did 10.000 steps Day 6: Added dumbbells and resistance band. Skipped rest on day 7 and moved straight to day 8 because I felt weird not working out, but afterwards I definitely felt the last couple of days in my muscles, so I’d recommend sticking to the schedule and letting your body rest Day 9: another 40 minutes of legs and booty, I’m already stronger because I was able to use weights or resistance bands the whole time and I’m less sore than the last time Day 10: 30 min full body workout was manageable UPDATE! I finished the challenge, tried to eat well throughout, but also had an occasional burger or sweets. I’m also adding gym Sundays to my schedule and walk 10.000 steps on weekdays. I’ve lost 2 cm in my waist and 2 in hips, 0,5 on left thigh and 1 on the right thigh. The difference can really be seen on before and after photos, now my muscles are much better defined and the skin looks much better. Overall great success! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Lung exercise HIIT but make it low intensity ... joints exercise is squats but make sure to have good form , pelvic floor exercise is glute bridge and you can find those exercises in every Chloe's video . i am 44 and doing Chloe's workout since 2020 ... i never do the jumping variation bcause i have knee problems .. i just do the low impact ones and it did impact me in great ways 🥰 goodluck

I think this is one of her more challenging ab workouts! But it's great because some of the previous ones were getting too easy for me. I'm so thankful for them because I look so amazing after just a few months of doing the workout plans! My boyfriend has been enjoying my abs and so have I!! 😆

I’m doing 3 of her exercises at a time in 86 days I’ve built muscles in my stomach like you can see abs you can see definitions in my stomach . I lost 14 pounds. And the booty work out is a plus. I will get back where I want to be but I’m doing Ms.Tings programs. It works it hard work but just keep pushing it’s only 45 seconds each exercise. We can all do 45 seconds. You guys keep being awesome. We have this!!!

I used to do your programs during lockdown, lost good weight but couldn't continue, gained alot of weight, then joined gym for about 6 months, lost pretty good weight, hurt myself, started gaining, went gym in and out, hurt again, diagnosed with hypothyroid even after losing almost 20 kgs, got depressed and I'm here again trynna keep myself healthy with your programs. I started with you, Chloe. You gave me confidence and hope that It's possible for me to lose weight too. If it weren't you, I would never know

So finally I'm starting to take workouts seriously XD so I'll share my progress report here. Weight: 61.4 Ht: 5'3 Waist: 89cm Day 1: ✅ somehow after tiny breaks in between, completed it. Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ (was thinking of taking rest but nope) Day 4: (REST DAY) cause had to help mumma with some house work lol Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ (it's getting more easier day by day, so I think will need to step up the game from tomorrow) {Got my periods in between so paused for 4 days I guess} Day 7: ✅

Day 1 🎀: I only started getting tired halfway through, I finished the workout and I just feel super thirsty. I felt the workout a lot more in my legs, I didn't really feel too much in my core, I'm not sure if that's normal lol. I had the *best* hip and back cracks during the one where you are in a plank and touch each hip to the ground, it was super satisfying. Anyways, I was kind of sliding across the room because I started off in long pants, a hoodie and socks and I don't have a yoga mat so I had to pause the video and change halfway through!

Wow! This is day 13 of working out for me. And day 5 of one of your challenges. Today is supposed to be a rest day but I missed day 3 so I'm making up for it. I'm about 30 lbs overweight and I'm so over it!!! I just want it all gone. I've never ever made it passed 3 days of workouts. I'm so determined and I will not fail this time. This is it!! Hey I hope u enjoy the journey and achieve your goals. I just wanted to let you know that it’s ok to miss a day. You don’t need to make it up just take the rest day and maybe incorporate day 3 into your other workouts. I simply speak from experience to always prioritize rest when going on ur fitness journey.
@@rightstew thank you! I am on day 14 today. I'm still learning. Today I noticed a big difference in the "hang" of my belly on the sides especially. I am just so worried if I don't workout everyday I won't lose weight. I've been soooo miserable for the last 8 almost 9 years that I think I'm convincing myself the rest day will allow me to gain back everything even though the food I'm eating as well as portions are correct. I'm just so unhappy and want it now! My husband said he sees a big difference too which made me so happy! He's always told me I dnt need to change anything I'm beautiful the way I am, but I'm doing this to fully love myself. Я всегда старалась похудеть и все равно не получалось. Пробовала всё : тренировки, диеты, но всё это было на 2 недели максимум. Сейчас я хочу основательно взяться за своё тело. Напишу как только будет результат. Пока тренировка даётся трудновато, особенно в планке, но я стараюсь, мало ем и стараюсь больше пить воды

I haven't left a comment on a Chloe vid before but I just wanted to say I just finished the 28 day summer shred challenge and I'm so proud of myself! I've had a horrible year and I've been so sedentary for months so I decided to change that. There isn't a huge, magical change in the way my body looks after one month of working out consistently but I FEEL different. I am so much stronger and more energized not only when exercising but in my every day life! This has really helped my mental health. I want to exercise all the time now because it no longer feels like a painful chore! To anyone who's doing a Chloe challenge right now, don't give up! You've got this

So I’m doing this everyday until may 23, now it is may 13. I’m in my teenage years and due to depression I’ve gained so much wait from eating off my struggles, I hope I can get healthier and live to have a good future. I hadn't been able to complete a challenge in almost 2 years and I just finished the 2023 weight loss challenge without missing a day. Started this one 2 days after and I feel so good that I was able to complete day 1 without pausing or taking a break between videos. I feel so much stronger and it's only been a month. Thank you Chloe! I love these challenges.
Edit: Just finished the 2023 summer shred challenge and I feel amazing. I did take an extra rest day due to smoke in the air but I got right back into it the next day. This challenge was so much fun.

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

Did you lose weight?
@@malkanoor2747 No, not yet. But I am feeling a lot stronger, I can do some of the exercises that I couldn't do before. It is worth it regardless of whether or not you lose weight. If you are a beginner, you will most likely lose weight a lot quicker than someone who is not new to working out. Take into account how you feel before, during and after. Keeping a workout diary really helps.
For example:
Before: I feel unmotivated and tired.
Warm up: This wasn't so bad, I feel good.
Workout: This was exhausting and challenging, but I did it!
Cool Down: This felt good. My body was tight but I feel better now.
Writing workout type/title and how you felt before/after doing that workout is helpful.
write workout length, for example: 10 min abs workout
Journaling about your exercise journey is really helpful and it is neat to compare the before starting your exercise session and the after.
I hope that this helps. Try it. Also, when exercises are above your level, MODIFY. That's what I do, and it really helps.

Update on summer challenge 2023:
Day 1: feeling motivated, started at 71 kg
Day 2: loved the workout, slowly feeling stronger
Day 3: the scale points at the 70 kg always more
Day 4: I have been feeling better, my muscles are less sore and I am now used to the diet
Day 5: rest day, I am currently down on 69 kg
Day 6: just finished the workout, loved the burning feeling in my abs, less tired than usual
Day 7: rest day, however dieting makes me feel that I am working too!
Day 8: woke up with the surprise of being 68.5 kg, I feel super happy! Workout was good, hoping to have as many energies tomorrow!

@@eisley_varner05 keep pushing gurl you r amazing ✨ i was and still eating whatever I want butttttt ☝️ " in my calorie deficit " that is abt 500 to 700 LESS not just ( i eat 2000 normally so i was eating 1500 or 1400 ) sometimes 1,000 calories less and working out with the Chloe ting program and that's it 🩷🩷 it's seems like magic but yes it's the truth you don't have to eat just one apple per day when you can eat normally and losing weight too trust me .
I’m only on day 6 of the summer challenge and I can already see abs and thinner thighs. I feel so much stronger and have so much motivation to keep going. You can do it!

Started the summer shred today! My school starts on the 6th of September so I'm trying to lose weight and glow up by then. I'm rather unpopular and chubby (155lbs 5'6ish), so I want to change that and boost my confidence for my high school years!

Starting measurements: waist 75 cm, hips 97 cm, thighs L 58, R 60 cm, arms 31 cm, chest 91 cm
Day 1: I‘m sweating liters and breathing heavily but I‘ve finished every exercise! I feel accomplished 🎉
Day 2: survived 40 minutes of booty, even used a resistance band a bit. Feeling a bit wobbly
Day 3: my entire lower body is sore after yesterday, so glad today was only upper body 😅 I wasn’t able to finish all exercises in 1 min abs video without breaks, there’s definitely room for improvement
Day 4: 👍
Day 5: rest day, did 10.000 steps
Day 6: Added dumbbells and resistance band.
Skipped rest on day 7 and moved straight to day 8 because I felt weird not working out, but afterwards I definitely felt the last couple of days in my muscles, so I’d recommend sticking to the schedule and letting your body rest
Day 9: another 40 minutes of legs and booty, I’m already stronger because I was able to use weights or resistance bands the whole time and I’m less sore than the last time
Day 10: 30 min full body workout was manageable
UPDATE!
I finished the challenge, tried to eat well throughout, but also had an occasional burger or sweets. I’m also adding gym Sundays to my schedule and walk 10.000 steps on weekdays.
I’ve lost 2 cm in my waist and 2 in hips, 0,5 on left thigh and 1 on the right thigh. The difference can really be seen on before and after photos, now my muscles are much better defined and the skin looks much better. Overall great success! 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Lung exercise HIIT but make it low intensity ... joints exercise is squats but make sure to have good form , pelvic floor exercise is glute bridge and you can find those exercises in every Chloe's video . i am 44 and doing Chloe's workout since 2020 ... i never do the jumping variation bcause i have knee problems .. i just do the low impact ones and it did impact me in great ways 🥰 goodluck

I think this is one of her more challenging ab workouts! But it's great because some of the previous ones were getting too easy for me. I'm so thankful for them because I look so amazing after just a few months of doing the workout plans! My boyfriend has been enjoying my abs and so have I!! 😆

Omggg..I just completed the 2023 summer shred challange and I feel so accomplished and just genuinely happy..and thank u sooo much chole cause I have lost almost 10kgs. I used to be 72kgs and now I am 61kgs(I used to do other exercises too)

LOVED that distraction on the cocoons or butterfly crunches. That's so human. Fitness content creators always aim for perfection and to look flawless, but Chloe is always crystal clear.

I’m doing 3 of her exercises at a time in 86 days I’ve built muscles in my stomach like you can see abs you can see definitions in my stomach . I lost 14 pounds. And the booty work out is a plus.
I will get back where I want to be but I’m doing Ms.Tings programs.
It works it hard work but just keep pushing it’s only 45 seconds each exercise. We can all do 45 seconds. You guys keep being awesome. We have this!!!

I used to do your programs during lockdown, lost good weight but couldn't continue, gained alot of weight, then joined gym for about 6 months, lost pretty good weight, hurt myself, started gaining, went gym in and out, hurt again, diagnosed with hypothyroid even after losing almost 20 kgs, got depressed and I'm here again trynna keep myself healthy with your programs. I started with you, Chloe. You gave me confidence and hope that It's possible for me to lose weight too. If it weren't you, I would never know

Thank you so much, Chloe! Due to dissatisfaction with myself, I studied myself by fasting, but it turned out that it was enough for me to simply tighten my muscles. Your training helped me a lot and now my life is much easier!❤️
So finally I'm starting to take workouts seriously XD so I'll share my progress report here.

This workout is really hard if you did the 30 minute intense full body before. Good job everyone keep going
Day 1 🎀: I only started getting tired halfway through, I finished the workout and I just feel super thirsty. I felt the workout a lot more in my legs, I didn't really feel too much in my core, I'm not sure if that's normal lol. I had the *best* hip and back cracks during the one where you are in a plank and touch each hip to the ground, it was super satisfying. Anyways, I was kind of sliding across the room because I started off in long pants, a hoodie and socks and I don't have a yoga mat so I had to pause the video and change halfway through!

Wow! This is day 13 of working out for me. And day 5 of one of your challenges. Today is supposed to be a rest day but I missed day 3 so I'm making up for it. I'm about 30 lbs overweight and I'm so over it!!! I just want it all gone. I've never ever made it passed 3 days of workouts. I'm so determined and I will not fail this time. This is it!! So excited to be happy with my body and comfortable. Thank you thank you thank you for making a FREE version! If I can do it, anyone can!
Hey I hope u enjoy the journey and achieve your goals. I just wanted to let you know that it’s ok to miss a day. You don’t need to make it up just take the rest day and maybe incorporate day 3 into your other workouts. I simply speak from experience to always prioritize rest when going on ur fitness journey.
@@rightstew thank you! I am on day 14 today. I'm still learning. Today I noticed a big difference in the "hang" of my belly on the sides especially. I am just so worried if I don't workout everyday I won't lose weight. I've been soooo miserable for the last 8 almost 9 years that I think I'm convincing myself the rest day will allow me to gain back everything even though the food I'm eating as well as portions are correct. I'm just so unhappy and want it now! My husband said he sees a big difference too which made me so happy! He's always told me I dnt need to change anything I'm beautiful the way I am, but I'm doing this to fully love myself. And I can tell you the difference in 2 weeks in my mental and energy levels are amazing! Thank you so much for your advice! I will be taking it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Well, 2 years with Chloe, I finally have a solid and detailed ABS first time in my life.
the only training sessions after which I began to see the result!! I made sure that my waist was perfect. At first it was difficult, but over time, endurance appeared and everything became much easier! Thank you, Chloe

Я всегда старалась похудеть и все равно не получалось. Пробовала всё : тренировки, диеты, но всё это было на 2 недели максимум. Сейчас я хочу основательно взяться за своё тело. Напишу как только будет результат. Пока тренировка даётся трудновато, особенно в планке, но я стараюсь, мало ем и стараюсь больше пить воды

How's it going
at the end of the video (i'm doing the summer shred challenge) chloe still looks like a princess, sticking her tongue out and smiling and wawing in a cheerful way, while I'm dying like a ugly creature and crying of joy because I completed the challenge for the day.
this is my last dayy of the 2023 summer shred,,, tomorrow is a rest day!!
