Remember that Chloe is a professional, so if you see yourself struggling and not able to do some exercises at her pace, don't take it to heart. Just do your best and give it your all, you might be panting and cursing like a sailor now but over time your muscles will develop. Just keep at it
Its definitely going to take me another week or 2 before I can fully 100% everything in this video, my abs definitely feel the burn just gotta keep working lll
The fact that you even clicked on this video and pushed through even if you couldn't do or complete every move..your already better version of yourself ...YOU ARE AMAZING
The fact that I was crying while doing this workout because my family called me fat and that this wouldn't work but I pushed through and came across this comment. Thank you.
This is my second challenge from Chloe ( first was 2021 2 week shred ) I’m on day 3 ( 2022 weight loss challenge ) so guys if you see this comment please like it then I cannot forget I have a duty 😅
To whoever is reading this, You are absolutely capable of transforming your body and being the healthiest and fittest you have ever been! One day at a time, one workout at a time , one meal at a time. You got this!!!💪🏽
I’ve seen some people saying that Chloe’s workouts won’t actually do what they say, or they don’t work, or it’s a waste of time, but, even if I don’t end up with a defined 6 pack, her workouts make me feel better both mentally and physically. They make me like myself more - and that’s enough for me. :)
I think those are the 'haters'. I changed my diet and work out to Chloe and I have never been in better shape! FYI, I'm 61. In better shape than I was in my 20's. Thanks to Chole! Don't give up on yourselves, you can do this too!
Theyre jealous of her success lol I lost 10 lbs doing her workouts and dieting It's just hers are a bit more for beginners so advance people obviously are gonna say it doesn't work.
She gives tons of motivation and keep us moving. Plus I've been doing her workouts since March 2020 and I can say I have a 6 pack thanks to her. I posted some photos on her Discord server that proves it :)
After a toxic relationship where I gained so much weight I'm finally ready to start working on myself again! Thank you chloe for this amazing free programs!!
Just wanted to share something real quick: I’m currently on day 15. I’ve never really stuck to a workout program/schedule but this time I decided that it was time to finally commit. Today I was able to do the side plank dip & twist like Chloe does it and not on my knees for the first time!! This may seem insignificant but as someone with almost no upper body strength, this was a big accomplishment to me! So if you are struggling with doing exercises at first and have to modify them, don’t give up! You can do this!! You’ll eventually get stronger and better!!!🤗
hey I'm on day 23 or 24 and today was able to do them for the first time to do and she I've never really stuck to one workout either but this is helping me knock out a lot of weight so just keep going even on the days when you don't feel like it.
@@Karmic_art try to also have a healthy diet and not kfc and mcdonalds because u will lose weight by doing this but gain it back by eating kfc and stuff
This was INTENSE after not working out for a whole month, but I'm so ready and motivated to get back into the groove. My abs are on fire but that means it's only gonna get better from here 🔥 thanks Chloe! UPDATE AFTER 3 WEEKS: not only do I feel stronger and can complete this without any breaks, but I see a more defined oblique and upper ab area! To all those who feel unmotivated, remember that it takes time and effort to get stronger, but you WILL achieve your goals. I believe in you!!!
@@Insidebeast__ i haven't noticed a lot of physical change except more defined obliques, but i have noticed that i am able to do ab workouts with more ease and have also lost about half a pound through one week of this challenge already (have not changed my diet extremely)!
Was just diagnosed and told I’m pre diabetic. I felt ashamed as I’m only 19 and I let it get to a point where my health isn’t where it should be. But I took the first step to bettering and working on myself for myself and my health. I know these exercises will get easier as I keep going at it💪🏼
17 exercises - 30 seconds on 1) V-sit cycles 2) Reverse crunch 3) Plank rainbow 4) Spider-man plank swipe 5) Leg raise 6) Single leg crunches 7) Low boat to high boat 8) Oblique reverse crunch 9) Plank scorpion HALFWAY 10) Tuck and lift 11) Angled in and out 12) Bicycle crunches 13) Side plank dip and twist (L) 14) Side plank dip and twist (R) 15) Roll up clap 16) Crunches 17) Plank hop and jacks YOU’RE DONE 🎉🥳
For people thinking it won’t give good results, keep this in mind- Her workout are more for beginners who aren’t familiar doing specific workouts on their own and as they get more manageable you have to make it harder for yourself by adding weights. You also need to manage your food properly bc the ratio for progress is 20% working out and 80% food. That’s why people say they don’t work. Also, the way our body works is fascinating when it comes to trying to lose weight or build muscle. Our bodies naturally try to store energy in order to survive which comes from food intake. So when we for e our body to adjust to a new pattern (like taking in less calories than usual) our body will first drop pounds like crazy (ever notice in the first week you may lose like 5 pounds?) but then in the second week our body goes “hold up. I don’t like this. You’re trying to take away my energy!” And so our body tries to go into survival mode which converts into us see the scale going up rather than down. (Ever notice in the second week you stayed consistent like the previous week but instead of losing weight you either sustain or gain? Or on a best circumstance lose maybe just a pound instead of five?). That is because our body doesn’t know wtf you’re trying to do. You have to push through that part. Then it becomes more consistent and then one week it will do it again. This can usually happen around week 5. Consistency is key. Also, i’ve watched videos of people saying the videos don’t work. These people either did not follow a proper diet plan, did not intake enough water, or improperly did the workouts. As someone who has lost 15 pounds by doing chloe ting workouts and went down 4 dress sizes, trust me they work!!!
@@leannahsantiago2366 whether your ribs will show or not depends on the person and amount of weight lost, so there’s a chance your ribs will start showing more but not a guarantee. and i’d say working out is good at any age, even 11. but both of y’all shouldn’t worry about appearance too much- focus on feeling healthy instead, and stay safe :)
I swear I’ve been on a diet for like 2 weeks and I’ve lost 4kg but today I’ve gained 1,7kg again and i was about to give up but i saw ur comments and that make me keep going
First off congratulations!! But also you are gunna be an amazing mother if that's honey senpai as your profile. OHSC for life👌(still an amazing mother if its not but im pretty sure it is🤣)
I’ve known her in 2020 and I’ve started to challenge every of her work out program. I exactly change my size from XXL to M. From a 67kg girl to a slim girl with 50kg now. I love chloe ❤️. She changed me a lot. Thank you so much for this free program and I also can’t wait to challenge this new program too.
@@krishnamurthyh171 my first time ever with her program is (1)2020 2 weeks shred challenge. I love this program a lot and I repeat it again and again almost 4 to 5 months because with this, I lose almost 10kg. (2) March 2021 weight Loss challenge, it isn’t a really hard. Because I get used to with this work out well. (3) April 2021 Summer shred challenge. (4) 2021 2 weeks shred challenge. Even though I complete with my program, but when have no new program, I always repeat this 4 programs agin and again. For my food, I never eat like protein shakes or anything. I just eat usual food with my family. But I just maintain calorie in my day. Hope this comment is helpful for u.
1.68cm and 116 kg😔😔 just starting today: Day1: i barely finished, couldnt complete any exercise without a break in the middle, and did a very bad version of each.. Day 2: its amazing what one step would do, the exercises got significally easier, i felt a big diffrence, i feel.good Day3: i'm doing good, its hard still but i got this Day4: i relapsed😔 i ate a lot & didnt do the workout.. Day5: i got back but its getting harder, i now do the exercises better but still feels as if its getting harder Day6: im proud i got this far, it got really easier, and i managed to do some harder exercises rather than always following the low impact. Day7: the exercises feels so much easier now, also i gave up most of the low impact &did it just the way chloe does it, im happy and proud i didnt gave up 🤩🤩 Day8: i've almost gave up the low impact exercises, i feel the burn and sweat , its so hard, but much easier than the begining Day9: its sooo hard, today is not my day, im almost thinking of giving up, but i wont. Day10: i relapsed again.. i ate like a pig last night, stayed awake till dawn, and couldnt move this morning, so i was thinking of quiting but i didnt,i had to drag myself out of bed, and i did the low impact easy version of each exercise.. but still im proud i didnt give up &pushed through Days 11,12,13,14 : i got Covid .. im recovering, but i wll get back after i get healthier
Keep going! Ups and downs, it's ok, it's all part of the journey. You keep me inspired and motivated. I started the program a few days after you and I come here every day to check on your updates to feel less alone in this. It's like having an online workout buddy, lol. So good luck and keep it up. You're amazing.
My 17 year’s old daughter does your workouts and she loves them! She studies a lot and you are making her to take breaks from all this seating❤️ Thank you for all your positivity and happy vibes ❤️
I'am a little older form you daughter and those workouts are like an energy boost for me after sitting glued to the screen or just leaning over my books for a long time :)
Day 1: I’m 5’5 and 307 lbs, I took breaks and pushed myself as hard as I could. I gained weight from school stress and depression, breaking my leg and getting out of a relationship so a lot packed on! I’m very excited to do this and so excited for the new program soon! I’m doing the full 2022 program currently!
I just finished Day1 of the 2022 challenge and I won't lie I had to pause in the middle of this video to rest for a few minutes because I couldn't take it and I kept cheating my way through the exercises! So I took a rest and continued it cleanly as I should've. It made me realize how out of practice I was after not working out for a whole year, but also how sometimes we have to listen to our body. I should've taken a break before starting the video but I wanted to continue since it's what I USED to be able to do. But thanks to that my performance was poorly done, so I suggest we listen to our body when we need a little break and drink lots of water with lemon!!! We got this gang!
Yesss! My first day I did the warm up, HIIT and the cool-down. Totally couldn’t do this. Today, I skipped warm up, got halfway through this video, and peaced out. Now doing the cool down. Get a little better each day, push yourself where you can, know your limits and be patient! Consistency is key 💕
no bc I'm on day 10 and i can already see and FEEL such a big difference!!! my mindset is already better, and my abs are more defined. Thank you so much for this Chloe! started with your workouts in 2020 and I've never been dissapointed
Chloe: “Don’t forget to breathe.” Me: Gasping for air, laying like a toad on hot pavement 😂 (On a serious note, thank you for this program, it’s amazing!)
In October of 2020 a couple months before then I was 200 pounds my first workout video ever was Chloe Ting 2 week shred. I remember taking so many breaks but finishing the video. I was like 170 pounds, feeling insecure as I was working out well today of February 16,2022 I am 125 pounds and I made it through this whole video with no breaks !! Growth and consistency is the key ❤️🥂
My first time with this video, day 14 of 2022 summer shred. I didn't think there was a video that could kill my abs any more than the intense ab video. I was wrong. Was anyone else excited for the plank hops and Jack's at the end? Push through you beautiful people. You got this!!!!
@Jazx407 the changes are subtle. But what I get out of this is feeling stronger, longer endurance, and the exercises getting easier. That is where you know that it is working. The scale and mirror are lies. Since we see ourselves everyday, it's hard to see physical change. Things like how you feel, how hard it is and the way your clothes fit are better indicators of success. The third time I did this was significantly easier than the first. I hope your journey is a huge success and that you pay attention to things other than the scale or mirror. You got this!! ☺️
Here's a diary to motivate you on ❤ Day 1: first training of the year, it was so hard to keep up with the forms! I did take a few pauses to watch Chloe doing the movements, now I'm feeling exhausted and glad I started this challenge! Day 2: if I told you it got any easier from yesterday to today I'd be lying. The only thing different is that now I know the forms a little better Day 3: I'm still super tired (!!!), but now I'm feeling ok with form of the exercises, this is the first progress i wanted to get :D Day 4: today I finally ended the video feeling a bit of life inside of me. That's progress Day 5: I'm not feeling so tired, but that's not the same as "it's easy" lol. Until now, the worst exercises were low boat and side planks. See ya tomorrow! Hey guys, I got covid 🤡 Every single muscle in body hurt like hell on the first days, so I took a resting week while I recovered. My isolation hasn't ended yet, but now I feel confident to come back with the exercises - - - 1 WEEK BREAK - - - Day 6: I took it easy today and didn't push myself, but I felt good and healthy doing the exercises!! I'm honestly grateful for Chloe's videos right now Day 7: today I was a little more intense, but I still don't think I've got to the level I wanna be. Still, it's being a great recovery from covid Day 8: maybe it's because I'm feeling tired, but I didn't push it today. Actually, I had to "force myself" to do the video (best thing anyone can do, we can't stop exercising!), but happy I've done it and most importantly, that I've respected the forms & movements Day 9: for now, tuck & lift and side plank are the hardest exercises. However, the video is getting pretty executable (I'm still in low intensity bc of covid). See ya tomorrow!
Tomorrow I finish this challenge. I have done every work out except for one in the last 2 years of the pandemic. I am 66 years old and lost 17 lbs and 2 " of my waist now at 5'9" 157. Chloe is a hero to me
@@leannahsantiago2366 There are some issues with overweight or feeling uncomfortable in their body at every age. Building up some muscles is great and healthy.
@@leannahsantiago2366 hey seriously I don't know your situation, but I want you to know that humans as a human species, usually have a good later of fat + skin around their ribs. Thing of animals and how much meat we eat on their ribs! 😂 And all they do is eat grass and run around all day. And THEY have rib beef and muscle. I want you just to remember that it's normal, you can't get rid of it without hurting yourself. I'm naturally boney, but even I knew I was underweight when I started clearly seeing my ribcage. I was shaky, weak, and lightheaded all the time. I don't want that for you, know that no matter where you are on weight, muscle, or your progress you want, you're a human being that needs sustenance including some bulk to help you survive. ♥️ Again, don't know what you're going through or what you want, but just felt like I needed to tell you that it's normal and beautiful to have as many layers as your body deems "needed" to live happily ☺️

Oh, it was really hard, but I did it! The main thing is to start. I managed. I completed day 1 of the 56 day challenge. I will write mini-reports in every last workout video. Good luck! :)
Summer 2021 I used to do her exercises everyday and I used to feel so good about wearing high waisted jeans and crop tops. School started back and I stopped finding time to exercise but always to eat something. Now 2022 I’m basically sure everything I did in the summer was naught but I’m sure I can get back to where I was. I still don’t have time but I make sure to do her work outs every Sunday. If I have to opportunity to walk anywhere, I walk. I’m gonna keep trying to get that confidence I had back in summer and dw whoever took the time to read this long paragraph of mine. You’ll get there too
Hey! It's so nice to hear that you want to change again and feel good in your body! It's a long summer, you have time to do whatever you want! Just push forward, don't give up and be persistent. I'm sure you'll get good results again. Remember to eat regularly, drink lots of water and don't falter!! Love you💕💕
The biggest thing with working out is to just keep moving. I have weak ankles because I'm super overweight and lead a primarily sedentary life style. But for when she was doing full planks, I was on my knees doing my best to replicate it. When she was doing unreplicatable ones, I would lay on my back and do a really terrible but effective version of the bycicles. So long as you try and you keep moving, results will come. Keep at it!!!
@@uhgmisbah1317 I definitely started to feel stronger. But at the end of the first week you won’t really see any physical changes. I had to take a break because of personal reasons but when I pick this back up I’ll let you know

I'll take some time to appreciate Chloe here. I have been watching her for 2 years now. I could've progressed more if I didn't stop because of my school. I have seen other trainers too, some are good but not yet well renowned, some are famous. I am not demeaning anybody here. But Chloe is really an honest person. Even when she makes videos about the transformation of people (male/female), she never excluded the ones whose body showed less progress, rather she even gave advices and motivated them. Not many youtubers or trainers do that because they want to attract people. This honesty of Chloe really makes me stay here and here only. I may follow others too but eventually I come to her🤣 If you have insomnia, do Chloe bcz it tires u out so much you may even fall asleep in between the sets😂 Don't get me wrong here. I just mean her schedules are effective and even her warm ups make me sweat! I'm sleeping better bcz of you Chloe. Starting to workout again and trying to get fit and strong first instead of getting slim. Slow and steady wins the race. Love you sweetie.
to anyone reading this remember you are human! its okay to pause the video for a break! you are doing this to be healthy, and the only way to become healthy is by listening to what your body needs. consistency and fueling your body are the most important things! you are all so beautiful and loved, keep being amazing and working hard. happy new years babes
I stopped working out for almost a whole year. I did a lot of Chloe’s challenges before and I totally forgot how hard it was at the very beginning when I had no strength and endurance at all. Now that I’m starting over again I’ve realized just how much stronger I was months ago when I was still doing Chloe’s workouts on a daily basis (of course including breaks). I’m super excited to get back on track!
To anyone who's reading this: You are strong. You are beautiful. You are powerful. Remind yourself that working out is not a punishment for what you ate, but a celebration of what your body can do! I hope you have a fantastic day :))
Thank you so much! I have been trying to get more skinny since I’m a cosplayer and I’m trying to cosplay Gorou (Genshin impact) he is missing a full shirt so I need to show my stomach 😅

i’m literally crying i cannot do planks to save my life 😭 i wanna lose some weight before school opens back up, but idk if i’ll be able to do it 🙁 it’s just way too hard for me. i’m 15 and i’m so out of shape. i have no motivation what so ever i just wanna lay in my bed 24/7. BUTTTTT i’m trying!! and i hope to get my body to the goal i want. i’ve tried doing chloe tings challenges before but i always found myself backing out. this time i’ll actually try! it’s only day one and i feel so good! and i love this comment section it makes me feel a lot better about myself. and chloe if u see this you are such an amazing person & i love ur vibe & energy u give off. ik this comment is so long and like my emotions are scattered everywhere, but i hope you guys can relate to me ❤️
hey! sorry if im disturbing you but i just wanted to say that you are amazing because you are persistent!!! don't cry, this comment section is full of people who can't do planks and that's okay! i can't do them either, but remember: i feel you, we are in this together! just love yourself, drink water and do something that makes you happy. It makes you great that you've decided to change and feel good about yourself! keep being persistent, I love you! 💕💕
BRO SAMEE THE FURTHEST I WENT WAS 7 DAYS THEN I GAVE UP BUT NOW I ONLY GOT ONE MONTH LEFT SO IM TRYING TO STICK TO THISSS OR ELSE MY SUMMER GLOW UP IS JUST OVERR
doing this workout for a month day 1 : struggling with the side plank dip & twist so i just ended up just doing a side plank instead, but im hoping ill be able to do it next time. other than that it felt great! Day 2: I was able to do the side plank dip & twist now!! day 3: I haven't seen any physical changes yet but I can feel them if that makes sense day 4: i think i'm gonna start updating weekly cause i got nothing new to tell u week 2: So i've been doing this for 2 weeks now and I think I've been improving my technique a lot. I've also started losing weight, I've lost 2 kgs already. Although to be completely transparant with you, I'm also on my 2nd week of sugar detox, so maybe the combination of both is what truly made me lose those kgs, and not just this workout. But enough speaking about numbers, I've also seen physical changes. My stomach is flatter and more defined which makes me more excited to keep going.
I love chloe.her page is organized and calming and shes realistic.i also love the fact she does like begginer to. Im recovering a spinal injury and also a surgery so i had my pt and ot tweak some of these stuff she has and i def feel a difference. I just do them to the time she has and i take my time and focus on the concentration of the areas vs reps. Everyone has dif paces.
The only program I enjoy doing and I know for a fact works. For this year.... emphasis on this year, this is my 3rd chloe challenge. I will never quit again. I may take a break and continue but never start over.
Hi !! This is a review since I just finished the WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE 2022 💪🏼🥳 ! I've been doing a lot of Chloe's wrkouts as it helps me physically oc but also mentally. I really enjoyed this one and the new website is just so motivating. Usually I would struggle to finish it but here to check your little "exercise done" and see the % goes up is soooo satisfying. I dont weight myself as I usually take more weight because of muscle gain but I really saw a difference in the abs especially. I also gained glutes like daaaamn BUT i think the glute gain was more of a long term thing. I exercise with bands and ankle weights. Also, i learned to do my first push ups ! So yeah this programm was really something, I felt like it was another level for some videos but also more encouraging for ppl who exercise for the first time (especially the NO JUMPING 20 MIN workout), so go for it ! With other programs I sometimes had this feeling like not having material (weights, bands etc.) was a burden (and not a weight BADUM tssss🥁) but for this one I find the alternatives really good. That is really nice from Chloe to make everything free and to add stuff like personal progression. I think that's why I prefer her workouts on Ytb. I have to say that I probably did not loose weight and you should NOT expect that if you are already in a normal BMI (you can calcultate in on the internet). Muscles weight around twice more than fat so it makes sense. I did lose inches on my waist so yeah, don't take figures too seriously. I didn't change my diet - in fact I ate a lot due to anxiety - but exercising really helped getting the stress aside and eating more than usual didn't stop me from progressing. I also moved some rest days because of my schedule and the only negative point I would make is that you can't really move days on the website but it's easy to get over it. Thank you so much Chloe for this workout and bringing us so much sweat and happiness ! 🥰
just finished the program! In my case I didn't notice much of a difference in my physical appearance, but having said that I didn't make any changes to my diet so that's not so unexpected. I did however, find that more towards the end of the challenge i was a lot stronger and could keep up with chloe much better than before. planning on doing another one of her programs to continue improving. Please don't be disheartened by physical appearance, this program is still definetly worth it. It may take you longer then some to get to your ideal body type but you'll get there eventually with enough hard work.
This exercise completed the 18 days challenge I started and I'm soo happy that I finished it through 😭💃💃. My first challenge I finished successfully ❤️❤️👏👏. I can really see results and I'm glad. I'll keep up with your challenges Chloe, love you❤️❤️
Up until 6 months ago I finally committed and did the challenges you’ve posted and found myself happier and healthier than I’ve ever been. But i fell out of the routine once I started working as a nurse and I found myself back where I started feeling worse about myself. It took awhile but I found the courage to start again and try to think to myself that this may be part of the process to finding myself happy again! Wish me luck and thank you Chloe for the amazing fitness schedule! Hopefully I will be back to where I was before, maybe with even more progress :)
I honestly haven’t properly worked out ever in my life and I was never the most active when I was younger, but I’m going to give this a go starting tomorrow even though I know it will be really difficult for me, everyone’s comments here have given me so much motivation already to just do it! I’m low key terrified but looking forward to the challenge 🥰
@@multiedits44 thanks a lot , I've started to change and limit my diet too . Haven't heard these words from my family or friends since months, thanks for encouragement
@@octagon2760 that is sooo good to hear! it's a good start, so don't quit! i am sure that your family will support you if you tell them that you want to change and that is important for you. 💕💕
Okay today i'm starting this. I nearly fall so many times, and do so much low impact moves. It's hard af. But I'm doing this, I'll keep exercising. Try ur best everyone, we've got this!
i’m so excited. i truly feel myself committing to it this year. by the summer i’m going to be hot AS FUCK. i’ve already been consistently working out for about a month now and i’m getting so inspired to keep going. the past couple of years i kept quitting and couldn’t ever do it because my mental health was so beyond devastating. it’s still not the best but i’m working on bettering myself because i wanna be happy inside and out. i’m gonna stick to this i feel it i know i will :) let’s do this
Day 1: I started today cause I finally feel motivated to workout again and become a better me. School and life in general have been kicking my butt, I want to feel confident and good again. Thanks Chloe for making this so accessible and for making your new website which I really enjoy!
@@Izzx511 I had done this for a month and saw some results but I’m continuing working out and eating well since it takes time to see more visible results. But this has worked so well for me and I really enjoyed working out with her plan. I feel so much better already and have lost fat around my waist and thighs.

My whole life I've been disgusted by my body, and never saw myself as pretty because of it. Always thought about working out but it was "to hard" but this is my 3rd day in a row and I don't feel stressed to do it. Your channel made it really easy to have fun with working out I even go to school and think about how excited I am to come home to work out. I've also struggled with anorexia so I wanted to try to loose weight a healthy way this year. At the start of 2022 I was 135 pounds, and due to my ED I am now 118, but I want to loose it the healthy way for now! So currently, Day 3: 5'2 and 118 pounds.
you’re beautiful no matter what !!! i know that we don’t know each other but i am so proud of you for taking the initiative and trying. you’re going to achieve whatever it is that you want to !!! i’m here if you ever want or need a fitness friend, or just someone to talk to ❤️❤️
Day 1: Even my eyeballs are sweating; I'm currently doing the weight loss 2022 challenge and am at 54.8kg at a height of 171cm. I am a female and am 13 years of age turning 14 in a couple months. Day 3: yesterday I didnt have this vid in workout sooo ya... I still dying-
I'll be doing this workout for a month straight starting from tomorrow!! I gained alot of weight this year but its time for me to wake up and be healthy. I currently weigh 89kg and my goal for now is 84kg. WISH ME LUCK!! Day 1: ✅ As you all may know, the 1st day is always the hardest. I found difficulties doing the side plank pose. YET, I tried my best to complete all exercises. Day 2: ✅ was still a bit hard but ill get used to it. My abs are killing me rn they are indeed feeling the burn hahaha. I still can't figure out how to do the side plank pose. Overall, this day was intense. I feel really good about myself rn. Day 3: ✅ Day4: rest dayyy. I still did some jogging Day5: ✅ ngl I was too lazy to workout but I promised myself that I would change to the better and that I have to be consistent. Sooo I'm getting used to the workouts and I can finally do a side plank pose eventho I can only last 3secs hahaha. Day6 : ❌ I couldn't workout because I was extremely sick Day7:✅❌ yes and no. I'm really exhausted today. I tried to do some exercises but in the middle of the vid I gave up. I'm starting to see changes. My back fat is starting to reduce which is really good. My belly isn't as bloated as it used to be. I'm really happy!! Day 8: ✅ I'm starting to feel better. I did some exercises today eventho I was still feeling sick. I already lost 1kg! I'm on a calorie deficit and these exercises are helping me alot!! Day 9: rest dayyyt Day 10: ✅ done
I used to hate planks, but now I'm glad when they are in workouts. They still challenge me, but also make me feel strong, because I'm finally able to do them without breaks. It's only because of yours workouts. Thank you so much Chloe ❤☺
im on day three of doing the 2022 weightloss challenge, and proud of myself that i even came that far😂😂 xbut im scared to step on the scale bc i know that after doing a workout u dont see changes quickly, i just get sad when i see the same number like before even tho im sweating my head of, anyways if ur reading this, i wish i the best of luck on ur weightloss journey and how ur results will be permanent🥰🥰🥰
I just hit 138 pounds I started at 159 thank you so much Chloe! ❤️ I only started in August of 2021 and I’ve made so much progress to better my life as a whole. You are truly an angel. I only have 15 pounds to go. Thank you! Update: 4/1/22 I hit 127 this morning! 4 to go!
@@The_hyperfixated when I first started I would do Chloe’s schedule on her website for the 21 day weight loss challenge. Now I do the new 2022 weight loss challenge and about 15-30 minutes of yoga a day depending on my soreness level. It’s truly unbelievable how my body and mind has changed over the last couple of months. 😊 Edit: I’m also in a caloric deficit (around 1300 Calories a day)
@@notpinkettttt6226 Being in a calorie deficit is where you are eating below your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). Generally a fully grown woman has a TDEE of around 2000 calories and a man has around 2500 calories. However, your TDEE is dependent on the amount of muscle, fat, age, weight, height, and activity level. Ps. A calorie deficit is normally anywhere from 250-700 calories below your TDEE.
@@isnotabell1203 i’ve always wanted to try it but i was never sure of how to effectively count the calories i eat and the calories i burn. also, what is a TDEE ?? sorry for all of the questions ❤️
These workouts are challenging! Serious body weight work. On day 8 of the 28 day challenge and already getting stronger! Not struggling as I was in Week 1. Must finish. WILL finish!
Update - I fell off the wagon and I today I picked up where I left off. Day 10 is done. My core is actually stronger already! Where I used to s-t-r-u-g-g-l-e and could barely do them, I can now do decent leg raises angle in and outs and plank hops and jacks. Yes! Definitely motivated by the progress. Staying the course this time. Must finish. WILL finish!
DAY 3! I'm 5'7" and 173 lbs, and after literally giving up on my weight because of how much I grew during quarintine (I was literally 5'0" and 119 lbs in January of 2020), I'm ready to be a little more confident in my body (and make it easier for me to do so simple tasks).
I'm planning to have a glow up with her workouts so I've made a playlist of workout vedios that I'll be doing for a month and today is my first day. I don't feel like they're hard or anything I'm enjoying ❣️
that was my first time with this workout and wow i sucked lol could do about 2 of each exercise and I feel it all in my neck. Hopefully I'll see this comment in a few months and my form and fitness will be much better and someday I'll keep up with all the exercises ❤
Day 1 ✅ Day2 ✅ Day3 ✅ Day4 ✅ اليوم الرابع كانت التمارين اسهل من ناحيه التنفيذ لكن حسيت بكل عضله ببطني وانا اسويهم Day5 ✅ Day6 ✅ Day7 ✅ Day8 ✅ Day9 ✅ Day10 ✅ Day11 ✅ Day12 ✅ I'm withdrawing a day or two from exercising because my sleep is confused and I have studies and I'm sick, but I will try to get back to exercising every day Day13 ✅ Day14
Remember that Chloe is a professional, so if you see yourself struggling and not able to do some exercises at her pace, don't take it to heart. Just do your best and give it your all, you might be panting and cursing like a sailor now but over time your muscles will develop. Just keep at it

Movement is such a joy of my life. If nothing else, do it because your brain loves it!
Those people are just hating 🤒
Theyre jealous of her success lol I lost 10 lbs doing her workouts and dieting
It's just hers are a bit more for beginners so advance people obviously are gonna say it doesn't work.

There are 7 videos of 2022 challenge do we continue by one one all 7 for 28 days?

Day3: i'm doing good, its hard still but i got this
Day4: i relapsed😔

Day5: i got back but its getting harder, i now do the exercises better but still feels as if its getting harder
Day6: im proud i got this far, it got really easier, and i managed to do some harder exercises rather than always following the low impact.
Day7: the exercises feels so much easier now, also i gave up most of the low impact &did it just the way chloe does it, im happy and proud i didnt gave up 🤩🤩
Day8: i've almost gave up the low impact exercises, i feel the burn and sweat , its so hard, but much easier than the begining

@@CezzL i did day 1 today barely did every exercise in the right way difficult for beginner as me
I just finished Day1 of the 2022 challenge and I won't lie I had to pause in the middle of this video to rest for a few minutes because I couldn't take it and I kept cheating my way through the exercises!
You did this with only this video??
Motivation:
My first time with this video, day 14 of 2022 summer shred. I didn't think there was a video that could kill my abs any more than the intense ab video. I was wrong. Was anyone else excited for the plank hops and Jack's at the end? Push through you beautiful people. You got this!!!!
How long have you seen changes?
@Jazx407 the changes are subtle. But what I get out of this is feeling stronger, longer endurance, and the exercises getting easier. That is where you know that it is working. The scale and mirror are lies. Since we see ourselves everyday, it's hard to see physical change. Things like how you feel, how hard it is and the way your clothes fit are better indicators of success. The third time I did this was significantly easier than the first. I hope your journey is a huge success and that you pay attention to things other than the scale or mirror. You got this!! ☺️
Here's a diary to motivate you on ❤
Day 1: first training of the year, it was so hard to keep up with the forms! I did take a few pauses to watch Chloe doing the movements, now I'm feeling exhausted and glad I started this challenge!
Day 2: if I told you it got any easier from yesterday to today I'd be lying. The only thing different is that now I know the forms a little better
Day 3: I'm still super tired (!!!), but now I'm feeling ok with form of the exercises, this is the first progress i wanted to get :D
Day 4: today I finally ended the video feeling a bit of life inside of me. That's progress
Day 5: I'm not feeling so tired, but that's not the same as "it's easy" lol. Until now, the worst exercises were low boat and side planks. See ya tomorrow!
Hey guys, I got covid 🤡
Every single muscle in body hurt like hell on the first days, so I took a resting week while I recovered. My isolation hasn't ended yet, but now I feel confident to come back with the exercises
- - - 1 WEEK BREAK - - -
Day 6: I took it easy today and didn't push myself, but I felt good and healthy doing the exercises!! I'm honestly grateful for Chloe's videos right now
Day 7: today I was a little more intense, but I still don't think I've got to the level I wanna be. Still, it's being a great recovery from covid
Day 8: maybe it's because I'm feeling tired, but I didn't push it today. Actually, I had to "force myself" to do the video (best thing anyone can do, we can't stop exercising!), but happy I've done it and most importantly, that I've respected the forms & movements
Day 9: for now, tuck & lift and side plank are the hardest exercises. However, the video is getting pretty executable (I'm still in low intensity bc of covid). See ya tomorrow!
omg congrats

@@leannahsantiago2366 hey seriously I don't know your situation, but I want you to know that humans as a human species, usually have a good later of fat + skin around their ribs. Thing of animals and how much meat we eat on their ribs! 😂 And all they do is eat grass and run around all day. And THEY have rib beef and muscle. I want you just to remember that it's normal, you can't get rid of it without hurting yourself. I'm naturally boney, but even I knew I was underweight when I started clearly seeing my ribcage. I was shaky, weak, and lightheaded all the time. Results?
ну что?
Summer 2021 I used to do her exercises everyday and I used to feel so good about wearing high waisted jeans and crop tops. School started back and I stopped finding time to exercise but always to eat something. Now 2022 I’m basically sure everything I did in the summer was naught but I’m sure I can get back to where I was. I still don’t have time but I make sure to do her work outs every Sunday. If I have to opportunity to walk anywhere, I walk. I’m gonna keep trying to get that confidence I had back in summer and dw whoever took the time to read this long paragraph of mine. You’ll get there too

good job!
Took soooo many breaks during this and skipped a few because I was unable to do it but I’m so proud of myself!!
do u see any results?

So I decided to follow a “ keto “ diet cause when I've done keto before i lost 5 kilos of my weight, so I hope to finish the next two weeks❤️

How have u been doing
I'll take some time to appreciate Chloe here. I have been watching her for 2 years now. I could've progressed more if I didn't stop because of my school.
I have seen other trainers too, some are good but not yet well renowned, some are famous. I am not demeaning anybody here. But Chloe is really an honest person. Even when she makes videos about the transformation of people (male/female), she never excluded the ones whose body showed less progress, rather she even gave advices and motivated them. Not many youtubers or trainers do that because they want to attract people. This honesty of Chloe really makes me stay here and here only. I may follow others too but eventually I come to her🤣
If you have insomnia, do Chloe bcz it tires u out so much you may even fall asleep in between the sets😂
Don't get me wrong here.

Im recovering a spinal injury and also a surgery so i had my pt and ot tweak some of these stuff she has and i def feel a difference. I just do them to the time she has and i take my time and focus on the concentration of the areas vs reps. Everyone has dif paces.

Day 1 for me and this was challenging but I pushed through. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Don't give up! Push through and keep to it!
Girl, is it working?
Thanks for sharing your journey!! This motivated me a lot!!
just finished the program!
I'll keep up with your challenges Chloe, love you❤️❤️
you lost weight?

Up until 6 months ago I finally committed and did the challenges you’ve posted and found myself happier and healthier than I’ve ever been.
Day 3: ✅
Day4: rest dayyy. I still did some jogging
Day5: ✅ ngl I was too lazy to workout but I promised myself that I would change to the better and that I have to be consistent. Sooo I'm getting used to the workouts and I can finally do a side plank pose eventho I can only last 3secs hahaha.
Day6 : ❌ I couldn't workout because I was extremely sick
Day7:✅❌ yes and no.
Day 9: rest dayyyt
Day 10: ✅ done
good luck

*Guys lets do it , no more fat abs in 2022 let's change our self*
Thank you!
Update: 4/1/22
I hit 127 this morning! 4 to go!
Can I ask you how many times do you do the workout in a day? \(*°>°*)/
Edit: I’m also in a caloric deficit (around 1300 Calories a day)
@@isnotabell1203 what exactly is a calorie deficit ???
This wasnt easy but I kept going anyway and now im proud of myself! Just finished day 1 and I am beyond excited for the rest !!!
So proud of you!!! I love the "Must finish. WILL finish!"
DAY 3! I'm 5'7" and 173 lbs, and after literally giving up on my weight because of how much I grew during quarintine (I was literally 5'0" and 119 lbs in January of 2020), I'm ready to be a little more confident in my body (and make it easier for me to do so simple tasks).
Im 5'6 and weigh a little more but you got this trust me it gets easier
❤
I'm planning to have a glow up with her workouts so I've made a playlist of workout vedios that I'll be doing for a month and today is my first day. I don't feel like they're hard or anything I'm enjoying ❣️
