I've been doing Chloe's workouts on and off for a year and 8 months already and I can say she's the reason I got into exercising and fitness. In the first 6-7 months I lost 12 kgs (~26 lb) and I gained so much confidence! Chloe definitely changed my life and motivated me to take better care of myself ❤
I did Chloe Ting's workouts and I managed to lose 13 kg within a year. Then came my cancer diagnosis and I had to halt my fitness journey for 8 months. I gained back all the weight I lost within that time. It's frustrating because I know how much effort put in. Today, I begin my second attempt at getting fit, after 6 months of chemo. This time I hope I'll be consistent. ❤️
U can do this! Even if u feel like giving up sometimes don't give up cause the end result is worth it and we all have days where we just wanna quit but doesn't mean tomorrow we'll still feel like that, keep hope and push through :)
Saw a comment on another one of Chloe's video that was inspiring, "In 2 weeks you'll FEEL a difference. In a month you'll SEE it, & in 2 months you'll HEAR it." KEEP GOING ! YOU GOT THIS Y'ALL
can anyone give me advice? I have been doing these workouts for a month now (it turns out that I completed a marathon twice for 2 weeks) and there is no result. Only endurance and muscle tone, but I need to lose weight ((
@@mofwix9596 keep going! muscle weighs more than fat does, so while you might be burning fat, you won't notice a big change on the scale since you're building muscle.
**motivation facts for you guys to continue exercising** : - you & your body will be thankful for doing this and deciding to make a difference - remember , your core and strength will get better so try your best ! - know that taking longer breaks is not bad ❤️ - i believe in you
Completing this challenge will lose your weight later but it will first answer to all those nights where you cried yourself to sleep, all the times when you looked in the mirror and hated yourself and all the times you felt less of a human being. I owe it to my little self with so much vision and confidence in her eyes. I CAN NOT let her down.
Doing Chloe’s exercise is my way to relax myself as it is so hard that just keeps me focus on my muscle and breathe, that I don’t have to think about the stress and upset from work. Thanks Chloe for not only training my body, but also a positive mindset!
@@aryanayu6324 There is no such side effects but the exercise you do should be challenging to build strength and after some time your body will get used to it and will burn less calories than it used to. I will recommend to try this for 1 month (max.) and then switch to any other workout or challenge.🤗
Nobody will ever read this but I wanted to give my 1-week-in review of this challenge so far (I'm doing the 2021 2 week shred). So far, my overall experience has been really positive. I can feel myself getting stronger, I'm definitely enjoying the sweat and challenging my body, and I love Chloe's positive attitude. My body has been slightly changing. I can't see a visual difference yet, but I am feeling GOOD. I don't weigh myself and I don't consider weight the most important measure of progress, but I can share my measurement progress. After 1 week, I have lost: - 1cm from my belly - 2cm from my hips - 4cm from my waist (!!!) - 1cm each from my arms - 1cm from my left thigh (my right thigh is exactly the same size as before wtf) - 1cm from left calf - 1.5cm from right calf - 1cm from both knees (I have fat knees idk) NOW, I am not saying that Chloe Ting's workouts are creating some kind of miracle, though I feel a lot better and really motivated, and I know if I continue I will keep seeing more and more progress. But I want to stress that this could be due to many factors, which I feel some people get really excited about progress and don't necessarily think about other reasons for change (especially as women omg). So a few things I've considered: 1) When I started the workouts, I was about to start my period and so may have been bloated. 2) Now my period is over, and I got Covid on day 6 and was in bed eating nothing but a tiny bowl of rice porridge for the past 2 days. So I won't have much bloat now and my stomach is essentially empty. 3) I have not only been doing Chloe Ting's program but also dabbling in some other short workouts on the side, so I have done extra on most days (including doing other workouts on "active rest" days as I couldn't leave the house to go for a walk). 4) I have been trying really hard to stick to the program every day, but I did have to lay up for two days due to covid and swap Chloe out for something way lower impact, but I'm hoping to get back on this tomorrow. 5) I haven't really changed my diet all that much, though exercise in general makes me want to eat less so I am eating less naturally, and I am super loving those sweet potato egg cups so I have been scoffing those down every few days. (js, I'm not following a diet plan) Having said all of that, the bloat mentioned in 1) and 2) may account for my tummy loss, but it wouldn't account for my arms and knees being slimmer (lol). So overall, I really think the workouts work. The most important thing is to move your body and concentrate on form, not pushing yourself to smash everything out exactly as fast as Chloe can. I couldn't do many of the exercises to begin with, and some I still can't. Yet I am still getting good results so far. So hang in there and don't be hard on yourself if you feel like you "can't do it" - if you're really struggling, just switch it up for an exercise you *can* do for that rep, to keep your momentum. Unless like you can't breathe or something, then genuinely sit it out, lol I'm hoping everyone has a healthy attitude on their journeys and sticks with their fitness goals. Even if you find this program isn't for you, there are lots of different workouts out there and you can definitely switch it up! Don't give up! Your body is worth putting in the time and effort for it, and you are making progress even when you can't see that magical before and after like all those RUclips thumbnails. Fighting!
Hello Aussie! I would like to thank you a lot for sharing your experience with us, sharing is caring they say! It was very motivating to me and to everyone who have or will read your comment.. i bet it was and will! Tysm for this, and finally someone who has fat knees just like me!! (No offense, didn’t mean to be rude) So glad this is a workout that help lose knee fat!!
To anyone who reading this. "I'm proud of you." Let's go girls! Edit: Hi everyone! Just want to update and share my journey w/ this challenge. Guys, I FAILED, . . I failed to get abs in 2 weeks.😂 BUT, the good thing is that I still loss some of my weight. I am now in 48kg. 🙏🎉 Goodbye 53kg!
Honestly I look foward to working out every single day because I'm seeing how my body is transforming and becoming how I want it to be, even tho I feel like giving up on the exercises sometimes I always go until the end and wow it makes me proud of myself every single time!

Me 1 year ago: I can’t possibly do this 10 min ab workout without a million breaks Me now: yeah let’s go this is gonna be great!!🎉 Whoever is reading this, know that no matter where you are in your journey you are doing great and things get better and better every day. Stay strong ❤️
So true I'm in the same position I've started a year ago and i couldn't get pass one workout with out an hours of rest now i do it without any break , I've lost all the overweight that I had back and now I'm working to reach my ideal weight , it gets easy every time you do it , so don't ever give up
I do her work outs almost 6 weeks. I'll finish her 2021 two weeks shred challenge tomorrow and this comment is sooo true. I tought that my body didnt change but 2 days ago i was at a birthday party and everyone that saw me said that i seem like a totally new person. Never get upset and never give up you will change
To all of those doing every alternative exercise and resting every 10 seconds: Don't be self-critical! The fact that you're still pushing through despite the pain speaks louder than the multiple rests you take. Keep going! ❤️
To anyone doing the new two week shred: YOU GOT THIS! We got this! I’m on Day 5 & it’s been helping my depression a lot. (Obviously it’s no substitute for therapy/medicine/etc, but it’s a good thing to incorporate fitness) Also, the physical changes are big already for me & I’m loving it.

Good job to everyone doing this! And I wish you the very best of luck Also results: This is my second Chloe Ting Challenge anyways, I'm down about 4 pounds after challenge one. Although before Chloe Ting I had already lost about twelve pounds. So here are results of this shred. I'll probably update every few days while I'm doing this. Day One: 132 lbs Day Three: 131.4 lb Day Six: 131.2 I had to take a break due to being in the hospital so day 1 of restarting challenge: 132.9 Day Two: 131.2 I think I lost water weight or something, because that’s a really big jump between the days. Day Nine: 129.8 Day Thirteen (?): 129.7 Day idk but it’s been like three weeks: 127.4 I had a stomach bug and dropped from 128.8 to this pretty much over night. So it’s been a while. Like two months. And since then I hit like 125 and stopped trying to necessarily lose weight. And I’ve been there for a while.
@@dadamiian I just became much more active in general plus I stopped eating as much crap. But I was having to do exercises for most of my activities like planks (30 secs - 1 minute), sit ups, push ups, and squats. And I’m sure I did other stuff I just can’t think of off the top of my head
I’m so proud of myself- the first 3 times I tried the 2 week shred challenge I could only make it too day 5-7. After the 3rd time of trying, I kinda just laid off the working out and forgot abt it, but now after 3-4 months of not doing it, I’m back and I’m on day 10!!!

I started with Chloes workouts about a year ago and was able to do so many exercises that I could never do before since Chloe ting literally hits every muscle group!! I had open heart surgery in October 2021 and the only way that I could have sit up on my own was because of the Chloe Ting stomach exercises LOL!! I did her exercises all the way up into the day of my surgery!!! It has been 13 weeks Post open heart surgery and I am back again working out to Chloe Tings exercises!!! There are some that have to modify but I am working my way back amen!!!!! thank you Chloe!!!!

Even if it's been only 5 days, I'm feeling soooo much better and proud to be trying to change my life !
Definitely don't give up guys!! I'm doing the 2 week shred challenge. Day 1, I was barely able to get though each workout without taking like 15 breaks each workout. Day 3, all workouts without a break (besides the unskippable ads between videos). I can feel myself getting stronger and I can see it to. I haven't worked out in years. Doing this workout for 2 weeks as a teen! Day 1: I REALLY felt the burn. I did almost every alternative exercise and was drained after. I felt like quitting, but I persevered. No change in body, but dealt accomplished Day 2: I pushed myself a little more and tried to not do as many alt exercises and was proud of myself but no change.(didn’t expect any) Day 3: Rest day because THEY ARE IMPORTANT! Day 4: I found most exercises easier than before! I only did one alt exercise and my tummy feels a lot firmer than before and my waist has shrunk a little Day 5: I felt the burn today because I had eaten a lot prior to the workout (oops) but my waist looks even more smaller and I’m starting to like what i see in the mirror! My main priority now is flattening my tummy Day 6: finished the workout and noticed I lost some face fat! Day 7: my face looks way slimmer and my double chin is disappearing Day 8: My stomach is a little more flat than before but it still sticks out

As in not fucking up your back? I can't for the life of me get my abs to work so my back doesn't hurt 😭 I end up quitting this workout bc ik I've gotta be doing something wrong and I don't wanna get hurt
@@lanza3861 Your back hurts because it's in an arch position. Move your leg position. For example, lift them higher in the air, or dont drop them down so low when you are doing exercises on your back. If it's hurting doing planks, lift your butt up higher, your abs aren't strong enough yet. I'm a physical therapist assistant, so please try that.
I'm so glad I disovered this workout, been doing it for a few days and defintely noticing some improvement and tone then before I started. Just a reminder: don’t feel like you have to do all the workout videos back-to-back if one day has multiple videos. You can always split them and do one or two in the morning, and then do two later on in the day. Basically do them however or whenever you want. As long you’re moving somehow and exercising in some way, you’re doing great. I have faith in ya’ll. We got this!
I love that Chloe teaches you mind muscle connection. It prevents us from injuries but it also makes the workout feel like you control your body rather than the movements killing you.
Okay gonna update my results. Day 1-done. Day 2-done. Day 3-done. Day 4-it was a rest day but I still did so ,done! Day 5-done. Day 6-done Day 7-done Day 8-done Day 9-done Day 10-done Day 11-rest day Day 12-done Day 13-done Day 14-done So my results are I reduced around 2 inches of my stomach,I didn't weighted myself so I don't know how much I reduced overall, but I can definetly see definition in my chest and back area as it's more toned now.Give it a try everyone, yeah it's difficult but that's how its should be challenging guys. This made me really happy 💜✨ I’m slowly getting stronger and I’m really happy with the results I’m very slowly getting. I lost weight in my back first tho so could that be because my diet isn’t working well? I’m starting a better one on Tuesday because school is back and I always pack a really healthy lunch for some reason (maybe bc I’m embarrassed or bc I’m on a tight schedule) so sorry I’m rambling but since you have been working out for a bit could I have some advice? 💜✨✨
@@STELLASASMR449 Hi! My advice would be to make sure that you don't workout too much. Without taking rest days you might actually find that you are getting weaker because your muscles don't have time to rebuild. Also make sure that you are eating in moderation. It's okay to have a sweet treat every once in a while! Another thing might be to switch out different workouts so that you get some variety. So some days you might go for a run and others you might do exercises like these. Other than that just trust in the process and you will get your results!
I hope people understand that "taking a million breaks" when you start doing the workout isn't a bad thing. What matters is that you do it at your pace and when it gets too easy, pick up by reducing the number of breaks or incresing the time/repetition. You aren't expected to excell at a workout without trying it out many times. Taking breaks is completely fine, just remember to continue the workout! Fighting everyone, you got this ❤

I've got a long way to go, but you've helped me develop a good habit of staying active, and I now love working out! Whenever I feel bad, stressed and anxious, I resort to your workouts to feel better. You've helped me find my escape. Seriously, thank you!❤️
hey i’m 14 and am currently trying to loose 20lbs to be happier and more confident how long would i have to do these work out and would i have to be 100% committed??? and tysm this is def the best motivation!
@@charlottefoley1368 Summary of this text can be found at the bottom! Yo! It's nice that you're trying to make a change! :) I am speaking off of experience, but I'd recommend starting with one of Chloe Ting's weight loss programs, staying consistent AND committed, and finishing the program completely (whether it's 14 days long, or 28). I skipped maybe 7-10 days in total during each of her programs, but that doesn't matter at all, as I still managed to get back on track. To stay this consistent with a good routine, you do have to be committed. You can also make compromises with yourself. Let's say I'm sick, or for some reason am not able to put all my effort into the workout. In that case, I'd complete half of the workouts in the program, and push myself as hard as possible. That way, you can still stay consistent! It's all about not giving up. To lose weight, I recommend eating healthier. Simply by cutting off some calories (eating healthier alternatives to foods), you can lose weight over time, even without exercise! But keep in mind that it is optimal to eat less calories AND exercise, for the best results. TL;DR: Start with any weight loss program. Work on doing your best, staying committed and finishing the whole program (before moving on to harder ones). Do not push yourself PAST your limit, but do your best at all times (that's always enough!!). If you want to lose weight over time, eat healthier, daily and in general. To answer your 2 questions shortly: You have to do the workouts for as long as they're recommended. Let's say you're doing a workout program, then you should always finish the whole thing. And do you really have to be 100% committed? Kind of. You do not have to focus on working out only, as even doing it just 3 times a week will do a lot for your body, but always do your best when working out! You're meant to sweat, especially in workouts intended for weight loss! I wish you the best of luck!!😊
Definitely gonna try this, I came into 2021 summer holidays feeling so committed to finishing a full Chloe Ting challenge without any bumpy rides since I had completed 2 or 3 before... I was very wrong. I stopped one week after out of the four weeks in the schedule, and kept procrastinating saying I'll get right back on track. Weeks later, I'm picking up where I left off knowing that mistakes help me learn and no progress is linear. Don't give up guys, you can do it. If you screw up, take a break and try again. We can do this together! 💜💕✨

2 years ago I’ve worked out with Chloe and lost 30 kg in 1 year. Afterwards I stopped working out but continued with unhealthy eating habits - I felt guilty when eating and would barely eat 500 calories per day (if lucky). Now, I’ve gained 20 kilograms back and this time I’m working out while properly eating - to lose a bit weight, but mostly to look and feel healthy, to be strong and to go back to being proud about myself! I felt amazing after every workout and today is day5 of her 2022 weight loss challenge and I must say - I feel greater every day :) Keep it up guys, the workouts work if you do!

Not really sad that I didn't lose any weight because it doesn't matter that much (it still does some days when Miss self-hate comes knocking on the door) but not really because I've been on my weight loss journey for 6 months now and have lost 10 kgs (around 20 pounds) and I'm proud of myself. Still not where I want to reach but not a reason to stop. I'll just push myself harder. To people who are already into their journey, KEEP GOING. To you who have just started, DON'T QUIT YOU'LL GET USED TO IT. To them who want to start, JUST DO IT AND JOIN YOUR COMRADES IN HELL. ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ P.S. Your butt will hurt during this program.
I think you just became a lot more toned and converted everything to muscle so weight is still there but now there is muscle definition and hence you lost inches I love that Even I want to achieve that
When I get done a day of working out and I feel like I am seeing changes happening, it makes me feel so proud of myself and wants me to keep going! You can do it guys!!!

i speak on behalf of everyone here, we love you, we hear you, and we are so thankful for all the hard work youve done. ive been following along with you for over a year now and you have brought me nothing but inspiration and joy. i hope you dont leave youtube completely, but mental health is important and everyone needs a break every now and then. people hold high expectations for you but only because you have shown how strong you are. no matter your next move, you are an inspiration for so many
Right now I feel like giving up on this challenge but its a new year and I really wanna start working out again it made me super sad when I stopped...plus since I've already done the 2020 one im sure I can complete this one with a little persevering ps- its okay to take a break during a workout if you need it!! Update- its day three its getting better though today im really sore and everything hurts lol its a challenge but my mental health is already getting better. Second update- It is...DAY NINE, im pushing through it each day is either easier or harder it really just depends tomorrow is a rest day tho and I refuse to give up im so proud of myself for continuing through this challenge even tho its hard YOU GOT THIS!!! Third update- Its...DAY FRICKEN THIRTEEN so proud of myself I cannot believe I actually made it this far but so happy and am ready to finish this!!
I REALLY appreciate that each exercise is short before changing to the next exercise. Keeps me from just collapsing and getting discouraged. Short periods of time and lots of variety are perfect. Thank you!!
Okay, enough is enough. This is the third time I've "resolved" to exercise and lose weight, since 2020. The third time I've come back to Chloe's videos. And this time I plan to stay, because apparently all it takes for me to get motivated is an eating disorder and steadily worsening body dysmorphia. Nice. Anyway here we go Height: 158 cm/5'2" ish SW: 81.8 kg GW 1: 75 kg GW 2: 70 kg GW 3: 65 kg GW 4: 60 kg GW 5: 55 kg UGW: 52 kg It's a long shot but I'm willing to put in the work this time. Day 1: I lost a bit of water weight today, I'm at 80.75 kg now. I wasn't able to do all the exercises but I replaced them with ones I could do. Also I had to take a few extra seconds' breather between the exercises because I have breathing issues. Day 2: Done. 80.15 kg. I'm on my period and have cramps so had to stop at the 8 minute or so mark. Still happy I did something, also I'm doing one of her arm workouts too. Day 3: not done cuz cramps. I did arm workouts though. 80.2 kg. Day 4: I did a different less intensive workout today, I'll continue this tomorrow or the day after depending on my cramps lol. 80.1 kg. Day 5: Done+a couple of other workouts too. 80.05 kg. Day 6: Done. I worked out a lot more today, almost an hour or so because I had a lot of junk food yesterday (it's winter, I'm a Bengali, pithes are a must lol, and also I'm on my period so ice cream hehe) and I kid you not, the exercises are way easier now. I'm doing another of her arm workouts and I could go through with each set without feeling tired or pained! I'm at 80.5 ish today, probably just water weight tho. Overall I've gone down around 1.8 kg in under a week so that's progress Day 12 (I think): I wasn't able to do this for a week because I've had like 8 papers to submit and I got vaccinated and someone in my family passed away, but I'm starting again today :)
hey there ! let me tell you i'm starting with you the 2 weeks shred and been struggling with an eating disorder as well, i'll try to keep you updated, hope we make it this time loki stan :))
tuck in legs - 30 flutter kicks - 30 rest - 10 plank leg raise - 30 7 draw plank - 30 rest - 10 reverse crunch drop - 30 leg circles - 30 rest - 10 plank with hip dip - 30 bunny hop - 30 (middle and sides jump) rest - 10 upper body crunch, in and out - 30 roll up toe tap alternate - 30 rest - 10 side plank crunch dip - 30 + 30 rest - 10 sprinter sit up - 30, get up and touch elbow to opposite knee contra lateral plank - 30 , get alternate hand and knee up from elbow plank rest - 10 bicycle crunch - 30 90-90 crunch with pulses -30

@@anamikashom2263 for people who have been doing her workouts for so long that they aren't difficult anymore, this workout is great because its that hard
i followed this routine for about a month (not on a daily basis) and it really helped me get rid the fat in my abdominal area (waist and belly mostly) .

Doing Chloe’s exercise is my way to relax myself as it is so hard that just keeps me focus on my muscle and breathe, that I don’t have to think about the stress and upset from work. Thanks Chloe for not only training my body, but also a positive mindset!
Can we do this challenge everyday for 6 months? Does it have side effect if i do it more than 2 weeks?
@@aryanayu6324 There is no such side effects but the exercise you do should be challenging to build strength and after some time your body will get used to it and will burn less calories than it used to.
I will recommend to try this for 1 month (max.) and then switch to any other workout or challenge.🤗
Now, working out feels like self -caring.🥳
same!! it’s my only distraction from semester starting next week
@@jada1373 true
Nobody will ever read this but I wanted to give my 1-week-in review of this challenge so far (I'm doing the 2021 2 week shred).
So far, my overall experience has been really positive. I can feel myself getting stronger, I'm definitely enjoying the sweat and challenging my body, and I love Chloe's positive attitude.
My body has been slightly changing. I can't see a visual difference yet, but I am feeling GOOD. I don't weigh myself and I don't consider weight the most important measure of progress, but I can share my measurement progress.
After 1 week, I have lost:
- 1cm from my belly
- 2cm from my hips
- 4cm from my waist (!!!)
- 1cm each from my arms
- 1cm from my left thigh (my right thigh is exactly the same size as before wtf)
- 1cm from left calf
- 1.5cm from right calf
- 1cm from both knees (I have fat knees idk)
NOW, I am not saying that Chloe Ting's workouts are creating some kind of miracle, though I feel a lot better and really motivated, and I know if I continue I will keep seeing more and more progress. But I want to stress that this could be due to many factors, which I feel some people get really excited about progress and don't necessarily think about other reasons for change (especially as women omg).
So a few things I've considered:
1) When I started the workouts, I was about to start my period and so may have been bloated.
(js, I'm not following a diet plan)
Having said all of that, the bloat mentioned in 1) and 2) may account for my tummy loss, but it wouldn't account for my arms and knees being slimmer (lol).
Unless like you can't breathe or something, then genuinely sit it out, lol
I'm hoping everyone has a healthy attitude on their journeys and sticks with their fitness goals. Even if you find this program isn't for you, there are lots of different workouts out there and you can definitely switch it up! Don't give up! Your body is worth putting in the time and effort for it, and you are making progress even when you can't see that magical before and after like all those RUclips thumbnails. Fighting!
Wooow 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🏆

This is my second Chloe Ting Challenge anyways, I'm down about 4 pounds after challenge one. Although before Chloe Ting I had already lost about twelve pounds. So here are results of this shred. I'll probably update every few days while I'm doing this.
Day One: 132 lbs
Day Three: 131.4 lb
Day Six: 131.2
I had to take a break due to being in the hospital so day 1 of restarting challenge: 132.9
Day Two: 131.2
I think I lost water weight or something, because that’s a really big jump between the days.
Day Nine: 129.8
Day Thirteen (?): 129.7
Day idk but it’s been like three weeks: 127.4
I had a stomach bug and dropped from 128.8 to this pretty much over night.

It's my fifth day thought Weight loss challenge and I'm already proud of myself , for keeping going for 5 days 😭 so for those who are at the same point , keep going ! You will see a difference and being able to complete one workout is the best motivation you can get ! Not only for workout but for your life !
Don't give up, you do NOT want to start all over again!
Hey, is it now? Did it get better after 8 days?
@@bluecake3146 It's definitely a lot easier for me personally. Everyone is different though. I barely struggle now and that makes me beyond happy.

Doing this workout for 2 weeks as a teen!
Day 1: I REALLY felt the burn. I did almost every alternative exercise and was drained after. I felt like quitting, but I persevered. No change in body, but dealt accomplished
Day 2: I pushed myself a little more and tried to not do as many alt exercises and was proud of myself but no change.(didn’t expect any)
Day 3: Rest day because THEY ARE IMPORTANT!
Day 4: I found most exercises easier than before! I only did one alt exercise and my tummy feels a lot firmer than before and my waist has shrunk a little
Day 5: I felt the burn today because I had eaten a lot prior to the workout (oops) but my waist looks even more smaller and I’m starting to like what i see in the mirror! My main priority now is flattening my tummy
Day 6: finished the workout and noticed I lost some face fat!
Day 7: my face looks way slimmer and my double chin is disappearing

Fighting everyone, you got this ❤
Thanks for that!

hey i’m 14 and am currently trying to loose 20lbs to be happier and more confident how long would i have to do these work out and would i have to be 100% committed??? and tysm this is def the best motivation!
To answer your 2 questions shortly:
You have to do the workouts for as long as they're recommended.
Wow ,when I was 11 years old my weight is 59kg and hight is 156cm 😫but now I'm 12 years old now my weight is 50kg and hight 165 cm 🤗
Same ima do it with you text you after I do it
@just chill good luck, let's do this together! 💖
Can we do this challenge everyday for 6 months? Does it have side effect if i do it more than 2 weeks?
@@aryanayu6324 as long as you have proper rest (like how Chloe has us rest for a day) and stretching after, your body won’t have bad side effects
Remember; it's better to have like a, 4 month break than to completely give up :)

I didn't lose any weight at all and maybe it's because I found it easier than the first two 2-week shred challenges. But I gotta say I lost an inch everywhere (dunno how that works). I lost an inch around both my arms, my thighs, around my obliques, from my midsection and my lower belly. Not really sad that I didn't lose any weight because it doesn't matter that much (it still does some days when Miss self-hate comes knocking on the door) but not really because I've been on my weight loss journey for 6 months now and have lost 10 kgs (around 20 pounds) and I'm proud of myself. My abs: do you get Deja vu???
Okay, enough is enough. This is the third time I've "resolved" to exercise and lose weight, since 2020. The third time I've come back to Chloe's videos. And this time I plan to stay, because apparently all it takes for me to get motivated is an eating disorder and steadily worsening body dysmorphia. Nice. Anyway here we go
Height: 158 cm/5'2" ish
SW: 81.8 kg
GW 1: 75 kg
GW 2: 70 kg
GW 3: 65 kg
GW 4: 60 kg
GW 5: 55 kg
UGW: 52 kg
It's a long shot but I'm willing to put in the work this time.
Overall I've gone down around 1.8 kg in under a week so that's progress
Day 12 (I think): I wasn't able to do this for a week because I've had like 8 papers to submit and I got vaccinated and someone in my family passed away, but I'm starting again today :)
@Brianna's School Videos thank you so much!!!! I'm so glad you're feeling slightly better!!❤️❤️
hey there ! let me tell you i'm starting with you the 2 weeks shred and been struggling with an eating disorder as well, i'll try to keep you updated, hope we make it this time loki stan :))

For whoever thinks that they have no more challenge coming with Chloe Ting, this one is a must. You are amazingly creating, Chloe. Many thanks.

кстати отличной тренировки!
рашн пипл тут урааа
Ахах да
i followed this routine for about a month (not on a daily basis) and it really helped me get rid the fat in my abdominal area (waist and belly mostly) .
