Hey can you please explain how the 2week challenge works like do we have to do the same video for 2weeks or a different video everyday and also how many videos should I do in a day?
I used to follow Chloe's workout routines everyday without fault before I fell prey to Covid 19 and took damage to my lungs and stamina. I was having difficulty in walking even and felt out of breath. But after 1 month of failed recovery attempts, I came back here and slowly, gradually started following her programmes which over time helped me gain back my lung capacity and my stamina along with the added benefits of weight loss. I love you so much Chloe for walking with me through the hardest time of my life. Keep going Chloe and keep going everyone 😘🥰😇

I've had 3 failed attempts at her programs. Yesterday I started again and i'll be on day 3/21when i wake up. I will not give up this time. I'm tired of being insecure and unhappy with my body since i could remember. It all changes now. Thank you so much Chloe.

Chlo is literally one of the biggest reasons so many people are getting healthier during quarantine she is amazing! I know that's how I got back in shape after a long break
I finished the 2020 intense core challenge. What I have to say is that the feeling I get every morning when I wake up. I feel my belly or stomach area get flatter or smaller than the previous day and that has always pushed me to go thru with this workout. And thank you Chloe so much for such amazing workouts which are FREE. I will for sure continue doing more workouts going forward. Results: lost around 4 to 5 inches around my belly. Also lost around 3 to 4 kg.
I am 15 and was overweight. During the lockdown I decided that I need to get the body of my dream and it's all because of u Chloe who is helping so many people in achieving their goals. Yall... I've got fibromyalgia and arthritis... I'm not exactly "in shape", but I'm quite active at work. All I want is results like these, but it's so difficult 😭 but I still enjoy watching these transformation videos to give myself hope. I actually tried to do this challenge but i didn't finish it i just did it for 10 days and i have seen small results but i was so happy because i lose 1 kg and i felt so confident now i will start the New challenge of her . I love u Chloe because u're helping a lot of people 😍😍😍
I had to stop after day 5 because I had an inflammatory lung issue that kept my activity to a minimum, even after antibiotics and steroids. I haven't touched it since July. XD
Everyone always focusses on their waists but to me, it looks so nice when everyone's arms and posture look so much more toned! Sometimes that can make your waist look smaller too because they balance out your figure! So even if you don't see the measuring tape go down on your waist remember in general you look and feel more healthy!
I truly love the fact that chloe picks the most realistic results, its something I truly appreciate. It shows everyone that progress is different for each person and that not everyone will get super amazing results in 2 weeks!!
Chloe Ting and this community have honestly been one of the most positive and empowering communities in fitness. I used to hate working out (only did it because I played sports) but now this is the highlight of my day! It has been extremely useful too since I spend most of my time studying on a computer, this was a motivating factor and reminder for me to find ways to stay active despite social distancing. Tbh, I forgot to take my measurements before the challenge begin, but it doesn't matter because I definitely feel stronger and healthier now than before I started.
For anyone that needs to hear it - your worth is not defined by the number on the scale. You are valuable. For me, the best part of these workouts have been feeling stronger, more comfortable in my skin, more energetic, and finally finding a supportive community to keep pushing me. As a very short(5’1) female and a minor I used to be very overweight (160lbs) YES THAT MUCH and I’ve been doing Chloe Tings programs for about 7months I believe so and I lost 35lbs! I now weight 125lbs! But all I wanted to say it thank you Chloe you really have changed my life and not only me but my mom aswell but anyone who is doing Chloe Ting’s program I BELIEVE IN YOU DONT GIVE UP YOU ARE DOING GREAT!!❤️

I couldn't get into my school uniform, I got fatter, and that made me sad, but not sad enough to make me wanna exercise, but watching these videos motivate me, ALOT to start working out, this is my second day, I already did 3 workout videos and I still want to workout more.
I'm too shy to make a results video, but I've been working out for 7 months now and after the first month I started following your programs. I completed 2019 and 2020 2 weeks shred, 2020 Summer shred, 2019 and 2020 hourglass programs, get fit challenge and now I'm on the day 10 of the 2020 get peachy challenge. Hey chloe, I had a baby 10 months ago and before I was pregnant I was 155 pounds and after I had her I was about 280. I had put on soo much weight with covid, depression and living out in the country with no where to go really. I had started doing different programs from your channel and have gone down to 210 and still going down! It's helped my mental and emotional state. I look forward every morning to doing them. Thank you for being soo inspiring and supportive in your videos. My goal is to get back down to 160 to start. Also I'm loving your get peachy challenge. I even incorporate one of your fat burning videos before the booty program to really get my heart going. Everyone can do it. Trust me. It will change your life

I missed two days of the work outs, was just about to enter day 4 before I slumped back. But his video gave me the motivation I need. It doesn't matter how much you miss your workouts, the most important thing is taking it at your own pace and not giving up. Thank you, Chloe. I hopefully will share my results soon!

I love that Chloe makes videos that are suitable for beginners as well as advanced people. This is by far the most difficult challenge when making fitness workouts videos. I experienced it on my own channel, that some people found my exercises way too hard and others too easy. The idea to always show a modified version for the difficult exercises is brilliant. Watching the result videos really helped me to keep going, because more often than not I really wanted to give up less than half way through a challenge, because I thought I'd never get better. But seeing someone else struggle and still finish strong really motivated me. So thank you Chloe for making these videos and thank you to everyone who shared their journey. I did the 2 week challenge &’ i didn’t get abs but I did notice that my stomach had gotten flat , I’m so proud of myself cz I’ve always wanted to wear crop tops &’ now that I’m wearing them I feel confident! , I love you Chloe ! 🥺 I will still continue to work out tho cz I still want them abs haha 🥰
@@aliendip when I started doin the Chloe workout I started eating healthy, I made myself some meal preps then at night when I’m about to go to sleep I do the Chloe workouts &’ I drink warm water with lemon or lime &’ I go to sleep . I hope this helped ! Keep trying I believe in you 💞

Hi Chloe, I doubt you'll ever see this but just want to thank you for making such great workout programs for people who have absolutely no idea where to start. I just finished your 28 day flat stomach challenge and have never felt better or stronger. It was never about losing weight for me but gaining strength, I spent 3 months in a wheelchair due to a autoimmune disease that attacked my nerves and muscles from hips down so suffice it to day that when I started this challenge I had absolutely no body strength to the point that my legs just randomly collapsed under me due to muscle weakness. Your program kicked my butt, but it also gave me back my trust in my body that I'd lost and the self consciousness of worrying I'd randomly fall down in public so thank you so much.
Confession: I took a rest day after day 2 and came back for day 3. I was able to keep going and felt much better. It also took a week to get the breathing correct. But my double chin is almost gone and my cheeks are more thin. Gonna keep trying to do the channel! Thanks for the tips in this video Chloe!
Ive completed day 2. Which im proud of... ive honestly tried this programme like 4 times and couldnt motivate myself to even finish day one. Ive had 2 extreamly productive mornings and set the tone for the day and helped me sooo so much with my eating, because these workouts are no joke and im not about to mess it up and undo the hard work for 2 minutes of eating a bar of choclate. can i just say that i love how you don't call out someone's form on a particular exercise, especially those who are new to your workouts/new to fitness. coz that has been my issue for the longest time. i feel so discouraged every time someone judges me on how i can't do a "proper" plank but no matter how hard i try not to stick my butt out, i just can't. i've tried different variations but it didn't help me. now, i can do a "proper" plank but it took me almost 3 months to perfect the form. i hate it when people think you're not trying just because you can't exercise "properly." but isn't it the very reason why we workout --- to move and be active? form can be learned, but it does take time. so for this, i appreciate you, chloe! i love you. thank you for encouraging me to be healthier and more active. 💗💗

I lost 3 inch in my waist doing this 2 week shred! 😊 I didn’t change my diet but I probably should have because I only lost like 3 lbs I do feel a lot stronger after the 2 weeks and fit into my clothes a lot better 👌👌 all around so worth it and I’m currently doing the peachy challenge 🍑🍑

I have never done any of her programs and I chose 2020 shred challenge as my first, and SWEET BABY JESUS. I WAS DYING first 3 days, but I still went for a walk, a very long walk at lunch. I was so fucking sore, til I did the full stretch cool-down video (Yes I did them first two days, but of how exhausted I was, I stopped half way) and I felt sooo much better, no longer sore, and my back no longer hurts. Today is my 4th day, REST DAY. and I feel AMAZING, even on my shark week.. started yesterday. I'll still be busy though, Laundry day, 2 flights of stairs for next few hours.

I actually tried to do this challenge but i didn't finish it i just did it for 10 days and i have seen small results but i was so happy because i lose 1 kg and i felt so confident now i will start the New challenge of her . I love u Chloe because u're helping a lot of people 😍😍😍
I had to stop after day 5 because I had an inflammatory lung issue that kept my activity to a minimum, even after antibiotics and steroids. I haven't touched it since July. XD
Everyone always focusses on their waists but to me, it looks so nice when everyone's arms and posture look so much more toned! Sometimes that can make your waist look smaller too because they balance out your figure! So even if you don't see the measuring tape go down on your waist remember in general you look and feel more healthy!

Chloe Ting and this community have honestly been one of the most positive and empowering communities in fitness. I used to hate working out (only did it because I played sports) but now this is the highlight of my day! It has been extremely useful too since I spend most of my time studying on a computer, this was a motivating factor and reminder for me to find ways to stay active despite social distancing.
Tbh, I forgot to take my measurements before the challenge begin, but it doesn't matter because I definitely feel stronger and healthier now than before I started.
For anyone that needs to hear it - your worth is not defined by the number on the scale. You are valuable. For me, the best part of these workouts have been feeling stronger, more comfortable in my skin, more energetic, and finally finding a supportive community to keep pushing me. Thanks so much for all you do, Chloe!

Hey chloe, I had a baby 10 months ago and before I was pregnant I was 155 pounds and after I had her I was about 280. I had put on soo much weight with covid, depression and living out in the country with no where to go really. I had started doing different programs from your channel and have gone down to 210 and still going down! It's helped my mental and emotional state. I look forward every morning to doing them. Thank you for being soo inspiring and supportive in your videos. My goal is to get back down to 160 to start. Also I'm loving your get peachy challenge. I even incorporate one of your fat burning videos before the booty program to really get my heart going. Everyone can do it. Trust me. It will change your life

I missed two days of the work outs, was just about to enter day 4 before I slumped back. But his video gave me the motivation I need. I love that Chloe makes videos that are suitable for beginners as well as advanced people. This is by far the most difficult challenge when making fitness workouts videos. I experienced it on my own channel, that some people found my exercises way too hard and others too easy. The idea to always show a modified version for the difficult exercises is brilliant. Watching the result videos really helped me to keep going, because more often than not I really wanted to give up less than half way through a challenge, because I thought I'd never get better. Hi Chloe, I doubt you'll ever see this but just want to thank you for making such great workout programs for people who have absolutely no idea where to start. I just finished your 28 day flat stomach challenge and have never felt better or stronger. It was never about losing weight for me but gaining strength, I spent 3 months in a wheelchair due to a autoimmune disease that attacked my nerves and muscles from hips down so suffice it to day that when I started this challenge I had absolutely no body strength to the point that my legs just randomly collapsed under me due to muscle weakness. Your program kicked my butt, but it also gave me back my trust in my body that I'd lost and the self consciousness of worrying I'd randomly fall down in public so thank you so much.
I love how everyone is so positive and supportive. These ladies are all beautiful and giving me the motivation to exercise again 😍

Confession: I took a rest day after day 2 and came back for day 3. I was able to keep going and felt much better. It also took a week to get the breathing correct. Ive completed day 2. Which im proud of... ive honestly tried this programme like 4 times and couldnt motivate myself to even finish day one. Ive had 2 extreamly productive mornings and set the tone for the day and helped me sooo so much with my eating, because these workouts are no joke and im not about to mess it up and undo the hard work for 2 minutes of eating a bar of choclate. can i just say that i love how you don't call out someone's form on a particular exercise, especially those who are new to your workouts/new to fitness. coz that has been my issue for the longest time. i feel so discouraged every time someone judges me on how i can't do a "proper" plank but no matter how hard i try not to stick my butt out, i just can't. i've tried different variations but it didn't help me. now, i can do a "proper" plank but it took me almost 3 months to perfect the form.
i hate it when people think you're not trying just because you can't exercise "properly." but isn't it the very reason why we workout --- to move and be active? form can be learned, but it does take time.
so for this, i appreciate you, chloe! i love you. thank you for encouraging me to be healthier and more active. 💗💗

I have never done any of her programs and I chose 2020 shred challenge as my first, and SWEET BABY JESUS. I WAS DYING first 3 days, but I still went for a walk, a very long walk at lunch. I was so fucking sore, til I did the full stretch cool-down video (Yes I did them first two days, but of how exhausted I was, I stopped half way) and I felt sooo much better, no longer sore, and my back no longer hurts.
Today is my 4th day, REST DAY. and I feel AMAZING, even on my shark week.. started yesterday. I'll still be busy though, Laundry day, 2 flights of stairs for next few hours.
