The first girl was the most relatable human I have ever seen!! I thought I was the only one who sometimes just watched Chloe cus I was too exhausted :D
After approximately 2 years of a poor diet and lack of exercise, I was rewarded with an additional 40 lbs which was not a fun realization, but after mustering the strength to do Chloe for a mere 2 weeks, I realized that it’s not the digits on the scale that make the difference. It’s about seeing that you’re the best version you can possibly be at that moment. I can’t take back all the crap I’ve eaten or change the days I had decided to stay in bed, but I can work hard today and see where it gets me tomorrow, the day after that, and so on. However, losing 8 lbs in 2 weeks was also a big spirit boost😁

I've been obese since puberty and was as high as 320lbs in my 30s. I've lost about 170lbs. Because of decades of insulin resistant my body redistributed the fat. I'm very small from the bellybutton down, but my upper abs are still too fat. I'm 58, 5'8" and 148lbs. I wear a size 4 jeans and a large or extra large top! Part of it is my 36DDD bust, but there is an intertube around my upper abdomen. I'd give anything to have the knowledge to get rid of this! The issue? I've got end-stage Ankylosing Spondylitis. My spine curved and grew new bone as the soft tissue turned to bone. So, from T12-C1 I'm fused and bent forward and very susceptible to breakage in my neck and upper back, so I've been told to not use a treadmill or anything like that where I could fall. Breaking my neck is like snapping a dead twig and a typical person would be like snapping a large green limb! If I broke my neck or T spine I could die instantly or become a quadriplegic! Any ideas? I thought I may add an ab stimulator to whatever I do. Losing almost 200lbs after 50 and menopause is nearly impossible! I lost my hair twice from malnutrition! SMH!

Tahreem Rizwan so what I started doing was lots of knee push ups, I tried regular push ups and couldn’t push up. I added weights into her arm workouts I would do. I would just hold two water bottles in each of my hands. Eventually I got to push up. But my arms were very shaky when I pushed up and could only do one or else I wouldn’t be able to push up again. I just kept doing my push ups and eventually I got the strength to do more. But you just have to stay positive & hope for the best! I hope you could understand what I was saying😂
@@tahreem3739 Start with a higher angle (body to floor), like push up on a bar stool, then after two weeks use a regular chair and later on you can do push ups on a foot stool. Your angle goes from maybe 70°, to then 50° and in the end 20°. Maybe after one month you can do the push up(s) without tools and your arms will be strong enough to hit the floor! I hope my explanation didn't sound complicated or weird... This recommendation is from a fitness trainer but I don't remember the video title (I think it was something along the lines of "Why you can't do push ups"). Doing kneeling push ups is not recommended, as it takes the pressure and weight of your core that you'll need to build strength long-term!

Just found her workouts and I'm honestly crying rn. I've always been a fat girl, which led to people making fun of me and myself being really insecure about the slightest thing. But then I did a lot of exercise and became wayyy healthier and skinnier. I have dealt with that all my life no matter how "skinny" I got! I finally found that if I get shorts that have about a 5" inseam, they fall below that thigh-rub area and they don't ride up!! Express sells some that have a 5" inseam and I am obsessed. Hope that helps!

Until the lockdown happened, and I found Chloe’s workout. So, i started to challenge myself to workout because i remember the last time i workout was year 2018 (i know it has been a longgggg time). I just recently started the 26 days hourglass challenge and I had to take 4 days long break because I had a severe back pain and her saying that it's ok to take break made me feel all kind of positive emotions. A little bit story of mine. You guys can keep scrolling but i just wanted to share. I'd been procrastinating on doing any of chloe's challenge because I didn't have enough space in my room and I didn't have much confident to do it in other rooms since all my family were home. So, I tried working out at midnight when everyone fell asleep but nope, I didn't like it. Next day I forced myself to workout in the morning. My family members were skeptical and said stuffs, but I just kept going on. And now they get used to it and say nothing. They even ask me why I'm not working out when it's a rest day. I'm feeling so much confident now to the point I could say I don't like rest day and want to keep working out (but my muscles need to rest, so rest day it is). All along I just realized, all you got to do is do it and make them used to it. Or maybe asked them to join you. Don't let what people think and said bring you down and make you stop from doing any better progress of your life. They can only comment but it's always you who need to take actions and live your life.
I really need to just start. I get really embarrassed about those kinds of things, but i need to do it. No more excuses. Your story is inspiring- thank you :)

Go to therapy, get a psychologist, take a diagnosis for depression don't self diagnose it doesn't work like that. If it comes out positive get help, A therapist is Best, trust me.. depression isn't just being sad its way more than just that, therapy helped me and now I'm better, I'm improving. If u rlly truly r depressed seek help.
really, before i started Chloe's workout, i dont have the confidence to wear a fitted clothes like knitted sweater. Now i'm pretty much confident haha. I lost most of my fat and I did made some abs and im happy for that. Thankyou Chloe!!

@@RED-px6qq basically I started in january at roughly 63/64 kg, I did in order: two weeks shred, 2019 hourglass, 2020 thigh challenge, Flat tummy, 2020 hourglass, lean arms (these last two overlapped at one poiny), and 2020 summer shred. I had some gut issues during quarantine :( but I tried to eat and live as healthy as possible and by the end of the last challenge I was 59.5 kg :D Then I went on vacay for 2 weeks and gained like 2 kg bacc o.O I've been doing the Flat Belly challenge this month, but I've been eating very unhealthy bc I've been really restrictive for like a year, and I'm tired of it :( Next month I'll be doing more challenges and try to stay healthier, but not as restrictive bc everything in moderation y'know, eating only healthy food made me feel sad, believe it or not.

I wanna start it and kinda am curious... it seems pretty hard but absolutely working like doing miracles... do I need to keep up after with a similar workout programm in order to avoid getting back my fluffy tummy? Just worried cause of my hectic days... I really don't wanna get worse after that.
As much as I love looking snatched at the end of a workout challenge, the joy of being able to say you did it is much more a reason to be happy, in my opinion. Edit: 5 months later I am now 9 days into the 2 week shred, I haven't missed a day and completed every workout assigned each day! I am going to follow through to the end and Ill update next week to say how I've changed.

I have dealt with that all my life no matter how "skinny" I got! I finally found that if I get shorts that have about a 5" inseam, they fall below that thigh-rub area and they don't ride up!! Express sells some that have a 5" inseam and I am obsessed. Hope that helps!

I do agree the fact that Chloe’s workout has changed me not only physically better, but also mentally as well.
Before i started her workout, i used to have a lot of acne and also feeling down often. Until the lockdown happened, and I found Chloe’s workout. So, i started to challenge myself to workout because i remember the last time i workout was year 2018 (i know it has been a longgggg time).

A little bit story of mine. You guys can keep scrolling but i just wanted to share.
I'd been procrastinating on doing any of chloe's challenge because I didn't have enough space in my room and I didn't have much confident to do it in other rooms since all my family were home. So, I tried working out at midnight when everyone fell asleep but nope, I didn't like it. Next day I forced myself to workout in the morning. My family members were skeptical and said stuffs, but I just kept going on. And now they get used to it and say nothing. They even ask me why I'm not working out when it's a rest day. I'm feeling so much confident now to the point I could say I don't like rest day and want to keep working out (but my muscles need to rest, so rest day it is).
All along I just realized, all you got to do is do it and make them used to it. Or maybe asked them to join you.
Don't let what people think and said bring you down and make you stop from doing any better progress of your life. They can only comment but it's always you who need to take actions and live your life.

Go to therapy, get a psychologist, take a diagnosis for depression don't self diagnose it doesn't work like that. If it comes out positive get help, A therapist is Best, trust me.. depression isn't just being sad its way more than just that, therapy helped me and now I'm better, I'm improving. If u rlly truly r depressed seek help.

@@RED-px6qq basically I started in january at roughly 63/64 kg, I did in order: two weeks shred, 2019 hourglass, 2020 thigh challenge, Flat tummy, 2020 hourglass, lean arms (these last two overlapped at one poiny), and 2020 summer shred.
I had some gut issues during quarantine :( but I tried to eat and live as healthy as possible and by the end of the last challenge I was 59.5 kg :D
Then I went on vacay for 2 weeks and gained like 2 kg bacc o.O
I've been doing the Flat Belly challenge this month, but I've been eating very unhealthy bc I've been really restrictive for like a year, and I'm tired of it :(
Next month I'll be doing more challenges and try to stay healthier, but not as restrictive bc everything in moderation y'know, eating only healthy food made me feel sad, believe it or not.
This is what encourages me to continue doing her workouts
When I see other ppl's weight loss, I'm like that will soon be me😂😂😂

I wanna start it and kinda am curious... it seems pretty hard but absolutely working like doing miracles... do I need to keep up after with a similar workout programm in order to avoid getting back my fluffy tummy? Just worried cause of my hectic days... I really don't wanna get worse after that.
As much as I love looking snatched at the end of a workout challenge, the joy of being able to say you did it is much more a reason to be happy, in my opinion.
Edit: 5 months later I am now 9 days into the 2 week shred, I haven't missed a day and completed every workout assigned each day! I am going to follow through to the end and Ill update next week to say how I've changed.
