Yes! I live in a relatively small town and I've been going to a gym on and off for years. I always had the same trainer and when I returned for the 10th time, I started talking about the exercises I did prior and what I was capable of doing etc. He stopped and said "let's forget how fit you used to be because comparing yourself to when you were active will do no good" And we'd just have a fresh, clean start every time! It made me feel like I could take a long break and come back without feeling humiliated

Tip: Wear shoes when working out, like tennis shoes, sneakers, or whatever everyone calls them. It helps when trying to hold yourself up bc it's like an extra grip so you don't slip as much. Idk if that's a given but it definitely helps me!

To anyone feeling unmotivated in their weight loss journey, I’ve been doing chloe’s workouts for a few months now, and I’ve lost close to 15 lbs(would’ve lost more if I didn’t take breaks from my clean eating lol), and haven’t really changed my diet. This is such a pointless rant but I’ll take any tips or advice I can get 🥺 I’m so upset because I’ve been doing Chloe ting’s ab workouts for over 2 months (every other day) and at first I was eating healthy but I didn’t see any results after a few weeks I gave up and just started eating large amounts of junk again (I struggle with ED symptoms) and while I was keeping up the workouts I saw no physical change whatsoever obviously :( I just find it so hard to eat clean stuck in the house with so much shit food and I get so unmotivated when I don’t see results. I know losing weight and getting toned is easy in theory - eat low calorie healthy diet and exercise but I have never seen a change...

Chocolate expecially if it is dark it is not junk food....eating clean doesn't mean eating only veg and meat you can eat pasta pizza baked potato, but instead of eating three plate of pasta eat two....instead of pizza plus sides eat only the pizza....instead of latte with three sugar black coffe...i will becarefull also to fruit fruit it is vitamine and mineral good but it is very dangerous because prevent fat absorbiotion 2 fruit are the max per day....look also chloe sweet you can have sweet nice yogurt with berry etch you can make rice pudding with less sugar or evein a low calories caramel with protein....many things can be done

Aesha Joshi actually yes I lost about 13 centimeters at the waist and about 8 centimeters at the lower belly. I had to buy new pants because my old ones got too big 😂😅 my legs also got a little thinner too

I’ve cried myself to sleep in the past week because I felt really bad about myself.. that I let myself go during quarantine and this is God’s way of saying that it’s okay and I need to pick myself up again. girls no worry like chloe says you are all wonderfull everyone look wonderfull. chloe did amazing for me but still have love handle and beer belly. i have started to look calories. chloe thing workout doesn't allow you to eat more her workout burn only 250-300 calories that is three apple or three slice of bread.....and i suggest everyone if over 40 up the fibre eat weetabix lots of love not give up
Sweet Coffee I don’t get cramps on my period and my period comes like every 4 months and I’m pretty sure that’s not normal but I’ve had friends who had there period for 7 days straight for a month but never got it again until next year where they started getting there period every month
Still Thinking When I was around 11 years old I got my first period. Then it didn’t come back until I was around 12 years old. From then on my periods have been pretty regular (like your friends). Some people even with regular periods don’t get cramps (unfortunately I’m not one of those people, lol). It’s perfectly normal, in fact you’re lucky if you don’t experience cramps. If you’re young and just started getting your period, it’s normal for them to be irregular. So if it misses a few months like yours then it’s perfectly okay, your body is still developing. Puberty is pretty wacky. Now some medications, illnesses, stress, weight loss, etc. can also have an effect on when your period comes. If you’re concerned about your periods, I recommend talking to your doctor about it. I’m not a professional on periods at all. I’m just a 19 year old with no professional medical background, lol.

I was in a bad spiral, my dad comitted suicide last year and i gained sooo much weight and just ate whatever i wanted, drank almost every night and the only exercise i got was from walking to the fridge... A few months ago i heard a voice in my head that said it was up to me to make my life better so i looked up "hiit workout" and found one of your videos, it was challenging but not so hard that it was discouraging. I've kept at it since and see a huge difference! now i drink like once a week, freestyle at the gym 2 days a week but always have to get a chloe ting workout in once a week. I've lost about 8 lbs since late august, Thank you so much for the inspiration!

Literally cried. I love that different body types were shared. I’m still struggling with my postpartum body but after two years, I decided today is the day I change my habits and commit to taking my body back.
I’m a new mom. I had an emergency c-section and that really hurt my confidence. I’ve finished the two week shred and I’m in my second week of the hourglass programme. In the beginning, all I wanted to do was give up because my cut was killing me, but slowly I made my way and I am seeing results. This has really helped me mentally and emotionally. I challenged myself. I am currently doing her 2020 hourglass challenge and on top of that, I added a standing workout from Koboko for losing belly fat and love handles. I think what I am trying to say is that we always have to try push ourselves... Nobody can do this for us but us. Im so insecure about my body, yes i am a plus size and constantly get body shaming and lead me to depression and anxiety, I try to work out and it seems impossible to lose weight, but with Chloe in the beginning it was not promising at all after try for a week I see the different, even though my weight and body still doesn't change yet, but my mental health is really getting better, i feel empowered. I had my first child 7 months ago and it’s been really hard losing weight, as I knew it would be. It’s been hard to be a first time mom but also feel like myself again and get back into shape. Before my cousin got pregnant, she was pretty much snatched. When she was pregnant, she worked out and after she had her baby, she looked like she did before she got pregnant. It was crazy

I don't typically share my voice over the internet, but today, I feel I have the strength to open up.. I am 18 years old, and I have been struggling with my appearance since I was a young girl. Over the years, this battle has led me to develop an eating disorder.. It wasn't a smooth ride, but I have completed Chloes hourglass program, and as of tomorrow I will be finishing up her summer program. I always felt the need to be skinny, this got worse wenn puberty hit and I got chubby. No matter my health I was determined to be skinny. This lead me to develop an eating disorder. I'm on the road to recovery now and trying to get to my goals through exercise. Instead of skinny I think toned. This has helped me soo much. And Chloe's workouts have really helped

Hey chloe, we had our daughter in April unfortunately she was stillborn . I decided for once I was going to take care of myself as I was so broken. I started dieting a week after she was born and started your workout about 5 weeks after. I have gone from 105 to 92 and I’m feeling so much better and although I am broken from the loss of our child, your workouts have given me something to focus on . They make me feel a lot better so thank you

ineverwenttooovoojaver i mean, I’m sorry to hear that. But everyone’s body is different and metabolism and diet play a majorrrrr part. I really focused and was strict on what I was eating during the 2 weeks and drinking. I had 3L of Water a day and low carb and absolutely no added sugar. I removed all unnatural sugars from my nutrition which really helped me keep on track and tracking all my calories. You might not notice difference but others might see the difference in you and even if your fitness goes up and no physical change that is something positive xx. Plus yeah could be muscle or slow metabolism or hormone cycle bloat for women. But don’t lose hope everyone is different and takes longer x
JohnnyBoy ohh hm. maybe I’ll try it again but maybe w a better diet? I also get super bloated as soon as i eat a sweet treat so maybe I’ll try my best to cut those out, but i do know that i have a fast metabolism
Tips for working out: -Drink water. And I don't just mean during and/or after your work out (Which you should do, by the way!). Make sure to drink a cup of fluids at least half an hour before exercising. It will give your muscles an extra boost. -Warm up before hand!!! I can't stress this enough. Even if it's a simple six minute session of rotating your limbs and stretching out those stiff spots, it'll reduce the chances of you tearing a tendon or muscle. -Have protein afterward! It helps the development of those muscles. Whether it's a cheese stick, or a piece of meat, or whatever. Believe me, it helps!! -Don't exercise every day (At least not the same areas.) If you exercise the same muscles (i.e. abs, legs, arms) every day, it can do the opposite of what you want: give you muscle fatigue. Instead, rotate through days with different points of focus so you have time to grow that muscle. -When doing sit ups, press the top of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. It'll keep you from straining your neck and force you to use your abs! -Do NOT starve yourself. Believe me, I've tried. It hurts, it sucks, and your missing out on some pretty good food. And worst thing? You can actually gain weight by not giving yourself the amount of calories/carbs you need. Yep, that's right. You can actually *gain weight,* not lose it. Your body goes into overdrive, and realizes it's not getting the food it needs to produce energy. So any calories and/or carbs you DO eat, it'll store it away as fat to use later. That doesn't mean go to McDonald's everyday, but that also doesn't mean having less than 700 calories a day, either. The best thing for you to do it download a calorie counter, add in your height, weight, age, how physically active you are, and it'll tell you how much calories/carbs you should be consuming. -When working on abs, don't push out with your stomach. That can actually train your abdomen to form outward, instead of inward, like you want. Push your belly button towards the ground. -For all my lady friends out there, don't exercise during your period. You already feel tired, and working out can make you feel worse (Not to mention you're pretty deficient on blood!). Instead, stretch. Do some Palettes, and work on that split you've been wanting to achieve. Don't worry about losing muscle. If you eat healthily, consume a good amount of water, and make sure to maintain your iron count, you're sure to be fine! -Go slow and steady. Seriously! You can honestly do more harm then good if you over do it. The reason we gain strength and muscle is because there are microscopic tears in your muscles, and when they heal they get larger. Doing too much can stress this, and it'll destroy those parts of your body. -Believe in yourself! The first month you'll feel the difference, the second month you'll see the difference, and the third month others will see the difference. It's hard! I know! But you have it in you!! Chloe, I love that you feature low-impact exercises. I twisted my ankle in January, and since then I've had a lot of difficulty walking. It used to hurt even to take the garbage out. As a result, I've gained twenty pounds from being afraid to even take a walk. I'll need surgery soon, so now that my pain isn't as bad, I've decided to take this time to become more active. Hey, of course your mom can still improve and can get the better belly you're talking about! It might take her longer to see differences, because she is not in her 20s or something, but working out will still change her appearance! The thought that older volks can't improve their body anymore is simply wrong. Most people in their 40s and above just aren't that physically active anymore (it's a time management issue), that is the reason why a lot of people just don't expect to see change. I hope this kinda made sense haha, have a great day :))

I am 5 months postpartum with my second and had my first 26 months ago, both csections. I started the challenge today and it kicked my butt. These videos are great motivation. I am hoping to complete the challenge and continue after.

Yes! I live in a relatively small town and I've been going to a gym on and off for years. I always had the same trainer and when I returned for the 10th time, I started talking about the exercises I did prior and what I was capable of doing etc. He stopped and said "let's forget how fit you used to be because comparing yourself to when you were active will do no good" And we'd just have a fresh, clean start every time! It made me feel like I could take a long break and come back without feeling humiliated
Why not say bodies like you did instead of outing other by saying fat bodies. Like girl pls stfu it's a body at the end of the day.

Did you get results?
Tip: Wear shoes when working out, like tennis shoes, sneakers, or whatever everyone calls them. It helps when trying to hold yourself up bc it's like an extra grip so you don't slip as much. Idk if that's a given but it definitely helps me!
This helped a lot except in PE for me. The floor is always super slippery.

All my life I was told by gym professors in school or friends that I'm lazy and bad at sports... a lie that stayed with me all my life “i'm too fat, I'm too lazy to work out, I hate myself"... until I tried Chloe's workout. To anyone feeling unmotivated in their weight loss journey, I’ve been doing chloe’s workouts for a few months now, and I’ve lost close to 15 lbs(would’ve lost more if I didn’t take breaks from my clean eating lol), and haven’t really changed my diet. All I did was get rid of sugar, and that helped so much on its own. Thank you for your videos chloe! And, to all of you on your weight loss journey, keep going!!! You got this!!!!!!!!!

This is such a pointless rant but I’ll take any tips or advice I can get 🥺 I’m so upset because I’ve been doing Chloe ting’s ab workouts for over 2 months (every other day) and at first I was eating healthy but I didn’t see any results after a few weeks I gave up and just started eating large amounts of junk again (I struggle with ED symptoms) and while I was keeping up the workouts I saw no physical change whatsoever obviously :( I just find it so hard to eat clean stuck in the house with so much shit food and I get so unmotivated when I don’t see results. I know losing weight and getting toned is easy in theory - eat low calorie healthy diet and exercise but I have never seen a change...

Chocolate expecially if it is dark it is not junk food....eating clean doesn't mean eating only veg and meat you can eat pasta pizza baked potato, but instead of eating three plate of pasta eat two....instead of pizza plus sides eat only the pizza....instead of latte with three sugar black coffe...i will becarefull also to fruit fruit it is vitamine and mineral good but it is very dangerous because prevent fat absorbiotion 2 fruit are the max per day....look also chloe sweet you can have sweet nice yogurt with berry etch you can make rice pudding with less sugar or evein a low calories caramel with protein....many things can be done

Sweet Coffee I don’t get cramps on my period and my period comes like every 4 months and I’m pretty sure that’s not normal but I’ve had friends who had there period for 7 days straight for a month but never got it again until next year where they started getting there period every month
Still Thinking When I was around 11 years old I got my first period. Then it didn’t come back until I was around 12 years old. From then on my periods have been pretty regular (like your friends).
Some people even with regular periods don’t get cramps (unfortunately I’m not one of those people, lol). It’s perfectly normal, in fact you’re lucky if you don’t experience cramps. If you’re young and just started getting your period, it’s normal for them to be irregular. So if it misses a few months like yours then it’s perfectly okay, your body is still developing. Puberty is pretty wacky.
Now some medications, illnesses, stress, weight loss, etc. can also have an effect on when your period comes. If you’re concerned about your periods, I recommend talking to your doctor about it. I’m not a professional on periods at all. I’m just a 19 year old with no professional medical background, lol.
Pondered on this when i had my period. Did it anyway. Thanks to my menstrual cup. I did rest a lot though. Haha

First I wanna say thank you for all the support!
•Prepregnancy weight: 145
•Gained 55 lbs during pregnancy and got up to 200 lbs before labor
•6 weeks postpartum was 167 lbs (started 2 week shred)
•11 weeks pp FINALLY IN THE 150s!! (158 to be exact:')

I was in a bad spiral, my dad comitted suicide last year and i gained sooo much weight and just ate whatever i wanted, drank almost every night and the only exercise i got was from walking to the fridge... A few months ago i heard a voice in my head that said it was up to me to make my life better so i looked up "hiit workout" and found one of your videos, it was challenging but not so hard that it was discouraging. I've kept at it since and see a huge difference! now i drink like once a week, freestyle at the gym 2 days a week but always have to get a chloe ting workout in once a week. I’m a new mom. I had an emergency c-section and that really hurt my confidence. I’ve finished the two week shred and I’m in my second week of the hourglass programme. In the beginning, all I wanted to do was give up because my cut was killing me, but slowly I made my way and I am seeing results. This has really helped me mentally and emotionally. I challenged myself. I am currently doing her 2020 hourglass challenge and on top of that, I added a standing workout from Koboko for losing belly fat and love handles. I think what I am trying to say is that we always have to try push ourselves... Nobody can do this for us but us. Im so insecure about my body, yes i am a plus size and constantly get body shaming and lead me to depression and anxiety, I try to work out and it seems impossible to lose weight, but with Chloe in the beginning it was not promising at all after try for a week I see the different, even though my weight and body still doesn't change yet, but my mental health is really getting better, i feel empowered. I had my first child 7 months ago and it’s been really hard losing weight, as I knew it would be. It’s been hard to be a first time mom but also feel like myself again and get back into shape. These workouts have been so inspiring and motivational for me mentally and physically. I’m in day 4 of the two week shred and I’m looking forward to a good sweat today!

Before my cousin got pregnant, she was pretty much snatched. When she was pregnant, she worked out and after she had her baby, she looked like she did before she got pregnant. It was crazy

i binge watch chloe's videos like this every night, especially during my rest days, it motivates me to continue my workout in the morning, it makes me dream of having the body that i always wanted by doing her exercises, and that's what keeps me going :>>
I don't typically share my voice over the internet, but today, I feel I have the strength to open up.. I am 18 years old, and I have been struggling with my appearance since I was a young girl. Over the years, this battle has led me to develop an eating disorder.. It wasn't a smooth ride, but I have completed Chloes hourglass program, and as of tomorrow I will be finishing up her summer program. And through this journey, I may not be right where I would like to be with my body, but I sure as hell feel stronger. Thank you, Chloe, for helping me to slowly build up my confidence again. It feels good knowing that I am not the only one struggling. I am not the only one in a constant battle with my mind. I have learned that to have strength, you must have a peaceful connection between the mind and the body. Love and accept the battle you face today, and victory will soon be on its way. I always felt the need to be skinny, this got worse wenn puberty hit and I got chubby. No matter my health I was determined to be skinny. This lead me to develop an eating disorder. I'm on the road to recovery now and trying to get to my goals through exercise. Instead of skinny I think toned. This has helped me soo much. And Chloe's workouts have really helped

This is my first day of trying out the workout last summer i was overweight bc i got bullied when i was skinny but when i was overweight I wasn’t happy so this summer I’m trying to reach my goal.I saw lots of videos of people trying out the challenge and it gave me motivation that’s why i decided to share this with my friends i told them that they shouldn’t give up and I’m happy we can all workout together and to help each other.Theres a month until I go on vacation so I’m looking forward to reaching my goal and whenever I’m done with this challenge I’m going to do it over and over again so that I could be happy and energetic throughout this whole journey
Please remember that what ever people might say the most important is to learn to love yourself and not to make yourself suffer with an unhealthy mindset

I’m happy with who i am and I’m glad i learned how to love my self,in the past my friends from school bullied me and they made me feel bad for being skinny.I gained a lot of weight for only a month and then i stopped loveing my self.Btw i live in Belgium but i was born in Bulgaria and when i moved to Belgium I stopped talking with my friends from Bulgaria.This whole thing with fake friends made me feel that no one cared about me but then after summer my friends from Bulgaria started texting me,They made me realise that there are people who care about me.Bc they reached out to me even though i had done horrible things to them.And now I’m a better person and now i know that everything happens for a reason,u just don’t need to give up.Thanks for caring for me💖ly2💖

Hey chloe, we had our daughter in April unfortunately she was stillborn . I decided for once I was going to take care of myself as I was so broken. I started dieting a week after she was born and started your workout about 5 weeks after. I have gone from 105 to 92 and I’m feeling so much better and although I am broken from the loss of our child, your workouts have given me something to focus on . They make me feel a lot better so thank you

I JUST FINISHED MY CHLOE TING 2 WEEK SHRED AS OF SUNDAY! And let me tell you, this Bish kicked my assssss. Thank you Chloe Ting for challenging me and pushing me harder than I’ve pushed myself in a longggg time. I’m soo proud of the gains and improvement in my fitness I’ve made in just two weeks. By no means was it easy but I didn’t give up. I’ve taken the last two days off to just recover and enjoy. But can’t wait to incorporate your workouts into my daily life. ineverwenttooovoojaver i mean, I’m sorry to hear that. But everyone’s body is different and metabolism and diet play a majorrrrr part. I really focused and was strict on what I was eating during the 2 weeks and drinking. I had 3L of Water a day and low carb and absolutely no added sugar. I removed all unnatural sugars from my nutrition which really helped me keep on track and tracking all my calories. You might not notice difference but others might see the difference in you and even if your fitness goes up and no physical change that is something positive xx. Plus yeah could be muscle or slow metabolism or hormone cycle bloat for women. But don’t lose hope everyone is different and takes longer x
JohnnyBoy ohh hm. maybe I’ll try it again but maybe w a better diet? I also get super bloated as soon as i eat a sweet treat so maybe I’ll try my best to cut those out, but i do know that i have a fast metabolism
Tips for working out:
-Drink water. And I don't just mean during and/or after your work out (Which you should do, by the way!). Make sure to drink a cup of fluids at least half an hour before exercising. It will give your muscles an extra boost.
-Warm up before hand!!! I can't stress this enough. Even if it's a simple six minute session of rotating your limbs and stretching out those stiff spots, it'll reduce the chances of you tearing a tendon or muscle.
-Have protein afterward! It helps the development of those muscles. Whether it's a cheese stick, or a piece of meat, or whatever. Believe me, it helps!!
-Don't exercise every day (At least not the same areas.) If you exercise the same muscles (i.e. abs, legs, arms) every day, it can do the opposite of what you want: give you muscle fatigue. Instead, rotate through days with different points of focus so you have time to grow that muscle.
-When doing sit ups, press the top of your tongue to the roof of your mouth. It'll keep you from straining your neck and force you to use your abs!
-Do NOT starve yourself. Believe me, I've tried. It hurts, it sucks, and your missing out on some pretty good food. And worst thing? You can actually gain weight by not giving yourself the amount of calories/carbs you need. Yep, that's right. You can actually *gain weight,* not lose it. Your body goes into overdrive, and realizes it's not getting the food it needs to produce energy. So any calories and/or carbs you DO eat, it'll store it away as fat to use later.
That doesn't mean go to McDonald's everyday, but that also doesn't mean having less than 700 calories a day, either. The best thing for you to do it download a calorie counter, add in your height, weight, age, how physically active you are, and it'll tell you how much calories/carbs you should be consuming.
-When working on abs, don't push out with your stomach. That can actually train your abdomen to form outward, instead of inward, like you want. Push your belly button towards the ground.
-For all my lady friends out there, don't exercise during your period. You already feel tired, and working out can make you feel worse (Not to mention you're pretty deficient on blood!). Instead, stretch. Do some Palettes, and work on that split you've been wanting to achieve. Don't worry about losing muscle. If you eat healthily, consume a good amount of water, and make sure to maintain your iron count, you're sure to be fine!
-Go slow and steady. Seriously! You can honestly do more harm then good if you over do it. The reason we gain strength and muscle is because there are microscopic tears in your muscles, and when they heal they get larger. Doing too much can stress this, and it'll destroy those parts of your body.
-Believe in yourself! The first month you'll feel the difference, the second month you'll see the difference, and the third month others will see the difference. It's hard! I know! But you have it in you!!

Chloe, I love that you feature low-impact exercises. I twisted my ankle in January, and since then I've had a lot of difficulty walking. It used to hurt even to take the garbage out. As a result, I've gained twenty pounds from being afraid to even take a walk. I'll need surgery soon, so now that my pain isn't as bad, I've decided to take this time to become more active. I'm excited to start this journey. Thank you for being so supportive and inclusive

Many people say that they hide in their rooms doing workout, but i workout together with my mom! That is amazing, we have so much fun! However, my mom says she cant get a better belly since she is 53 and gave birth 3 times. What do you think?

Hey, of course your mom can still improve and can get the better belly you're talking about! It might take her longer to see differences, because she is not in her 20s or something, but working out will still change her appearance! The thought that older volks can't improve their body anymore is simply wrong. Most people in their 40s and above just aren't that physically active anymore (it's a time management issue), that is the reason why a lot of people just don't expect to see change.

I competed Chloe Ting’s 2020 summer shred yesterday and i lost 12lbs! I was screaming and almost like giving up everytime i do high intensity workout..sorry Chloe, i might have hated you during those times as well, i love you so much really though..but i did it!!!
