IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching RUclips for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

"She's not very motivational" is one of the reasons why I love these workouts. I love the fact that Chloe doesn't talk throughout the entire exercise - it's just the instructions in the beginning, one or two words of CALM encouragement and then you can just listen to the background music and focus on the exercise. I personally hate workouts in which the instructor keeps yelling at me incessantly, it just gets me annoyed. I always feel like yelling back: "Just shut up and let me do my work!".😂

I'm glad you found other outlets to workout if the gym didn't worked. I do both, gym every other day and home workouts on non gym days. Let me tell you, as a girl and not a typical fit influencer body 😑, going to the gym isn't as intimidating anymore. My perspectives changed or maybe I just don't care. I go to a male dominate gym but I'm fine with it. I guess I finally found a gym I liked and the guys are cool. They really just focus on themselves there, really there is no need to compare yourselves bc you and everyone else are at diff stages and have different goals at the gym. Plus, just like me, they too focus to care about others. Trust me, at the gym, half the guys don't know what they are doing. It's not as judgemental and scary as it stereotypically seems. I was, and sometimes still is, self conscious at the gym. But once I'm in my groove Idc. These gym bros, influences w.e you call them, don't exist as much in the gym really. And if they do, again they are too focused on their own workouts. I hope these gym bros and being self conscious doesn't prevent you from ever trying the gym. If you don't know how to use equipments or do proper technique, having a gym friend, watching how-to RUclips videos or getting a PT helps! I had a PT for about a year, so perhaps bc I have basic knowledge of how to work the machines I'm not so scared. Anyways, koodos to you for doing HIT. If you want more challenging ones, try Heather Robertson. She's one of my faves. She also has a 12 week workout program on RUclips. Can check it out. Cheers

@@autumnbrooks5050 bro your comment right there made me not listen to you. Abs are not able to add to your body. the muscle when you are born is shaped by your genes which means that someone like me who has a 4-pack can never get a 6 or 8-pack without implants and surgery. The reason some people's abs are stacked or layered is because of how they were formed. And ab exercises do nothing to make your abs more visible besides strengthening them and maybe losing 500-600 calories. Going on a calorie deficit is really the only way to make them more visible. The laws of thermodynamics make it so you need to burn about 4100 calories for 1 pound of fat. And if you eat 1200 calories a day and only do 1 shitty Chloe ting video then you will never lose weight but gain. eat fewer calories (that means you can still eat what you want but just not as much) and do progressive overload to burn calories. if you don't want to get jacked or swole then eat fewer calories and just do cardio

That's what confuses me about a lot of the people criticising her. Even when they are educated, they say things like "her workouts are disappointing because you aren't going to build muscles doing them."
Like wtf 1) You absolutely can and will build muscle if you follow them correctly - not big bulging bodybuilding muscles, but decent lean muscle.
      2) Many of us (I daresay the majority) are NOT looking for workouts that will build big muscles, and not expecting to find that kind of workout in these challenges.
      3) Don't tell me her exercises aren't effective when I went from being literally unable to plank or pushup to being able to plank repeatedly and do multiple pushups within a week.
I've only known about Chloe since like, last Tuesday before starting the 2 week shred on Thursday, so I'm far from a long-time stan or anything like that, but her personality is so endearing and her enthusiasm is infectious and motivating. Haters can take a hike.

I think it’s because not too many people are used to HIIT workouts, which she is mostly known for, as she mentioned she does other types too. A gym bro who can likely lift double than most who can do this exercise without struggling can struggle, likely from lack of cardio training on top of weight lifting. You also have to realize, more muscle = more body weight theyre working with so there’s that too.
I don’t do HIIT workout except for my abs before a weight lift session, I’m trying to grow muscle in my upper and lower body, with an intense focus on strengthening but also sculpting my core.
It’s great to note most girls aren’t trying to bulk. They want to get that sculpted look that HIIT gives. It’s not too say they’re lesser than weight lifting, they definitely help your heart, lungs, and endurance. I find you’ll see long distance athletes like XC, bikers, triathletes, having a similar body to HIIT, just a bit skinnier, and possible muscle imbalances (triathlete legs are naturally giant typically compared to their upper bodies). Their training also take a giant amount of time compared with HIIT training. (4-5x a week, 30minutes min-2hours max) HIIT is great for people who don’t want to go to the gym, or want to buy one for their home.

@@RandoPassingBy her misinformation itself is a false claim about our anatomy. You do not get abs from doing ab workouts. And you certainly do not get that I’m “7 days”. You get them from a diet being on a caloric deficit. No matter how much ab workouts you do, if the layer(fat) on top of it will not go away, the abs you trained will not show in the first place. Her videos give barely any to no information about WHY things are this way, WHY we do these workouts, or WHY these certain movements affect us in a certain way. And that clearly shows in her fan base. I’ve been going through these comments and 90% of them have little to no information about our anatomy and some of them use anatomical terminology without even knowing what it means or just use random words just to throw it in there.

I'm a man. And used to play football (soccer for US) for about 10 years and athletism. When i started to work, i had to leave this sports behind because of the schedule and started to gain some weight. I was never overweight, but i had 55kg (165cm) mostly muscle and moved to 65kg mostly fat and decided to restart working out.
I used to go to the gym before the pandemic, because i struggled to be motivated when i worked out at home.
Chloe's program was the first that i could follow and be motivated working at home. Started with the Flat Stomach Challenge 28 day program and i'm currently on the 16th day of the new Weight loss challenge.

I mean there's nothing wrong with it, but how hard a workout is doesnt really determine that it is a going to be a sufficient stimulus to adapt to strength, muscle growth.
I honestly dont really like this tyle of training, why? It doesnt have a goal for either strength, hypertrophy, or endurance. Most of these dudes are strength oriented and barely do circuit style exercise. Heck, i bet they rest more than training, which is why these dudes are out of breathe pretty easily. Strength and hypertrophy wise, the load is not enough to provide a stimulus.
Another thing i dont like is the lack of progression scheme. After younare able to do one of her workout, then what? Move on to another workout? I just dont see how someone will do this for 50 years and still get motivated without an expected goal. At least if i lift weights, i can have a vision of doing 150kg then 180kg, etc

We started it, and in Chloe's two to three first moves in that, my boyfriend was already complaining how much his hands were hurting🤣🤣 he has a lot of muscles so his hands are really heavy, but with that amount of muscle he should still be much better at that, than what he was. Lifting reins your anaerobic system and not your aeróbic system (aka endurance) which is build with cardio (most of this chick workouts) so of course if your boyfriend doesn’t do cardio on a regular basis he is going to suck at it. Her lack of educational videos could potentially be counter productive and frustrating to some of the girls that are a little bit more active than a average woman and are trying to take it to the next level. The point and the funny part in my comment was just that my bf thought that he could do the lean arms work out, but couldn't. So I found it funny. I do know that the reason for it is that he very rarely does cardio and lifts weights mostly. So I am aware of that and so is he, and now because i made him try, he kind of wants to improve his endurance aswell as lifting even heavier weights, and to me that's good. It is good to have a balancr in your work outs. My step would be to start lifting weights aswell, I just personally like cardio more.

Obviously these workouts of hers dont work the same way on everyone, and maybe not even on me, i've just started and nearly have finished my 28 day weight loss challenge. I haven't seen much of a difference in my appearence but my mental health is way better. I feel like your insecurity might be projecting personalities onto people, most folks in gyms want to see everyone around them be at their best. Of course they want to be better than you still but the difference between gym bros and regular people is that gym bro's don't want to be better than you at your expense. Everyone wants to be superior to each other, better jobs, houses, cars, spouses, kids, etc., but very rarely will you find a community that's so dedicated to building each other up. You can pick out the biggest meanest looking guy in the gym and ask him for pointers and he's gonna light up with a smile and give you what you asked for. Not everyone you encounter will be good at teaching you how to do things though so your results may vary but this condescending attitude you speak of is next to non existent. Most of us know how incredible it feels to look and perform at our best and we love seeing other people put in the work and experience that feeling too.

@@arnavrathi Yea like I definitely get the apprehension & defensiveness because she does get a lot of hate from men especially but he wasn't negative about her in his video at ALL, especially in the beginning and she was like "Oh thanks Will, I like you a little better now." or "Omg make up your mind, just say you like it." Like wtf? Get a grip and watch the whole video first, girl! He's such a good dude and is so informative. That part made me roll my eyes so fing hard got me angry but luckily she liked him at the end lol. Just felt like she baited a lot of stuff in the beginning which annoyed me

I'm sorry but Chloe's "you can do it" motivates me everyday to complete the entire workout.
