I am 46 and a mother of 5! I keep pushing myself doing simplest Chloe's shreds. I have knee issues - was active in sports during schools years. I'm telling you people.....my progress maybe really slow but Chloe Ting's doing good to me. I can see changes. Not much but it works!

Basically the rest of the world: how many kg is that
I just go by 10kg is about 20lb or like 9,something kg
a kg is almost half of a pound so 33lbs is about 15kgs
1 kg = 2.2 lb
50 kg is about 110 pounds. I believe the ration is 5 kg to 11 pounds.
if you have 113 pounds for example it's equal to 113/2.2 = 51.4 = 51 kg average. So yeah. you only have to divide something in pounds by 2.2 to know it in Kg. hope it's help.

@@layanalghamdi7447 I did the flat stomach challenge and for the inches I measured only t uhhh the waist because I was interested only in that part of the body and lost a total of 2.3 inches there :) for the overall I definitely built up some muscles on arms and can feel the abs too

I think i know why she was yawning. When you breathe the wrong way, you start yawning. Its a way for your body to get more oxygen. Whenever i start hyperventilating i also yawn a lot. And in the beginning when i did these workouts i yawned a lot after. Because i was breathing wrong. Its either that or Serotonin. Serotonin is an important neurotransmitter in the regulation of skin blood flow. The increase of serotonin increases body and brain temperatures. This triggers the body to yawn, in an attempt to cool itself.

Also when youre working your muscles, oxygen gets focused to those areas and yawning with deep breathes is like our bodies "making up" for the lack of oxygen to the brain

I find that once you get in shape it’s better to swap some of the workouts with physical activities you enjoy. For example, I enjoy dancing and stand up paddle boarding. But that’s just personal preference and some people feel more comfortable specifically working out because it’s a safe way to ensure you’re getting enough exercise 😅
Muscle memory is a thing though it's easier to get back in shape and also to maintain don't worry

Not only did my hair growth get to normal and I cured myself of pcos within 2 months. And now I'm healthy, happier and most importantly in a healthy frame of mind ❤️

@@weirdasff awww trust me I'm like that too. But working out really helps you a lot mentally and makes you feel better so you can focus and understand your classes more. I prefer to wake up really early and then workout then eat so I can have a more productive day. Maybe this could help!

@@weirdasff of course! I had problems waking up early back in my days, the important part is to not going back to sleep when you wake up. You can go to bed late at night but you still have to keep yourself awake at the time you wake up. Keep your phone away from your bed so you could stand up to stop the alarm and as I said, don't go back to sleep. Like even if you sleep for just a few minutes you'll get extremely tired. Your body will get used to it in like a week. Try to drink some coffee (after you chug in some water ofc) when you wake up so you could feel energized. It even gives enough energy for hiit workouts!

results for u are very much still possible! Just make sure to watch how much you eat and try not to over eat but u can still get results even if u can’t eat healthy or u don’t feel like it! Also buying healthy foods for some weird reason is a lot more expensive than for example getting a mc donald’s snack that costs real cheap
exactly and we don't have money to buy the vegetables and recipe they recommend.
I love how Chloe actually watches these videos, it shows how much she cares and really wants to help people, its something i dont really see with other youtubers so that's really inspirational

One of the best “community” you can find online is those who teach and engage in workout cause despite not knowing you, they cheer for you. This channel is one of those that just makes you feel happy despite the struggles of body weight.

I fractured my leg five years ago. The accident ruined everything for me. EVERYTHING.
You have no idea how hard it is to just watch yourself go, and not be able to do anything about it because you're writhing in pain.
It is an uphill journey for me when it comes to staying committed to a workout schedule and lose weight or even gain good muscle. I desperately wanna. 🥺😩
But the pain gets in the way and I relapse. Two weeks later, I'm back to square one. It gets me depressed.
I donno what to do at this point.

You could perhaps try just changing your diet and walk.
I lost 17 kgs in 6 months just by lowcarb moderate fat moderate protein diet and intermittent fasting... also i just walked around in my house(about 10ksteps).
You don't need to do cardio/hiit if it's causing you pain! Just take it slow and believe in yourself!

I got gastritis and ibs. I recommend eating kefir plus one of those “live” yogurt like skyr or Greek yogurt. It has helped me a lot! Plus, cut the fizzy drinks and processed food

@@komaljandu6968 I used to worry about this, too, but my doctor told me that if you aren't losing a lot of weight despite living a healthy lifestyle, it probably means you are at a very healthy weight rn! Weight doesn't necessarily reflect health/fitness, especially because muscle weighs more than fat. So, you might be losing a good amount of fat but gaining muscle and getting stronger and healthier!! :)

I really love these girls progress and hardwork they have put in themselves . I used to consider being skinny will make me confident but after losing some weight it didn't really changed my negative image I have of myself but after regularly changing my bad habits is helping me to gain some confidence.

I was 233lbs (106 kg) back in october 2020. I started doing some of your workouts and I stopped at Christmas. This setback never stopped me to retry back in January this year, and I added cardio with running every morning (I started with walks). In a month, I managed to go down to 222 lbs (101 kg) and start eating healthier. I gave up carbs almost completely (allowing myself to have cake in one saturday and bread on another) and soft drinks (like coca cola, which was my biggest addiction. My tip for whoever wants to leave these is get yourself carbonated water to start switching, I got to the point of just having plain water with my meals). I started the two week shred challenge this morning, hoping to get a little more in shape in time for my 16th in July, seeing these results are so inspiring 😍😍
Wow I never clicked on these results videos or reactions coz I they were going to be overhyped or pointless, but honestly, it's been so motivating and to hear little snippets of some of the normal challenges that other people have been going through as well, I know it sounds stupid, but it's really comforting and motivating to know that you're not alone-thank you Chloe Xx :)
I love these videos they are so encouraging and help me stay motivated and consistent. I'm a mother of 2 and am 5'2 I started at 146 and 2 months later I'm 132. I love the dumbells and resistance training.

Just finished day 1 of the weight loss challenge. I'm super tired, but I'm committed. The first girl really hit home for me. I can really relate to her. Thank you chloe for providing people with these awesome programs. ❤❤❤
The RUclips algorithm helpfully suggested a Chloe Ting results video around a week ago, and I got curious. I poked around and discovered that not only is Chloe Ting a super nice person, she also provides all these programs for FREE???
So now my unfit ass is doing the 2020 shred challenge (in 2021 I know) and I'm actually surprised at how well I'm doing so far. Of course I can't do EVERYTHING just yet, but I'm making progress. I'm not an exercise person at all, I'm more of a professional couch potato. This is a new thing for me.

The worst thing is when I'm doing a challenge and my periods start and I have to quit it bc I don't feel comfortable working out during periods

Im being forced to go to homecoming and this vid really just motivated me to start losing weight on her program. I was nervous cause again, I'm not going to this by choice, but I feel like this will really help me. So like, I barely have SM but (don't judge please 😭) Im at 205lbs right now. Homecoming is on the 20th, so I'll post periodic updates on upcoming videos to show progress or edit this comment as I go along, but Im geuinely excited to work out now! Dont restrict yourself too much, count your calories but keep yourself in a good range like 1500 calories per day. If you really crave something eat a small portion of it so you don’t end up binging. Start with only low impacts and go progressing with time, drink a lot of water!!

I started my fitness journey a few day’s ago and I decided to do the hourglass challenge to start with since I’m mostly insecure about my belly and ass (since I’m the heaviest I’ve been I decided it would be easier now than later) but I’m enjoying these work outs. I am feeling accomplished when I finish and the easier they get the more I’m having fun and want to do more. These before and after videos motivate me so much 😭❤️ thank you my fellow exercise warriors you don’t realize how much it helps
