Hey, umm just wanted to say that heel taps can be difficult becos, when you reach for your heels, you have to use your core to move your upper body and reach your heels.
The up and down planks don’t hurt my stomach they just hurt my arms really bad so that’s why I take breaks during it.

Yes, thats why when I do her workouts, i didn't follow her time in the video.. I made my own where her 30minuts become my 30reps every workout. i got my results in just 7 days and all i can say is I did well. I uploaded it now on my channel😍

@@ChloeTing hey chloe I've been doing ur abs workout and some hiit for 4 months now and I've been having a clean diet with burning 1000 calories and eating 800 calories. I don't see any difference :(
@@greenguyz3775 eating 800 calories is wayy too low. You should eat more and keep exercising bc when you don't eat enough you get an imbalance in hormones I think and it messes with your weight loss. It's not always about eat less exercise more, there's more to it than that. Do your research on the subject, watch some videos about why you're not getting results and if you know a dietitian try to contact them so you can ask them questions. I wasn't getting results so I called my dietitian and she told me that I needed to make my workout harder and take a lot less breaks so that's what I'm doing and I feel like it's going to work. I am someone who gives up very easily. So I thought of first going for the 2 week shred so that if I see results, I'll be motivated to go for the month long programs. But if you have already started the other month long shred programs then nothing like it!

I started with the full body shred and it has given me the strength to go to other programs more confidently!
I started the two week shred for my first routine, but for me, because the challenge is so concentrated, I lost motivation because I wasn’t confident in what I could do. Her more recent four week summer challenge is what I’ve been doing and I’m on Day 10 :D! It’s personally a much better pace but still challenging. :)
