Im still trying to start eating healthy and the amount of times Ive ended up eating junk food and giving up is insane😭 But we can do it guys I believe in youuuu
It's probably unrealistic for most people to quit junk food all at once. We're human, guys, so sometimes all we can do is to either learn to negotiate with our cravings or feel miserable and risk not making through because of it. We'll eventually be able to eat less restrictively, but we must take care of our motivation throughout.

the first girl made me extremely emotional. i’m trying to find my passion for exercising again. i’ve struggled w binge eating my whole life. i never tied it to depression, i thought it was just out of boredom. but i started to eat a lot about 2 years ago when i was eating for comfort. it’s been an on and off relationship with food. i’ve only been constantly confident in myself when i lost a ton of weight and FINALLY felt happy about myself.
recordsoup hello! honestly, keeping yourself occupied is the best thing you can do. mentally, emotionally, physically. i take about 30mins to an hour to work out. not even crazy stuff. even cardio helps! for the food situation... i just started drinking only water. i would feel guilty after binge eating so i decided to eat more veggies. you can eat like 10X veggies than you can w snacks. also, try to eat a good, big breakfast! i allow myself to eat from 8am-8pm. just so then i can have more control. food cannot control you, you need to control it. it’s really hard to control eating especially when you’re using it as comfort. and working out even just for walks or a couple push ups... something, always boosts your mood! just keep up the good work. i believe in you! it’s a process but i know you can conquer it! 🥰

I did her workout for a month and not only i lost weight but i was more energetic than before and without diet i loosing weight. Her workout is super easy and effective. I did switch to other trainers for a change but naahhhh her way of pushing us by simple talk and motivation is all i need.
At almost 300 lbs, I didn't think I could had any business even attempting this challenge! After 2 insanely tough weeks of working out and eating better I finished the challenge lost 8.4 lbs, 5.25 inches and saw HUGE change! I documented everything on my channel. 2 months ago I was determined to lose weight and ate less, tracked my calories, and did intense workouts for almost an entire month, but unfortunately the scale completely discouraged me because I had only lost 4 pounds. I wish I had realized that the scale number wasn't that important because I was looking way better, but since I got so unbelievably depressed over the number I gained back the 5 pounds plus 5 more. I'm going to try working out again, but it's hard especially knowing I'm going to be a lot busier now with school and I was doing so well before. I will try my best now.

I did her workout for a month and not only i lost weight but i was more energetic than before and without diet i loosing weight. Her workout is super easy and effective. I did switch to other trainers for a change but naahhhh her way of pushing us by simple talk and motivation is all i need.

At almost 300 lbs, I didn't think I could had any business even attempting this challenge! After 2 insanely tough weeks of working out and eating better I finished the challenge lost 8.4 lbs, 5.25 inches and saw HUGE change! I documented everything on my channel. everbody...Dear girls i did 25 days hourglass program and 2 weeks shred program...when first i did 25 days hourglass the result was not so good...My booty was not as i want...and my belly was still fat like before...But then i started 2 weeks shred and the result was good...i got slimmer and i lost many fats in my belly and my booty also has become a little bit big and toned..and i liked the result and it gave me motivation to start the other program..but i dont know now which program to start..I think maybe 5 weeks booty program or summer shred..Can u help me which program i should start to get prefect result..i want my booty again a little bit grow and my tummy again lose fat and become flat...now i took 4 day off to rest my body..pls give me opinions😘

2 months ago I was determined to lose weight and ate less, tracked my calories, and did intense workouts for almost an entire month, but unfortunately the scale completely discouraged me because I had only lost 4 pounds. I wish I had realized that the scale number wasn't that important because I was looking way better, but since I got so unbelievably depressed over the number I gained back the 5 pounds plus 5 more. I'm going to try working out again, but it's hard especially knowing I'm going to be a lot busier now with school and I was doing so well before. I will try my best now.
