Working out is a punishment because I have a slow metabolism and gain the most weight all over my stomach and I want to lose the weight and be healthy thin with and and look lile Chloe Ting!!!!!!! I usually can. But many with neck up holds are really painful for my neck so I often avoid them. My neck has other minor issues though. I often do many extra pauses though usually not because I have to in workout videos.
You can, guys. Just don't give up. Last year I was 75 kilos this time. Now I weigh 53 kg. It would sound really incredible. Nobody believed me when I started this journey. But I did not give up and I succeeded. You can too. Just trust yourself💪

I did it for the first 7 months to lose weight but now I am having fun with sports. Now I exercise 3 or 4 days a week. It's enough. I am sure if you protect your will you'll success. I've been doing this one and others of Chloe's abs workout for a month now and I got abs!!! I'm so happy about it!! Even my mom said that I have abs, she was surprised since no one knew I've been working out in my bedroom besides my brother.
Everyone in my apartment knows I’m working out, cuz I loudly complain like “DAMNIT, ONLY HALF WAY DONE THE WORKOUT?!” 😂 and at the end of the work out I usually scream a little lmfao 🤣 I have really bad physical issues (scoliosis, hip dysplasia, and a few others that make me scrawny and weak), so I’ve been working out and eating more healthily/more food overall. I change up the workouts a bit so my joints don’t pop out of place tho. I’m getting some muscle, but I’m still pretty weak… I have the wrath of 1000 men while being a tiny noodle 👌🏻😂
That was me in the beginning lol after I started concentrating and trying to do the exercises with my abs, my form got better! I know she keeps repeating to engage your core but it really helps and just try to concentrate to use your muscles! Keep going you got this!!
it's worth it guys, just don't give up, I just finished day 19 of weight loss challenge!! I started doing this weighing 76kg, now I weigh 73.7kg !! I'm still far from my goal, but I'm getting closer step by step, my waist went from 87 to 82cm, I haven't measured my legs and hips yet but I feel so happy, I've always hated my body, today I looked in the mirror and started to cry cause I saw a completely different person, this takes time and effort but I promise you it is worth it, just keep swimming, don't give up, you can do this 💖✨ Ps: also i started my journey doing two weeks shred challenge weighing 79kg, my waist was 93 cm and my hips 113cm, when i started weight loss challenge my hips were 107cm!! Let's get this shit going guys! Every one of us woke up today and decided on self improvement! Drink some water, have tea with breakfast, eat some frozen fruit for dessert instead of ice cream or candy sometimes, and continue making little improvements to your life. It adds up I promise
Im on my day 27 with my second challenge i did for the past months , first of all it was really hard for me i struggled a lot since i stopped exercising long before and gained my weight back , but now i decided to lose more and put a goal to achieve, i really want to thank you chloe you really helped me a lot , i started hearing and seeing that im thinner than before , i know its hard but it worth it and it will be easier with time you should be patient and strong with your goals , i lost so far 12kg in the past 4 months with calorie deficit and not stopping myself with self craving for sweet and noodles and so , love you so much chloe you changed a lot of people lives , i cant stop now until i achieve my goal cause i pushed myself a lot and won’t regain what i lost
I'm doing this on my period. SO this is a shout out to all the girls with super irregular period cycles that unfortunately comes with way more pain the normal period cycle other girls are blessed to have! Day 4 complete!!
So... I'm done today with the 4 weeks 2021 summer shred and One change is definitely there.. and that is I've got stronger. I can do the whole workout without pausing .. Starting wt. :- 70kgs Now:- 66 kgs I did the shred challenge while combining it with intermittent fasting and i must say it turned out pretty awesome.. so I think that I'll be taking a week's break now as recommended by Chloe herself after every challenge in order to give my body time to recover and then i'm gonna continue with my fitness journey.. My main goal is to get fit. whether I lose weight or not.. therefore don't stop, keep going! FIGHTING!

Currently 80 kg, 154 cm I am in Day 5 today! I don't expect to lose weights actually as my metabolism rate is very low but my goal is to become fit and energetic. I will update my progress in 18 days. Please don't forget to remind me. YOU CAN DO IT
Day 1: my entire existence hurts! Day 2: i was able to do the side-normal plank today! Day 3: done! Day 4: done! Day 5: done! I did that butt cheek thingy! It was so tough. I’m 14y/o and not very in shape. I had depressive eating habits for about a year (2019) and even the year after with healthy eating habits I was still extremely underweight and just overall unhealthy. I started doing Chloe’s workouts about a month ago and I have already seen big changes in my body! My ribs aren’t as prominent and my weight has gone up. I was 5’2 and 68 pounds 2 months ago and now I am 5’2 and 76 pounds! I am still a long way from my goal, (100 pounds) but I’ll get there! Knowing that my weight gain is because I am getting stronger has caused my mental health and overall self love to improve tremendously. THANK YOU CHLOE!❤️
This is one my favorite workouts from her, so intense! I've been training with Chloe for only 2-3 months and I feel soo good, more energetic, more balanced (I am quite clumsy) and more powerful (now I'm able to do things I couldn't before, i.e swim from one side of the pool to the other). Regards my body, I feel notable changes, I was 95-77-90 and now I'm 90-68-84. I was neither fat nor skinny, but only now I see my abs. Besides, it's the first time I enjoy training! I'm infinitively thankful to Chloe!
Thank you Chloe for changing my life along with many others. No matter how difficult the workouts get and how much I pass out on the floor to catch my breath, I still manage to come back stronger. I love how good Chloe is about providing alternatives to her more challenging exercises. I need to use alternatives for tons of her moves because I started doing her routines right after breaking my wrist. I was still able to do some variation of the work outs even with my cast and I still felt confident that I was getting a good work out. Which is great!

This might just be my favourite ab workout of Chloe's 😍🔥 It seems to me the perfect combo of difficult, but none of the exercises are too too hard to perform, so it's still doable!

Final day of summer shred...Wow I can’t believe I am almost done now...😅 this has been a hard month...doing it on my period was especially not fun but I am mad proud of myself for sticking to it. @@highimellie4112 I did my stomach became toned and overall I was feeling great but sadly I couldn’t keep up anymore as the exercises were too taxing on my legs and wrist…but if you don’t have any problems as such you should totally do it. For now I’m just doing simple walking exercises.
@@highimellie4112 even i never had a specific diet or anything…I just did the workouts..first month I gained 2 kilos and I panicked but later learned that it was muscle gain then after that I gradually lost like 5 kilos from may to august of this year, then I got injured and gained all the weight back but it’s still looks toned to me..currently I am doing grow with Jo’s workouts they seem okay for me and I feel great too. Ultimately if you feel good and healthy then do it… but don’t stress yourself over it. All the best 👍

im 55 kg 160 cm im currently doing this workout and i hope i can make it through all 21 days 🙏 im posting this comment to motivate myself and show others how quick results will be seen (i should also mention that im on a strict diet) 1st day: i really felt the burn and i saw the gates of heaven with every crunch 😭 2nd day: was slightly easier than first day but i still almost died near the end. my body is sore but i see no abs yet

Im on my day 27 with my second challenge i did for the past months , first of all it was really hard for me i struggled a lot since i stopped exercising long before and gained my weight back , but now i decided to lose more and put a goal to achieve, i really want to thank you chloe you really helped me a lot , i started hearing and seeing that im thinner than before , i know its hard but it worth it and it will be easier with time you should be patient and strong with your goals , i lost so far 12kg in the past 4 months with calorie deficit and not stopping myself with self craving for sweet and noodles and so , love you so much chloe you changed a lot of people lives , i cant stop now until i achieve my goal cause i pushed myself a lot and won’t regain what i lost

I did the shred challenge while combining it with intermittent fasting and i must say it turned out pretty awesome.. so I think that I'll be taking a week's break now as recommended by Chloe herself after every challenge in order to give my body time to recover and then i'm gonna continue with my fitness journey..
My main goal is to get fit. whether I lose weight or not..

I’m 14y/o and not very in shape. I had depressive eating habits for about a year (2019) and even the year after with healthy eating habits I was still extremely underweight and just overall unhealthy. I started doing Chloe’s workouts about a month ago and I have already seen big changes in my body! My ribs aren’t as prominent and my weight has gone up. I was 5’2 and 68 pounds 2 months ago and now I am 5’2 and 76 pounds! I am still a long way from my goal, (100 pounds) but I’ll get there! Knowing that my weight gain is because I am getting stronger has caused my mental health and overall self love to improve tremendously. THANK YOU CHLOE!❤️

This is one my favorite workouts from her, so intense! I've been training with Chloe for only 2-3 months and I feel soo good, more energetic, more balanced (I am quite clumsy) and more powerful (now I'm able to do things I couldn't before, i.e swim from one side of the pool to the other). Regards my body, I feel notable changes, I was 95-77-90 and now I'm 90-68-84. I was neither fat nor skinny, but only now I see my abs. Besides, it's the first time I enjoy training! I'm infinitively thankful to Chloe!

I love how good Chloe is about providing alternatives to her more challenging exercises. I need to use alternatives for tons of her moves because I started doing her routines right after breaking my wrist. I was still able to do some variation of the work outs even with my cast and I still felt confident that I was getting a good work out. Which is great!

@@highimellie4112 I did my stomach became toned and overall I was feeling great but sadly I couldn’t keep up anymore as the exercises were too taxing on my legs and wrist…but if you don’t have any problems as such you should totally do it. For now I’m just doing simple walking exercises.

@@highimellie4112 even i never had a specific diet or anything…I just did the workouts..first month I gained 2 kilos and I panicked but later learned that it was muscle gain then after that I gradually lost like 5 kilos from may to august of this year, then I got injured and gained all the weight back but it’s still looks toned to me..currently I am doing grow with Jo’s workouts they seem okay for me and I feel great too. Ultimately if you feel good and healthy then do it… but don’t stress yourself over it. All the best 👍

1st day: i really felt the burn and i saw the gates of heaven with every crunch 😭
2nd day: was slightly easier than first day but i still almost died near the end. my body is sore but i see no abs yet
