I did this workout 3 times a day every day and rest on Saturday and Sunday and I got the fastest results in 2 weeks. I wanted to be more visible so I did it for 2 more weeks and I feel super good. If you guys like this post I will share my progress photos with you guys :) as for food I ate smaller meals and drunk a ton of water

same I think it helps if you make sure your plank for is correct. I really suck at planks and I always put my butt up too high. But I started working on my form and I noticed my arms don’t hurt as much and I feel it in my core a lot more. Just something that worked for me :)

It's okay if you fall in the middle of an exercise -> Your will get up again
It's okay if you can't do certain exercises -> You can replace them with similar ones
It's okay if cant do all workouts at once-> Spread it across the day
It's okay if you don't feel the burn immediately -> You are still getting results
It's okay if you feel tired and sore ->That means you have done a great job
It's okay if you feel out of breath -> It means you are really pushing yourself
It's okay if you don't see weight loss -> How you feel matters
It's okay if you have a greater appetite after working out->Your body needs nutrients
JUST DONT GIVE UP! YOU ARE WORTH THIS EFFORT AND SACRIFICE! YOU ARE BETTER JUST BECAUSE OF YOU ARE TRYING!
I get what you are trying to say, but for the two first one a want to clarify:
It's okay if you can't do the exercices perfectly -> it gets better with practice --> YES, but be careful of the execution of the exercices (use a miror or have someone giving you feedback) for not hurting yourself. For exemple, if you feel pain in your back during this exercices, you have to take a break, because you are not working out with the good muscles.
It's okay if you stop to breathe --> NO, that's very dangerous! It's call Valsalva and it's mean you are keeping all the presure of the air inside who can result at feeling dizzy and even blackout (and in more severe case poping blood vessel). Also it's very important to breath when you do exercices because your muscles use oxygen to work after some minutes of training.

i may be a year late, but i thought it would be helpful by tracking my progress to see if it really works! plus it’ll keep me accountable.
day 1: ✅ AH i could rlly feel it burn especially on the side planks haha. but hey it’s a start!
day 2: i tweaked my back during dance so i thought it wouldn’t be the best idea if i did it today!
day 3: ✅ my back felt better so i did it, not much of a visible change yet, but i can definitely feel the burn haha (note: i did 100 crunches as well)
day 4: ✅ i’m starting to notice stamina wise i’m getting stronger with these exercises, and getting more reps done efficiently and efficiently.
day 5: ✅ slightly noticeable more defined hour glass shape, especially on the left side
day 6: ✅
day 7: in substitute did a HIIT workout
day 8: ✅ i’m noticing my stomach is usually consistently staying flat throughout the day even though i suffer from bloating. this rlly was a big milestone for me

I’ve been doing the hourglass program for 5 days. I weight only 1.2kg less but my belly is now 3cm smaller. The look result is subtle, but I definitely feel lighter. I think you could give it a go! Do something rather than do nothing 🥰 Good luck!

I've never sweated so much until I started doing Chloe Ting workouts back to back. They literally drip on my mat, down my face, into my eyes and mouth. But hey, I'm loving it. It's a good sign.
Today is Day 2 of the Hourglass program for me, but I have been doing her 2 Weeks Abs workout for the past 4 weeks along with her other abs/butt exercises which I alternate. I don't see any obvious changes on my abs (I love food so much 😵), but I feel good and getting better and stronger with the exercises. My posture and endurance have improved over time. I noticed my butt and legs have gotten firmer too.
I really like how she explains the benefit of each exercise

Dalia Ruiz-Holt lift lightly every night , I do 2kg weights on each arm. It just helps to strengthen them and soon you’ll feel strong enough to hold the side plank
I struggled too, like 3 months ago. It is a lot for your arms, escpecially when you do also other workouts before this kind..but it gets easier, just don't give up 💪🏻

@@eissturmsgeschichten6833 do it daily without workout. Like stand in the sideplank for 5-10-15-20-25-30 seconds (depends on how much you CAN) every morning & you will see improvement after some time. :)

16th day of the hourglass challenge. I’m a beginner, never exercised much throughout my life.
It doesn’t seem hard for me now , I’m able to follow through without breaks and my stamina has improved greatly. My stomach has became so flat !

Daphne Cheung me! I’m having difficulty with my arms, it’s burning rather than my abs. Especially in plank positions. It collapsed during workout 😅
yes, i have weak arms. i'm on Day 8 and noticed that my arms have gotten a little stronger, but they still tire easily.

Yes in the begining is like this but once ur arm strength increases (as u do this more and more) u feel it in ur abs hard. it took me like 1-2 week to feel it in my abs tbh

I am on day 9 of the 2019 hourglass challenge and am already seeing and feeling results. Its been 5 year since I've last worked out and this is hard but I am pushing through to better myself.
4 months till swimsuit season and while I'm not expecting to have a perfect body, my goal is to have to buy a new swimsuit because my old ones are too big.

@@thuraiya1156 i find it hard at first too, believe me. Its still hard now. My advice is drinking water before the workout, always keep breathing no matter what and dont give up. It will be alright after a week or so

okay so school's closed because of coronavirus so i'm encouraged to try this cuz I have a ton of free time. before I start, if you're wondering, I'm not necessarily fat, Im just a teen with belly fat i wanna get rid of. I don't eat super unhealthy but I'm not super healthy. yes i do snack. Im Brazilian so i have a lot of rice and beans and all that. im just gonna eat like I normal do with no changes in my diet. okay now for the workout...
day 1: it was difficult but i was motivated to keep pushing. my core is pretty shaky and sore. come back for updates.
day 2: i was so lazy and unmotivated today but i finished the workout. it really feels good once you finish. no changes yet but be patient and keep working. :)
day 3: the workout was a little easier. I can't say that im seeing changes yet. come back tomorrow for day 4
day 4: my belly is looking a little more toned today but i dont think much fat has gone away yet. again, im gonna be patient and keep going. thanks for the support!
day 5: I've noticed im definitely a lot stronger. these exercises are getting a lot easier. my mom decided to join me today and it made it a lot better. i can see my stomach is more toned but ive been drinking more water and been a little more bloated. i did 2 two week shred videos and im super sore now
day 6: we're still going strong and hard. I've lost some fat from my waist and im so happy. i can see a difference but i have to find my measuring tape thing to see exactly. im a lot more motivated to keep going. im still very sore from yesterday but once i started working out, the soreness went away. if you're scrolling through the comments to see if this is worth it. DO IT! i havent made any changes to my diet and been doing this workout and been patient and you will see a difference. and keep in mind this is only day 6!
for anyone wonder how much I've lost so far, here are the measurements.
On march 17th, my waist was 27 1/2 inches. hips was 30 1/2 inches. today, march 28th. waist is 25 inches. hips is 28 1/2 inches.
day 7: its been a week! im definitely continuing this. ill keep updating for another week but maybe not as often.
day 10: im still working. i just want to address to be clean and stay home. my family has been affected by the Coronavirus and lemme tell you it's not easy.
day 13: dont worry! im still working. im almost at 2 weeks! i must say for not changing my diet this worked really well. to keep myself motivated i look at the progress I've already made and it helps me wanna reach my goal. after tomorrow i will not be updating anymore. i mainly did this to motivate the people scrolling through the comments. this does work! just stay consistent girls you got this. thank you for all the support ❤️

A friendly reminder to anyone doing the hourglass program: not everyone can get an hourglass figure naturally. I’m speaking as someone who is naturally a stick. I’m a fit stick, and I have abs, but I still have no curve. It’s normal for women to have a little pooch/‘muffin top’. It’s where our ovaries and uterus are. Just know you are beautiful. And if you’re doing this workout, you’re trying to better yourself. That’s all that matters.

I’m really skinny in my legs and arms but i have a little belly fat that i didn’t have before. do you not recommend this ? i don’t wanna lose weight only get rid of my tiny muffin top i have 😭
Karen J I would recommend trying this out and seeing your personal results to see if you should continue. Chloe has a lot of programs/videos for toning stomach muscle, which would help you shrink the ‘muffin top’ and help define your abs. I would recommend her core challenges as well. Just realize that /everyone/ (at least with a fat percentage over like 5%) has a bit of a muffin top.
I naturally have a hourglass figure and such but I’ve gained a lot of stomach weight in these past 3 weeks because I stopped going gym (not aloud to go alone and no one to take me till maybe 1 feb😭😭) so I’m trying to get rid of it I ain’t like it and I’m aiming to get my abs back !
@@Mirrorballlover if u go back in the video she says which exsirse is for muffin top I would recommend doing that exsirse for a min or 2 and twice a day and for a week and see if that help , I wish u the best :)♡

Its been a year and a half since I started working out with your videos and all I can say is thank you. Your workouts are entertaining and I love how you edit, the music, the timer, everything. I started working out because I didn't like my body. But the time passed and I kept doing this not only to change my body but to make something good for my health. I've learned a lot in my journey and I'll keep following your videos and doing more and more for my body. I became more healthy when it comes to eating habits. And If anyone reading this is curious: no I didn't lose weight and its fine coz I always had my ideal weight. The changes that I noticed were that my body is more toned and i have more resistance.

@@peppasfrontface_ thank you ♥ I was in my normal weight (46 kg). Im 19 and my height is 1.58cm. Also my bones are small so its a normal weight for me.

Listen, if you’re scrolling through the comments feeling defeated because you didn’t do as well as you would have liked - KEEP PUSHING! My first day, I paused between every exercise and almost gave up. I couldn’t hold myself up for longer than three seconds on the side plank. Today (day 6!) I did the whole exercise through, pausing only once cuz I needed water. YOU CAN DO IT! Persist and don’t feel bad for needing more breaks or needing to do a modified ver of an exercise. Anywhere is a start but at least you’re starting!

yoselyn hirali paiz rafael actually, yes! my waist is slimmer now, i may have lost a couple cm. and my butt is a lot more perky (i don’t expect that much since i have a really small butt to begin with, but it’s still noticeable). but most importantly i am so much stronger now. i can hold myself up on side planks and do push ups without feeling like my arm is gonna give out! i have taken a few days off since i have been studying for my exams but in just the two weeks i was doing it, i noticed changes!

I'm on day 8... On my period... Ive done my normal workout, 2 of hers and now this this one... I got 50% and I couldn't finish... Every muscle in my body is shaking and burning... Normally I can push through it... Today I physically can't...
Im a solo mum to 1... My body is already showing improvements so that's why I'm still proud of myself
Edit: 5 days later and I'm back on this video, I completely smashing this workout and the rest of the videos... Definitely feeling stronger and seeing amazing results already 😁😁

Hi everybody, this is for anyone wanting to know how effective her workouts are.
At the moment I’m doing the 26 day hour glass program and I’m seeing so many amazing results : I’m starting to see abs and my waist feels a lot smaller. I consider myself to be someone who gets results very slowly and I have to keep up the workouts but that’s what makes these programs so good. I’ve tried so many workouts where I just failed to do them every day but these programs push you to do the workouts daily. I love how it’s not the same thing every day and how the workouts mix with each other. I’m not gonna lie, the workouts are extremely hard some days and I struggle sometimes but I always finish them and I feel so amazing and proud of myself afterwards. Plus, she guides you through each exercise to help you do them properly. I love Chloe and her workouts so much and I’m so grateful.
