When you first do this workout, it literally feels like the end of the world as a beginner. Feels like your body is getting crushed. But frankly, as you’ll continue doing this, it gets so much better! You won’t feel as tired and worn out bc then you’ll have the strength to do it. In just a span of 5 days doing this workout everyday, I’ve noticed so much progress in my strength and endurance.

[30/05/2024] This is the first time I have finish a full workout that lasted 30mins. Before, I just took the one around 10-15 mins and then felt wornout. I know there's nothing impressive but the fact is I won myseft and that I can do more than I think. This workout is really worth it. I felt retired but excited. Keep going on little girl

I started your workouts 1 year and 2 months ago! Back then it took me 2hrs to finish after stopping and staring, now I have now lost 2.5 stone and can do burpees and squats with ease thankyou!! ❤️

These videos are well organized and explanatory. I really like this one. I am in a similar position as you, similar shape and trying to get in better shape. Currently I run nearly every day. I have been trying to integrate a strength aspect in, but need some guidance and this is perfect for my needs. I wanted a ~30 min work out that combines some aspects of both strength and keeping moving. I just did it for the first time and it is the perfect workout for my current needs. I like that you didn't feel the need to edit out every misstep as it gives more of a "real" feel to the work out as though I am watching a live teacher. It is very nice to have the timer and the set number up top to follow along as well as the current and up coming exercise. It is nice also to see the upcoming workout described in the lower portion which is brilliant. You show a different angles for each move so it is easy to see what the move is supposed to look like. Very user friendly. Very motivated tone. Thank you for making this. I can see how much attention to detail you put in. My plan is to do this every day after my run and see how it goes. 🙂
Hi, Chloe! Just found your videos recently due to covid 19. It's amazing how my body progressing day by day. At first, I felt like dying in the end of part 3 yet I don't give up and do it everyday. And now, I can finish until the end of the session and amazingly I can dancing with you at the end!!

I hope ppl see this. At the start I remember I would not finish the workout bc I was way too tired after 1 set, so I would never do the workout again, saying I’m just a beginner this is not the right video. But then after literally weeeks. I was like this is just dumb if I can’t do it then I’ll do the low impact. So basically my plan was to do low impact for the first, second and fourth set and then go all out in the third one. This became soo so much easier for me. I could finish the workout and at the end I felt so much more stronger, I would take breaks and slowly my endurance and strength just multiplied by the days pleaseeeee don’t give up. It burns fat and tones up your muscles. Not like a bulky body builder way like in a model way. So please don’t give up ! I can’t say it enough.

At first I wanted define abs so badly but as I continued her programs, I realized, I feel beautiful and confident when I finish a workout because I am stronger and healthier than I was before. If abs come they come, but a healthier life is guaranteed.

Abs probably won't come--that requires an unhealthily low body fat percentage. It's fantastic that your motivation has switched to feeling healthier!

I HATE mountain climbers and can't do more than like 10 seconds without a break. I have NO IDEA how Chloe can do them for 30 or 45 seconds without stopping, and make it look easy!

my body is drenched in sweat but my mind is feeling so fulfilled, I tried this workout 3 days ago and could complete only 60%, today I did 100% of it ( I am 80 kilos at the moment) and I know it's a little accomplishment towards a healthy lifestyle, but I am proud of myself 🥺♥️ also your workouts are so amazing 🥰
I have never wanted to quit a workout so much in my life. Wanted to quit after 10 minutes but I did the whole 30 minutes but with a lot of breaks in between because girl, I am not fit enough for this. 😂

Hi Chloe ! I’m a 16 years old girl form Viet Nam and I’m starting this program with 58kg, waist 74 cm, thigh 56 cm and after doing this challenge i had lost 2 kg and 4 cm of waist and 2 cm of my thighs. Thank you for your free program, it’s help me a lot in my weight loss process!

This is day 1 of my workout journey, I really thought I wouldn’t be able to do the whole thing before I started but I followed everything (while dying)! Just went easy on the last two because at this point I was feeling super nauseus and almost like I was gna throw up, but I still did the whole thing I’m so proud of myself tbh took a longg time of procrastination but today I finally started (and thank u Chloe for great vid!!)

~~Week 1~~
Day 1: ✔️ this was hard. I did the low impact in some moves like burpees and push ups.
Day 2:✔️ episode 3 was great but I'm pretty sure I did some exercises wrongly.
Day 3:✔️ the rest day was great
Day 4:✔️ I did all the low impact versions because I injured my knee and I didn't want to worsen the injury.
Episode 4 was hard for me.
I did almost all the exercises wrongly.
Day 5:✔️ my meniscus injury is gotten a little bit worse. The pain is real. I did the low impact version in all the moves.
Day 6:✔️ I did some high impact exercises today, like burpees and jumping jacks. My knee still hurts so I'm not pushing too hard to do the high impact exercises.
Day 7: ✔️ rest day. Perfect for my knee.
Update: no inches lost but my belly looks more tonned.i really need to pay attention to my diet.
~~Week 2~~
Day 8:✔️ today I did the high impact in all moves (YEAHH💪🙌🙋) but with a slower pace than Chloe of course. I'm sweating like a pig right now but I feel so proud of myself and so energised.
Day 9:✔️now I finally realised what I was doing wrong all the other days. I was trying to go fast on the exercises just as Chloe, not thinking that she is an expert and she is doing the exercises right. The last two days I do the high impact version but in my own slow pace. I prefer to the exercises slow and correctly, rather than fast and wrong.
Day 10:✔️ my mat was so full of sweat that I fell so many times doing the up and down plank.
Day 11:✔️ rest day
Day 12:✔️ new video today, YEAHH!
Episode 5 was tiring as hell, but it felt really good. I did the low impact version in some exercises that are new to me.
Didn't do the optional video.

Mountain climbers and high knee as really hard for me. I do the low impact version in high knee after 20 seocnds and I take a lot of breaks on mountain climbers or I do it slower. I hope I will manage to do them in the future.
