Regarding some of my video titles, some are considered clickbait. RUclipsrs optimise their video's titles for discovery for the algorithm. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different and progresses differently. You also can't target fat loss, so don't take a video title out of context when its just optimised for discovery.
It's what's in my video's content that matters and I've explain multiple times across my videos throughout my channel over several years that it takes time to see results, and involves lots of factors such as your diet. If you're following a suitable program schedule, eating well and watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. you should see results.

For the first time, I must say your camera angles are quite lacking, especially for those of us trying to maintain proper form. You're holding the dumbbell but not clearly showing which hand should be used for lateral raises and when to perform them. This feedback comes from someone who has been following you since 2020. We appreciate your efforts to upgrade your page-kudos for that! However, I kindly request that you consider those of us who are not new to working out and proper form. It would be great if you could be more specific and demonstrate how to execute the exercises correctly, rather than just focusing on completing them yourself and leaving your audience to decipher the details on their own.

This was so fun to do! I love your weighted workouts. Idk why but following along and having it switch up so often makes weight lifting less tedious. My mind doesn't drift so can follow it properly. Done every challenge this year and excited for the next one already!
This one the hardest i think. Maybe i use the rest 2 days and 1 skip day idk but that one got all tears

i dont have dumbbells at home so i use my heavy physics books or water bottles of equal weights instead. have been loving n following ur workouts and i can see the difference already in just 10 days. thank you so much chloe!

I was doing this work out with 3 pound weights for awhile and i just switched to 5 holy moly i am sweating i love you chloe
I started it with 5lb and was so sore for days. But now im starting to pull in some 10lbs.

Girl, so let me tell you. I've started going to the gym like one week ago and for most of the machines I use 50kgs (keep in mind I've never done this before, so for me I believe that's quite alot) and I barely get any sore muscles. HOWEVER, when I do your workouts (since I've decided combining your programs with the gym would be most effective) I can barely move next day :D These workouts work, for real.
My knees would hate this but congrats to all who have bullet proof knees

@@dareen_dawud11 I weighed 88 kg and now I'm 77 kg. I've started eating helthier, more vegetables, less sugar, making the deficit of calories, that's all.
