Found this just my second day of using other videos!! Starting weight:145.8 lbs End weight: Height: 5’3 and 1/2 Day one: YEEOUCH. It was a bit hard but I stayed motivated and did it all!! I hope I can see changes before school starts
i dont have dumbbells at home so i use my heavy physics books or water bottles of equal weights instead. have been loving n following ur workouts and i can see the difference already in just 10 days. thank you so much chloe!

I've started going to the gym like one week ago and for most of the machines I use 50kgs (keep in mind I've never done this before, so for me I believe that's quite alot) and I barely get any sore muscles. HOWEVER, when I do your workouts (since I've decided combining your programs with the gym would be most effective) I can barely move next day :D These workouts work, for real.
been trying this work out 4 times already. not aiming to lose weight, just want to in better shape. i immediately feel a bit stronger when i walk up and down the stairs, my steps feel lighter from all these squats and lunges 😂❤
I found out about Chloe Ting not so long ago, I really like her workouts because I quickly see their results! Thank her so much for that. The training app is very convenient, but I live in Russia and it is difficult. I am waiting for a translation for other languages for greater convenience. For the first time, I must say your camera angles are quite lacking, especially for those of us trying to maintain proper form. You're holding the dumbbell but not clearly showing which hand should be used for lateral raises and when to perform them. This feedback comes from someone who has been following you since 2020. We appreciate your efforts to upgrade your page-kudos for that! However, I kindly request that you consider those of us who are not new to working out and proper form. It would be great if you could be more specific and demonstrate how to execute the exercises correctly, rather than just focusing on completing them yourself and leaving your audience to decipher the details on their own.
