That’s not even slow! I think a lot of these lose weight fast videos condition us to think we should be losing 30 lbs in 3 months or even more. Slow and steady is the best way. You are doing amazing.
Girlies, i got u. I've been doing this for 3 weeks now and the results are insane. I didn't measure my glutes, i didn't really expected a result since every time i tried any exercise, they didn't really changed my body. all i wanted was to keep the discipline, but now im motivated to continue training my butt. I did it every 3 days, the forth was rest, i kept eating really well, lots of protein, so (unexpectedly for me), i made my glutes look better than ever. Now i can wear leggings and be confident in my body. Girlies, don't give up, if it's getting hard, rest, but continue to push. Also, it's REALLY important, do the exercises correctly, because you would probably train your quads, not glutes. I looked on TikTok how to do it right. Hope everyone good luck in your glow up era!

I was terrified to do the single leg deadlift, since I had knee surgery. But I’ve noticed that Chloe’s workouts helped me strengthen my knees, and I was able to do them😊

Question 🙋♀️, are you doing a calorie surplus or deficit while doing this workout? I want to do this and grow my glutes but I don’t want to eat in a calorie surplus and than get a bigger waist because of the core workout but I do want to gain muscle in my glutes. Idk if I have just have to eat more protein and eat my daily calories or do a calorie surplus 😅

I’m on day three and my body hurts !!!!!!! Today’s workout was intense cause of the pain from the past two days but the music made me feel like I could do it . The playlist was hitting !!
I just started this and am on my third day. This is by far the most intense workout I’ve ever done but I need to loose as much weight possible before next week because I have a wedding to go to. I weight 132lbs and I wanna be at 125. I am hoping by next week I see a change in my weight so I can look good for the wedding! I have also been doing 20 minutes stairs. I go up and down the stairs in my house cause I struggle to go to the gym. Will update the results next week!

(+ пить воду) Вес: 55 Бёдра: 92 Ляжки: 55,5 1 день: Было адски тяжело, но ни одну упражнение не пропущено, только увеличивала время отдыха между упражнениями. Тряслась как стиралка. До этой тренировки делала ещё тренировку на пресс, от того так тяжко. 2 день: Заниматься не стала совсем, дала мышцам отдохнуть, востановиться и избавиться от кислоты. Сделала лишь разминку и много ходила.(+ дифицит калорий и много вода) 3 день: Заставить себя было ну адски сложно. Сперва делала тренировку на пресс, после уже эту. Было намного легче чем вчера в плане отдыха. Сделала только 1 большой, на пару минут, когда была реклама, остальное время отдыхала столько сколько указано в видео. (После 2 тренировок выпила витавинки в виде порошка, для сустав и связок.) 4 день: Сегодня на много лучше чем вчера, а уж тем более, чем позавчера. С утра не так болят мышцы и начинать заниматься проще, чем в первые дни, но во время тренировки всё адски болит. Начинаю ощущать, какой я стала бодрой и энергичной за последние дни. Раньше не могла сползти с кровати, пока не приспичит, теперь просыпаюсь ровно в 7 и радуюсь целому дню, вместо его половины. (Занимайтесь с утра, потому что те, кто начинает заниматься с вечера потом это бросают, проверено кучу раз на себе). Иногда плаваю и по скольку у меня свой участок, а работы на нём много, иногда приходиться и побегать. (+ много воды, витамины для мышц после занятий и перед этой тренировки, тренировка на пресс).

@@hisaerin7518 yes , i did . In three months, I've lost almost 6 kgs . But the weight scale doesn't do much justice because I've lost more inches and my overall physique has improved so much. I'm feeling so strong and healthy. But if you were asking about this specific program then i would say it won't help much in losing weight instead it's helpful for gaining muscles and getting toned.

Only thing I had to do a modifier, was the ones with the chair - for some reason got sharp pains in my knees when doing it, so ended up doing static lunges
I see everyone here is trying to lose weight. Well I'm trying to gain weight, im way too low from the healthy weight for my height and i feel sore at the end of the day so I'm exercising plus stretching before begining the routines so i will improve my body health. I'm doing this routine today (its the second day) and yesterday i did abs workout + push ups. I'm m gonna keep up like this during the whoele month, exercising every day except for sundays. If you’re already used to exercise and you’re having a normal pregnancy, it should be safe to continue your normal exercise routine. Just make sure you stay hydrated and try not to do any moves that “dome” your abdominal muscles, you can Google what that looks like. And obv if you’re feeling very tired or strained then stop or take a break

I see everyone here is trying to lose weight. Well I'm trying to gain weight, im way too low from the healthy weight for my height and i feel sore at the end of the day so I'm exercising plus stretching before begining the routines so i will improve my body health. I'm doing this routine today (its the second day) and yesterday i did abs workout + push ups. I'm m gonna keep up like this during the whoele month, exercising every day except for sundays. Do you guys want me to keep y'all updated??

@@zizi_1620 it's so hard isn't it? I'm used to eating just a little and now I'm trying get healthier so I have to eat more and sometimes I just can't do it. In the beggining it was worst but now I get that equilibrating heavier foods with lighter foods is the key

If you’re already used to exercise and you’re having a normal pregnancy, it should be safe to continue your normal exercise routine. Just make sure you stay hydrated and try not to do any moves that “dome” your abdominal muscles, you can Google what that looks like. And obv if you’re feeling very tired or strained then stop or take a break
