Confidence can ABSOLUTELY be earned through diet and exercise alone, not everyone needs therapy. Therapy didn't work for me but working out was all the therapy I needed. There is a reason why many people hit the gym after tough situations like breakups or bad patches in life, working out literally releases good chemicals in your brain AND improves self esteem AND body image. Unless you have an ED or quite intense body dysmorphia, you don't NEED therapy to make yourself feel better for EVERYTHING. Please stop with this narrative that therapy is always needed and the only thing that matters in improving your confidence and/or self esteem because its literally not true and can be actually harmful if therapy doesn't work for someone and then they think there's something wrong with them which further puts them down.

I have severe anemia. I get out of breath very easily and get tired. My heart beats so much whenever I workout. Also I have been living a very poor lifestyle. And because of that I have gained weight which makes it even worse for me. But finally I have decided to take responsibility of my life and myself and bring it on the right track. Tysssssm for putting low impact exercises. It helped me a lot and was able to complete the whole workout without any skips and pause. Tyssm Chloe!!!!❤️

@@Enhypen2258 you will! Be consistent and after you have finished 1/2 workout you will feel that your stamina nd strength has increased. Howevr to lose weigjt you must be on calorie deficit. The amount you burn must be greater than the amount of calorie consumption. and keep training to get a toned body eventually. There's no shortcut.. But you can do it

Just started Chloe's 2024 Shred & Tone Challenge today, and wow, it was exhausting yet so enjoyable! 😅 I've been seeing so many of you updating your progress, and it really motivated me to push through. Before this, I completed her 2-week shred challenge, which was incredible. It made me feel so much stronger and more confident in my fitness journey, and definitely prepared me for taking on longer programs like this one. I'll keep updating my progress. Excited to see the progress and keep going with all of you! Let's do this! 🌟 Day 1 is officially done! 💪 Day 2 done!!! Day 3 ❎ (couldn't do....was really busy) Day 4 ✅ (Did the day 3 and day 4 workout combined, and the burn was sooo intense!!🥵) Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅(felt a lot easier!) Day 7 - Rest day Day - 8 ✅ Day - 9 ✅ Day - 10✅ Day - 11✅+ I did the growwithjo walk the weight off (800 calories) workout in the evening Day - 12 ✅ Day - 13 Rest Day Day - 14 Rest Day Day - 15 ✅ The Full Body Sculpt was fun, but the abs workout just killed me!! No results till now, but that is because I'm not being consistent with my diet 😑 Day - 16 ✅ The Intense Plank Challenge was not soo fun, and for the upper body workout I used 5 kg dumbbells which got my arms burning like hell!! 🥵 Day - 17 ✅ Today was lower body day (glutes + legs) and I realize that I kinda started loving weighted workouts as they get me sweat like crazy which makes me feel that I've worked hard Day - 18✅ Today was a mix of full body and ab workout, and it was pretty tiring yet fun
This one was hard for me because there hasn't been much HIIT in the 2024 Shred & Tone Challenge, and I don't have a lot of motivation today. Something I found useful while trying to complete this is if the exercise seems too difficult and the variation is too easy, I added a weight. Since we've been using weights a lot this challenge, they're just beside my mat every morning now. Doing slow high steps with two 10 lb weights (one held above each shoulder) was a better workout for me than fast high knees that would just wear me out. Just a little tip for my sleepy 8 am workout girlies out there!! ✨
Starting Chloe ting's workout program after 3years again. I was following a lot of her programs during covid and also saw the result. I lost around 7kgs (went from 54kgs to 47kgs), people started bullying me for looking so thin which demotivated me to workout and slowly I lost my habit of working out, its not like I didn't follow any exercise or routine after that, I did but I continue till 10-20days then take a break for around 5days to 1month due to which I am not seeing any results. I gained so much weight during this and now I am 57kgs🥲. I am following other workout routine which seems much easier than Chloe ting's but I know its not as effective as her's as I already know how much Chloe helped me reach my body goals during the lockdown period. Hope to continue this shred and tone challenge and progress in my goals

So yeah I know I am a bit late to the challenge. And most of the challenges I start I lose motivation and quit. So I have decided to update my results here every day till the end of the challenge to keep me going till the end. Wish me luck and I hope you can also get motivated by seeing my progress. PS: Has always been "that fat girl" since childhood Day 1: 72.5kg Waist:37"✅ Day 2: After doing the workout I realized that my upper body was worse than my lower body✅ Day 3: My legs were shaking a lot throughout the workout but I still pushed to the end✅

I am 40 years old. I never worked out in my entire life. I have no options for the gym or anything similar. Today is my first day of this challenge. I want to feel human again and not be trapped in this body full of aches , hating myself..
Before the pandemic i had abs and the ideal body but during lockdown I gained a lot of weight and I tried different workouts and intermittent fasting but i fell ill though i lost weight but my body became weaker than ever and now to get myself back I tried Chole’s workout its day 1 i feel proud of completing the workout but my body is tired as hell i have high hopes from this program I will do my best ❤
Updating every day 2024 shred & tone challenge Day 1- stopped many times bc I felt like I was gonna throw up but I'm done ☑ ! skipped a day bc i was so sore . Hmm i think the best thing to do is to start doing them, like push ups, etc. I do knee push ups and I couldn’t do even one before, now I can do 5. Just start little by little . But I think that you can just skip the exercise that you can’t do or do an alternative version of it.
@@maureenlovesskz I've spent years trying and still can't do them. But there is also a lot of people out there who probably literally cannot do the floor exercises. Sometimes I have to skip most of an entire set because it's a lot of floor stuff I can't do. I try but it's just not possible

1st day and first half I cannot take it no more. My legs are sore (I even did the warm-ups before this) but that doesn't mean I'll stop. Just like everyone is saying, I will take it slow and then tomorrow I will do this exercise again while slowly making my body finish the whole video, of course with the same warm-ups ✨

@@mirashiee I lost 2 kg already and I wasn’t even focusing on keeping up, the movement became more easier to me. I actually started to eat half what I usually eat and I’m seeing good results. I’m skipping too much so try not to take my results as a comparment.

So yeah I know I am a bit late to the challenge. And most of the challenges I start I lose motivation and quit. So I have decided to update my results here every day till the end of the challenge to keep me going till the end. Wish me luck and I hope you can also get motivated by seeing my progress.

Я последний раз нормально занималась спортом год назад, набрала 15 килограм так как буквально всё что я делала это ела спала училась. Из-за на физкульнуру в школе не ходила и даже теперь от маленькой пробежки мне плохо и лёгкие болят как и от тренировок но я сейчас хочу вернуться в норму к своим 60кг в может даже меньше хочется 55... но смотрим в реальность и надеюсь вернуться к старому весу)

This is going to be my 3rd consecutive Chloe Ting Workout!! (20 min challenge, 2024 WeightLoss Challenge, now this one: Shred & Tone 2024 Challenge) Motivation for this is to feel strong for a 5k in 2 weeks and to prepare for Halloween!
Day 1: Mon, Sep 23rd ✅ a great hiit workout! Sweatin! My endurance is finally back so I feel strong and energized doing all the jumps!
I just started this programme. I love this workout, a mixed HITS ( jumping ) 🎉🎉. Tbh, I just did this workout, after 5 days😂feeling so strong and sweaty 😅😊. Will be updating my workout journey with Chloe, indeed i am enjoying this.

I am 40 years old. I never worked out in my entire life. I have no options for the gym or anything similar. Today is my first day of this challenge. I want to feel human again and not be trapped in this body full of aches , hating myself..

Before the pandemic i had abs and the ideal body but during lockdown I gained a lot of weight and I tried different workouts and intermittent fasting but i fell ill though i lost weight but my body became weaker than ever and now to get myself back I tried Chole’s workout its day 1 i feel proud of completing the workout but my body is tired as hell i have high hopes from this program I will do my best ❤

Thanks for the low impact. I do the workouts from the comfort of my apartment, so I can't really jump or else I'd get a noise complaint. Great workout as usual.
This looks so good. Question, do you have many videos for those who struggle & just basically can't really do any floor work exercises like planks, push ups, burpees, etc?
Hmm i think the best thing to do is to start doing them, like push ups, etc. I do knee push ups and I couldn’t do even one before, now I can do 5. Just start little by little . But I think that you can just skip the exercise that you can’t do or do an alternative version of it.
@@maureenlovesskz I've spent years trying and still can't do them. But there is also a lot of people out there who probably literally cannot do the floor exercises. Sometimes I have to skip most of an entire set because it's a lot of floor stuff I can't do. I try but it's just not possible

1st day and first half I cannot take it no more. My legs are sore (I even did the warm-ups before this) but that doesn't mean I'll stop. Just like everyone is saying, I will take it slow and then tomorrow I will do this exercise again while slowly making my body finish the whole video, of course with the same warm-ups ✨
